Good morning, guys. Nine zero three as always. Davy is traveling. We are traveling, so we do not have, the normal intro. So you guys are just gonna pop right into us today. Yeah. Good morning. Good morning. Perfect. Alright. It is nine zero three. I'm not sure we'll have the full thirty minutes today, but we will go ahead and, and get started, guys. We are headed up, to the West Coast. We're headed to Vegas today for FubCon. So, of course, my name is Matthew Hodge, executive vice president, joined by Robert Palmer, founder and CEO. And, we are joining from literally about to take off, for, for our trip out, but wanted to connect with you guys this morning and talk through a a couple of different things. Robert, I'll kinda turn it over to you to walk us through the, hurricane efforts that we've got. I know a lot of people have really reached out and have been so kind and wanting to be a part of it and wanting to help. So, Robert, I'll kinda let you walk us through our efforts to to organize it. Yeah. So I'd say at this point, like, things are really, adapting. Right? You when I made the first video that I put on social media, you know, at that point, Tampa had been pretty hit pretty hard, but we didn't understand what the impact was gonna be, up on some of the the states north of us, still in the south, you know, Tennessee, Western North Carolina, parts of South Carolina, Georgia, just an unimaginable amount of rain. You know, I think there was a dam that broke somewhere in Tennessee. Another dam was on the brink, and so really just a lot of damage. And so we're we're adapting our our relief efforts, you know, based on on where the needs are. And so what we have set up so far is we have a number of hub offices, around the state of Florida and in some of the impacted states. And as roads open up and as more people kinda make it back to power and sell service, we're adding more. But our vision for this is that we can accept supplies at the hub offices, the LBT hub offices across the country that are in a good position to support. And then, also, we can accept donations at corporate and then use the corporate HQ in Lake Mary as kind of a staging ground. And then from there, big Steve and his team using our corporate box trucks. If we need to we need to get some more, you know, semis or whatever, we're gonna do whatever it takes to get the logistics right in order to move the supplies into the areas where they're needed because that's really what you find in situations like this. You know, it's not that there's a shortage of these things across the country. There's a shortage in those areas because of how hard they're hit and because of the logistics. And so what we found and what we did two years ago, I think it was Ian that that drove through Southwest Florida, is, you know, we became a staging ground in in Lake Mary and other parts of the state where supplies were easy to obtain. And then we used our resources to relocate them and move them down into the areas that were hit hardest. You know, to share a quick story, when I was in my, early twenties, my, my dad was in Mississippi at the time. He's still there. They got hit really hard. And I couldn't get there from Florida, so I actually I flew to I rented a box truck in Houston. I hit a Home Depot, and I bought chainsaws and generators and and loaded up huge gas tanks, everything they needed. And then I drove it from Houston into South Mississippi because I couldn't get there from Florida. And I think that experience is really what's motivated a lot of the way that we respond here at LPT because I realized how critical the logistics are. Getting the materials, getting the supplies, getting the needed items into the hard hit areas is where we have an ability to to shine and to help. And and while we're not a trucking company, so we don't do that full time. We don't do it for our living. We're not getting a lot of pressure. We have those resources because of the print shop, because of some other businesses. And so for us to take those resources in times of need like this and donate them to help get things around. And then, also, I'm I'm gonna send Steve to Home Depot again with my credit card to to load up for some of these runs as well. But, again, anything you all could do to help is much appreciated. You know, get those supplies to the local hubs in the knowledge base now. There is a list of hubs so far that are participating. More and more of our LPT offices, team offices, hub offices are all reaching out and offering to be, staging areas. We've had people offer their houses who are in the the the hard hit areas and staging in their garages. The outpouring of support from our agents has absolutely been amazing. And and so we're here. So if you if you have that need to give, if you have that feeling, if you're if you're moving that way, please get some of the supplies on the list that we've got on the knowledge base. You know, it's things like batteries and water, you know, toiletries, like, the basic necessities that folks who have lost everything or on the brink of losing everything because of this terrible natural disaster, need right now. And if you get those to one of the hub locations or get those to LBT corporate, then we'll take it from there and make sure they get to the right spots around the country. And so kind of the idea is, you know, Tampa