Good morning, everybody. Welcome to our first LPT Connect two point o morning coffee. For those of you who were with us at the nine AM this morning, we successfully crashed Connect together, as a group, which is very exciting. To update there, we we did some tuning to the server, and we also found what we call leaky code. And so the idea of that is that there's certain type of code that leaks memory or causes these problems, but you can't really find it until you have a lot of people on the system because it's like a small leak doesn't mean anything. And then you put a ton of water in the pool, and it starts to leak harder. That's kinda what we experienced this morning. So, I'm actually gonna hop early from this because I'm gonna hop in and help, with some of the resolutions we're doing right now. But, we're upgrading servers. There's actually three different servers that connect runs on. I'm gonna get a little geekier here than normal. We're rolling up updates and upgrades across those servers. We're fixing some leaky code. But so far, today's actually been, less hectic than I thought. You know? We, we were able to get through most of the tour this morning before things really got too haywire. We're We're gonna be doing that again, here in a couple of hours. So we hope you will join us for that. And, again, today's gonna be an adventure, but really happy with how things look. Gotten really good feedback with agents so far. Not all the features are activated yet. So, again, just know that throughout the week, we're gonna be activating more and more things. But for this morning coffee, obviously, want any feedback. If you are having any critical issues, like you can't order marketing, that's something we were dealing with this morning, I think, is resolved. Any transaction related problems, let us know. We wanna escalate those, obviously, primarily. But then beyond that, just know that we are here working hard behind the scenes, getting things upgraded, updated, last minute changes to things that we could only find after we put a whole bunch of pressure on the system, which we started to do this morning. So, guys, you were obviously there for it. I know you've been along for this journey. I'm gonna turn it over to you to really dig into kinda where we're going, what we're experiencing, and I'm gonna go write some code and and help the team. Alright. Awesome. Sounds good, brother. So One sorry. One last thing I wanna add before I I I put this in, Facebook. But a couple of things, we did also have a couple thousand agents who did not get imported. There was a data issue that we're trying to resolve right now. So there's a couple thousand agents. I mean, it's, again, it's a small percentage of the overall brokers. But if you find yourself unable to log in to Connect or potentially when you log in to Connect, you see old Connect. Instead of new Connect, it means what you're one of those couple thousand agents that was not successfully imported. We're working on figuring out why. We think maybe there was something missing or something formatted wrong in the original profile that didn't come over. But, again, this is what today is all about. We are all hands on deck all day long, communicating with you guys and updating problems behind the scenes. I see an issue with not being able to update credit card, that just came in from the marketing mama. Thank you for that. I'm gonna drop that into our, IT chat, and then I'm gonna hop on Slack. And now I really am gonna leave you and these guys, Cable has. Yeah. If you're one of the couple thousand agents who didn't get imported, just submit a ticket, and you'll know that because you will see Connect one point o or not be able to log in at all. But we're we're working on things behind the scenes, and my gut says by the end of the day, we're gonna be in a pretty good spot. So talk to you soon. Cool. Thanks for that. Yeah. It was, it was exciting this morning to, be able to to have a little bit of tour with with Robert. We were breaking the system, so we weren't really able to get through a whole lot of it, just because there were so many people piling in all at the same time. So I know that they've already made some adjustments to the servers, and, and that has made it already more responsive. And so we'll continue to do that throughout the day. But one of the things that we wanted to kinda talk through is just understanding how to set up your profile and how to get the most from Connect. Of course, today is the starting line. Right? So just like anything, like, you are writing something to say, hey. Here's what it will look like in the future. Here's where you're gonna post this information. Here's where you guys are gonna interact and find information that you're looking for going forward. But today, that doesn't necessarily exist in abundance because it's day one. Right? Like, you guys are have to go out there and create it. Yeah. You know, that's what makes it very exciting is the fact that you guys are pioneering this with us. Yeah. You know, you guys are putting your fingerprints on the foundation of what this is gonna become and this is gonna really shape who we are as LPT Realty. I mean, this is gonna be our ever living, breathing heart. The community that we're gonna be able to build together, the the feedback and collaboration we're gonna be able to do as a family. It's gonna be very exciting to see what this looks like six months from now. Granted, we gotta get through this very first day. Right? We gotta get through day one, day two, this first week as we're working through the bugs. But what this is gonna shape up to be is gonna be truly amazing as a as a community, as a brokerage, and really gonna shape, you know, where this industry kinda moves. Yep. That's right. And, you know, one of the things that, like, when we were initially kind of thinking about what do we want the software to do? Like, what is the the the missing piece? And so Robert talks about it all the time. You know, there's a lot of people who are going to