14. Connect 2.0 Morning Coffee 12/05/2024 11AM EST

Hello. Good morning. Alright. Well, as always, I'm gonna kick us off with some music, and we are going to get started right at eleven o three. Oh, yes, sir. I wanna see some dancing up in here. If you could also, good morning everybody. If you wanna type in the chat what city and state you are joining from, I love to always see how diverse this, geography is being spread out. We had someone join from Jamaica. I guess they were on vacation and they were like, hey, we're joining from Jamaica. So we were like, okay, we have some international joiners. That is awesome. That is awesome. Okay. Idaho, Tampa, Texas, Florida, California, North Carolina, Washington. Let's see. Oh, good morning from New York. Valdez, good morning, brother. Oh, let me bring you in here. Hold on a second. Let me bring you on up here. I didn't know you were gonna grace us with your presence this morning. There he is. Hey, brother. Good morning. Good morning. What's up? What's up? What's up, guys? Good, man. Looking great. How's the weather up there? It's freezing. Thank you. Yeah. I feel it looks like it would be cold. It would be cold. Cool, man. Are you up there for your Broadway play? No. I'm up here having some aperture meetings. Okay. Gotcha. Awesome. Yeah. Well, cool. Well, I'm happy that you are commenting on that. And also, if you don't know, Michael Valdez has invested in a Broadway play, which is so freaking cool. And, when does it when does it launch? It, previews start April one. It opens on April twenty seventh. So really exciting. Yeah. Yeah. Awesome. We'll definitely, we'll definitely make sure that we pump that here. If, if you are in New York in that period of time, definitely check out his, his setup. It's it's pretty cool. Alright. We're gonna get started here in just a minute. We are gonna get started in just one minute. Which song is it going to? Oh, my song. This has been my song lately. Yes. There it is. There it is. Good morning, guys. Alright. One more minute, and we'll get started. I see RP in the house. He is. He was here for a second. He oh, looks like he's returning. He is. And here he's back. I am missing this baseball cap memo. Darn it. I think it was a lack of, a lack of preparedness. Everyone's like, hey. I don't have time to do my hair. Let's just cover it up with a a baseball hat. There you go. Yeah. We got a little bit of a I want a jacket, a hat, and get on camera. Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Well, we will go ahead and get started. Appreciate everyone joining with us this morning. Morning coffee, just to kinda level set, what we accomplished during these meetings is really just a a place for us to kind of talk through what's happening with Connect, how it's transforming our business internally inside of LPT, and ultimately, what it does for the industry. And as as we've kind of talked about on previous Zooms, there has never been one piece of software that integrates so seamlessly with one industry in terms of, Hey, we are running similar types of businesses and we wanna have the ability to connect with each other. Or, We're interested in the same type of topics and we wanna be able to have a connection with each other. We've seen versions of that through, like, the social media experience, like Facebook, where you'll have like, hey, this is a real estate page and it's all things real estate. But LPT, connect two point o really gives us the opportunity to say, hey, I'm mostly interested in someone who has a team from one to five people. Or I'm mostly interested in someone who is really, you know, mastering Zillow leads. And so it gives you the opportunity to connect in a very granular way. And then also, it has the opportunity to connect by association, by state, by Florida. So anyways, there's just all these cool different ways. It's never existed as something specific for real estate. And so we're so excited to be pioneering for that. Of course, Robert, the brainchild behind that, spent several years really thinking about the concept and it's finally at a place where we are in beta. And if you think about what YouTube was on day one, right, it was just what YouTube put in there. Hey guys, here's some information, take a look at it. And then the creator started coming there and putting information, and people went in there and put tutorials, and people went in there and put tons of content. And so over the years, it's grown and grown and grown to this vast library of information that you can connect with in any way that you choose. And so that's where we are. We are in week one of us kind of populating some information, but mainly the pipes being built so that our real estate entrepreneurs can go in there and do what they best, which is be social, create new content, and of course, help us all, you know, go do more. And of course, LPT take less. I love that phrase that, RP coined earlier this week. So with that being said, I'll turn it over to you, RP, to kind of give us your initial thoughts. Close more. Close more, take less. No. Close more, keep more. Okay. I was thinking of us. Take less. Agent give you more. More, keep more. Yeah. It's