Hello. See, we got it. Genie likes our song. Alright. We're gonna get started right at four zero three. Sacramento in the house. I love to see California. Miami, baby. Dallas, Texas, Nevada. I love it. I love it. And those. I see a chilly Orlando. We cannot complain here in Central Florida because I'm forest. It was cold this morning. Cold. It was cold. It was. I bundle up, and it's, sixty degrees outside. Hey. This morning, it was thirty nine. It was cold. That was cold. Alright. It is four zero three. So we are going to go ahead and get started. Welcome to your guided tour of Connect two point o. It's a marathon that is going to be happening over the course of the next two weeks or so, the balance of this week and next week. And the goal of this is to just give you a kind of a high level overview of, of Connect two point o. Now you still have access to the legacy is what we would be calling it now, legacy version of Connect. So if you're unfamiliar with how to navigate the new system or you're having issues or it's feel feeling overwhelming, know that you can still use the previous version. I'm gonna show you how to access that here in just a minute. I'm gonna I'm gonna switch over to screen sharing, and we're gonna go ahead and, and go to that. But from today's session, what you can expect to learn is we're gonna go through some basics of just kind of showing you, what is happening with connect two point o, some of the different things, and then some just tips and tricks. Little things that we experienced throughout the day, as we started the first session this morning, the system was crashing because we literally had thousands of people for the first time going through and trying to update stuff and do stuff. And so we were having some server issues earlier. I know around eleven o'clock AM, Eastern Standard Time, the dev team, I guess, fired up a a new server. I'm not quite sure exactly how that works, but the point is they fixed that issue, and they have continued to debug it all day. So, your your, efforts in the terms of, filing tickets, if you've had some, mishaps, find those tickets, continue to keep those coming in. We are utilizing that to understand what, systems are in the what bugs are in the system. And note, today is day one of the journey. Today, you are getting just a glimpse of what the future will look like for LPT Realty and your connected community. But this is ultimately not what the final product really kinda looks like. It's a living and breathing document. So think about this as it's it just was born and, you know, it can't walk yet. And, really, the concept around Connect two point o is the fact where, you know, when you think about the first part of it, it was about connecting you to the brokerage with just basic functionality. And we all have the, you know, kind of sometimes we wanna overbuild things to get things going, and we knew in the very beginning, hey. Listen. We're gonna get something that's just super functional. It's not gonna be really pretty. It's just gonna connect you to us for basic brokerage operations and information, and that's kinda where we would where we would start. And then as the company continue to grow and we get a better idea of what it would really look like to support our agents through, you know, a cloud based community where we don't necessarily have the opportunity to connect in person all that often, you You know, what type of information and what functionality would we really want, and how could we really help our agents inside of our ecosystem? And so that is where we are at right now with Connect two point o. And so we're gonna go through some of those examples. I'm gonna screen share here a little bit. Luis, I wanna kinda turn over to you. And just in case you are just joining us for the very first time, you're unfamiliar with who I am, my name is Matt Hodge, executive vice president, and I'm joined by Luis Fuhrman, my co VP, who is, so we're the VPs of LPT Realty. Previously, Lewis was a real estate attorney, and, and and we professionally started working together many years ago, doing short sales and negotiating with the, you know, judge and all that stuff. So we worked together for a long time. So excited to be here with you today. Luis, if you wanna give us kinda give us your initial thoughts. Awesome. Thank you. I felt like we're doing an introduction for Real Estate First Friday. I know it. I know. Hey. Listen. We have so many people joining. We gotta make sure that they know who we are every time we, every time we jump on a Zoom. Yeah. So so first and foremost, guys, thank you so much for your patience today. You know, by you guys being in there, getting involved with the platform and the systems, it's really uncovering a lot of stuff from our end. I know the dev team. I know Robert. They've all been very hard at work here today, you know, working through the coding, working through the servers, working through the systems. A lot of things that are beyond our understanding, but it's there's a lot of matrix looking things happening behind the scenes. But a a big testimony of that is, you know, thanks to you guys for going in there and playing with the systems, but also being thankful for your guys' patience with this. It's funny because I was communicating with an agent moment ago, and I was first hesitated. Right? It's like they're they're calling. They're like, hey. I'm about to, you you know, I I'm thinking I'm gonna get, you know, hit