01. Connect 2.0 Guided Tour 12/03/2024 9AM EST

Good morning, everybody. We are at the man cave at Robert's house. It is freezing in here because because I don't think the heat was on. It was, like, sixty one inside the house, which for me, as a Caribbean blooded individual, it is, that's cold. Alright. Let me put some music on for us, and we're gonna get started here in just a minute or two. We might be around nine zero five. I know we normally start at nine zero three, but we will start here in just one second. I haven't seen it. Is it good? At the end, How'd you say you went to the theater? Oh. So you you like to want a wife? Yeah. You know the crab? Yes. So he makes a surprise appearance during the end credits. Nice. Interesting. It's just funny. Yeah. And then it usually his end credit from the first one where he where he's laying on his back. Oh, yes. I was, like, let's be honest. If I was, if I was, what if my name was Sebastian and I had a Jamaican accent, you would be helping me right now. How'd you think of you? Yeah. Thomas, I'll come to that. Bye. About the panelist. Okay. Alright, guys. We're gonna get started in just a minute. Robert's to my left getting signed in. So we will just get started here in a second. How many people have gone inside Connect so far and started playing around, poking around? We've got a few people. I've already we're already getting tickets this morning. Oh, yeah. Okay. Fantastic. Okay. So we got some errors, some server errors. We just got one. Just play. Just play. Just play. K. So you jinxed us. We've got some server crashing happening. Alright. We've got some server crashing happening, and that's okay. We have a lot of people logging in at the same time right now, playing around with it. So I am there goes Lewis. Lewis is sitting next to me as well. We are all Lewis is right here. RP is right here. But we all wanted to join, separately so that we could we could screen share and be a part of this process. So, we're gonna go ahead and get started. It looks like we've got a couple reports of a four zero four error. We are aware of that. That basically is happening because it seems like there's a lot of people logging in all at the same time. They're they're pushing updates. Like Okay. As we were finding bugs leading up to this, they were They're pushing updates. Okay. So one thing to remember about what what's happening with, with Connect two point o is that today is the absolute start of it. One, like anything, if you think about like Facebook day one, there's no content in there. Right? Like, it has to be created. The whole the whole purpose of this is that it helps create content that you find important, that you're putting out there. And so it becomes a a kind of like a living and breathing document similar to like what Robert said yesterday. And so today, you know, you may experience some some bugs as people, you know, are probably going in there more so than what they normally would. And we'll get that figured out for you. But also think about the type of content that you wanna type, you wanna, you know, you wanna see and and what you wanna put out in there because that's what people are ultimately gonna start interacting with. And so while we preloaded some of it in there, this is really just to kinda get the ember started. The real fire comes when everyone is contributing to it. And so, we're super excited to to be here day one. Even more excited what it's gonna look like in thirty days is as people are familiar with it and they're using it as a place for, you know, for, connections. And, we think about Facebook right now and how we utilize that and people go in there and they ask questions, they ask topics, they start conversations. Like, hey, I'm thinking about doing an open house. What's the best way to do it? You know, you see these type of conversations happening in other places all the time. And we're now gonna have the ability to put that inside of Connect and, you know, post that to your story if that's what you wanna do or find the thread that is talking specifically about that. And so, again, that information starts to grow and become better as we continue to invest in and ask more questions and put more topics there. So just go ahead and wanna start us off with that so people understand how to think about Connect two point o and, deleting cookies, remove my four zero four error. Okay. Fantastic. We got some tech savvy people here. You delete the cookies also. If if you are getting the four zero four, try logging in in, like, incognito or or private mode Okay. That solves it, then it's definitely your cookies. Okay. Because we I had a little bit of that this morning too. Okay. Gotcha. Alright. So, Robert was saying that if, just in case you didn't hear him, if you are having that four four error and you try to log in incognito mode, that's the mode inside of Chrome, where, you know, you can you can switch over to that mode and try logging in. It will automatically erase your cookies and so if that works, that means it's a cookie issue. Means you can go in there, you can clear your cookies and that will fix it. But just know that we are aware of that issue. It's already being worked on. So you may