not about Yeah. It's about keep less. It's about agents keeping more, man. You gotta keep it positive. I know. I'm on my side. I'm I'm As an agent, you will close more and you will keep more at LPT. That's how we work. Awesome. I'm gonna hashtag that. Alright. It's marketing. Awesome. Well, yeah. So we're excited. We did a a a nine AM session with you, Robert. You talked about connecting with events. You talked about connecting with people. You showed some examples of that this morning, which was so cool. And I think it's starting to turn some light bulbs on as people are like, oh my gosh. This is so cool. And they're starting to think about how to interact with this with this software. And one thing I wanna task everyone to do I'm gonna screen share here in a second because I wanna I wanna task everyone with with something here. So I'm gonna go hold on. Let me get over to And, Alex, as you're doing that, I just really wanted to sort of, like, share a perspective here really from, coming in as, like, the newest, exactest part of this and, really, as you guys were developing this. You start thinking about a lot of the competitors that were using things like, you know, Workplace that was a third party by Facebook, which is now shutting down. And the fact that this started from scratch, proprietary, internally, really shows, you know, Robert's sort of genius of being in the forefront. But here's the thing of really having this be ours, this be something that we create, our community owned by us. This is why it's so special. This is why we're starting from scratch and getting this done and building and learning where there might be places to improve as we do this and roll this out. But the power of what this is to create people together, to bring community together as we continue to grow, not just within LPT, but now think of it internationally as we come into Canada before the end of the year as we continue to expand. Now think of it under the the sister brand of Aperture as we continue to expand that. This is gold. This is what no one else can offer. This is actually so incredibly exciting. I love it, man. I love it. And I remember I I in the very beginning, when Robert was like, hey. You know, I don't wanna do Facebook. I don't wanna do so and so. I was really like, why? This makes no sense. I really was. But of course, you know, he always sees around corners in ways that we we cannot. That's the truth. Yeah. So now I know why. So I will give it up to you, RP on that. But I wanna do something real quick. I'm gonna screen share here in a second, and I wanna just all all of us to do exercise together. Let me find the right screen. That's the I've got too many things open. I should've Is that it? Main stage. Okay. Is that the right one? What are you guys seeing there? You guys seeing connect? Yep. We got you. Okay. Perfect. Alright. So what I'm gonna do real quick, I'm gonna come up here to the top. I'm gonna type in Robert. Let's Let's see if we can get some popular. There we go. Palmer. There's actually another Robert Palmer in here. I don't know if you know that RP. We have a agent called Robert oh, two of them. We have two other RP. I'm gonna click you CEO, and I want to just show some so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go and I'm gonna hit recognize. And this is one of the the the my most favorite things about Connect two point o is the ability to do this. So I want everyone to go under their profile, find Robert. We're all gonna hit recognize, and we're gonna figure out something that we wanna say to Robert right now. I'm gonna say innovation. Thank you for your thoughtful innovation in making Connect two point o a success. Alright. So I'm gonna post that there. And so Robert will get that on his page. Everyone will be able to see that, interact with that. This is one of the best things that I love about Connect two point o. There's so many cool features, but the ability for us to create recognition with each other, which is not something that has been easily done in cloud based brokerages. It's really been a limitation. And we've spent a lot of time looking at structures and trying to figure out, like, what is the best way to actually do this? Where we can recognize our peers, where we can recognize people who have impact on our personal lives and our business. And that was just something that we could never really figure out. And so we're so excited for for Connect two point o, for us to be able to recognize each other, recognize employees behind the scenes who do a great job for you. If you're a commission specialist, does a great job for you or your broker, state broker does a great job for you, now we have a public form for you to be able to recognize them. And so, I'm so excited for that. So, I want everyone on this call to go in there and find someone who you wanna recognize. I, of course, recognize Robert, but you're free to do whoever you'd like, but go in there and recognize them and just let them know what they've done that's know, been impactful for your life. And I think that that's the first flood of information I would love seeing in Connect two point o. And and that