is probably gonna get back on its feet faster than, you know, Tennessee and and parts of North Carolina. And so, eventually, if there are excess donations in Tampa, then we'll take those and we'll move them up to other states where the need continues. So, again, that's that's the role LPT is playing in all this. We support we appreciate all of your support in helping us gather supplies, helping us gather much needed donations so that we can support the communities that we serve across the country everywhere that we have these offices and everywhere that there are folks right now that are hurting from this natural disaster. Yeah. And, guys, so I wanted to just, one, you know, thank you, Robert, for your support in this. And, you know, the use your gifts, guys. You know, we all we have all have gifts and passions, and, it's it's so great when we can come together and and point it at, you know, a cause like this when there's people in need. And so, you know, be visible inside of your communities. It also is is beneficial for your community as well too, but it's a great way for you to be, you know, visible inside your real estate career as well too because I know sometimes we get so one tracked. We just wanna show one side of the business, which is, hey. I go out there. I sell houses. I get great great job for you. You know, I I negotiate the best terms. It's all of that. But also sometimes it's about being visible in your community. And I'm not saying that this effort should be for the for the growth of your business, but it's a great way to intertwine them both. You know, people, you know, work with who they love and they trust, and so this is a great way for you to tie some of those passions and things that you could be, you know, passionate about outside of your career and so use it as a way for for your bus rep. So thank you so much for, you know, using all the gifts that you've got and all the blessings that you've been able to, you know, procure over the last couple of years and aim that towards people who who have need and help, and, we really appreciate that. So Couple couple of things in the chat. Amazon orders to corporate is, I think, a great idea. You know, Amazoning in, if you wanna make donations in that way, Amazon those in. At this point, we're not accepting any cash corporately. There are lots of other great organizations that you can donate in cash to. We are going to be launching an LPT charity. It's always been part of our road map. It's just kinda waiting till we got a little bit bigger. I think we're gonna accelerate those plans and get that in place. But right now, LPT is not accepting any cash donations corporately. We're accepting supplies and then managing logistics for those supplies. There's a lot of great charities out there that you can make cash donations to. In the future, that is something we're gonna put in place to where agents will actually be able to donate directly from their closings on their DAs. We really have a a great vision as we continue to scale and grow how we can support our communities even further. But in this particular time of need, we're very focused on, you know, collecting the items that are needed at our different locations and then helping get those to the right places around the country because that that really is the immediate need. And then from there, you know, NAR has amazing grants. If we do have LPT agents who are in need, NAR has great grants. We're looking at putting a grant program together internally as well that we'll probably fund corporately in this first round because, again, we're not taking any cash donations. But this has been I think the the magnitude of this disaster, I think, was a surprise. Yep. You know, even when we how hard look up, I guess that would have been, what was that? Friday morning. Saturday morning. It's all blending again to the point. It feels like Friday morning, I guess. But then for the storm to move on and then to hit some areas that just aren't used to seeing that type of water and in some of the, you know, the devastation we've seen up in the Appalachian areas and everything and the Panhandle, again, we're we're gonna do our part to try to help get get supplies to all the places that they're needed, and and we appreciate your help in that that journey. Yeah. Absolutely. And, like, I know we get a little used to it because here in Florida, you know, we are probably the most hit by hurricanes, and we're like, oh, it's just another hurricane. No big deal. Floridians are used to it. And so we kinda say that to kinda have the courage to go through it. But, at the end of the day, there are people who are really impacted by that. In the West Coast, there's been a ton of people with floodings and all that. So our our hearts and prayers definitely go out to you there. And so we'll continue with those efforts, and we will send out additional communication so that if we are getting too much of one item, we'll let you know so that we can kinda balance it out and and maybe put a list of, the most, the most need items so that you guys can can coordinate your efforts there. With that being said, I kinda wanna turn it over to, the schedule for this week. So as you guys know, we are, headed to Las Vegas for FubCon. And so I wanna real quick take on that. So, again, reading the chat over here. We'll continue to collect