come across it. You may not. It just depends on kind of when you when you access it. But alright. So I'm gonna go ahead and turn it over to you, Robert. We're gonna go ahead and, get started. If you are still having issues, we'll continue to work on that. Robert's gonna go through and screen share and kinda walk you through some things and, some things you should know to get started inside of Connect two point o. And, we'll continue to, look at those errors. If you are experiencing that error long term, like, say, more than an hour or two, definitely file a ticket. There's no need to file a ticket right now because we are aware of the issue. But if you are still having an issue later on the day, go ahead and file a ticket. We'll just make sure that there's nothing that is something else is going on there. So with that being said, I'll turn it over to you, brother. Alright. I'll unmute you. Yeah. Alright. Good morning, everybody. Yeah. So, couple of things. We are definitely prioritizing, any bugs related to existing features. Like, I saw some folks mention that they're having trouble ordering power packs. We got a ticket this morning. I think someone was trying to order signs. We're prioritizing those tickets first because, obviously, while the new features are great, we wanna make sure that that the things that are absolutely most important, which is, again, the the marketing, the getting paid, the the transaction stuff is all working. And so that's how we're we're thinking about the tickets. If you are having trouble logging in, again, clear cookies, try maybe incognito mode, try a different browser, try again. Some of it could be timing. I we just froze pushing any updates so that I can do the Zoom. And then as soon as we finish up here, they're gonna go back to pushing updates. So I may I may cut this meeting a little short because I want them to get those marketing updates fixed. I'm talking to the team on Slack while we go here. That's the big thing is being able to get you guys back to being able to order marketing because we know how important LBT marketing is. But, yeah, Kristen just jumped in there. Yep. Kristen Pegu just jumped in the chat. That's our our CTO. Her and her team are hard at work making sure that this transition is as smooth as possible. But as we mentioned yesterday on motivation Monday, there's definitely gonna be some bugs and pain points today. Part of why we save this for the beginning of a month and not the end of a month, we definitely didn't want people not being able to log in the last week of the month when things are chaotic. Surprise. But, again, you know, you can always call support. We're gonna do whatever we can. It's all hands on deck on our side to make sure that everyone has, you know, the most, pleasurable experience possible as we launch this absolute crazy upgrade in technology. So with that, I'm gonna share my screen. At the end of the day, when you log in to Connect today, there's no new login. There's no new domain. When you go to connect dot l p t and log in the way that you normally would, you're going to be greeted by the new interface. And with that, I'm gonna share my screen. Alright. Can you see my screen on it? Alright. Good. Okay. So you can see we've got a little bit of face lift here. A lot of our familiar interface is here. You know, we've got the the tiles similar to to what we had in Connect one point o. And then we have the new ticker at the top, which right now, we have the chat and the help up there. We have tips on submitting a ticket if you're having any problems, and the new user interface. So, again, we spent a lot of time on this. Again, this is a work in progress. We are growing and building, and there'll be features that we're turning on over the next two weeks, and that's why we're doing these zooms. We're with you guys five times a day for the next ten days because we recognize, what a big shift this is, and we wanna make sure that everyone has a good experience. And, also, your feedback's important. You know, as we get feedback from you, the cool thing with the way we built this is really anything is possible. And, you know, that was one of the biggest reasons why we made the decision to to go with code that we controlled on our own servers, ver like versus like going out and and getting a, you know, Facebook or a Zoom or Kivo or whatever because we can't make those types of customizations. And so, like, one of the cool things that that we have is, like and we're gonna be getting this later in the week is, like, the ability to search agents by local board. So you can find agents that are in the same board as you. You can look up agents by city, like, all these different things, and there was just no way that was ever gonna happen on somebody else's platform. And so, again, put a lot of time and thought into this, but we really need you to help us shape it. So we're gonna be taking your feedback. We may put some task force together. Again, we're gonna really be working together. We wanna make two point o the absolute best piece of software it can. Today is the launch of the beta. Today is the launch of the initial framework, but we've got a lot to do to make this, even better