piece in and of itself is massive. Like, the effect that that will have on others, like, we oftentimes say it. Right? In entrepreneurship, it can be a very lonely business. Right? It can be lonely as a realtor. If you're not plugged into a team and you're solo, sometimes you need those points of inspiration, you know, to go out there, conquer the world, to win. And we say this, right? We are a family here at LPT Realty. We wanna see each other succeed. We wanna encourage others to go out there. You know, you may have a fellow agent who's having a rough day. Maybe they've had a rough, you know, patch with some transactions and certain, you know, dynamics that were happening. And to be able to go out there and inspire them and foster resilience, like these are things that are so important in our industry. And historically, it's never existed. Like this ability to interconnect in a cloud based brokerage, you know, before we would have to get in the car, drive to an office, meet up at a franchise or an office center or or or a market center office, That was the only way to create that level of inspiration. Now we're able to do it across the nation, internationally, across brands. You know, we're now able to connect in a way that has never been seen before. And that doesn't even include all of the efficiencies that are going to be unlocked by having one centralized place that we're able to basically conduct our business practices. So it's what the future holds as we keep saying this is the starting line. Like, being able to have our fingerprints in the foundation of this is is such an amazing thing, and I'm so excited to see where this is going to head as we move forward. Yeah. Yeah. Let me And let me when we look at it and yeah. Go ahead. I was gonna show it one more time because people are asking how to do it. One more time. Yeah. Get your screen up there. Yeah. What I wanna point out, couple things. So, like, with with the recognition, one of the ideas we have long term is as you get more and more recognitions, you unlock tiers. So, like, hey. If you get fifty people who send you a thank you, now you get another badge. If you get a hundred and fifty people who send you a thank you, you get another badge. And then to recognize, hey. Who got the most thank yous in a month? Who got the most innovator badges in a month? Like, there's so many cool things we can do here. And the great part about this is and this is something that's always frustrated me, and it's part of why I I taught myself how to code once upon a time. When you use these third party systems, there's always, like, man, I wish it would do this. Right? Like, how many times when you're looking at Facebook or you're like, I wish it could do this or, you know, I know a lot of people are going to there's a company called WorkVivo that Zoom recently purchased. So you've got WorkVivo, which got bought by Zoom, and now it's being implemented by, you know, real estate brokerages, like, three different levels of of distance. But you look at it, you say, man, I wish it could do this, and you have no control. Because we built Connect two point o, because while all the frameworks and all the third party code we are using under the hood lives on our servers, we can literally make it do anything. You know? And so then we have to decide, well, what's what are the right things to make it do? And that's the journey we're now on together. You know? What is what are the right things to do? And already from two days of these sessions, we've got a bunch of ideas and making it easier to discover other agents based on specialties, based on ZIP codes, you know, based on geographies, all things that we never could have gone to a a third party cloud hosted solution and be like, hey. We need a way to find people based on average sales price and a ZIP code to connect with. They'd be like that. Our system doesn't do that. Like, that's not how this works where where we can make Connect do anything. And, again, we can't make it do it overnight. Right? It takes resources. It takes time. We have to be thoughtful about what we implement. But the exciting thing here is that over the next I'd say probably over the next year, you're going to see Connect two point o morph into the absolute perfect system for what we need to to accomplish. And and for those of you who have been here since very, very early on, look at the changes Connect one point o went through. You know, like like, agents who joined LPT at at initial launch in August of twenty twenty two versus even last week before we made the shift from Connect one point o to two point o, Connect improved every week, every month, every day as we would push out new code updates, and now we're gonna take that same approach with Connect two point o. So as amazing as it is today, this is the starting line. It will only get better from here as the system learns and as we push out features and updates to drive this thing to to new heights of success. That's right. Awesome, man. I love it. So well stated. So let me walk everyone through. Can you see the connect screen just to make sure I'm on the right one? Yeah. Yep. Okay. Perfect. Okay. So what we're