with, like, hey. All these issues are happening. And it was one of the it was more of a feeling of, hey. This is what it means to be a beta tester. Like, this is exciting. Like, I'm one of the first ones who is putting my fingerprint inside of the system, and I already have so many different ideas of what I'm going to be doing with the system moving forward. So it it's cool to see that that sentiment of of excitement of, you know, being the first ones to put their hands on this piece of technology that we truly feel is not only gonna shape LPT Realty, but we believe it is going to shape the industry. Just the way that we're able to create community in this new era of real estate that's more catered to the cloud based era, there's really never existed a piece of technology that can really unify a brokerage to this magnitude. I mean, if we think about it historically, you know, we've always been contained, you know, when when there were franchises or market centers, like, to one specific office. But now we're able to expand our reach, like, across the nation, nationally, internationally. Like, it's gonna be such an amazing way that we can all collaborate together. But step one is, you know, this is the starting line. Right? Like, we gotta start unlocking these levers. We gotta start getting these things in motion. We gotta start getting the system working. We gotta get the basic profiles created. And as the weeks are going through, you know, during the journey of this week, we're gonna start building on this on this on this foundation, and we're gonna start opening up new things within the system that are much more complicated. But step one is let's get it in your hands working operational and a and a basic guided tour is, all kinda hashed out. Yes. That's right. That is right. Yeah. So, as we kinda talked about, Luis, today is, is just the the beginning. Not all the functionality has been enabled quite yet. And so, really, this week is dedicated to ensuring that this the the platform is stable before we start really kind of enabling some additional features, and we'll turn those on systematically over the course of the next couple of weeks. So let's go ahead and jump in. I'm gonna screen share here. And, can you guys see my screen okay? Yep. Looks good. Alright. Sweet deal. Okay. So we're gonna go ahead and get through. So when you first log in to connect, you're going to notice things look a little bit differently. This is with the tiles that you're here. You're probably really used to that setup and that look already. But there's a couple different things that happened at the top here, and we're gonna walk you through what some of these things are and how to set up your profile. So first and foremost, we are gonna go ahead and click over to the main stage. And as you'll notice, it immediately looks different as you come over to the main stage. And one of the great things about Connect two point o is that it really is like a social media style feed. So you can go right inside of here and, and look. We can't wait to to get the bugs fixed. That was six minutes ago. Fantastic. Well, we're gonna me too. We're gonna we're gonna post that post in there. Yeah. So, you know, this morning, we weren't even able to really do that. Things were freezing up so frequently, because there were so many people using it at one time. It was very difficult. But when you first log in here and you're seeing this, this is similar to, like, what you would see on a social media post. And this is where you can ask questions. You can go inside a specific area in terms of, like, say, marketing or, you know, transactions and and post something specific there. But this is like your general form. This is where everyone can interact together. You can at mention people here. You can post things. You can ask questions and have people respond to it. And it works very much like a thread that you would use on any of those social media sites. And so, when you look in the past where we've had, you know, like Facebook or something like that where people are utilizing it. They'll go in there. They'll ask questions, and they're looking for that community form answer. This is where you will be doing it. So we're gonna be transitioning away from those third party softwares, and we will, we will be, transitioning to solely with inside of Connect two point o. And so this is gonna be really, really fantastic for us. And if you notice, you know, one of the things that, Facebook did, they they actually ended, Facebook workplace. And so the people who were on that are now having to transition to something else. And so we are thankful that we will no longer have to ever be worried about that because it all is right inside of Connect two point o here. And so this is we're just scrolling through here. This is the feeds that people are putting in there today. So I would encourage you to go in there and, you know, say hi to everybody and and welcome. And, again, you just access that by clicking main stage right at the top. If you are not seeing this view, they are still being loaded in. So as we were loading in thousands and thousands of agents this morning, some of those, I guess you could say conversions of the accounts haven't actually happened. Maybe they've happened at this point, but I know there was this morning they were about halfway through, and we still had a few thousand agents to go, as those servers were kinda going in and out. So that's that. Hey, Hodge. What real