together. So couple things I do wanna talk through. So in the upper right here, you'll see support. Can you make me bigger? Yeah. I'm gonna let me, so they can actually control it. Okay. Essentially, what they need to do is there's gonna be this little tab right here, and they can control their own size of the screen. So however you want to describe that. Yeah. So I guess you can control how much of the the Zoom screen is me and the camera and how much of it is the, the screen share. There's, like, a little drag between the two that Hodge just showed me. So if you grab that, you can drag my screen to the right to make it bigger, left me on which side it's on or to make me. And then if they click remove spotlight, or is that only something you can do? No. We don't wanna do that. Alright. So, up here in this upper right and maybe I can I hope me zooming in is gonna There you go? That's just messing with me. Yep. Alright. That didn't work. It broke there we go. Alright. So I'll try to zoom in. Sorry. So up here when I click on the support tab. So I came up here to the little headset. I clicked the support drop down. You'll see a couple of things here. The the new ticket is here. Call support is here. So, again, if you click there, you can click to call on your cell phone. We probably need to get the phone number displayed there even though it's also in the ticker. I know we wanted to get chat in there. I think that's coming up on one of the next updates. You can also launch the chat from inside of the ticker right now. But then more importantly, one point o news, one point o knowledge base, and one point o community forums, this is the legacy stuff. So the way you logged in to knowledge base yesterday is here under one point o knowledge base. The community forums that we had previously in the legacy connect one point o, all that's right here. Eventually, we're gonna delete this. But as we're going through the transition, if you need to get back to that, it's like if I wanna go to the old knowledge base, I can click here on one point o knowledge base. Zoom back out a little bit. And here you can see our familiar knowledge base that we've all been using for the last two years together. So, again, if if you are struggling to find something, you're feeling overwhelmed with Connect two point o, we left one point o here lurking in the background. Again, the goal is ultimately to turn this off because all of the information that's here is also available in the new Connect two point o system. But, again, really trying to minimize any negative impact on anyone's business as we launch the new technology. So this is the old knowledge base. It's there, for you to use as needed. Okay? So, we also have the old community forums and the old news section. So, again, if you need to kinda default back to the way things used to be, support one point o news knowledge based forums, you can submit a ticket here. You can call support here. And then, again, our little chat friend, as always, we you're encouraged to be able to chat with support as well. So, that's kind of some housekeeping stuff I wanted to get out of the way there. And now let's get into some of the new features. Alright? So I'm gonna start with, what we call view my profile. And and, basically, this is this is me. This is my agent circle. This is where I can go, and I can see what's going on. I can see posts that are happening across Connect so far. Rica and Crispin's posted, on the main stage. Crystal Rosales. Tony McGee responded. Alright. So we got all this stuff here. Here's Rice said good morning. Had a couple folks say good morning back to me. We can see who's online now. We can see recent activity. And then over here, I can get into my notifications. There's a couple different ways that I can see my notifications. I can click here. Yep. He's asking, how did you get to that screen that was just you should Oh, yeah. I guess they can't see my mouse, can they? So, Yeah. We can. Yeah. Oh, you can see the mouse move around? Okay. So, yeah, under so right up here, I clicked on my face, Robert, in the upper right, and then I went to view my profile. And that's what takes me to this little section. And then, also, I can edit my profile, which we'll talk about next. So here I can see, notifications, couple different ways to see that. I can also see notifications by clicking the little bell up here in the corner. So, again, lots of different ways to see notifications of who's interacting with you. Over time, things like new conditions being added, to your files will be available in this area. Again, we're really trying to get everything consolidated so that if you already know what's going on in your business, socially, on your files, whatever it is, order shipping notifications, all that kind of stuff over time is gonna live here inside of this notifications panel. If people mention me, so, again, similar to Facebook, you can mention people when you do posts. You use the at symbol, and you can mention people who you are connected to. She's so low in there. Yeah. We're gonna have to we're gonna have to beef the servers up now that we got everybody on here. This is gonna be a fun week. Yeah. Then the, the the another big part