gonna do is up at the top right so when you log in, you're it's gonna look like this. You can go up to the top right under the search bar, and I'm gonna type in Robert Palmer again. As you start to type in, it's gonna auto populate, but I'm gonna hit Robert Palmer. I'm gonna select him right here, CEO. And then right here below his Facebook banner Facebook banner, the wall right here is going to be this recognize button. And so I'll hit recognize and then it will give me the option to choose which one of these categories I wanna I wanna select it in and then you will type your message right below here. So, creative thinker and then you would type your message and hit submit. The moment you do that, it will show up on his wall. It will notify him and it also shows up on the main wall. So you'll see right here, did it refresh yet? Let's see. Let me refresh it and see if it comes through. Yeah. We're working on an auto refresh for that. But, yeah, you right now you've gotta refresh to see. Gotta refresh it. Okay. Got you. Alright. So perfect. But yeah. Couple of things I think you should show here, Hodge. So Yeah. One, you you know, he could write anything on my wall. So you see there Robert what's, you know, Robert's wall, what's on your mind? He can be like, hey, man. You know, what's going on? Love to connect. So you can write on anyone's wall. So you are connected to every other LPT agent. You can go find them. You can go write on their wall. But then we have a second level of connection where you actually put them in, I guess, what we'll call your private network. And once you connect with someone to put them in your private network, now you can chat with them privately. So you can communicate publicly with any LPT agent across the entire ecosystem, but then you're able to build a private network of a subset of agents, at which Matt and I are connected. So he can click message there. And if he clicks message over next to recognize Matt oh, go back to the profile. I wanna show him how to do it over there. Yeah. So click message next to recognize. That's what I did. That was this one. Oh, you did? Okay. I didn't see the cursor. So, anyway, so now this launch is a private chat between us. So the the approach we took is you can publicly communicate with any LPT agent anywhere in in the country on their wall. But then if you wanna privately communicate with someone, you both have to agree to that private connection, and you have to use one of our private connection tokens because we wanna limit spam. We don't wanna create a situation where someone tries to put ten thousand agents in their private network and start spamming off messages about who knows what. You know? And so we felt like the best approach to this was to keep public communication for the entire network because people are less likely to spam publicly because they're gonna get called on it. And then for to have that private communication, that there is this limit of connection token so that when someone requests you to say, hey. Let's have a private connection. There's a limit to that, and, you know, there's a scarcity. They actually wanted to connect with you. They're not just blasting out a thousand people a day because they wanna be able to spam them. Because it's one of the things I was very sensitive to. One of the biggest failings of most social networks is spam. Right? We all get crazy messages. You get bots, you know, posting. You get bots private messaging you. You get people private messaging you trying to sell you crypto or trying to sell you health insurance or trying to sell you, you know, mortgages or title or god knows what. We all deal with it. And I really wanted to protect Connect from that. And so, again, you can talk to any any LPT agent publicly. And if you're spamming people about crypto publicly, we're gonna get involved. Trust me. And then you have the choice of who you wanna take that private connection with, which then exposes your email address, exposes your phone number, and exposes the ability to have this direct one on one connection. Alright? We're we're starting everybody off with thirty connection tokens. Alright? So we we've put a lot of thought in this. Like, what is the right size of a network? And most studies show that more than about a hundred and fifty people, you can't have a true relationship. Right? So, again, you can go talk to thousands of LPT agents publicly. You can make referrals that way. You can there's the referral circles and all of these things. But the private connections, ultimately, I feel like a hundred and fifty is, like, a good number, but we're not gonna set a hard cap on it. What we are doing is we're starting everyone, I think, with around thirty connection tokens. So you can send out thirty requests. Now you can you can accept an unlimited number of requests. So if a hundred people all decide to use one of their thirty tokens to connect with me, I can accept all hundred. And now I have a hundred person network, but it's because a hundred people decided they wanted to connect with me. That's kinda how we we built this network. And then every week, you get more connection tokens because the way