Good morning, everybody. Good morning. How you doing, brother? I am well. Cold. Good. It is cold, man. It is for real cold. You drop the kids off at school as a thirty eight degree when you drop the kids off at school and says thirty eight degrees, that does that does that doesn't feel right here in Florida. Like, we It doesn't. Now in Florida's got a different kinda cold, man. Like, Florida's cold is different than than rest like, you could have thirty eight in New York and be like, oh, it's just a regular day. Like, it doesn't actually feel that cold. But thirty eight in Florida, something about it, man. I don't know. Thing is we're not we're not programmed for it. Like, you gotta go to the closet, undust your jackets. You gotta throw them on. Like, it it doesn't it it it doesn't feel right. And then by the Yeah. Three o'clock in the afternoon, it's, like, pretty nice outside. It's it's Michael says twenty four in South Carolina this morning. Holy smokes. Yeah. No. That doesn't that certainly does not work for us here down in Florida. Hello from California. Good morning. Good morning. Hi, guys. We're gonna get started here in just one minute. Thank you for checking in. Morning, Kevin. How are you, brother? Chilly, Tampa. That's right. Florida doesn't hold cold weather for long. You're right about that. I think it's, like, sixty five this evening. So it'll be a perfect afternoon, but this morning was a little was a little chilly to get started. Still no audio. That is because you probably have your volume turned low. Because I can hear Lewis. And, Lewis, you can hear me. Right? Yep. I appreciate it. Nevada. Hey. Good morning. Good morning. From Georgia. Alright. I love seeing so many different states, attending here at one place. Would love some cooler weather here in Texas. Oh, yeah. What's the temperature there? Sixty one. Okay. Alright. Yep. That's that is a little that's where we will warm up to today. And, you know, we were there in Texas before we get started. We were there in Texas this summer, and it was hot, man. Like Scorching. Scorching hot. And I thought, like, hey, Florida knows hot. You know, that's what we do. We are hot. It was super hot. And then we went to Arizona. I think it was, like, a hundred and ten. And they're like, oh, yeah. This is just the the the preheat to the real heat. Yeah. They even really got kicked going yet. Oh my goodness. The preheat to the in Nevada. Holy crap. Idaho twenty four. The preheats of New York. That was awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Alright, guys. We're gonna go ahead and get started. Thank you guys for for joining in today. Again, the the purpose of morning coffee, one, is provide a little inspiration for your day, but really to help you understand what's happening in terms of the brokerage, what does this mean for us with the with Connect two point o, and, ultimately, how will this fundamentally change real estate? It's not just about the technology that's gonna be good for us. It's going to be something that really changes, you know, the the industry as a whole because let me tell you why. And and, Louis, I'll let you elaborate on this as well too. I thought you had some really, really colorful thoughts on it yesterday, which is when we were originally going out there and looking for a software to do what connect two point o is going to do for LPT agents, we could not find it. It literally did not exist. The closest thing that we could get was a software that was for large companies that was like, hey. We've got an accounting department. We've got a marketing department. We've got a sales department. And so we are going to great basically create communication between these little these little groups, these little silos. And then every once in a while, when you have to occasionally go across to another department, you've got some functionality to do that. That was pretty much the best that we could find. And it wasn't till Robert really kinda came up with the vision that said, hey. We are gonna have to figure out something that allows all these entrepreneurs to connect and then make the subject the thing that really kind of changes. So, hey. We're all together in one big area, but maybe we want to talk about leads. Maybe we want to talk about, you know, marketing. We wanna talk about something else. That is where you know, what creates, like, the different circles. And so as I think about the circles that I wanna see, like, I wanna see the referral circle. And, like, I've already started making rec recommendations to the dev. Like, hey. I wanna see a referral circle. I want people to go in there and have an option to connect across the country that inspires people to give each other referrals. When you've got someone and you're in California and they're moving to Florida and you're like, okay. Great. I'm selling their house. Then that's where that transaction ends for you. I want you to be able to refer to someone who is within LPT in Florida and take a referral fee and someone from, you know, Florida to now receive an incoming referral, and that that interconnected, we start to have to. That's one thing. And then when I see where, you know, agents are struggling, we're in a tough market right now. Right? We