of us building this ourselves is that custom control over notifications. You know, with a third party product like Facebook, you're only gonna get Facebook related notifications, where here, we can build in notifications around the business logic as well. So, again, the whole point of this is that everything you need to do to run your business is happening in in one place. Alright. I wonder if maybe we took down the server. Yep. I think we crashed. Kristen is checking. Yeah. Alright. Yeah. Crashed the Internet. You crashed the We made it we made it eighteen minutes. Yeah. That's great. There's a lot of people in here playing around, which is fantastic. It looks good. Yeah. We broke the Internet. Alright. Well, I'm gonna stop sharing my screen while we get that figured out. A little hamster rebooting a server somewhere. Yeah. Get back on here with you. I love it. Alright. People think it's funny. They're like, yeah. We're breaking stuff. I like it. The dev team is like Alright. Yeah. There's someone's hair is on fire right now. Yeah. For sure. That's good. Okay. Cool. Well, we will we will continue to kinda talk through that. So, as we're waiting for that to come back up, you know, as as you can see, a lot of the functionality and what was really important, was that it felt kind of the way we interact on social media. That has become kind of the standard. Right? Like, hey. I wanna be mentioned. I wanna be called, you know, be notified when someone says at mention. That's that's an important thing. You can search by topic. You can search by city. You can search by state. Like, there's all these different ways to interact, which was really important. I know what you had originally talked about was how do we make it you know, when connects initially launched, it was how do we connect the agents to the brokerage. And now we're like, hey. How do we connect you guys to each other? And how do we connect you guys to content that you wanna see? And how do we connect you guys to information sharing? They can't hear you because you're muted. Oh, okay. My laptop. Okay. I'll talk. There we go. Yeah. So it's you know, it was important to say, how do we get to that next step where, you have the ability to connect to information, to connect to each other, and connect to social groups that are running similar businesses. That was really, really important. And so, that is what you'll experience when Connect two point o is back up and running when we are not crashing the servers. But day one, we knew, you kind of foreshadowed it yesterday. You knew there was gonna be a lot of pressure on the servers as there's, you know, thousands of people, you know, logging in at the same time, which normally doesn't happen. And so we'll we'll get that back up and running so we can continue to show you the cool features. But one thing that's important to know, when you first go in there to set up your profile, a couple of things to think about. One, you wanna make sure you're in the right time zone. Your calendar is driven by the time zone that you set as on your personal profile. So if you I think it default you to some place in, like, Africa or something like that. At least it did for me. And so, without that, when I first had that wrong, all the times for the classes were showing up at, like, two o'clock in the morning, three o'clock in the morning. And then I went in and updated my profile, and then that's what allowed me to have that corrected. So it does adjust the time, the calendar based on the time zone that you set in your profile. So that is important. You also wanna get your pictures and stuff inside of there as well too because as you saw when Robert put in there who's online now, you'll be able to see those pictures right up in there. So if not, it's just gonna be that gray dot. People won't know that you're there. So, little things like that are gonna help the experience. And so those those are things that you can do, you know, to kinda get the most out of the experience as you as you first start playing around with it. Yeah. Now the sky's the limit. Again, today's this this week is gonna be crazy. And, again, it's part of why we're gonna be with you guys five times a day because we wanna we wanna be here on this journey. We wanna get real feedback as we need to put Band Aids on things. It it's just it's a major upgrade. I mean, this is you know, basically, we went from Connect one point o, which I've talked about, was really just about brokerage software. You know? And and what's amazing is, you know, a lot of brokerages, even really big ones are using completely third party technology, even running things like transaction management, whatever. And so Connect one point o was just transaction management, basic knowledge base, whatever. Now we've built this entire social network into it. So this is probably the biggest upgrade we'll ever do from a standpoint of complexity of the back end code, complexity of the tables, and and we're gonna get through that in the next week. And then it's gonna be absolutely amazing. And and the ability to drive content through here, like, I gotta tell you that knowing where we're going with this, knowing where we're gonna be in a couple of