Mobile Deposit Tutorial

Welcome to the LPT Realty mobile deposit tutorial.

You'll access the JPMorgan app on your phone through this app here.

You will sign in using your login credentials that were provided to you during setup.

When you press continue, you will be brought to this page where you will click remote capture.

Upon selecting remote capture, you will select check only, and then you will be brought to the scanning page.

Please place the front of the check on a dark plain background and position the camera directly over the center.

The application will capture the image for you. You will then tap submit to continue or retake to recapture the image.

You'll also want to repeat these steps for the back of the check.

If the image was captured correctly, you will see the green check mark.

Once you click done, you will be brought to this page where you will want to validate the check.

The check amount will automatically populate, but you do need to validate it and make sure that the amount was captured correctly.

In addition, you will want to type in the property address where it says reference text and then click submit for processing.

Once you click submit, you will get this confirmation page, and you are all set. Don't forget to go to connect and submit a ticket to accounting to let them know you have completed a mobile deposit. Thanks so much for using this. Congratulations on your closing.

After 13 Days I never received the App and tried several emails asking for help. I kept getting the same response: Here is the link on how to get into JP Morgan and add your info to the JP Morgan site, but then I never received anything about how to download the app. I think I will stick with depositing myself.

Hi Dacey did you download the JP Morgan Access app as shown in the video? That is the correct app you should be logging into.