are likely going to be less than four million sales for this year. It looks like they're projecting, like, three point five, which is almost fifty percent, you know, decrease from where we were at the peak during our COVID years. Like, those are real dollars and real transactions that people are gonna have to solve for. And how are we doing that? What are we doing to get business? Like, so I love being able to connect those people who are in the same arena, who are apt against the same fight, who have access to the same tools, who understand what it means to be an LPT agent. And so I'm just so excited to what the what this is gonna do for the real estate industry because, again, one of the most difficult things about our industry is that one, it's an entrepreneurial business, which is already tough. Two, it's a high rejection business, which let's be real. It doesn't feel great sometimes. And then lastly, you know, there's a there's no one way to do anything. Like, there's so many different ways to be successful, and that can be overwhelming with no clear defined path on what to do to be successful that works for you. And so having this ability to pull from this information is fantastic. And if you think about what Facebook is today, right, you go back day one of Facebook where nobody has put any content in there, then it's just the the pipes, the ability to do it. You think about where it is now. We can go back for years and years and years, so I can almost search any hashtag and find years worth of data on it. We are day number two of that happening with inside of LPT. So you think about what it looks like in thirty days, you think about what it looks like in a year from now when you're trying to find information to help move your your business forward, we are trying to connect with like minded individuals. It is going to be so amazing. I just I can't I can't speak. So I'm I'm so excited. And the recognition piece of it, like, being able to recognize people now. You know, Robert, sent me a badge yesterday, and and I got was halfway joking around, like, oh my gosh. Look at this. You know, he was doing it as an example. But it really was like, oh my goodness. This will be the future. You know? Like, I immediately started going in there and recognizing some of our employees who had worked so hard to put, you know, LPT connect two point o together. You know? Like, it's it's a great way for us to be able to do that and for peers to recognize each other. So, super excited about about all that. But Louis, I'll turn over to you. I know I got a little long winded there. I was a little excited about talking about the passion. The passion is coming through the camera, so I absolutely love it. Real quick before I address some of those things, I did see a question from Stephanie. Is this gonna be more of an overview or tactical? So morning coffee each and every morning is kind of our way of kinda getting into community with each and every one of you guys. It's less mechanical in nature and more macro level overview, as Matt mentioned, inspirational. We're gonna talk through kind of philosophically, you know, kind of what certain things mean, etcetera. The mechanical classes, if you look at that calendar and, Matt, if you don't mind dropping the calendar in the chat Yeah. Absolutely. There's gonna be very much mechanical type of classes that take place this morning at nine o'clock. We had getting paid, today at four p and these are eastern time. Nine AM eastern getting paid, four PM eastern marketing, seven PM eastern. We're doing another getting paid and then a marketing class at ten. So throughout the week, we're gonna have very much mechanical classes. But morning coffee again, us to get in community. We would encourage you guys to dump questions in the chat. We'll be viewing the chat in real time and kinda giving some feedback with maybe some of those questions that you have. And, you know, maybe we will screen share if there's a question that comes up and you want us to kinda point you in a direction if if there is some, you know, something that needs clarity. So so to Matt's point, you know, when we were going out there looking for software to basically use for LPT, there really wasn't anything that was really hitting all the nails on the head. You know, all these pieces of technologies that existed out there really tackled a very, what I would call, like, isolated issues. You know, maybe there was a great piece of technology that handled, you know, how people communicate with each other. Maybe there was a good piece of technology that handled this factor and then this factor, but nothing was really seamlessly integrated with one another. And, you know, there was a thought like, hey. Like, do we create APIs? Do we plug it in the back and just have those third party softwares ultimately linked with with our main software and kinda use our software as a bridge? And as kind of those thoughts were happening and as the whiteboard was was was getting built, you know, the the idea came, you know, why what if we just build it? Like, Robert had the ability to build it. He's a califacor coder. He's a genius. You know, when it comes from a developing side, we have an amazing developing team. What if we can