exciting to work before you move on, Hodge, real quick. I don't know if anybody noticed, but when Hodge made his comment in the in the wall there, there was a few likes that happened, and it was popping up on the bottom left corner. I think I saw Mary Miner hit a like. I think I saw Will hit a like. There you see him there. You know, you see comments, you know, popping up. So these are things that are happening in real time as you're in the user interface no matter what tile or screen that you're in or circle that you're in, you're gonna be able to see the community kind of responding to your previous post, which is pretty cool. I'm sure you can click it. It'll take you right to that page. You'll be able to put your follow-up notes in there. It's, again, a real time interconnection of the community. Yeah. And look at this. David Kurz, at mentioned me. Matthew Hodge is a code, presenter. So he's actually in in right now, inside of the Zoom and then is is seeing this right here in in real time. So it's really fantastic the way that we'll be able to interact. And remember, one of the things that we wanted to solve for was as part of this, you know, I guess you could say some of the benefits that come along with cloud based, brokerages is that we're not all in the same place, and sometimes it's hard to interact with each other. And this really gives us a fantastic way for you to check-in to a place that you would already be going for your transactions. You're already gonna be logging in there to to get paid or, you know, you're you're interacting with the system, and now you can be with the community right inside of there. It does I saw a question earlier. Does it work on the phone? Yes. It is mobile friendly. There is not an app right now for it. And the reason why is because in order for you to push code inside inside the App Store or Android Android, Play Store, it it has to go at a certain frequency. And so if you do it too often, they will actually block your code because it has to be approved. It slows down the process tremendously. So for right now, it will stay outside of the App Store. You can actually access it through the mobile based website, which looks fantastic. It it fits directly onto your phone. It looks really, really good. But at the end of the day, it is right now just a web based app. And then and it sounds like in about six months or so, we will be releasing an actual app for your phone, both Android and iPhone. Well, let's go ahead and dig into some of these cool features. Robert was sharing that earlier today where it's when when you're dealing with phone, app updates, you have to do it less periodically because of the way that, updates get pushed to those apps versus here on the web based. You're able to do it instantaneously. Like, it was our understanding that there was probably, you know, a few dozen updates that were done since nine o'clock this morning to this moment now. And Yep. Dealing with that in an app store or an Android store, it would be very difficult to accomplish. So there's this, you know, vision of having this window of opportunity right now for these next six ish months to make sure that we get it where the updates are happening at a much less frequency. Yeah. And that's when it becomes right to be able to make those those, you know, phone applications available to the masses. That's right. Alright. So we're gonna go over to, let's say let's go to the LPT marketing. And this is a cool page because, again, it really starts to change the way that things look, and, hopefully, we're not having a crash. It seems like every time we do one of these, webinars, there's so many people clicking on the same same links. It goes a little bit slower, but it is actually functioning way better than it was this morning. So that's a positive thing. So as you can see, things look a lot different than the way that they used to to look. And, again, this is the marketing tab. This is the marketing page. So you can post things to the main page, or you can come directly to the activity feed here, and it will load here in just a second. And so this is, going to be, you know, posts that are directly around marketing. And so, you know, this is fantastic. Again, you can see people. You can ask questions here. You can receive questions here. Again, really think about the social experience that you get from Facebook or Instagram or any of those type of forms and thinking about it being with inside of our four walls. So you've got real estate entrepreneurs who have the same questions with you, who's got this access of the same tools as you, and we have an opportunity to really help each other go further. So super excited to have this functionality enabled here. And if you look at the right hand side, depending on how much you are contributing, either posting, answering questions, it starts to give you a score here. And so Gina is already the the leader at one thousand four hundred and twenty three points. We've got Hailey Diaz right behind them. I think some of these are employees, but this will eventually be, your, you know, our agents who are who are contributing most. And so you'll see those stars here, and you've got the ability to also hit my connections. And right now, I haven't enabled any of your connections. I haven't reached out to anybody yet today, but this is where your connections would be as well too. So think about your friend list, as you would see inside of, Facebook or any type of social media