we view it is you can't you don't have the bandwidth to build thirty new relationships every week, genuine relationships. Right? So we've I feel like the right numbers. And, again, we're gonna tweak this over time. We're gonna watch how this goes. We're starting everybody with around thirty, and then we are adding five a week to grow from there. I see a question here about downline. Alright. This is something that I know people disagree with me on, but just because someone is your downline does not necessarily mean they wanna be connected with you. Right? Like, I know for a fact there are people that are like, hey. This guy who says he's seven levels above me keeps calling me. I don't wanna talk to him. I don't know him just because he makes a little bit of money on my deals. I don't want him calling my personal cell phone. So, again, we're trying to be respectful of that. And so what we are doing is anyone you directly sponsor, you will be automatically connected with. K. Cool. Like, we think that's a that's that's a genuine connection. Someone wrote your name down as their direct sponsor, that connection will be automatic. If you're on a real estate team, all the real estate team members and the team leader, those connections will be automatic. Beyond that, you will need to use connection tokens because I I I know people don't wanna hear it, but trust me, there are people three or four levels down from you and your downline who do not actually wanna be connected to you. Like, they just don't. And and and look, an agent choice, like, we wanna give people those choices. And so you will drive that. And look, yes, you're automatically connected to your first line. And if you want to, they can unfriend you though. Right? Like, they can unconnect with you. Like, you may even have somebody you directly sponsor and they get upset with you or whatever. They may unconnect with you. Like, again, it's all about each person driving their own individual decision of who they wanna have a relationship with. Now publicly, you can still talk to them. You can go post on their wall and say, hey. You're in my fourth level. Congratulations. I know we're not connected, but I wanna tell you great job. You you you know, we had a closing, whatever. And then they may send you a connection request because of that. Right? If if they do wanna have a relationship with you just because you're their upline, they can send you a connection request after you post on their wall. We were very thoughtful about how do we give opportunity to build these inherent networks, but not force any type of hierarchy on our agent that they may not want. Right? We want everyone to be able to build the community they wanna build inside of Connect, not the community someone else wants them to build. And that that's really how we think about this. And, again, we're gonna watch this. If we got this wrong, if we're being too restrictive, if this doesn't build the type of community I want it to, we will pivot. We control the technology. But I feel like with the amount of time and thoughtfulness and really kinda game theory and role playing this out and thinking about how do we build true connections, I think we got it right. It's something no one else has ever done before, but we're gonna watch it and see. And, look, my commitment to you guys is if we got it wrong, we're gonna adapt. But I feel really comfortable with this idea that you can publicly communicate with anyone and then only privately communicate with the people who say, yeah. I wanna have a private connection with you. I think that's the right the right stance, and we're gonna see now as Connect two point o is in the wild how right we were. And that's exactly what you think. Great brilliant to that. Sorry, Luis. There's a great brilliant to that because I think when you start thinking about there's a finite no number of connection tokens. That means that every single one of them has a greater value. And when you receive one, your value will be increased as well so that when you develop these personal networks, that's going to be a purposeful connection, which means that that's gonna create a greater and deeper community. Sorry, Louis. Go ahead, brother. No worries. Yeah. I mean, that's one of the biggest challenges that we see in any type of online social settings is that there's really no true purposeful connections. It's just blasting connections, and you then have to through, like, what is purposeful, what's what what is a true deep relationship that I'm building with all of these people? Like, imagine in the real world. Right? Like, you're not gonna go and invite your whole neighborhood out for dinner. You're gonna invite the people that you truly want to attend that type of an environment. You're not just gonna mass blast everybody. But in the social space, it's always existed in a fashion where, like, just blast everyone and then you gotta filter, okay, what's real, what's not. Here, if someone's willing to burn a token on you, you are going to drive a very different relationship with that person because they made it a point to use a scarce item that they had to build that relationship with you. And