as long as donations come in. So, again, like, we the sooner things arrive, the better. Right? The need is at the highest now. There really is no kinda last day. We'll continue to truck supplies. So, look, if two weeks from now, we've got a bunch of stuff, we're gonna get it to whatever area is still hurting. So keep the, you know, keep the donations coming in. We're gonna be here to provide the logistics for as long as it takes. As long as there are people hurting and in need and as long as supplies keep showing up at our offices, we'll continue to, you know, do runs. We're gonna do the runs more frequently here in the beginning as the needs are higher, but we'll continue to any supplies that hit the office are going to land in the hands of someone in need until we're through this disaster over the next couple of weeks. Yep. Perfect. Okay. So if we're ready to move on, we will walk us through the schedule, for this week. So I'm sorry. Actually, let's do state openings right now. Yeah. Let's let's go to state openings. State openings. I gotta see how this is gonna work. If I can share Yeah. What I'm gonna share. Yep. You're gonna share. You. Alright. Let's see how this goes. I'm gonna share my Select the Share. Boom. Okay. We're sharing. Alright. So Everybody see that? Yes. Alright. We're sharing. So for state openings, and then we'll go through our schedule for this week. So as you guys know, we had originally announced thirteen states by the end of the year. Every time Robert says that, the list gets a little bit longer. So I think we're up to eighteen states now. And, and so you can see some preliminary times on, or or anticipated times for each state. And then on the left hand side, you'll see, which is so so funny because it looks like airport times and we're we're on a flight. Yeah. That's yeah. Exactly. Yeah. So we got some on times. We got some new additions. We got some delayed. So we're gonna run you through this. This is kind of in the order of we envision opening. So Indiana, Mississippi, Wyoming, and Montana are all on schedule to be fully opened and launched in the month of October. California is in the delayed camp right now. Yeah, we really wanna have that license in our hands with a good lead time to get the state opened and launched. We have all of the support and people in place, but we're still waiting on the DRE to approve our license. And, obviously, we cannot do business in a state without a license. So we continue to communicate and wait for the state of California to approve our license. So we're putting, California in a delayed bucket. Ohio is in the delayed bucket as well. We had some issues there, with the secretary of state that we've now resolved and gotten through, got all the proper paperwork filed, so we're back in queue there for that license. Those are two states that we were hoping to open in October, which look. They may we may still pull out a miracle by the end of October. We want people to understand. We always wanna be transparent. We are those two states are in the category of delayed. So we are a hundred percent confident that Indiana, Mississippi, Wyoming, and Montana will be fully opened and launched by the, you know, end of October or the next couple of weeks, really. California continuing to we wanna be transparent about that. Then moving into November, we've added some new additions, Oregon, North Dakota, and South Dakota, with those in the new addition category. Then we've got our on times. Kentucky, Minnesota, and Nebraska are all looking good, for a November launch. And then finally, the the last little batch of that eighteen, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington are in our on time category. New Mexico is a new addition, and then New Jersey and New York are on time as well. So this is it. Eighteen more states will put us in forty one states plus the District of Columbia Mhmm. By the end of the year. That pretty much, qualifies us as a national brokerage at that point. We've still got, obviously, a handful of states left, nine after that. You got Hawaii and Alaska, which are pretty far out there, and then the northeast, which a couple of those are a little tricky, but we're working through. Again, the goal is to be in all fifty states in twenty twenty five, but we wanna be in forty one plus DC by the end of twenty twenty four. And that is what we are moving quickly toward. You know, I'll tell you, the operations team has done an amazing job. It gives me a lot of confidence to add more states. You know, part of the reason we were holding back state openings along the way is we wanted to make sure that we were ready to support you all. And as we've seen any type of operational hiccups along the way, we've put things in place like the new commission concierge department, which we're getting amazing reviews on, amazing feedback on. Again, things are never gonna be a hundred percent perfect. I'm never gonna sit here and claim to you that we're not gonna make mistakes. When we do make mistakes, we're gonna have people in place who care and and get that as I say, get that cart back on the road as quickly as possible whenever it does land in a ditch. And I think we've done a really good job of that. Great reviews on commission concierge. Since we've regionalized compliance and we've got more state specific compliance teams, we've been