just take everything what that we want and just do it, and really pioneer what a technology platform truly looks like in the real estate space? You know, the reality is in our business, like, we do so much. And, you know, being a part of LPT, family, there's a lot of things that we do in addition to what's already a lot in the business. You know? Yes. There's the usual stuff of getting paid and getting disbursement authorization forms and handling compliance. But once you add that extra layer of what we're creating in terms of marketing material and Desi AI designer to help you create marketing stuff and collateral for like, there is just so much there in addition to a piece that got lost in the cloud based era of real estate, which is this concept of interconnecting the brokerage with one another. You know, we we were talking about this yesterday where historically, if you wanted to interconnect with your peers before the modern day of technology, like, you would have to physically go to an office and, you know, hopefully, someone's there by the water cooler that you can stop and, you know, start having very organic conversations with that individual. As Robert mentioned on stage at Grand Prix, like, how do we create that in the modern day of real estate? How do we create that when our brokerage now is interconnected, you know, in a cloud? You know, what piece of technology can we utilize to create those experiences for our agents? And that's what we were looking to solve for in addition to keeping everything streamlined to unlock these efficiencies with everything else that we do. Like, what if this piece of technology cannot only create the community, not only can it get agents paid, not only can we reward and inspire and motivate other agents, not only can it order our marketing material and and get the things that we want, not only can we ask questions that we are desiring, like one centralized hub that allows you to do all of the above. And that's where, you know, the the dev team got hard at work, Robert got hard at work in in in creating LPT Connect two point o. It's it's very exciting to see where this is going to land. Like, the excitement is because, like, we're seeing it, like, months down the road. Like, right now, it's like we understand we gotta cross the bridge as it exists today. But what's cool is that the beta testers today, as the first people in this program today, like, you guys are putting your fingerprints inside of this piece of technology when it's getting built from the foundation. Like, this is the starting line. Like, it's crazy to think because in a lot of social media platforms and and YouTube, etcetera, like, you can recall, like, original videos and original things and original things that were kind of uploaded into those spaces that still years down the road still have an impact. Like, imagine, you know, things getting dumped in two point zero that has an impact in agents' lives and, you know, decisions that they make and ways that they maneuver through the industry, you know, a year from now, two years from now, three years from now. And it all landed from a connection that was made, you know, two, three years prior. So it's gonna be really cool to see how all this shapes up over the course of, you know, the months and years to come. Yep. That's a that's a great point, Louis. You know, so it looks like I was trying to do something inside of Connect right now. One of the things that we were having yesterday is that as we had so many people kind of going in in the morning, the the servers were kinda crashing. I know they the dev team made some, adjustments that seem to be working much better in the afternoon. Looks like we're a little bit slower this morning as well too. But either way, the one of the best things about this particular piece of software, and you you talked about this, Lewis, is is ability for people to connect with each other, you know, and and use meaningful tokens. And and Robert talks about it in the sense that, you know, hey. You know, this Friday is when everyone will be issued tokens to connect with each other. I think you can actually even do it right now. I don't know if it's coming against your allotment or really how that's working, to be honest. But, come this Friday, you know, you'll have an allotment of tokens. And the and the purpose of that is that once you have that connection with someone, it gives you updates like, hey. This person just posted this. Like, it gives you that, I guess, you could say that social media experience. And and they're limited where you receive some per week because the goal was, hey. We want it to be meaningful connections. We don't want it to be you just go out there, you try to spam everybody. You know, like, that's not really the way it works. We really want it to be that you're building connections. You're understanding that. And reality is you can't really do more than than, you know, I don't know, fifty fifty a week. You know? Like, it's is there's there's a there's a number to where it hits where at some point you're just going out there connect to to connect. The purpose of this is not to be the the real social media experience and that you You just go and you follow people because it's