Good evening. Alright, Cali. That's why we're doing these ten o'clock for my West Coast people. Matthew Levy is joining. We may or may not bring him on. Hello, Matthew. Hello. I feel like Hodge should be here to DJ, but it's all good. Oh, let me put on some Spotify. Hold on. No. It's okay, Tracy. Okay. We got Pennsylvania. Natalie Cox in Lake Mary. What's up, Natalie Cox? Northeast. Good evening. Yeah. A bunch of people hanging out for ten o'clock tonight. This is cool. California crew, Texas. Virginia. I don't know. Virginia. Shauna is really in Montana. Yeah. Virginia. You're traveling, Shauna? When are you heading back to Montana? Jody's here. Hi, Jody. Hi, Jeff. He's pretending to be in Canada, but he's really in Yeah. Jody is in in Lake Mary last I checked. Yeah. Sweet. I'm heading to Montana on the twentieth, so I will see you out there early January or later this month. Alright. We've got a little crew. We may hit a hundred hundred folks tonight for the the ten o'clock LBT connect tour. Awesome. I'm feeling I'm feeling mellow, Dave. It's been a long day. You know, we, for those of you who are on the nine AM this morning, it was Connect has come a long way since nine AM this morning. It, we had a lot of server crashing and a lot of, lot of chaos, but we got through it. We're in a really good spot. I'm actually I'm really impressed that, the team was able to get things, I mean, buttoned up as well as they did same day. I thought it'd be, like, Wednesday or Thursday before we got to where we are right now. So we're in a really good spot for continued releases. Great trainings coming up tomorrow on payment and marketing. And, yeah, we we've been, the seven o'clock was flawless. The ten o'clock here is gonna be great. Matt Hodge led the four o'clock, did a great job. Yeah. We've I think we've had one or two slowdowns, since this morning, but all in all, the servers are holding strong. We found a little bit of leaky code that was causing, causing some of those issues. We also made the servers a lot bigger, which was good. Just some of those things we cannot figure out until we get a whole bunch of people plugged into the platform. So it's been great. But it's ten o five, so we're gonna get started. I'm gonna share my screen to show off this beautiful piece of software for anybody who has not been on one of these yet today. And, and here we go. So when you log in to connect the next time or if you've already logged in today, as a lot of you have, this is the new look. One of the things I'm gonna go through is we kept a lot of the connect one point o stuff in place. It's really important to me that we don't disrupt anybody's business. And while we had a couple of bugs today, I know there were some PowerPack ordering issues this morning. Those are all resolved. There were some issues with the free PowerPack vouchers on listings not being issued. We've got those resolved. Just plugging a lot of little holes along the way. But as you see things, just report tickets. Let us know. We're jumping on them. We're getting them fixed as fast as we can. And we are prioritizing things that impact your ability to do business because that's obviously what it is most important here. So if you watch my screen here, if you kick up in the upper right, if you ever find yourself kinda overwhelmed in the new look or the new locations and layouts of things in Connect two point o, If you click this little support tab, one, that's how you can reach support. So you can submit tickets in there. You can kick off a call to support from your cell phone or get the number. But more importantly, the the Connect one point o kinda legacy systems are gonna live there for the foreseeable future. So we've got the one point o news, the one point o knowledge base, and the one point o community forums. So as you are getting used to the new look of Connect two point o, if you ever wanna go back to our old knowledge base, here it is, with the state specific knowledge bases and everything else. We're moving to a new system where this knowledge basically lives all around Connect two point o. We are gonna have state specific circles with agents being members and our brokers having a great opportunity in there to kinda build at the state level from a culture standpoint, a community standpoint. But, again, if you ever find yourself kinda lost or if you know where something was in the old Connect system, just click the little headset up here in the upper right hand corner and the one point o news, the one point o knowledge base, the one point o community, all that legacy technology, is there for you to get to. At some point, we're gonna sunset that. But for the foreseeable future, we're gonna keep it there because we wanna keep things nice and easy for everybody. So that's that's the first thing I wanted to go through. The next thing is, your profile. So up here, I clicked on my picture, and then I can go to my preferences. This is a big one. There's a couple of things you wanna get right in here, especially for our West Coast folks that are joining us, is you wanna get your time zone set correctly. So the default time zone for everyone is either gonna be, like, UTC standard time, like Greenwich Mean Time, which is gonna be UTC plus zero, or some of you may have eastern time default. It depends on when we imported your account. But if you are West Coast, you wanna change that, you know, to your Pacific time zone, your mountain time zone, wherever you are so that, all of your events and alerts and everything have the right time zone on there. So that's