all that's gonna do is continuously foster a much deeper relationship now with everybody that you are interconnected with because of that dynamic. Yep. So I I see Andrew had a question. Is does the other person get the token? They do not. That may be an interesting concept. Instead of us issuing tokens, but for now, the way it works is we give you a certain number of tokens to start with, then we reissue you weekly tokens to replenish. You use up to, like, five new ones a week. Again, so that you're purposeful about your communication. Hodge, can you share your screen again? I see a question about where do I see who I'm connected with. And then two, they can see where they can see their connection. So if you click on your photo on the in the upper right hand corner and you go to my my view my profile, And then from there, you'll see the connections. Right, yeah, click on connections right there. And then there's two tabs. There's connection requests and connections. So Matt currently has six connections, and he has his connection requests there. You can see where he could remove. You can see where he can message them. He doesn't have any pending connection requests right now. People don't like me. Yeah. This is where you go to see, how many connections you have and, and then how many connections you have pending. You also get a little alert up there if you have a pending connection. So a lot of great ways to figure that out. So they they there's the certain amount will carry over. And, again, this is one of the things I guess this is some of the stuff we're tweaking behind the scenes. So, like, if you don't log in for a year, you're not gonna have two hundred and fifty connection tokens because now we're just gonna have somebody who didn't care enough to log in for fifty weeks having the ability to spam two hundred and fifty people. So what will happen is while they don't expire each week, there is gonna be a limit of how many you can carry over. So maybe it's like, hey. You start with thirty, and then you can build up to an extra ten over time. But if you don't log in for a whole year, when you log back in, you're only gonna have thirty tokens or forty tokens or whatever it is. Again, this is philosophically how we're thinking about it. So it's not it it's kinda use it or lose it because if you use all five in the week, then you'll replenish all five back. If you use zero that week, you may not get any new ones the next week because you still have your existing five to use. This is how we're thinking about it. We're being very purposeful about not creating a spammy situation. We are adding we forgot to put a place for you to see how many tokens you have. That will be live by Monday at the latest. We didn't realize that until we went live. The funny little things you forget about. Yeah. Thanks for checking. So we're we're adding to the to the my profile. You'll be at a place where you can see, but we'll probably add it on the connection screen. I gotta get with everybody. But, yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna show you that there. Probably what we'll just do is we'll replenish tokens every, like, Monday or every Friday. So you'll just know when you log in on Monday, the number of tokens you have will have gone up. Oh, you oh, you can see your tokens. Where did you see them, Michael? You you know about a feature that they got out that I'm unaware of. Yeah. Again, I gotta give a huge shout out to the dev team. They have built most of this without me. I have been so busy running the company and getting ready for the IPO and opening new states and growth that I have not been able to be that involved with them the last three or four months, and they've done an amazing job getting getting this project to the finish line. So, yeah, if Michael, if you know where we go to see the tokens, throw it in the chat. Try to tell us where that is. Let us know. I I'll find out, and we'll definitely let people know later. But, yeah, I I I know it wasn't there on Monday. We talked about it. It was like, oh, man. We gotta get this fixed. We gotta get this displayed, but I'm not sure where that lives. Okay. One other thing let's, let's show people how to find other people. If you click right here, you select people, and this is the you're looking for that connection. I see Mary said that the the the direct sponsors, that that script may not have run yet. That may be running this weekend where our people who, again, your direct first line, your teams, I that may not be in place yet. That will happen. It'll be in place by Monday at the latest. Cindy says she only has ten tokens. Again, we're we're getting all this finalized. It may only be ten today. I'm gonna bump it up to thirty. Really, next week is when we're gonna get a lot of this a lot of this stuff figured out. But, yeah, we'll get you guys bumped up when you click on your profile picture to the left. Alright. You wanna try that, Hodge? Yeah. I will. Look. Picture. I don't have it. Is it in the book profile? Do I need to go here? Try there. I'm not sure, man. Maybe try clicking your profile picture over there. That picture. Oh, right there. Tokens