weeks as the bugs are worked out and we get the server loads dialed in and everyone's gotten situated, the ability to push content out, the ability to to create this community at a deeper level, the ability for agents to find each other in the directory, the ability for agents to build their personal network using the connections, like, it really is going to be absolutely fantastic. And then the other piece is, this is going to be the foundation for our next version of of Desi, which is going to get into more of, like, assisting you with transactions, assisting you with knowledge. You know, if you think about where we started, we had, you know, Desi when we launched Desi, AI wasn't cool yet. You know, we launched Desi before the AI boom really hit, and Desi was all about marketing. You know? And Desi was all about driving efficiencies around our marketing and getting marketing tools in agents' hands. With this Connect two point o framework, we built this in a way that all of the interactions and everything that we're building and the way we're interacting and all the support tickets we ever answered, all of that's gonna be able to train Desi so that over time, we have this AI layer inside of Connect two point o that can help interact with you as well. So if you're looking for a piece of content, you're looking for help, whatever that is, over time, Desi is gonna be able to jump right in there with you. You know, Desi may be responding to to posts inside of Connect two point o. Like, the sky really is the limit because this is our code base. So I'm getting I'm getting, notifications that we're back up. And we're back. I'm gonna try to log in again and go back to screen share mode. Okay. There's no point in that. It's, like, glowing, like, right over my Yeah. My the young room. It's like a lightsaber. Alright. Alright. We're back. We're back. I saw somebody mentioned in the chat that they didn't have the new interface. If you have the main stage and the my biz and the biz gen, the trainings, this is really the big thing you're gonna see that that will tell you you're on the correct interface. I'm gonna refresh because my logo didn't load. There we go. Okay. So this is this lets you know you're in the new interface. I think everybody's in there, but we'll we'll see. If not, you know, continue to let us know. So, again, today, we're gonna do kind of a high level overview. We're gonna be getting deep in the weeds on this stuff over the next four days. Friday is really all about how you connect and find each other. You know, tomorrow, we're gonna get into getting paid and marketing. I'll probably do some tours of those today. But today, I really wanted to kinda talk philosophically with you guys. You know, go ahead and break it with me here with you live. I'd rather hit that head on, face to face, which is fantastic, because by tomorrow when we're we're doing the trainings on getting paid and everything, we don't want that going on. You can see I got a notification down here. I got a like on my good morning post, from Edsel. Thank you for that. Alright. So main stage, again, kind of a quick tour here. Main stage is where things like motivation Monday are gonna live. This is what's gonna replace kind of the old news section of Connect one point o. Again, we're gonna go much deeper on all this throughout the rest of the week, but I wanna kinda hit you guys on some basic stuff. You'll see over here we have upcoming events. So, like, you know, one of the things we've struggled with in the past is other than the emails that we send out, like, we didn't have a global calendar. We didn't have one place for you to go and find all the amazing training and events that are going on. And so a big part of Connect two point o is this idea of event discovery, and that's discovering online events. And then, ultimately, we're gonna have the ability for you to discover in person events as well. So, again, a lot of cool stuff, that's gonna go on as we continue to grow. So kinda going through, you know, what we showed at Grand Prix last year, I'm gonna hit on the calendar here because as I just mentioned, that is a really big piece of this. I bet we crash it a dozen times today. Oh, it's like you got a kid. Yeah. We're gonna have to do some big big hardware upgrades today. I'm it. Alright. Kristen has put in the chat that two point zero at l p t realty dot com is where you wanna send tickets if you're having issues. Yeah. I think we're I think we're we're gonna have a rough day today, Hodge. Yeah. Here we are. Yes. It is interesting because we, you know, we size this considerably larger than Connect one point o. We've done a bunch of testing along the way, but you just never know until you actually get, you know Yeah. All that foot traffic through. These people logging in. And even too, just the size of the databases in the background, like, we're we're a big brokerage at this point. I mean, there's a lot going on back here. Yeah. I think she's gonna she's gonna struggle with us today, but we're gonna get her right size. We're gonna get everything working smooth by end of the week. Fear not. We are we are all focused on this. Alright. So my calendar is loading. It's just very