a big one. I know early on in some testing, we were throwing folks off because they were getting invited to stuff that was at weird times because their time zone wasn't set. Also over here, you have some control over email notifications. You're gonna notice you're gonna start getting emails from Connect when people comment on, on your your wall posts or daily digest of new content and things. If you wanna turn that off, you can turn off the email notifications here. You can turn off the digest emails. We're gonna build more, I guess, granularity into this in the future to give you a lot of control. But for now, if you feel like you're getting too many emails, preferences after clicking on your face is where you go to clean that up. The other thing is the the edit profile. So here, we've blended kind of the old one point o marketing profile with the the two point o, profile. And so if we come in here and we click on photos, and I'm not a great example because I don't have all my stuff set up, but, you'll see two new photo sections here. So the new, connected photo profile and the connected cover photo, these are the things that are going to show up and give you some branding around what your, connect profile looks like. So to show one of those off, I'm gonna go to Matthew Hodge. One of the things that you may see is there maybe some things that I show you tonight that you don't have access to yet. We're rolling out features throughout the week. I think it's really important that everyone keep in mind this is the beginning of the journey for Connect two point o. This is not the end. We're just getting started. We're getting the framework launched. Just like those of you who joined really early, with LPT back in twenty twenty two, you've watched Connect one point o get better. You know, we we made little improvements along the way before doing this really big upgrade last night and this morning to Connect two point o. And so in similar fashion, Connect two point o is gonna continue to get better and better and better. Every week, every month, we take your feedback. We look at how you're using the system, and we're committed to making it better. You know, this big upgrade from one point o to two point o is really about pulling in the social features, the calendar features, the events features, the notification features, the chats, the circles, a better organization system for knowledge. Really excited about where this can take us. But if you look here, this is, this is Matt Hodge's wall photo that he's got up here. He's got his great looking profile photo that he may or may not have AI'd. I'm gonna say he probably did, but maybe not. I'm I guess I'm skeptical of most fancy looking profile pictures these days with AI running around out there. I gave him a little leadership badge earlier today, which was pretty cool, commented on his wall. And so, again, this is where you can go find folks. And so later in the week, we're gonna be walking you through, I would say, ways to discover people. But for right now, you can find people based on their name. And later, we're gonna later in the week, we're gonna talk about how you can find people who are maybe a member of the same realtor board you're a member of, you know, people who share the same interests as you, people who are in your state. There's other ways you're gonna be able to connect. But for now, you know, typing the person's name. So, I'll come up here. I'm gonna go, let's see. Rose Winters, who sent me my first connection request, up here. And so, again, you can search by people. And then, also, you can search by content. So one of the examples I've been giving is typing Mark, and the system is gonna show me agent's name Mark. It's gonna show me circles that contain Mark, and it's gonna show me content that contains Mark for marketing. So, again, lots of different ways for you to uncover and and find stuff inside of connecting. And tonight is just a high level overview. There's a lot of deep dive training throughout the week. So, again, if I'm going too fast or whatever, tonight really is just to give you guys a general view and peek into the system and all these great features. And that way, later in the week, you're gonna be able to unlock more and more of those features. The the connection I think we've got connection scheduled for Friday, Jay. That's really what we're gonna focus on, connecting. I thought I thought we issued some tokens for people to play around early, but the bulk of it is gonna happen on Friday. If not, keep checking back. And again, a lot of the stuff we do on Friday is about kind of building out your network. Until then, you can post on people's walls. So that the way we think about the connection token and I talked about this when we launched Connect initially on stage at Grand Prix last year, I guess earlier this year, which is flown by, by the way. I can't believe we're already here in December. We wanted connections to mean something. And so we came up with this idea of a connection token where you can only request so many connections each week. And basically, when a new agent joins LPT, we're gonna give them a good amount of connection tokens to build out their initial network. And then every week, they'll be refreshed with more tokens. Because what we find in a lot of social media networks is the connection doesn't have any value because people just go through and mark everyone and blast out the invitations, which makes it less impactful for the person receiving the invitation, but also less impactful for the person making the