You know, we've got, I'm doing the the Dallas mansion party today, when, one of our great luxury listings here in Dallas. A lot of LBT agents are coming to that today, and I know that there is a NAR event that is happening in Lake Nona today. Yeah. That's where Robert and the rest of the crew are. And I Tracy wanted me to make sure I mentioned that. They're all heading that way too. Oh, look who's talking, and here they are. There you guys are. Just mentioning you. Give us some words of wisdom before you go, Robert. How's your Thursday morning going? Hi, man. I'm I'm loving life. Things are good. You know, we've had a big week. Obviously, Monday with the three big things was fantastic. Working on some exciting new stuff around the buyer power pack. You know, the print shop has been absolutely slammed, but our orders are finally starting to get out at a good clip. We're catching up. Because remember, we have to keep the power packs going out first. So if you have a listing, you're not being, you know, slowed down by the the the deluge of orders we got for the buyer power packs, but they're finally starting to hit agents' hands. Print shop's in a good spot. They've been pulling some twenty four hour shifts over there. So big, big commitment from the team in the print shop, but I love seeing agents post those on social media. Keep them coming. It's gonna be such a powerful tool for us. And now we're working on a workshop. It'll be a a workshop. I'll probably do the first one as a Zoom, and then we're actually gonna travel around and have it taught all around the country in our different markets where we do a ninety minute workshop about how to create the ultimate buyer presentation using, the buyer power pack, using all the tools we created, and then supplementing that with things that you can build yourself, like a a sheet of your online reviews, information about the neighborhoods the consumer may be interested in. And then we're gonna open that up to non LPT agents as well on the, traveling version. So we feel like that's gonna be a great way to expose more agents, agent attraction, and the LPT where we can have these ultimate home buyer presentation workshops all around the country to to highlight the tools and really prepare agents for for what it's like now in in the new world of getting these BBA signed up front, kind of the post in our side. We're really excited about that. So that's what I've been working on, writing out content at night, you know, working with the team on how to best create that that amazing ninety minute seminar that that we can use to empower our agents and other agents to win in this in this new post arsenal in the world. And that's, you know, that's the next evolution of what we're doing. Right? It's the next evolution for what we're doing with our family, our agent community, making sure that everyone wins, making sure that you're the good drivers. I'd love to sort of see in the chat those of you that have been using the digital, bio power tools and how we've heard a lot that people have been winning a lot with these tools, and it's been extraordinary. So put in the chat if you guys have had success with what we've done. If you don't have your power pack yet in hand, if you've used the digital version, we'd love to hear some of your success stories as well. Kathy, how has it been with your side? I know that you've heard a lot of this as well. You've heard some success stories on your side. I'd love to sort of get your feedback too. Agents are super excited. I mean, they're out there. They're they're winning. They're using all the tools, and they are just super, super excited. I keep hearing it is, you know, can't can't I'm so happy to be with LPT because no other broker is doing what we're doing. And that's what I love, you know, because it's the truth. You know, we're we're doing things that others just aren't doing, and we're raising the bar, and I just love it. So thank you guys for working so hard to get all these things out to our amazing agents and, helping them win every single day. It's a tough market, so we have to get out there and do our part, and you guys are truly doing it. I don't think you you or I don't think y'all are sleeping. I really don't. I just, every time I turn around, there's something new rolling out. I'm like, this is truly amazing. So thank you, though. We have been on, like, a three or four week bender now where we I don't think we have taken a day off or had much sleep. And, I took I took a one day off this weekend. My wife was like, you gotta unplug. She's like, you gotta keep you healthy and focused, but I just we're we you know, we're we're on the we're winning right now. We've got a lot of momentum. The new state's opening. There's just so much good stuff happening, and I love it. You know? We all work really hard. We work hard for you guys. We get a lot of fulfillment out of that. You know? This this original vision that started back with listing power tools way back in the day, and now it's it's become the amazing LBT Realty brokerage. I I I say this a lot, but I wake up every day so excited to lead this company and and, don't mind putting in the crazy long hours because it we are all winning together, and that's what it's about. So And listen. And bring somebody who's interested in LPT. Right? This is what better opportunity than to be with the founder and CEO and really talk to him and have that vision going. So this is really great opportunities for you guys. And it was also interesting to talk about what we were talking about earlier with the buyer, power tools. It's the idea that now this organization is giving you all the tools. Right? We're so this we we're inundated with noise right now, and it's sort of like agents are, what do we do next? We're letting you know what to do next. We're giving it in your hands. It's really the tutorial of how you win business. And at this point, it's truly where your mindset is. Right? I've