experience there. One thing I wanna go over to is the calendar. So if you look at this calendar here, when you click up right now, one of the things that we want to solve for was having to centralize calendar where you could see all of the topics in one place. And so when you first go in and you look at it, it may be blank. When you click this top right this button right here at the top left, it may be blank. The reason why it will be blank is because you are looking only at the calendar of what you have registered for. What you're gonna wanna do is click right here on circle calendars, and you're gonna have all of these topics that you can then pick. So if I take off lofty calendar right now, it's gonna show you that that was all the lofty training that was available over the the month of December. If we were to go to marketing, let me see, like, kvCORE. Then it's gonna show you all the classes that were are available for kvCORE. And so you can pick to choose, you know, hey. I'd like to be on this class and this class and this class, and you can delete this view, and it will show just what you're signed up for. So let me give you a real life example. We're gonna enable the lofty calendar. It looks like lofty CRM training, eight AM on December twelfth. I'm gonna click right here. I'm gonna move this up so you guys can see it. Right now, it has me defaulted as no. So I'm gonna click this, and I'm gonna hit going. And so now it's confirmed me that I'm going, so I'm gonna automatically receive a notification about that. When it pops up, I'm gonna receive the reminder. It's automatically gonna format the time based on my time zone. And so if this is being taught in, you know, Eastern Standard Time in your California, it's automatically gonna put the appropriate time display appropriate time here on your calendar. And then now if you look, if I close all the classes, you'll see that that lofty training is still available right here on my calendar. So this is what I have signed up for. So, again, it's a great way to put all that information in one place. I can click it right here. I can say, hey. You know what? I'm no longer going, and then it removes it off of my calendar. But I wanna see what other classes are available, so I'm gonna go ahead and click kvCORE and a lofty again, and then it's gonna show me everything that's available. So things having things like this, where it's all the information into one place is fantastic for your ability to find the knowledge that you're looking for. You can do a search at the top and hit, hey. I would like to look for lofty training, Or it will also pull up any questions that have been put into the community around that if you were if you were looking for that. So just a great way for you to find information that wasn't necessarily as easy to find. And, again, we preloaded some information in here right now. But as you continue to, you know, interact with the system, we put more and more information. You guys are asking questions. People are answering questions. It just continue to build out the database more and more. So think about what social media look like before anybody built any content. It was like, hey. The the pipes are here. Now you actually have to go put the content for people to absorb and like and and share and interact with. And so that's what we're gonna be concentrating on over the next thirty days or so. But let's switch over to another function here. If you look here and we go on your business gen, you're gonna see add transaction, hybrid share performance awards, my team, transactions. This is where, you will eventually have the full functionality. So you'll be able to import your dot loop files directly into, Connect two point o. Obviously, I don't have any here right now, but this is where it would be, and this is where you'll see all of your transactions right inside of here. So, again, same functionality that we had before, better user interface, And so that is how, we are really excited to to interact with, with LVT. So I'm gonna pause here for a quick second. Let's just get your thoughts on kind of some of the things that we're going through and and kinda how things are are shaping up so far. Yeah. I mean, a big theme is so we we've put a lot of emphasis on, you know, two point o being here by being created to basically interconnect the brokerage as we keep hearing. Right? One point o is how does the brokerage interconnect with you guys? Two point o is how does the brokerage now interconnect with each other in terms of agents and members? Another aspect of it is the efficiencies. You know, we really wanted to focus on making sure that we increase the levels of efficiencies in your day to day businesses. You know, whether it's looking for content, looking for information, communicating with other agents, accessing, you know, whatever it may be, having the integrations with compliance and transactions and dollars, etcetera. You know, the the future of this platform is essentially that. You know, the central hub that basically allows you to spend more time doing, you know, what your passions are, which is real estate. Right? You know, this is what we do. This is what I've been able to be there for our customers and help our customers fulfill their needs and, you know, giving you guys a piece of technology that will unlock more of that time and that bandwidth by increasing those efficiencies, making your aspects of your workflows more effective. You know, that's