invitation. You know, you can't realistically build a network of ten thousand people, twenty thousand people. Like, they may be cool to brag about on LinkedIn or whatever, but we all know that's not real connections. That's not a real network. You can't keep up with ten thousand people, twenty thousand people. It's just too much. And so this idea of the connection token is so that you know when a connection request comes through. And I may have some. I'm gonna check up here in my notifications. I've got some comments on my wall posts and things. Again, this notification system is great. I'm gonna go to my circle and and take a look here, view my profile. So here you can see I have a couple of connections. So I know that these folks, Jill and Odette and Ryan and Kevin, they used one of their connection tokens to request me. They weren't just spamming me. And so then I can accept an unlimited number. So I'm gonna accept these folks and build out my network here. Request approved. Request approved. Alright. And so I don't lose any tokens by accepting. They have to use a token to request, but what it tells me is that those people were genuinely interested in connecting with me versus just spamming everyone. You know? Like because, again, we all know that would happen. Somebody would go through, and they would literally just click every single agent's name inside of Connect and send everybody a connection request to try to build this crazy network. But we know about that is that's not a real network. You know? And, look, there's gonna be a lot of great ways to find referral partners. You know, you can use, public posting. There's gonna be referral circles. Like, we're not really trying to limit your able to interact your ability to interact with your fellow agents, but we are trying to create a situation where when you actually connect with someone and you take that communication offline, private chats and things like that, that it really is more, you know, more sincere, more real there. And so, like, let's say I don't have any connection tokens. Right? Well, what can I do? Well, I'm gonna go back to Matt Hodge. And, you know, the example I used earlier is I can post on his wall. So I I came in here, and and while I don't have I don't I didn't have a connection token to connect with him, I can post publicly on his wall. Right? Because one of the things I feel is, like, again, people aren't gonna spam publicly. And so the idea that, hey. I can go post on Matt's wall. Anybody can see what I posted on his wall. I said, hey, Matt. We worked together in the past. Shoot me a request. I'd love to connect. Because the idea is if Matt's a newer agent, he has a bunch of tokens. Because when someone first joins LPT, we're gonna give them a good batch of tokens so they can build out that initial network. Right? And then he can decide if he wants to use a token to connect with me or not. But it's really important to me that we don't create spam inside of the system and that we create real genuine connections. And so, again, I could come on and be like, hey, Matt. I have a referral for you. We're not connected. I'd love to discuss it. Whatever. Like, there's lots of ways you can interact with people. It's just unlocking that connection, which unlock locks our chat feature, where so right in here, I can chat. I had Rose on here because, Rose is online. Cool. I wonder if Rose is in our our, our thing here. Hey. How are you? So, again, we have a chat here. The chat is only available between people you have a connection with. Alright? We're finalizing, exactly how many connection tokens we're gonna do. I'm thinking we're gonna give people thirty when they first join and then maybe, like, five a week. I mean, these are loose numbers, but it gives you a rough idea of how we're thinking about it. We think that a solid network of, like, a hundred and fifty, two hundred people is, like, really good, but that should be built over time. Again, we're really trying to cut down on the idea that this just becomes another spammy system where the the connections aren't genuine. And so this way, when people get connected together, you know, you know, you know how you're working together. Again, a lot of this is coming out later in the week. Some of the stuff I'm gonna show you tonight is not live yet, but different ways to interact. So I can go find someone and I can post on their wall to interact with them whether we're connected or not. Once we are connected, now we can chat privately. We can have group chats. I can follow their content in different ways. So, again, this is a living, breathing thing. We're gonna see how this goes. If I'm totally off base about this and we decide as a brokerage that I'm crazy and we should just let people send out ten thousand connection requests, like, we'll figure that out together. My gut says we got this right. My gut says that we're doing it the right way. But, again, this is something for all of us to win with together. This is about making our brokerage better. It's about building a genuine community. And I feel very, you know, passionate about the approach we're taking. But, again, I don't I don't sit here and believe I have it all figured out, and we definitely take feedback from our agents. And we're gonna see how this goes and evolves over time. Alright. So that's, that's that. Let me show you a couple circles here. I'm gonna go to the marketing circle. This is one of the classes we're teaching tomorrow, is marketing. And so, again, you can see here what we've done is we've got all of the