third party softwares. Like, they're going to Facebook, I guess Facebook workplace, which is now discontinued. But at the time Look at that issue. Right? Right. Exactly. Like, hey. We gotta jump on this. This is the thing. But look, it just continues. You're so dependent on a third party software. You can't do what you really wanted to do inside of your own family, inside of your home. That's right. And so then that so who knows what solutions they've had to come up with, for the people who are running their businesses off of that. But that was an important functionality. Like how can we how can we put something together where people can interact with each other and find information or, you know, ask a question. Hey. What's the best way to do x? Or what's the best lead source? Or, hey. I'm experiencing this with the b b eight. What's the best way to get around it? You know? And then that go inside of community where it actually returns people who are probably experiencing the same thing or maybe overcome those things and it return an answer. And so that community forum style has been a great way for those information kind of producing answers. But then you would have to go, like we talked about, to a third party. So to have that inside of Connect is gonna be amazing. And so when you think about how we use Facebook now when you are going there for information, not when, hey. I'm going there to be entertained. I'm going out there to see what's in the world to see what people like, there is that component to it. But there's also component where it's like, hey. I'm gonna subscribe to this real estate form because I find it to be a great source of information that helps me run my business as valuable information. That is basically being moved inside our four walls of LPT, which is gonna be fantastic because when you think about, you know, all of us having access to the same tools and, like, hey. What's the best way that you're getting the most out of your power pack? Or what's the best way you're getting most from, you know, your luxury preferred network, you know, subscription? Like, that is the way that you start to foster that information. And that was something that was missing within LPT for a long time. So that was important that we are able to accomplish that. Yeah. And I think what's cool is like I mean, we live in a world now where technology rules everything. Yeah. Absolutely. We're having a meeting now as if we're all in the same room. I mean, we're over Zoom right now. And I think what this is gonna show in Lewis and I are not even in the same room. This is AI bots. Right? We're we're here. I I I think this is what's I think what's gonna, you know, show at the at the tail end of all of this is how much inefficiencies were still in existence inside of our industry. Yeah. You know, I think the level of efficiencies that is going to come out of this, I think is really going to create, you know, a new a new era in this real estate industry journey. I mean, some of the things that we were demoing this morning, I mean to see real life time notifications for compliance conditions. Mhmm. All living in the same place where you can access a main stage and access zooms like this. Living in the same space as you being able to collaborate with other agents and view on demand items. Like, the level of efficiencies that is going to come out of all of this, I think is going to be very massive. And I think the biggest realization is going to be how much inefficiencies we've had over time. Yeah. No different than when Facebook and all of these other social platforms. Like can we remember an age of trying to find a video online somewhere? Right. Like now we have YouTube, you just go to YouTube, you find it like it's just part of who we are as a as as people. And and I think this is that first step moving into that direction. Yeah. That's a that's a great point. Like, what did we do beforehand? You know, before you had a Facebook and you were connecting that way or before, you know, you had a YouTube, it was a one place where all these videos were aggregated where you can just go in there and be like, hey. I'm looking for a video on food. I'm looking for a video on clothing. I'm looking for a video on automobiles. Like, it's all in the same kind of place. Like, the time before that is, like, so foreign. Correct. Like, when did that exist? So I'm gonna go back to a time that's, like, wait. We used to we were at a cloud based brokerage. How did I used to call an agent out of California or Nevada or North Carolina from a like, how did I used to interact with agents? How did we used to build community? How did we used to collaborate? Like, I think all of those are gonna be notions that are going to start, you know, coming out into fruition here in the in the future. Strong point. Super strong point. So, as day one though, of course, we have a ton of people. We have thousands of agents logging in at the same time. And so as Robert talked about earlier, that does help us find, you know, what what issues are happening inside of the system. And so he they found some things earlier. We already kinda hit capacity on on the current servers, and so that got upgraded. They removed some things around the way it was pulling information that helped a little bit. So you're gonna see some responsiveness. Every once in a while, you are gonna notice that you may get an error when you're going through it. Just give it a couple minutes and then refresh. They are actively pushing code through all out today. That normally wouldn't happen in such a frequency. You may receive, you know, a code update in the middle of the night when pretty much no one is on, use using the system. That's generally how the dev team would work, their scheduled releases. But because we are, you know, people are are are converting over to it as we speak, there's gonna be a lot of updates that go out today as we continue to find those bugs. We saw this morning that there were some errors, like, a four zero four error, and there was a