said this so many times. I am so thrilled about the decoupling. I am thrilled about this because if you're a buyer's agent, your value is no longer dictated by somebody else, the listing agent. Right? And so now you've got the power to just show your value, and your earning potential is limitless. That gets me so excited, so excited about really showing someone's value, about having the opportunity to go in and sort of say, you know, this this is what my value is to you as a buyer, and I know that it's a scary, time to sort of come into this market, but I'm gonna guide you. I'm gonna be your expert. I'm gonna be by your side. I'm gonna truly get you to this. And this is really where it's it's the differentiator for all of the LPT family that are out there. Now the next iteration of this is that we're gonna create a ninety minute workshop that you guys can actually go and do. We'll give you the entire script. So this is now the next level of this. You've got the box. Now you can click the script. You're gonna be the good drivers on the road, and you're the ones that are gonna be leading this. I think that's just so amazing. I mean, like I mentioned earlier, I mean, what other company is doing that to be able to give you the whole playbook of this is what you need to do? I think a lot of agents right now, especially newer agents who are just coming into the industry, have no idea how to handle this type of situation and and what to say. You know, I get that all the time. What do I say in this scenario? What do I do? And so for us to be able to, you know, literally give you everything and all the tools that you need, if you just follow the scripts and, do your part, you're gonna do amazing. I I tell agents all the time, if if if an agent can't survive here at LPT, I'm just I don't know. I don't know if they're gonna survive anywhere because we give you everything. I mean, it's like everything is laid out, and that's what I love about the company. And and our executive team and everyone here at LPT. We all work to help one another and continue to bring everyone up. You know? And that's what it's all about. You know? We're learning together and rising the tide together. You know, it's so true. I love what Rose put in there. My value was never dictated by the listing agent. Now it's just required to be signed. I used them all along even though they weren't required. I love that. It is so true. It's now the idea that Rose, you already had that mindset, so you're ahead of a lot of people. I love that. I love the idea that know what your value is. Know what the worth is. There's two sides to a transaction. Right? You're taking care of your buyer. You're educating them. You're being that value add to them in what is quite possibly the largest transaction that they were ever going to be doing. So this is truly what that's all about. I love that. Not even flinching here. Rose, we gotta get you on the show. Love it. Love it. Love it. Yeah. That is so awesome. Yeah. What what an amazing what amazing, agents that we do have, and and we we're just super excited to be here and be a part of, you know, your guys' journey in in in your real estate career. I mean, we're a portion of it, but you guys are the are the face. And and that's what we love is that, you know, on all the LP team collateral and everything, it's your face that's on there. And you're the one that's out there promoting because, you know, your buyers are working with you, and they love to work with you. You know, we're just giving you the added services to be able to just shine even better. And, so, yeah, Rose, you're amazing. All of our amazing agents here keep And then have you have you seen of of late? I know we were just Robert was just talking about momentum, and the momentum is really palatable. You really feel it. If you go on to social now, you just always sort of see the celebratory things that LBT are doing, what we what we did with the, with, motivation Monday earlier this week where it was supposed to be a holiday weekend, but heck no. We were gonna go on Labor Day and give you some of the greatest things that we're doing for twenty twenty five. And for those of you that did not join because you were celebrating, which is what you probably should have been doing, there was three incredible things that we talked about. It was the Ascend program, which is where we are dedicated to being the number one training company for real estate agents in the industry. Kathy, what do you think about that? I mean, you I mean, that in itself. I mean, that's just crazy. I mean, for us to be to know that we are actually we're tooting our heart and saying we're we are the number one training company for real estate agents in in the industry. My goodness. And we're gonna step up to it. I mean, we're we're we're doing this right with our agents. We're in the know. We're we're attending everything that we possibly can to make sure that we're updated with the the most latest information, to make sure that our agents are coming out there and knowing what to say and how to handle things. We're we're bringing all kinds of training. I mean, goodness. When we did the the marathon, my gosh. You know? I don't you know, that in itself just totally, you know, was different from what any other brokerage was doing. And, you know, we had agents from other companies even attending some of our our, BBA, courses and things that we were we were doing because they weren't getting it anywhere else. So they came here, and they got the training that they needed. That's so important. You know, we did I think it was over seventy hours Yeah. In those two weeks. And even morning coffee remained because it was that touch point that the agents really sort of associated with and really loved, and that's why we decided to keep this. But imagine what that statement means. The number one training company in our industry period is what we're gonna be building. That's our statement. When people