slow. Yeah. And it will not just so you know, it will not be like that once we kinda have everything up and running. Yeah. So your interface will be very quick. I remember there was a point when Connect one point o Same thing. Yeah. It was slow and then yeah. As we got more users, and then we ended up beefing up the servers, and then that fixed the issue. It became very, very quick and snappy. So we'll have the same thing here. But to your point, you were talking about kind of the calendar being loaded in this week, and there not being a centralized location where that information lives. And that was something that we saw as a pain point because, you know, there was like, the weekly email that goes out and that kind of features, hey. Here's some of the things that you should pay attention to this week. But if you wanted to see all of the training for all, just say, you know, it was more difficult to try to find. And so this will be a major improvement. You know, and you can, again, search by topic. You can search by, you know, area and Yeah. So we see over here, kinda I'm controlling it. We have the different circles. So, like, I just turned on lofty. We have a ton of lofty training on the calendar. You know, Jean and that group and Christine and everybody has done a great job of putting this out. So if I'm looking for lofty trainings, we got a ton available in here, for people to go find. Let's say I only wanna see training about the main stage. I can turn that on. I can turn lofty off. So, again, you have a lot of control here for this centralized calendar to see any events that are coming up by topic. You can show everything. And then the cool thing is, once you once you pick a topic and you attend it, it then copies it over to your calendar. So once I say, hey. Am I going to this? You know, I'm on a no right now. If I say, yes. I'm going to this, then it'll move it over onto my calendar as well. And so, you know, my calendar sits up here, and I can see the things that I'm going to. So, again, we're gonna go in deep on this as we continue to go through and then being able to launch the Zooms right from the calendar. But it's funny. While some of these things seem inconsequential, like having a centralized calendar again, if you look at a lot of companies even bigger than us, they're using, like, a third party Google Calendar. Like, it's not part of their core technology. We made the investment early on. You know, here we are two years old to to stand this up, with Connect two point o to be able to have the calendars and the community and everything living inside of one place. So we're gonna be spending more time on the calendar throughout this week. I wanted to touch on that. Let me go to transaction. So this the transaction system is pretty similar to Connect one point o. It just got a little bit of an upgrade on the the interface. We've got a lot more exciting stuff coming here. You know, I see some people asking about the phone app. There will be a phone app, but not probably for another six months because we have to have the technology perfected. So one of the downsides to launching an actual iPhone app or Android app is the pace at which you can launch updates becomes much less infrequent. Like, we we may push updates we're gonna push updates hourly today because of this big new technology. And until you get to a point in your development cycle where we're only updating the software once every couple of months in a much more methodical, slower paced fashion, it's really hard to have a phone app because they don't let you keep up with that pace of updating because it's a much bigger deal to push code into the app store. You have to go through an approval process. They're reviewing the code. Where on a web based app, we just push it straight up and we can make changes in real time. So for the next probably six months, we're gonna be limited to just the the mobile web interface. But, no, over time, we are absolutely gonna have a a dedicated mobile app, but it's gonna come later in our development cycle. I talked about that a lot at Grand Prix last year. Adding a new transaction, this is the big thing we're gonna talk about tomorrow morning, the new way to get paid in Connect two point o. I know some people have started using this. We are phasing out the legacy, dot loop intake form to go to this intake wizard inside of Connect two point o where you import your dot loop, and then you set up the file. You can give any customer credits. You can do team splits, everything you need to do in real time. There's gonna be a bunch of classes on that tomorrow, so make sure you check that out. Over time, we are gonna start prioritizing the files who submit using this system instead of the the dot loop intake form. So for the fastest and highest quality of getting your DA out, getting everything to title on time, you're gonna wanna use this new ad transaction system that we're gonna be training on tomorrow. Stock awards and hybrid share and all the basic stuff stays in here. The marketing circle is one of the circles we have live. We're gonna be training on this one again tomorrow. TCs can absolutely get logins, Chris. So that's one of the big upgrades we made with