Introducing the Stock Boost Program!


1️⃣ Stock Boost Program:

  • Forfeited stock from past agents is being redistributed to YOU, our loyal Brokerage Partners (80/20 15k cap), as a special thank-you for believing in LPT.


2️⃣ Massive Stock Bonuses:

  • 100% Bonus on Achievement Awards:

  • Earn your white, silver, gold, or black badge? You’ll receive a SECOND RSU of the same amount!


  • The first RSU follows the standard 3-year vesting, and the bonus RSU vests in 5 years. (Must remain on brokerage partner plan for the 5 year vest).

  • 50% Bonus on Sponsorship Awards:

    • The *standard* RSU Grant follows the existing 3-year vesting, and the bonus RSU Grant vests in 5 years. (Must remain on brokerage partner plan for the 5 year vest).


3️⃣ Who Qualifies?

  • Current Brokerage Partners:
    If you’ve closed at least one transaction, you’re in.

  • Upgrading to Brokerage Partner Plan:
    Upgrade by 12/31 and close your first transaction to activate your bonus!

  • New Agents:
    Join LPT by 12/31 to qualify for this incredible program.



4️⃣ Program Timeline:

  • Achievement Awards: Any badges earned between 11/1/2024 and 10/31/2025 qualify for the stock boost.


  • Sponsorship Awards: Any agents sponsored after today who unlock their award before 10/31/2025 qualify.


5️⃣ How to become a Brokerage Partner:

Disclaimer

Eligible Agents: agents enrolled in the Brokerage Partner compensation plan prior to 12/31/2024 who have achieved 1 core transaction as a Brokerage Partner are eligible to participate in Stock Boost Program. Eligibility begins on the achievement of the core transaction as a Brokerage Partner but not prior to 11/01/2024.

For each Performance Award earned from achievements completed between 11/1/2024 and 10/31/2025 by an eligible agent, an additional “Performance Award Bonus RSU Grant” will be issued in an amount equal to such performance award subject to a 5 year Bonus RSU Vesting Period.

For each Sponsorship Award earned prior to 10/31/2025 from a direct sponsored agent who joined LPT Realty after 11/25/2024, an additional “Sponsorship Award Bonus RSU Grant” will be issued in an amount equal to 50% of such Sponsorship Award subject to a 5 year Bonus RSU Vesting Period.

Vesting on Bonus RSU Grant requires agent to complete at least ten (10) full Core Transaction units during the five (5) year vesting period.  Additionally, during entire vesting period, agent must remain a Brokerage Partner, Active, and in Good Standing.  Please see lptR’s Equity Incentive Plan, Shareholder Documents, Model RSU & Notice of Grant of Restricted Stock Units for further details.