different knowledge. Right? You've got articles and videos and highlighted content. You've got getting started with marketing, understanding the free yard sign, the open house voucher, advertising compliance, you know, training videos, all these different things. And then two, you can see down here there's conversations happening. Andrew Brooks. Wow. This is classic. Excited to connect everyone. You know, Brian Tumbleyka said, Showtime. I can come in here and comment as well. Again, this is how we can uncover people. You comment on somebody's post. If they have extra connection tokens, they may shoot you a connection request or vice versa. We believe that by creating this currency inside of the system, we're gonna we're gonna build, really great, again, connections inside of of the system. And so marketing profile lives here. Desi lives here now. Property marketing, so the open house marketing systems, the property marketing systems, social downloads, past orders. Then we get into some of the newer stuff, the articles, the videos, the wiki the wikis, the discussions, the calendar. So, again, we're trying to put everything into these cohesive units so that when you're coming in to order a power pack, you're also catching up on the latest training. You're also seeing who's posting on the wall. And that's the big commitment we had to make as a brokerage to say, you know what? We're gonna build this all into one piece of technology versus kinda taking the easy route, which would have been to get, like, Workplace or or Workiva at one of these third party systems. The same thing on the marketing side, you know, where most big brokerages are just using breakthrough broker for their marketing systems, we have listing power tools. You know, we now have Connect two point o. And so really trying to drive everything in here through a cohesive system so that it's more intuitive, it's more natural. You're not having to think about, well, do I wanna go log into the social system? Do I wanna log in the marketing system? I need to go get paid and get a DA. Everything's happening here in one place. Notifications do go out via email. Notifications show up here. You can see I've got a new one here since I've been talking. Brian Alexander posted on my wall. Hello from Carson City in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Alright. Thank you for that, Brian. So, again, I can get the alerts here. I can decide whether I wanna get emails or not. And then the other cool thing, we have here is each circle has its own calendar. So one of the things we're really trying to make sure of is that we do a better job of communicating out with the brokerage what are training opportunities, what are the events that are happening, what Zooms are going on. And, again, this is a living, breathing thing. The more agents that get engaged in Connect, the bigger we grow, the more content we build. Connect two point o becomes the repository for all of that. But I'm gonna go here first and look at the marketing's, calendar, which I don't think has anything on it. I don't think we've yeah. There's nothing here. So the marketing calendar isn't built out yet, inside of this circle. Now I know a calendar that is built out is the main stage. So main stage is where, like, motivation Monday is gonna live. You can see there's events over here on the right side. The different things we have coming up. The Connect Marathon, obviously, is going on right now. So I can look at the calendar inside of MainStage. And so here I can see alright. Tomorrow, we've got, oops, tomorrow, we've got getting paid at nine AM. We've got morning coffee at eleven, whatever. So I can I can do it this way? Or if I click on this little calendar icon right here, I go to what's called the global calendar. And so it starts with just my calendar. So these are the things that I've already said I'm gonna go to. So I've said, yes. I'm going to attend the Connect marathon tomorrow for getting paid. You can see here that I'm listed as a going. I've got some reminders set, and I've also signed up for morning coffee. Now if I wanna discover other stuff, I can actually turn the circles on here. Like, this is pretty cool. Instead of going into each of the circles to look at the calendar, which is one thing you can do if you find yourself in the circle, I can also come here, and I can turn on the circles I'm interested in. So, like, alright. I wanna see lofty training. And boom. These are all the lofty training opportunities now. And so that I can go grab one and say, you know what? I'm gonna go to the nine AM lofty training. There is a bug here. In order to to go to things, you have to start by clicking on the word no. We'll have that fixed by tomorrow. This should say, like, I don't know, choose. I gotta figure out what what our intention was there. But it basically shows no because I'm not going yet because I haven't made a decision. And so if I come in here and I say going, it's gonna change it to going, and now it's gonna pull it onto my personal calendar. So now if I turn lofty off, you can see that my personal calendar now includes the nine AM lofty training tomorrow, on top of the nine AM getting paid with Connect two point o. So, again, probably not gonna go to both of those. But the ability to go through here and turn on and off the different calendars so that you can find the things you want to attend, and then you can tell the system you wanna attend them, and the system then pulls them onto your personal calendar. So I've now registered to go to these lofty trainings. I've got