sort of when when Robert did LPT, they said, you can't do that. And we're look at where we are now. So it's it's amazing to sort of have those large goals that we wanna do. And you know what was really beautiful to me is that what with the three things, and we'll go over the other two in a second. Of the three things that we talked about on Monday, the one that I love resonated the most on social that I saw had the most, appeal was Ascend. And here's what was really beautiful to me when you start thinking about that. That's the basis. That's the basis for which we build. That's our foundation. Our foundation is really making sure that we have the best trained agents in the industry, that we are the good drivers, that we are the people that people other other peep other agents in other industries will come in and sort of say, that's who I wanna emulate. That's who I wanna be with. That's where we really have the ability to do that, and this excites me because Ascend is truly going to be one of our winners. Oh, for sure. And I think that that's gonna be it's a great opportunity for our agents to continue to recruit too as well and to, you know, to grow grow your continue your your farm and your area and your your business, you know, but to also, like, you know, just to be in the know, just to know that you're doing a good job and you're doing the best you can for your clients. And that's what's important ultimately because we wanna make sure that our clients are well served, and and we're doing the best we possibly can. So we're excited to bring all these this new training. It's gonna be super, super fun. You know? Great. You know? So yeah. Our next our next initiative was Aperture. Now Aperture is going to be our foray into doing a brokerage first model that will be wholly owned by LPT. And the concept behind this is that there are some agents in our industry that really want to focus on a brand first, deliverable to their client base for whatever reason. That would be your Sotheby's of the world, your compasses of the world, Douglas Sullivan. And so we wanted to have something that would really be serving those agents as well when we talk about agent choice. So this is something that we're going to start rolling out soon. This is something that is gonna be a, a brokerage facing, brand that will live right next to LPT. It's going to be the first time ever that there will be a cross brand revenue share opportunity. It's going to be opening up a world of other agents that probably wouldn't look at LPT before. And now it's an opportunity for them to come in, be part of our family to excel, and to truly have their financial communities. What do you think about Aperture? I love it. I mean, what what a great thought. I mean, like, this is just brilliant. I I mean, to have both in one in one company, basically, you know, you have to be able to offer that to our team and all of our agents, to be able to help them grow. I mean, if they have a choice to go one way, then they they wanna run a team and do it this way, then that's great. If they wanna be under Aperture and and run their brand and do it this way, then that's that's an opportunity for them to be able to do what they need to do for you guys, what you what you guys need to do to run your businesses. All of us are running our businesses a little bit differently. And to be able to be with the company that gives you the the the opportunities to do it either way, because most companies are just, okay. This is one way, and this is how we're doing it, and that's it. We are agent agent first. We wanna make sure that our agents have the the best opportunities to grow. And and, man, this is this is the best thing. I mean, I think it's definitely going to help a lot of LPT agents to be able to really take their business to the next level. Yeah. This is great. Somebody's asking where the name came from. It actually comes in from the aperture of a camera. And the way that a photographer uses aperture to capture the the essence of what the subject that they're actually photographing is, so does the analogy of an agent using their lens, their expertise to bring that buyer and and product together using their expertise, and the agent in this analogy is the agent's aperture. So the agent is the aperture to the transaction. And, it's it's actually resonating really wonderfully fifteen years at Realogy. Thirteen of those years were were with Sotheby's, and I started as a Sotheby's agent in my in my career. So this is something where the majority of my, of my trajectory was in that luxury space. And then, obviously, the last four and a half years was with another cloud based brokerage and sort of marrying the expertise of both of those got me super excited. So this is gonna be a lot of fun. A lot of fun. And then we've got, the last one, which is LEAD Connect. Kathy, tell us about LEAD Connect. Oh my god. This is amazing. I believe our our beautiful Christina Griffin is actually, leading this, and and she's she's been working with Zillow and a lot of our partners, to be able to form the best lead, program for our agents. And so this will be rolling out. I know she's working really hard. I know I I even heard and correct me if I'm wrong, but they are even, working on a relocation and working with relocation companies to try to bring that in for agents who have who have worked with big box brokerages and utilize a lot of that. We're gonna we're gonna be working with with relocation as well to try to make sure that we can continue that business for you and bring more business to you with, not only Zillow leads, but a lot of third party, lead generating, platforms to be able to help you continue to grow your business. So this is gonna be super exciting. I know that we had a we had a a a, you know, it it was we had a a lead program that we were rolling out. We kinda put a pause on it so that we can really focus on this. And now Christina's really gotten it, going to where