five zero three error. And there was, I think, a marketing, tab issue. All those things are being cataloged. There is an email, which is two point o at l p t realty dot com, which is where you can file a ticket or send a concern if you're having an issue with something. A lot of the big issues we're aware of, but there could be some small things that happen that you're not aware of, that we're not aware of. And so continue to, provide that information. But more importantly, go in there and set your profile up. Add your profile picture. Make sure that your time zone is correct. You know, post something on your wall. Those are gonna be kind of the starting points and the things that you can do today. And then as we kinda get these initial bugs rolled out, we'll start to enable some of those additional features, and you'll see that over the course of the next week or so. I'm trying to think of the schedule for next week. I think this week is dedicated solely to try to flush out all the all the major issues. And so so over the next couple of weeks, you'll start to see some of these new features, being enabled and these new tools being enabled inside, Connect account. So, again, this is just the starting line. If you are just joining in, this is just the starting line, with LPT Connect. We've got a couple of, more classes scheduled today. We've got another one, I think, at four, PM eastern, one at seven PM eastern, and one at ten PM eastern. And that is gonna be us just walking you through the actual systems. So we're gonna walk you through, hey. This is what you do here. Here's how you access this. Here's how you get the marketing tab. And it's gonna be just a a basic overview of the of the overall system. And we're then tomorrow, we kinda jump into, hey. Here's how to use the, you know, the putting inputting transactions. Here's how to actually get paid. An email will go out every single morning, I think, at eight AM, that will give you the the classes of the day and so a reminder email. So the first one went out on Sunday with the full schedule for the week, and then we've got the daily ones that will go up each morning that will let you know what is scheduled for that day. So definitely try to, capture as many as you can. They are all recorded. So even if you are not able to actually attend it, just by registering it will automatically trigger, the ability for you to watch the replay directly through Zoom. And then, of course, it'll also be pointed to knowledge base over the course of the couple of days too. So you guys will have access to have the information at the, you know, at a convenient time. Yeah. We we can't emphasize enough, guys. Thank you so much for your patience this week. I know it's, you know, the excitement of turning on the levers. Like, oh, it's gonna be, you know, fully operational. But, like, this is a building block. Right? As as we keep saying, this is really the starting line of this new this new journey with this piece of technology. And, you know, the first half of this week is, you know, turning on the framework, turning on the levers. We're gonna slowly start transitioning to the basic mechanics of things that are obviously impact your business businesses with transactions and ordering marketing, etcetera. And then over time, we're gonna start getting more of that building block and those complications, the community, the connections, some other exciting things that we have in store for you guys with this piece of tech. But again, we gotta take it one step at a time. Step one is turning it on. Right? That's kind of today we're flipping the switch. The light bulb's a little bit blinking. We're trying to screw in the light bulb to make sure that it's working. That is step one in all of this. But guys, stay in there. Keep playing around with the systems. As Matt mentioned, every opportunity you can, try to work your profile and you know, just start getting plugged in there. It's it's it's gonna be a fun ride, guys. Yes. Absolutely. And so, Norquis, I just got your text message. She said, please remind me to join the Spanish morning coffee at eleven thirty. That is directly after this call. And that's another thing that I'm really excited about in Connect two point o is that it gives you the ability to have things like there's pages where, hey. Here's where all the the training and translated things are gonna be in Spanish for you. It's not gonna be kind of jumped all over the place. And so there's just so many improvements. And while I get today, it's hard to really kinda see those things, we understand what it's supposed to look like and feel like behind the scenes, and it will be super cool once we kinda get up and running. It's already cool. It's it's much, you know, better looking. It's easy. Like, you can see the functionality of what it could be. But, again, it's not just functioning correctly quite yet. But, you know, as we continue to go, you know, I'm excited for people to put in there, like, hey. Here's what I'm struggling with, and then watch the threads grow from there. And then that's cataloged. And so when someone in the future says, hey. What's the best way to do x? You know, it's gonna pull up all those previous conversations where people are putting that information. So, again, I'm just so excited to see what it's gonna look like in thirty days, sixty days, you know, a year from the year down the road. Yeah. I see James referencing, the calendar inside of, LPT Connect two point o. That's where we kinda left off in our nine o'clock this morning before the crash. That's what. One moment. Yeah. We're still still running kinda slow. So that's why we're not doing the the screen share, but I do wanna show you at least that one piece real quick about the calendar. Okay. Okay. So, on the calendar here, I'm gonna click this top button here, and it's gonna be, when you when you pull down right here, it just has your calendar by default. So this is what you have you have signed up for. If you click right here where it says circle calendars, you're