a big part of this and what we're gonna be building upon. That's right. And so if you look right here, to the right hand side, online right now. So these people, I can click and interact with them right now. They are online right now. So I recognize that. That's the Lord's paper. That's that is Matt Buckley, who is right here. And, and so it's important for you to fill out your profile. Where you're going to do that is you're gonna click up at this top right. Well, actually, let me explain one other thing real quick. If I hit view my profile, when I come to my profile page, this is what my own custom view would be. So someone can come to my profile and put something on my page, or I can, you know, make it where I'm seeing all circles or my feed is only what I am selecting right here. So this is your own personal feed. And here's down here where all your connections will be. And so if there's someone online, these are all these people are online right now. And so you would be able to go and, you know, interact with them right now. Either send them a message or put something on their page or answer a question. You're seeing all this information right here. Again, you can filter this out to what you wanna see. I have all circles enabled. So anyone who's posting on main stage, who's posting on marketing tab, who's clicking on transaction tab, like, I can see it all right here. If I wanted to shrink that, I could do that by selecting one of these things. Hey. I only wanna see agent circles. I only wanna see CRM. I only see you know, you can really get very granular on what you decide to see on your particular feed. And, again, as this builds out more and more and as we get more and more feedback, we'll understand what is most valuable to you, and we'll continue to kind of guide the the the the, experience based on that. But you're gonna click on right up here, and you're gonna hit edit your profile. And this is important for you to do because this is what you're gonna set your time zone. You're gonna set up all your your your colors, your themes. So if you remember when you went through your first kind of, marketing tab with LPT first, one point o, this is where all that information was. So you're gonna wanna put that in information inside of here. You as you noticed for your power packs and everything, your color things, you're gonna do that right here on your profile page. Your next step is gonna be you're gonna come inside of here. You're gonna upload these photos. Look at these look at this handsome man, Look at these professional photos going on inside here. And so this is where your your photos are going to be that you're gonna people are gonna see on your circle. So this is where you're gonna upload your photos right here, and that's how you get away from that little, avatar that's just the blue icon. This is gonna be this here. And then your, connected cover photo, this is what goes at the top of your, page, which is I don't currently have it filled out, so you won't see it. But this is where you can have, like, that Facebook banner that goes up at the top. So this is something that you wanna make sure that you filled out. Once you've gotten that done, we're gonna go to the next step. You can add a payment method so that if you want to be able to order marketing materials or things like that, you're going to add your payment method right here. And then you've got your Desi designer, and this is exactly what you would see before in the past where you can, you know, do your business cards and all this. So you you should be familiar with all of those things. So we can move this picture around. We can order this material. This is exactly how it is. And this is exactly as you saw it in the past. It's just integrated into this new system. So whereas before you were going into multiple systems, now it is just one system all integrated together. So that's your marketing profile there. Your comp platform is where you ship your number. Does it diner, agent marketing, all those things. Right? So it's all inside of this, these tabs here. You can see your notifications live in terms of what's happening. So originally, I said someone said, hey. I can't wait for all the bugs to be fixed. I said, me too. Someone else liked my comment. Me too. Shannon Cody liked my comment. So again, it's just a way for you to be continue to interact with other people who are, you know, asking the same questions, finding the same answers, as as you. Bringing back out here. The you guys are should be familiar with this overall picture, and this is, this will continue to expand. And so you'll see, like, the specialized discipline tab for luxury preferred network available here shortly. I believe that update is being pushed next week. So if you are part of any of those type of specialized programs or LPT plus, you'll have access. Your yours will look a little bit different. You'll see it probably likely up here. I don't have it enabled right now, so I can just see these. But, when I do enable the luxury preferred network and LPT plus, they will show up right here. So one other thing, let's take a look at new agent training. Actually, I haven't seen this page quite yet. Let's see if we can get over there. It might be kinda bogged down because I think it's a video heavy page, and we are still kind of working through. And just so that you know, what your the experience that you are getting today in terms of it being a little bit slower, that is absolutely