the the connect morning coffee. Yeah. So what I have here, you guys don't have access to yet because we haven't turned all these circles on yet. So, again, I'm showing you stuff tonight as a part of this tour. All this will be turned on for you over the next week or so. But right now, you should have main stage. I hope you have main stage so you can sign up for the classes we have tomorrow, and through the rest of this week. But, like, I think on Friday, we're activating the lofty circle. I think on Monday, we're activating, like, the LPT plus circle. So, again, we wanna ease into this. We we put enough stress on the system this morning, and on us to get it back up and keep it rolling. And so we're gonna ease into this throughout the week. But tonight, I'm giving you a a high level overview of what all to expect. And just, again, to kinda show off some of these cool features, we're obviously really proud of of how this has come together. There's gonna be bugs. It's a work in progress. We're gonna we're gonna continue to adapt and achieve. Oh, I can see here I've got a notification that Rose, replied to my chat. So Rose said, doing great. Thanks for working so hard on making two point a reality. Hoping you can take some time tomorrow to spend time celebrating Luna's birthday, which I am absolutely gonna do. And so, again, this is the cool chat feature. I can see my chats over here on the side. So now inside of connect, I can be talking to, my connections inside of this chat. And then I'll be getting my my cool notifications under chat. I can get notifications here, rows like the wall post. So, again, the idea here is giving you that social media type experience, that agent to agent connection type experience here inside of our our main software. Right? The software that drives everything right here next to where I add a transaction, where I view my transactions, where I can see rev share, where I could access my email. Everything you need is right here inside of Connect two point o, which was so important to us. New agent training, another great circle we're launching out. So a lot of great resources in here for newer agents. My pictures aren't loading. I think we're running a little slow again tonight. Oh, maybe that one is just broken. New agent orientation schedule, LPT start startup for agents. Again, getting all this knowledge in here, getting started with LPT and agent training, new LPT, Realty agent support explained. Again, really trying to get everything organized in ways that when agents join LPT and agents grow with LPT, they can find what they need, to get going and to get started. So, again, just kinda big overview tonight, but these are what the circles look like. Pretty similar to what I showed off at at Grand Prix last year. Articles and calendars and discussions and videos and wikis, and the idea is that you can find everything you need. Or if you don't wanna go look circle by circle, you can come up here and do a search. And so if I went new agent oops. New agent. So it's gonna pull up the new agent training circle. It's gonna pull up a new agent training boot camp on the content side, new agent support explained, new agent first steps. It's a pretty good search right now. It's using a system called Elastic. Over time, we're gonna build AI into this, so Desi will actually be able to help recommend articles and help you find what you're looking for. But just the idea is that Connect two point o becomes this living, breathing repository where all of the information that we put out, the different specialized disciplines, the LPT pluses, the, again, the boot camps, marketing, dot loop, whatever it is, whatever we're offering that we need to have training on and support for and access to, you can come to one place now and find it in a much more intuitive way. And the system only gets better with time. You know, the more we can see the way agents are using it, interacting with it, and taking your feedback, the better we're gonna make it. And that's the the beautiful thing about our investment in building this right into our core technology. Let me see what else I wanna show today. And we've been going out this about a half an hour. So I'm gonna give you guys another maybe five or ten minutes then call it a night because tomorrow is Luna's birthday. I have the the balloons here for her, and, I jumped off the seven o'clock call to go kiss her good night. Her last night as a three year old, she wanted one last three year old kiss from dad. So I went and gave her a kiss in bed before, seven o'clock, and I'm gonna definitely take off a little bit tomorrow. We've got great instructors for you guys on those, those morning calls about getting paid and about marketing. And, again, if you if you did experience any bugs today, try again tomorrow. We're continuing to push things out, and get us better. Yeah. Let me go to the badges. I'll show you guys some stuff there. I I gave Hodge that one, but I do wanna talk through that. This is something that we're gonna make better, again, with time. One, your badges will show up in here. So as you earn white badge, silver badge, gold badge, black badge, those will show up inside of Connect. So when people go to your profile, they'll see your badges. But then two, we have this, agent recognition system that we're playing with. And we don't have this fully figured out yet. We've got some stuff in here. It's like I gave Matt a leadership award. There's a creative thinker. There's an innovation award. There's a thank you. And, again, you can see some of this. We're