entertaining. It's about saying, hey. These are the networks of people that I'm going to be in business with, that I'm growing my business with, that I can lean on when I have a question around x y z, whatever it may be, whatever level of expertise that you are searching for. Like, this is what those tokens are designed to be. So when you are thinking about the network that you build, hey. I wanna have some people in there who are contract experts in my state. I wanna have some people in there who run massive businesses. I wanna maybe have someone in there who's a solo agent. I maybe wanna have some people in there. If I'm a team leader who may be looking for teams to join, I wanna connect with that people and see if I'm if I'm the right fit for them, if we make a great fit together. You know? It's just a great way from a professional standpoint. So I think about it more so of like a LinkedIn mixed inside of a Facebook page, is really how I as how I think about the the the concept of it. You do have access to these webinars. If you missed the walk throughs yesterday, if you signed up for them, in the email that you got as a confirmation is the link for you to be able to, is the email for you to be able to go and, look at the replay. So all these are what's called on demand. You can watch the replays directly inside of Zoom. You had to have signed up for the course, so you didn't need to attend it. You just needed to have signed up for the course to have access to the replay, and then it will be in your your link. If you didn't register, I don't know how you would have got on without registering. All of them do require to register, but they will be put into knowledge base, as well too. So if you don't the immediate replays are available via Zoom. If that is not for whatever reason, if you somehow got here without registering, they will be put inside of knowledge base, but it is about a two day lag, because the dev team and stuff is really busy working on connect two point o versus kind of updating the the the the current base in in real time. So, but, yes, it will all be available for you. The passcode should be available. I tried that and asked for a passcode. The passcode should be listed inside of the email. It should have the link and then passcode right below it. You can just copy and paste it and use that as your passcode. So that's right in the body of the email. Alright. So looks like Sonia has her raised hand raised. I don't know if, that was intentional. Sonia, if you wanna go ahead and, put your question right in the chat, I will be able to identify and and speak with you that way. Yes. I need the passcode. Yep. Your passcode should be right inside of the email. If you look right there, it's usually, like, a six or seven digit code, and then it is like a at symbol and whatever. An error. I don't know what that means. I tried it. It didn't work. Okay. Let's figure out what's going on on the Zoom side. We will find out what's happening. Worst case scenario, they will be put inside of knowledge base. I'll send a quick message to our team real quick just to make sure that it's set up correctly because everyone who has registered should have easy access to be able to just, watch that. Let me go back and look at those. I got it. And if there's any quirks like that that you're experiencing, like, hey. Doesn't Something doesn't feel right, something's not happening the way it needs to happen. Like, please notify us, guys. Like, there could be something that could be tripping something. Maybe by you notifying us, it'll solve the problem for a hundred other people because maybe there's this one thing that needs fixing. So please, guys, never be shy. Notify us of any concerns that you're experiencing, and we'll and we'll filter through those. Yeah. It says automatic so, this is on the, on the Zoom side. It is automatically set to register as what we're receiving. Register is gonna automatically re, watch the recordings after registered. So if you if you register for something, it should allow you to do that. Not sure why it would not be working. So I'll have the the team take a look at that, but that was just a quick message they had sent. So it's that's how it is currently set for on demand. You may have to be logged in to Zoom, to actually do that. You can't do it as a guest account. You actually have to be logged in. That could be the issue. So if you've tried to do that and you're still having issues, just file a ticket and we'll get that situated. But you do have to be, logged in and you had to have been registered for the class originally, and that should allow you to get in. That passcode will work. So me either. I'm having, I have nothing there. It's full. I'm not understanding what, what you mean, Monica. I have nothing there. Isn't full empty. K. The calendar. Gotcha. Okay. You're talking about your calendar. Alright. On the calendar side so let me walk you I'm gonna screen share real quick for you. I'm gonna show you what is happening there on your calendar. Give me two seconds. K. Alright. So you can see my calendar. Right, Luke? Yes. I can. Okay. Perfect. Okay. So the way that your calendar works, is that, when you are when you're looking at this, this is going to be your calendar