not going to be how it is. This is just right now when we are working through this process, or we there's so many people logging in all at the same time, playing around with it, and they're still updating the servers and just making sure everything runs smoothly. So it will be very quick and snappy, just as it was before. You won't have this long lag time. As you can see, like, this is still loading right now, and that was some issues that we noticed, earlier on into today. One thing also to know, if you are continuing to have issues, you can file a ticket or you can email two point o at l p t realty dot com that will file a ticket if you are having extended issues. The ones that we know exist that before, we were having some server timeouts, like, right now, this is not loading. It's taking a little while for that to load. That is being upgraded as they are looking at the, at the servers that are are causing that issue, that causing that delay. So that is something that is already known. If when you log in, you do not see this setup, you're gonna wanna file a ticket at that point because everyone should be seeing the newer setup. So, Luis, I'll kinda pause real quick to see what what you're thinking about. Let me scroll through the chat to see if we got any questions in there. Yeah, guys. I mean, please, like, take take a moment and and and play around. I mean, definitely make sure you go to that profile tab and make sure that's all up and updated. You know, part of the experience is, you know, the like like, look at Hodge's bubble there. Right? It has his professional photo. It actually has a photo in there. When you're interacting and connecting with other agents, you know, that becomes that experience that's all being interconnected on the platform. So make sure your profiles are updated if you don't have them updated. I don't believe you have to reupload your photos. I think a lot of that got pulled from, the previous version of Connect, if I'm not mistaken. I saw a question there in in the chat on that. I do see some questions here, which I'm making note on. I guess some users are having issues on Chrome, but not like Safari for the Internet browsers. Yeah. We made note of that on my end. Okay. So someone asked it looks like Diane asked, how do you access the one point o? You're gonna go over here. You're gonna click support, and you're gonna see one point o news, one one point o knowledge base, and one point o community forums. So if I click on here, it's going to bring me back to the previous knowledge base that we all had available. And so same thing with community forms, same exact thing. This is the previous legacy version. These buttons up here will be the newer version. So, we're gonna go back to main stage here, but that is how you access the preview. So you're gonna go ahead and click support. You're gonna see one point o news, one point o knowledge base, and community forums. And then, of course, a new ticket is how you can file a ticket in the event that you're having issues, or you can email, like we talked about, two point o at l p t realty dot com. Let me go ahead and continue to scroll through some of these questions. What is the horizontal photo thing? Okay. So the horizontal photo thing is when you are at your profile, there will be a banner at the top that fits right here. I do not have that photo right now, so you're not gonna see it. But, basically, that's what what it it's gonna be. Let me see if I can find okay. So this this right here, with that horizontal photo thing, this is where you would have that top banner piece, and that's kind of like your own personal page. So this is where people can come on here, and they can post things to my particular page or see what I have done. And so that piece is right here. And so you would just click this to change the photo, and then you'd be able to upload your photo in this dimensions right here, which is twelve hundred by two hundred. Alright. Let's see. Two point o, if you're still in the old version. Trying to find Lorinda, we don't have to redo them, do we? You may possibly I have heard that some people do have to I know, Louis, you were saying that you don't. I think some of them do translate, but some of them, you do have to upload new headshots because they are different dimensions. So I believe that you have to do that. Speaking so fast. Yes. I'm a fast doctor sometimes. Okay. With the system outside the transition, inquiries are using files at third party appointments and such. Will the new system affect our outside transaction coordinators? No. Okay. So it will not affect your outside transaction coordinators. And and just to let you know, I believe in the next week or two, you will be able to actually invite your transaction coordinators to your profile. They will have, their own profiles for them to come inside and manage transactions, and that's where you can manage splits and do all of that. So you will have the ability for your transaction coordinators or people admin on your team to, have their own separate login to access your transactions. And we know that some people probably had to share their their passwords in the past, and and we don't necessarily love that. But you will have the ability to invite your transaction coordinators to manage your transactions through their own login, and you can enable or disable the max at your preference. Change your time zone. It just says change your time zone. I don't know if you're asking