still working the bugs out. But, like, if somebody does a great job for you, you wanna give them a thank you. You know, thanks for your help. And you'll be able to do this to other agents. You'll be able to do this to corporate employees. Let's go thanks for the referral. And then the idea is that as you accumulate enough of these badges, you start to get awards. So, like, I'm gonna give Matt a a single thank you. And so he gets the thank you now. And so we can see that on his wall and in his recognition that I gave him a thank you, and then it shows up over here in his recognition received. And then the idea is that if someone gets ten thank yous or fifty thank yous or a hundred thank yous, they start to earn trophies to kinda move up that ladder because they're impacting a lot more people's lives across the brokerage. And so, again, this idea of peer to peer recognition combined with brokerage recognition where we can push awards down for folks. Some of those awards may come with marketing credits to the Listing Power Tools store. We've got a lot of really creative ideas as this thing grows and evolves. But right now, it's about getting the framework out, you know, for you guys to have that access. We do have plans to connect the calendars, to your phone and to, like, other calendar products. I I don't know if that's gonna make it out this week, but that is on the road map. It is in the works. You'll be able to connect it to, like, your Outlook calendar or, like, your Google Calendar, and it'll replicate over. Again, that may not make it out in the next two weeks as a part of this kind of first phase, but definitely something we wanna have in place so that you can sync this calendar with your other calendars. Let me see what are there in the chat I need to catch up with. Early stages looks great so far. Thanks for that, Amy. Happy birthday. Thanks, Billy. Appreciate you. Alright. Cool. I'm caught up on the chat. So, again, this is that that profile page for Matt where we can see his recognition. If I do wanna connect with him, I can come here. I'm not sure if I have any connection tokens or not. Let's see if this works. So I did have a connection token, one token used. One of the things we've we've got it'll be launched by Friday, hopefully, is you'll be able to see and track how many tokens you have left, how many you've used it that week or whatever, how many have left. And like I said, they're gonna refresh each week is the idea. So that way people are organically making new connections every week. It's a motivation to log into the system each week so you can use those new connections and tokens. And then also, again, for people to be just again, we don't want people being super stingy with the connections they make, but we definitely don't wanna create a a spam situation, because we we see that happen too often. You know? It's it's, you know, people get in there and and blast everybody. And next thing you know, your Connect two point o becomes a spam inbox, and then you're less likely to use it. And because this is our core brokerage, technology, we wanna make sure that everybody's having a good experience in there and and really, again, having those true, dedicated connections for the private chat, and those things. But then you could always interact with people publicly inside of different circles on their wall, things like that. Curiosity, when do you plan on three point o? So this is interesting. I don't know. I mean, we've got a lot of work to do here. With the IPO on the road map, it's gonna be hard for me to personally get involved in architecting out what three point o looks like. As I mentioned on Motivation Monday, the dev team really took the reins on this and got everything integrated with our framework and got this pushed out. I haven't had a lot of time to dedicate to this, you know, the last probably four or five months just because things have been really busy, and they're only gonna get busier as we continue to head toward the IPO and we open all these new states. I've got some big ideas for three point o. But, again, it's just it's about getting to the about getting to the right point in time. And, and two, I think understanding where the market's going. You know, there's a lot of, I guess, there's a lot of, not confusion, there's a lot of uncertainty, I think, right now about where where are certain parts of the market gonna go. Like, like, Clear Cooperation is a great example. Is Clear Cooperation gonna be here a year from now? You know, you've got Compass out there kinda railing against it. You've got the MLSs pushing for it. And moves like that, like, if if suddenly Clear Cooperation goes away or if suddenly we do have some massive decoupling of MLSs to where listing inventory becomes more fragmented, like, we would wanna react to that, similar to the way we had to react to the BBA. You know, if you think about, right after I announced our commitment to launch this Connect two point o, the NARS settlement officially happened, and we had to put a bunch of resources into building out the the buyer broker system, you know, the buyer digital platform, which is amazing. I think we did a great job with it. We get great reviews from our agents. They're having great results with it. We had to build out the buyer power packs, but, like, those things take a lot of bandwidth. And then I think those things will shape where we go next. You know, the way we thought thought about it was Connect one point o was about connecting you to the brokerage. Connect two point o is about connecting you