remaining. Okay. Cool. Tokens remaining. You got zero. Alright. Well, there it is. Okay. Yeah. So cool. So that's there. We'll get into that. We'll get that cleaned up. That's a good question. I'll make sure that if someone doesn't accept you, it doesn't act I actually gotta think about that. I guess if they maybe at some amount of time, we'll expire it and give it back because if I'm I'm, like, thinking in real time with you guys right now. If we don't take the token until they accept, then you could request, like, a hundred people and then and then if then with only one token. So it's like, you gotta, like, lose the token, but then I probably what we'll do is we'll say, hey. If they don't accept within, like, a week, you get a refund. Or if they decline your request, you get a refund. We'll we'll work that we'll work that out. And, again, these are the exact kind of feedback and things we want you guys to bring to our attention. This is how we're gonna make Connect the absolute best system in the world by taking feedback and constantly making improvements. Alright. Keeps doing that. We gotta get that fixed too. Alright. So Florida, let's find some people. We're gonna switch Florida. Is it gonna get works for you now, Hodge? It was earlier. It is not now. Type in Orlando. K. No. No. Type it into MLS. No. Okay. There's a bug. We'll get that fixed. But we are seeing all the peep all the people who are in Orlando. Let's try Lake Mary. So this is a a way to search agent directory. Yeah. So it looks like so many people have set up their profiles. Fantastic. Miami. Yeah. It's fantastic. Let's see. See if our Jacksonville crew oh, Jacksonville or Slack? Oh, they're there. Okay. I'm about to say. Yeah. So this is how you would find people. When this is working, you'll be able to search by MLS as well too. The MLS or board. So you could say, hey, only show me people in Stellar. Hey, only show me people in Orlando Regional. But it requires all of our agents to have their boards updated under their profile. It's one of the things we talked about on motivation Monday a few weeks back is making sure that those MLSs are properly set up inside of Connect two point o in that new profile section. And, again, this is how people are gonna be able to find you. We're also adding a profile search here. So right now, the global search will look for keywords in your profile, but the the people search doesn't. We're getting that added. That'll be in there by Monday. Yeah. So short term, if you click on Jay Alderson, he's got short term rental in his bio. So it's got a combination of people who have short in their name or short term rental in their bio. So, So, again, the idea here is that you're gonna be able to find people based on what's in that profile, and where they are. Yep. So definitely wanna make sure that your profile is robust. So if you say, hey. I specialize in luxury properties or I specialize in waterfront properties or whatever that is, it's in your profile. So as people are looking for referrals, which, we've already made the suggestion to have a circles referral page. But before that, you know, just make sure that your profile is complete because that's gonna tell the story of who you are. My recommendation, and Christina Griffin made this earlier, which is, hey, don't just put something short inside of there that's, you know, like, hey, I'm an Orlando agent. Welcome. You know, put something in there that really says, hey, I specialize in x y z. Here's my expertise. I've been, you know, in real estate. Like, have an actual bio about yourself. So someone who's searching for you has the opportunity. Hey, baby. Has the opportunity to, you know, really understand who you are if they're trying to make a connection or a referral or really just understand who you are. So that's that is fantastic. Again And everyone should also remember sorry, Matt. Everyone should also remember other languages. So, really, it brings you other clients if you can speak other languages and serve a greater community. So let's, let's make sure that everyone updates that as well. Fantastic. Alright. Well, we are just about at time, guys. Thank you for continuing to join us for morning coffee. We will continue to do this throughout the marathon. So for the next two weeks, we'll have an opportunity just to come here where we're not necessarily focused on any one particular thing. We're gathering feedback. We're walking you through the the ideology of what this what this will mean for the industry and LPT. And, and just having an opportunity to connect with you guys, which is always so nice. So, continue to make it have a have a great day and and make it a great week. Continue to play around with Connect two point o and, you know, start to to understand the pieces that you feel, could be a little bit better because that is ultimately what's going to shape this. You guys are there at the very beginning to really ultimately shape what this product will be. And so we're so excited to have you alongside with us. So thanks again, Robert and Michael and Louis, for joining us this morning, and, we'll see you guys on this afternoon's Strings. Alright. Thanks, everybody.