she's where she's ready to start rolling it out. So you guys will start receiving some leads. So this is gonna be really, really exciting. Yeah. This this is super, super exciting. When you start thinking about this, this this is what started with, with those of you that might have known in the beta program. It was called home value dot com, which was one of the URLs that, that Robert had in his arsenal, and we did this as a as a, beta test market, and it went incredibly well. And so we decided to convert from home value to what is leads connect because it actually sort of explains what it is in a much better way. And so this is a supplemental program to, really give those agents more leads for their business. It's not intended to be their only lead source, but this is actually going to be an incredible opportunity for you to augment what you're already building, what your efforts are already, what your normal day to day is. And so if you get another two or three deals from lead connect, that's that's a windfall for you guys. So that's, that's something that excites me too. So those were the three big things that we've already announced for twenty twenty five. But remember, this is sort of like a lot of things are in the workshop. A lot of things we're sort of doing. We've got, thirteen, states that are opening before the end of the year. Two Canadian provinces. We just actually hired our Canadian broker for Ontario yesterday, so that's going to start going really gangbusters really quickly. So I'll be working, with this gentleman very, very closely. We'll be making some announcements next week. So really, really excited about where we are and everything that's happening here. And then we're gonna start some really incredible, global expansion next year. I've been having some very interesting conversations with a lot of folks. Wow. I I can't I can't imagine. I mean, when I keep thinking, what's next? I mean, every time we turn around, there's something coming out with LPT and the amazing things that our team are doing, I mean, it's just it's incredible. And the growth that we're that we're experiencing and we'll continue to experience with all of our agents, and this is just exciting. It's super, super exciting. Yeah. It it really, really is. And, you know, we we actually are here to support you guys. Yes. My head is spinning from the pace too, Cindy. It's That's so much. I mean, we have, I mean, next week, we'll be at Latitude. You know Yes. We'll have we have Latitude with NAREP, there. We have a roadshow that we're gonna be doing for Texas that we're planning. So that Absolutely. We have to talk about that. That that's really great. So those are two really important events. So if you guys are going to be attending NAREP next week in San Diego, Kathy and Norkies are going to be taking lead for us in that event. Kathy, tell us a little bit about NARAP. Yes. So NARAP is the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and many of our agents are part of that, affiliate. And, this next month like, next week at Latitude, they're honoring a lot of the top two fifty. Many of our agents are top two fifty recipients. So congratulations to all of you who who actually, been awarded that. But it's for it's you don't have to necessarily be, a a member. You can join there, but you can attend. It's gonna be an amazing event. It's gonna be in San Diego this year. And it's, it's from the twelfth to the fifteenth, and we'll have a we'll have a booth there. And we're actually gonna do a little happy hour. So if you're out there, make sure you get with us, and we can give you all the details on that. But we will have an LPT booth, and I believe Norquist is going to be speaking as well. So we are there representing and making sure that LPT is at the table at these events. So we're super excited. And, you know This is actually this is actually the first time in ten years that I'm missing it, but it's, it's it's my one of my best friend's daughter's wedding, outside of the country. And I'm in the wedding party, so I have to be there. Gotta go. Gotta go. But it's, It's, but it's going to be an incredible event. It's an important event for industry. It really is something that represents the industry. Well, you don't have to be Hispanic to be a part of it. It is, it's actually an incredible networking event. And then, also, Kathy was just, talking about our, our event that we're gonna be doing. We're gonna be doing an event in Texas. It's a bit of a roadshow. It will be a, an industry event. We're gonna be calling it Dash. It'll be, going into Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. And, we have the one and only Bill Pipes, who's an amazing real estate coach on the road with us. And we're really focusing on what is going to be a, a focus of top teams in these markets that we're going to be going to. At the same time, we're going to be having a, an event that's going to be focused for Spanish speaking agents in those four cities that are going to be focused on BBA and luxury. We also have Michael Lefito that's gonna be joining us and giving, CE luxury credits during this tour as well. So this is not meant to be an LPT event. It's meant to be an industry event. It's meant to be an attraction event for many folks that don't know us yet and an opportunity for us to serve the industry and the community. So really excited about that one. That's gonna be starting, the week of October seventh. October seventh through eleventh. We'll get a lot more information out to all of our agents, so keep an eye out for all of that. I mean, this is truly amazing as we continue to grow, not only, you know, throughout the nation, but, you know, we're we're really gonna be focusing on some of our large states to just kinda get in there. A lot a lot of attraction here has happened in Texas, and so we really wanna take on to, on that momentum and try to help grow Texas a little bit, and I think this is definitely gonna do it.