that is automatic. This is what you have signed up for. When you go to your circle calendars, which is on the left hand side here, you'll hit this drop down menu, and this is what allows you to see all of the list that of of different trainings. So, as I was on this, call yesterday, we noticed that some of these have not launched yet, so you may not see all of this. This will be probably enabled by the end of this week. I have a little bit of a different account. So but, like, let's see what will happen here. So if I click lofty, what will ultimately happen is all of the lofty trainings will be on here for the week. Then what I'll do is, let's say, I'm gonna go to the Thursday training at eleven AM. I'm gonna go right here. I'm gonna select no. I'm gonna hit going. Right? And so now I'm registered to go to that. So when I take this off, now you'll see on my personal calendar, I have that class enabled. I'm gonna go ahead and say that I'm no longer going. I'm gonna select it to no, and you're gonna see it automatically comes off. So this is by default, is going to be your personal calendar. The circle calendars are where you're going to see all the information. So if I click kvCORE, I'm gonna see all the classes that are available for kvCORE. If I hit lofty, I'm gonna see all the classes that are available for lofty and so and so. So, that's how you're going to interact with that. You may not see this entire list again because it may not be released for you. I know that will be something that is probably be released by the end of this week, but that is how you are going to access that. You only see the ones that you're registered for. You do not have the circle calendar option. Yes, Lorenda. So that will launch later on this week. I thought it had to launch for you guys already, but I guess that will be later on this week. Maybe they're circling around for Friday, I think, is what I heard, the date for yesterday where all that information will live in one centralized calendar, and you'll be able to see all of that. As we transition so, basically, over the next thirty days, we'll be transitioning to the system fully. I'm gonna, at some point, boycott Facebook, LPT page. I won't ever respond to anything in there. It will have to be through the wall, but we'll wait a little while for that to happen. But what what will essentially happen is as we roll out these features and they become enabled, then that will be the only place for you to find the information. So right now, you're getting the information that's like, hey. You're gonna get the weekly email. We'll always kinda send out those featured ones, and it sends takes you to a calendar. That link will then bring you back here where you can see all of the classes in one place instead of kind of being multiple calendars or multiple different places for you to find training information. So just to be really great. Yeah. Just to clarify that I see some questions regarding I'm not seeing some of those filters. As Matt mentioned, it's everyone may not see all those filters yet. That is something that is being turned on across the board. So if Matt's screen looked more complicated today, it's it's it's it's something that you may not see on your end. But by the end of this week, you should, be seen. And if anything changes there, we'll notify everyone by by Monday if if that's not the case. Yeah. If you're not able to get in, says circle not open, connect up, just file a ticket. I'm gonna put inside of the chat. You can file a ticket through your normal way, or you can email two point o at l p t realty dot com. That will also be the equivalent of filing a ticket and just let them know the the problem that you're having, and they will look in specifically to your account to see if there's something that's going on. RP said that there were some agents that didn't transfer, submitted ticket. Yes. I thought that they had corrected all of that yesterday, but there could be some still laying out there. So just go ahead and file those tickets just so we can ensure that no one has a flip, you know, fallen through the cracks. And to Lewis' point, yes. You are there were some features that were enabled yesterday that we ultimately turned off as the servers were kinda crashing because everyone's kinda loading in at the same time, and it was sound like they needed to beef up some of the things that happened on the servers. I didn't wanna speak too technically because I'm not exactly sure how all of that works. But, basically, the layman's term approach was, hey. Listen. We basically need to beef up the servers, give them more juice because there's more activity than, you know, we're we were initially expecting, and we wanna just make sure, you know, future proof that. So, as you'll see, that will continue to get better and better. As that works itself out, then we will continue to enable more and more features. The point of slowly rolling this out and still having the previous system available is that as we roll something out, we test it, we see what bugs exist in it, we fix it, then we move on to the next thing. And so we'll continue to methodically do that over the next thirty days to fully release all of the features so that it is one smooth. Because