getting great feedback there. So, again, just know that behind the scenes, we are constantly working, but that hard work and dedication of our corporate team is what gives gives me the confidence to advance some of these states and to get these states moving faster. So I'm gonna come back to us. If you wanna take a screenshot of this, I'll leave it up for a few more seconds. But this is our plan. We are moving into the fourth quarter. October is is tomorrow. Right? October is tomorrow. October is tomorrow, so we're about to enter the fourth quarter. I'm an October baby. My birthday is October twenty sixth. So I always get I get excited this time of year. Like, this is this is my favorite time of year. Like, I remember as a kid, I guess, you know, your birthday month is coming up, but we're gonna do big things in October, November, and December, and we're gonna take this company into forty one states together. And then we're gonna hit twenty twenty five absolutely head on, ground running and continue to win together as an LPT family. So how do I get back? Stop sharing. Got it. Alright. There you go. Back to us. Yes. There. Okay. Cool. Alright. So looking forward to that. We'll definitely have to do something fun for your birthday. I remember a couple years ago, we did Vegas for forty two hours, and that was that was quite a blast. So we're going back now on a a business trip, which is fun. But so let's, let's transition real quick to, the schedule for this week. I know we have an opportunity to connect with some agents. We also have a luxury preferred network, social. This will be our third or fourth one. So we've done one in a couple different states. We had really exclusive restaurants. Last one was at Miami, just about a week and some change ago, and so we'll have an opportunity to do that. So, we need to actually probably start talking about luxury for a network a little bit because we're really interested in growing luxury space, and we have the we have the tools and mechanisms to get you there. Well, you you guys have been crushing it. I mean, I know I know one of the kinda and I'll say unintended consequences, but nice byproducts of the luxury preferred network is we've seen agents utilize our LPN tools to go out and win big developments. I know you've been a big part of that. I mean, you guys have an a crazy number you've been yes. We're about eight hundred and fifty million in construction. Eight hundred and fifty million dollars of new construction that that we've helped agents go out and get over the last, like, ninety days or whatever it is. Thirty days is a part of the luxury network. So really exciting feat with you guys. LPT two point o will be launching in October as well. We're a couple weeks away from that. We've been working hard getting final testing and everything in place. The next three months of this year are gonna be absolute roller coaster. And then, you know, you you combine that with the fact that the amount of growth we're going to see with these eighteen new states opening, we have literally thousands of agents waiting to lodge their license the day their states open. And so we're gonna as these these states continue to grow, which is something that we've been working really hard to prepare for, just a lot of great Awesome. Awesome. Okay. Well, I think we are just about to touch base. If you are if you are in Vegas, you know, look us up. So there's a couple of big events. You've got ClubCon going on. You've got Bill Pipe's power conference going on. So last I heard, I mean, I think at our account, there's gonna be a couple hundred LPG agents in Vegas this week, going to different events. We're gonna have some set up. We've got a little Speakeasy set up, but we can host LPC agents and and anybody they wanna bring by with them. I'm gonna be speaking on stage, at Poway from the Michael Jackson stage of the Sahara, for about three hundred agents. So just a lot of great stuff going on. And, we're out here traveling while you guys are doing all the hard work at home. You know, take care of your families. Take care of your communities. Our corporate team is taking care of our LPT agents. But, we're out there making sure that we continue to get the LPT name out there because we are gonna grow this family together. We're on this mission together to go north of a hundred thousand agents. We've got so much exciting things happening. And, I I guess that we should kinda Yeah. We should close the doors here, get wheels up, and make our way to Vegas. We're gonna try to do another Motivation Monday live at eleven that may or may not work. If it doesn't, they're gonna replay this one. We're gonna see how good Internet is, on the flight, and we just couldn't move things around. So this special nine AM edition of motivation Monday was live. You may be watching a replay of this at eleven. If you are, hello eleven AMers. If not, you'll be seeing us, live at eleven. But have a great week, guys. Go out there and keep crushing it again. Take care of your communities. Take care of those in need. We appreciate all your support and the relief efforts we're putting together. And at the same time, stay focused. We're going into q four. This is our time to shine. I'm so excited about the path that we're on together. We're growing q four, and then maybe twenty twenty five, LPT is a rocket ship. So hold on.