Connect two point o. There's an entire team approval system natively inside of Connect two point o now. So transaction coordinators are able to get logins. You're able to designate if that transaction coordinator can actually approve transactions and disbursements on your behalf, or can they only set files up. We put a lot of time and thought into how that relationship can work between agents and their TCs, team leaders and TCs, team leaders and team members. And, again, all that happens here natively. Again, that's one of the things that while some of that could be done in dot loop, it was a little clunky because, again, we didn't we didn't have full control over that software. Being able to write Connect two point o ourselves, have it be able to handle every situation, again, big part of the upgrade. Crashed again. I like it. Oh, amazing. Yeah. Alright. Well, we know we gotta we gotta get that worked out. We, yeah. So a couple of our teams asked about the TC stuff. I would say probably by the end of this week, we'll get out instructions for you guys on how to get that set up. We are gonna do some dedicated, kinda TC related and team related training on getting paid in Connect. But we will have a process in place for how you get those TCs and non agent members added into Connect and give them the, give them the access they need. Alright. Here's the marketing circle. Again, beautiful interface, lot of great information. The thing we really wanted to do here was to pull together the social aspect of Connect, the training and education aspect of Connect, and then the functional aspect of Connect to all live in one place. You know, one of the weaknesses, again, I see with a lot of other technology or these cobbled together tech stacks is the idea of, like, oh, well, if I wanna order marketing, I'm gonna log in to some company over here. If I wanna have a social conversation, I'm gonna go get on to, you know, Facebook Workplace or Zoom or Kivo or whatever over here. Oh, if I'm if I'm trying to get training, I'm gonna log in to another system. And so, again, while we're we're gonna be getting through it today with getting everything right and tightened up, once this system is in full release, the idea that everything you need is living in one place, and then the ability to interact with other agents. You know, right here is the the marketing specific wall that I can post on and interact with other agents, seeing I'm getting, you know, comments and replies here. The content pieces all living in here, being able to to share this information with each other, being able to help each other discover this. But then also, this is where I actually go to order my marketing. You know? This is where the property marketing system lives now. You know? I don't have any properties. This is where agent marketing lives, agent assistance, agent power packs. Everything is right here together, and this is the the big lift that we went into as a brokerage is to get everything combined in one place, for you guys. Let me get into search feature. Couple of things I'm gonna hit on. So one of the cool things with searches, we've got what we call a unified search. So I'm gonna type Kristen up there. And, again, the system is really dragging, but we're gonna get this we're gonna get this worked out. Yeah. Drag it down. There you go. Well, when it's working, you can search content and people simultaneously in this unified search bar. Let me see. Marketing. Yeah. That might be down again. Yeah. I think we might have killed it again. We've got couple hours till our next training session to get get some server juice injected and try to get through this. Alright. Yeah. So, everybody, I'll I'll kinda talk about the training. So today, I'm gonna do four of these plus a coffee. So eleven, we're gonna have a coffee chat, just kinda talk through what we experienced this morning. Yeah. So here's the search. I think this is pretty cool. There's content. There's the different circles. There's people. So I got people named Mark. I've got circles containing Mark for marketing. I've got content. The lofty dashboard has marketing in it. Smart plans has marketing in it. So, again, this idea that you can easily discover different information just with this single unified search, again, a big lift, a big thing that we built to try to make it easier to discover things. And if ultimately having this powered by AI to where Desi is making recommendations on articles, making recommendations on videos and pieces of content, Just a lot of power built into the system. And today is about getting the framework off the ground and getting it running. So we're about forty minutes here. I'm gonna wrap this one up. I I hope you guys will join us again. The, the afternoon ones, we're gonna work on the servers here for the next couple of hours and try to get a better tour for you where I'm not timing out so much, later today. But thanks for being on this inaugural with me. I hope to see you guys at eleven AM for coffee, and, we'll see you the rest of the day on these as well. I'm gonna go jump in with the dev team and try to get get some of this cleaned up so we have a better experience for you guys later in the day. Thanks.