where to do that or if you're asking me to do that. On the calendar, I've tried to connect it to my Google Calendar, but it keeps giving me an error. I don't believe that you can do that quite yet. I don't believe you can connect your calendar to, your third party calendar today. I know you will be able to, but that function is probably disabled right now as they're working through the servers. I know that they are really just kinda making sure that that is stable before we start bolting on some of those additional pieces, but that is something that is coming for you. So no worries. Where's the time zone? I looked for it. I believe let's see here. If you go under your calendar, I thought it was actually under my profile, but let's look here and see what it says. Yep. We're talking out again. I'm not sure if that's working. So it says, please say again how to add your photos. You're going to go right into your your edit your profile Mhmm. At your top right. And I think the server must be running a little bit slow. And under your edit profile, you're gonna see the photo section. So now that we're here, under your edit profile, on the left hand side, you're gonna see photos. You're just gonna select that, and this is where you will upload, your your headshot. So it's gonna say, hey. Your marketing profile headshot, your full headshot, your power pack headshot, so you'll be able to choose, which headshot you want for each. And maybe if it's all the same one, no problem. And you you'll see right here your connected photo. So I'm using, I guess, the inverted version of this one here. You'll accept that if someone has it there. If not, you'll see your connections right here, and this is where you can remove someone as well. So that is that piece. So let me walk you through the calendar again. When you go on the calendar side over here, it's going to be blank unless you have selected circle calendars here on the left hand side. You're going to then see if I were to unselect this, this is only what I've signed up for. So right now, I have nothing. It it would show me nothing unless I will sign up for these particular classes. When I click, hey. I'd like to say maybe k b core training. I would click this, and it will show me all the k b core trainings that are available for the week. I would then come here. I would say, I'm gonna select this to so it's now going. It's now that's that's saved. And if I were to say, okay. I don't I no longer wanna see all the kvCORE classes that are being taught. I'm gonna click off of this. Let me close that out. Now just the ones that I signed up for, which is agent quick start, will show up on my own personal calendar. I'm gonna click this, and I'm gonna say that I'm no longer going. So no. And then you'll see it disappears from off of my calendar. So that's how that works for your calendar piece. So when you get there, it will be blank unless you come over here to the circle calendar side and you select which calendar you're looking for, and then you'll add that to your own your own calendar. But this is what it will look like as that gets enabled over the course of this week, which will probably start happening, I would imagine, tomorrow or the next day. Alright. Cool. So let me go ahead and stop sharing real quick and get back on here. So excited guys for you guys to see. Again, this is just the starting point in giving you a basic overview of how it works. Again, remember, if you're having issues with it, if it's not working the way that you intend to make it work, lose are are you frozen? There you go. You were you were standing still still perfect. Perfectly still. Uh-huh. At this moment, like, assume everything. Right? Like, you just Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Like, you already know I'm I'm usually breaking audio. But so the yeah. So the if you're feeling uneasy with this, if it's feeling overwhelming, you can still use connect one point o, which is access at the top right. You're gonna hit support. You're gonna have that all all that old functionality. And And on the main screen, if you hit that loop, you can still access the system just as you were. This is just a new part that is being built on. And, again, this is day one. And so, you know, we did as much testing as you can do with a few users, but you never really know how it's gonna interact until you start having thousands of people interact with it at the same time. We are starting to understand all the limitations and all the bugs that are inside of it, and that we are already working through those. So continue to let us know what you're experiencing. As we solve that, we will then be moving on to adding new additional features. So so just like you saw on the calendar, it's not enabled, for you guys quite yet, but that will be, and that's where you guys will be going to gather your information. And so we're just walking you through what the system is designed to do, and, again, making sure that we are trickling it out so that as these bumps come up, we are having opportunity to fix it before you're having to rely on the system. So you can still absolutely use your previous system. Okay. So we're gonna go ahead and wrap up. Lewis, any kind of final words for you? Yeah. I know. Again, guys, thank you so much for your patience in this. You know, this was a big part of our commitment here for the next two weeks and and having this marathon is so that we have a platform where we can give you real time updates.