gonna see all the things that are enabled. So if I click lofty, it's gonna start showing all the classes that are available for lofty. If I turn these things off, it's just my calendar now. So I can go in, and let's see. I'm gonna sign up for a lofty class just to show you. So this is a lofty calendar. This is all of them. I'm gonna go to this one here. Right now, let me move this up. It defaults by saying no. You gotta click here and hit going. This is something else that we've given as feedback as well. So now I'm signed up for that class. And so when I turn off the lofty calendar, you'll notice that on my personal calendar, it shows the lofty, the one that I signed up for. So by default right here, this is the only calendar that you are seeing. If you click the circle calendars, that's where you get to see all of the information. You can enable them all and this whole thing is gonna be full. Or you can go specifically to which subject you're looking for. You enter in, you know, kvCORE. That's all the classes for kvCORE this week. I'll select which one that I want. I probably turn that back off and I'll just default to what I see. So that's how that piece works. But again, some little things. Right? Like, if I go to the lofty calendar here and then I'm selecting this, it says no. Oh, that doesn't make much sense. Right? Because it's not like my current status. This is telling me what my current status of my class is. So if if I click here, then it tells me, okay. Now I can select no, going or maybe. And then I select one of these. Now that's the new status. And then again, if I wanted to change that back from no, I would select here and then hit no. So little things like that, we are figuring out like, hey that's not quite right. We want that to change. Another thing is when you first click on something, sometimes this window right here is like this and you feel like you can't get to the bottom and you can actually move this window. So little things like that. We are improving where it's got the move symbol on here so you can you can see. So feedback will be really instrumental over the course of the next couple of weeks as we're refining some of those bugs out. And that's not necessarily a bug. It's just, hey, that doesn't really make much sense. It's not obvious as you really kinda first, you know, interact with it. And so we will we will continue to refine those things. So it just makes more sense from a user interface standpoint. Yeah. It's it's it's gorgeous as it is, but, like, try to put yourself in a perspective of, like, where we're trying to land with this. Like for the calendar, for example. Like imagine a world where like you you can see the descriptions, you see the images of what the event's gonna entail, what you're gonna learn at some of these events. You can immediately register inside of that link to that event, access the Zoom, like the the level of conveniences that are gonna come out and you you easily filter like what you wanna look for and so forth. Like it's gonna be very much Yeah. You know, a very cool way to access information, within within within this community. Yeah. I love it, man. And then, you know, you think about your wall and your page, which is somewhat like a like a social social media page. You know, people can post things on there. So, you know, someone has like a milestone, you know, maybe they cap or it's a birthday or anniversary or things like, that. You know, it's just gonna be so cool to interact with inside of our four walls, and that's what we're most excited about. Because, you know, when you think about a cloud based broker, there's a lot of things that are advantages from a a perspective of, like, hey. We can substitute things that used to cost, you know, be a hard cost to a brokerage. We can pull those things out and substitute those things and and give you a better comp plan. You know? And that's how we get to, like, the flat fee model where we're giving you all this value for such a low cost. Right? We're passing those savings along to you. But one of the flip side to that, enabling that, is that we're all disconnected. Right? We're all attached only through digital and through portal unless you're going to a hub or you're going to local meetups. There can be a little bit of that process where you feel a little bit lonely. And being a a a entrepreneur is already kind of a lonely journey as it is. And, you know, and real estate is a high rejection business. So it takes something that can feel kinda lonely and then throws a lot of rejection on it, and that's, you know, not a great feeling. And so that's one of the things that you combat as a cloud based brokerage. So in order for you to give this cost savings benefit, it comes along with some of these uncomfortable things. And so this is a way for us to get back in together in the same community where we're facing the same problems. We're finding solutions together, and you have a place to go to. And while you may not physically be next to someone, it kinda really deletes a little bit of that need when you can share information, you can find that information together. So And I think that I mean, the magnitude is much greater too. Right? Because historically, like you would be secluded to like maybe an office or a franchise or a market center. Now your your reach is nationally and soon to be international. Like that's going to be the community reach that you guys will have. So now there's so many more likelihoods of you finding like minded individuals who may be in a very similar stage in their journeys in real estate that you'll be able to connect with and break through whatever glass ceilings that you guys are experiencing at that specific point in time. So it's gonna make it so much easier for you to find somebody who you can partner with to not only exchange substance, but also exchange, you know, words of encouragement, words of wisdom, like these other aspects of entrepreneurship that are very valuable in anyone's journey. Yep, that's right. That's right. Okay.