if we release everything and everything is starting to have a bugs, we have no real target. And so we're gonna kinda do that systematically to ensure that you've got the best experience. Now just I'm gonna show one other thing. In the event that you're feeling a bit overwhelmed about, Connect, two point o and you're not quite sure where things to where things go, you can always click right here up at support. You're gonna see one point o news, one point o knowledge base, and one point o community forums. If you click that, it takes you back to the previous version of knowledge base that we are all used to seeing. So just know that you still have access to all that information as previous. So you don't have to use two point o if you're like, hey. It's not quite ready. It's a little too buggy for me. I just want the old experience. You can continue to use this. And as we perfect the two point o, then you can come back and enjoy it at your leisure. And then at some point, we will fully transition over, but that is not going to be today. That's probably likely, you know, ninety to a hundred and twenty days from now before we turn this system off and fully make our way over. So, do not be concerned about that. We will ensure that we do not, we will ensure that we do not impact your business in in any way. We should. No. I'm not going back. No. You can't go back. Can't go back. It's only forward. Can't stop. Won't stop. Okay. Cool. Alright. Well, we will continue to put information out there for you guys. One other thing I wanna, ask you to do is go inside of Connect two point o when you find someone who has helped you in your business and give them some recognition. When you click on their profile, and hopefully this is working, it was, this morning, but I know that they're working on some things. So sometimes they turn features off and they turn it back on. But when it is available, you click on someone's profile and then you say, give them recognition. It gives you a couple different categories that you can select. Like, hey. Thank you. You know, a innovator, a leadership, and really recognize someone because that's one of the best things about connect two point o is that we have an efficient way now to recognize people for their efforts, recognize people who have, you know, had an impact positively in in inside of your your business or your personal life. I know I'm personally going to you to be utilizing that feature a lot, and I'm so excited to be able to bring, you know, milestones in terms of when people hit gold badge or black badge or, you know, their first listing or whatever that is. Like, we'll have the ability to recognize those things. And so that is one piece that I feel was really missing from our ability to connect with you guys and for you guys to connect with each other. And so I'm so excited for that to be a part of Connect two point o. And it was really important to us that we had a way to actually figure out how can we make people feel special for their accomplishments? How can we show people our appreciation for their efforts? And, and so this we're we're excited to have that. So Lulu's final words. Yeah. And those things are so important in our business. I mean, as we always say, entrepreneurship is a is a lonely business at times. You know, being a realtor sometimes could be lonely if you're an independent agent, and sometimes you just need that piece of encouragement. Sometimes you need that fellow agent to just tap you on that shoulder and just, you know, show you that you're doing a great job, you know, give you those words of affirmation. And now through the system, you know, we can all empower one another to go out there, keep their eyes on the ball. You know, they may be having a down day, you know, and that that one badge or that one achievement recognition can really turn their day on a hill and help them go out there and and and rule the world and be inspired to go out there and and win. So, you know, I love that we're able to get in community with one another to be able to support one another. We're one family. We keep saying this here at LPT Realty. We are a family. We are a community. We're here to see one another succeed, help one another when they're down, and we are all here together to to to make it happen. So, you know, it's it's gonna be fun to see, you know, everyone, you know, supporting one another and just growing together as a as a as a brokerage. Awesome. Awesome, brother. Well, we are looking forward to seeing you guys later on today. The four PM class, there's gonna be three more classes today, one at four PM. Actually, four more classes. There's one in Spanish at two PM. But there is one at four PM, seven PM, and ten PM. This is all Eastern Standard Time. Today is centered around getting paid and then ordering marketing material, and each day will continue to kinda go through the next themes. And so, I know that on Friday, it's scheduled for the circles. And I forget, you know, but each morning at at eight AM, the weekly the daily calendar goes out that gives you the agenda for for the day. So, excited to see you guys. Hopefully, I'll see you guys later on, today, and, continue to enjoy Connect two point o. Make it a great week, guys. Good.