to each other and to knowledge in addition to the brokerage. And then Connect three point o is, like, well, do we focus on how we connect you to, like, MLS data and properties and listing repositories? Do we think about how we connect you to leads and consumers? Like, there's just a lot of different things we can think about, but we really wanna see where the where the industry is going. You know? And where are we going as a company? Like, we know we're growing. We know we're we're maturing as a company. What are we gonna need? You know? And so I think really understanding, taking the next six months to get Connect two point o dialed in, perfected, make this thing the masterpiece that I know it will be with all of your input and and the amazing content we're gonna create and everybody working together, and then see what comes next. And there definitely will be a three point o. There will be a few a four point o. You know, we're not done. This is not the last major thing we're gonna tackle. But at the same time, we really try to be purposeful about tackling technology where there's a need. And and I'll tell you, like, the social network piece of it, you know, this was one that I was on the fence about. Initially, it wasn't something I thought we would build. You know, you had Facebook out there. You have all these different things that people can use, but I really realized that our use case is different. The way agents interact with each other is different. You have things like open houses and, you know, sharing listings and making referrals across the country and building this tighter network of agents that you do business with. You have real estate teams. You know, there's all these different things that can live inside of here, and none of the out of the box solutions were gonna meet that. And so at the end of the day, we made the commitment to to take it and take some existing frameworks and build them into our native software with Connect two point o. And my gut says there's gonna be something else that needs that. You know? Again, I don't I don't know that we're ever gonna build an MLS from scratch. I I'll sit here and tell you, I don't think we're ever gonna build a CRM from scratch. But I also will say that if the need arises, if there is some massive market shift toward the way LPT agents are winning and doing business needs us to build something, we're gonna step up and build it. So, with that, if there's any other questions, throw them in the chat. Otherwise, I really enjoyed giving you guys this brief tour tonight. Again, we've got the the two really important classes tomorrow. Please, please, please find some time to either jump on, the nine AM, and I don't have that time. But you got them at nine, four, seven, and ten tomorrow, one of the marketing classes and one of the getting paid classes. Like, please jump in there. We wanna try to move away from the dot loop intake form. It makes our life harder. It's gonna make your life easier to get all that's gonna be great to get off of that. Like, that dot loop intake form doesn't transmit the data to us. We end up doing a lot of double keying. It was a Band Aid, to get this thing out of the ground. So getting getting the native intake into the Connect wizard, which is what one of those classes on tomorrow, we're gonna be prioritizing those files. We can give you the best levels of service when you when you use the system directly. And when we get really busy in April and May, it's gonna be important that as many people as possible embrace that technology. And then, obviously, marketing. Marketing is a key part of who LPT is. You know, you're just listed mail. You're just sold mail. You're just listed digital. Your power packs, the new LPT plus cash offer power packs are going live. Like, just a lot of exciting, marketing stuff. And so we're gonna do a deep dive into that tomorrow as well to make sure nobody misses a beat. And you may discover some things that we've had that you didn't know about. You know, the open house systems are in there. The the co marketing for listings is in there. We've got a lot of cool stuff that we launched as a part of the LPTX upgrade for listing power tools that's now just easier to get to and easier to navigate inside of Connect two point o, the luxury collections. I mean, the list goes on. Our our marketing is just unmatched. So do your best to grab one of those classes tomorrow, on the marketing and on the getting paid. I hope you guys enjoyed this brief high level overview of Connect two point o tonight. I wanna thank you all in advance for your patience. Like, I know there's been bugs. I know there's gonna be issues. We probably have not crashed the server for the last time. I appreciate all of your entrepreneurial spirits and being on this ride with us and being understanding as we perfect this technology. It's gonna make us such a strong community in the future and such a strong family as we continue to grow. So with that, I'm gonna go grab some sleep. I've got a little baby turn for tomorrow, and I wanna be bright and shiny for her when she put her patters down those stairs at six thirty AM. And, I will see you guys. I'll probably make an appearance tomorrow on a couple of the Zooms, but I'm definitely gonna take some time and and spend with my baby girl as as she turns four. It's crazy. I feel like, you know, Reagan's seven. Luna's gonna be four tomorrow. I do not feel like I've been a dad for that many years, but, it's absolutely amazing. So have a great night, guys, and and thanks for the time tonight.
