If anybody has had issues getting this to show up, if you see the old version, for example, and you have the old navigation here, you can just put a ticket in and we can help you get that set up. We are still importing a few people, so it may be, an issue there. But this is the new home page. So when you land here, you have all the things you're already familiar with. So you've got your email. You got the old knowledge base, which eventually we will be taking it down. You've got the marketing. Actually, I think that might be on the XD. Hold on one second. Home page. Alright. Okay. That's better. All the things you're already familiar with. So we've got the old knowledge base still here. That will be retiring over the next couple weeks, as the brokers and all the other staff start bringing over all their contents. You'll see a lot of the circles are already pretty full with content. So we got dot loop, training, things like that. And then as we start to bring over the rest of the content for the states and things like that, those will be okay. Here we go. Those will be slowly released, and these will be retired. So everything that you've already done and you know your marketing, things like that, you could still get to all of that from here. Your revenue share, you can add a new transaction, get to your lofty, sign into your dot loop. All of this is exactly the same. So what is different is going to be up here. So this is where everything is changing. So you'll also see here we have little marquee, which is gonna be really great for announcements that are company wide. I've put some announcements here for account preferences. That is something you're gonna wanna set up, so we can start there actually. If you go to your work profile here and you can click preferences get this guy out of my way. Under preferences, obviously, you guys won't see as much. But what you do wanna pay attention to is gonna be your time zone. I am in Colorado, but I work in Eastern Standard Time Zone just because it's easier, to communicate with the the corporate office. But you're gonna set your your time zone here. It's gonna be super important. When we have events like this and we're having Zooms, if you don't have this time zone set correctly, then you're gonna see the wrong times on those events. And then that's going to, cause confusion, and you're gonna end up missing those meetings. So just make sure that you set your time zone. Another thing to look at is going to be this email notifications. Some of the emails that you'll get are going to be things like there's a daily digest. So that's going to show you a wrap up from the day, from the circles, your friends. There's a weekly digest. That's going to show you kind of like a weekly summary. And then there's gonna be emails like, if somebody posts on your wall directly, then you're going to get those notifications to let you know that somebody has sent you, either a message or posted on your wall. So that's something you wanna look at. Profile visibility, that's going to be something for the people search. So if you don't wanna be in the people search, you don't want people to be able to go type your name in and find you, you can turn this off as well. But that will take you out of the directory. So, okay. So that's one thing you definitely wanna set up. Going back. If you ever wanna go back to the dashboard, you can just click the navigation up here. You can just click the logo that will take you directly back to the home page. Alright. So let's start here. So this is our chat. Kristen, there was a question about signatures. Can I put signatures in that last screen that you were just in? No. You you're not sending emails or anything like that from here. So the only thing that you're gonna be able to do for communication is just going to be posting on a wall, which is not going to be something, that you're gonna wanna put your signature on and then also the chat. So the chat here, you can do chatting, but it's it's just like a chat. So here is, an example chat. You can only chat with your friends, so or connections. I use the right words. You can only chat with your connections. So you already have to be connected to someone to be able to and, like, here is not somewhere that you would want to have a signature typing. So, yeah, so you can chat. Awesome. Get sent back and forth. So it's it's just like any other chat that you're already familiar with. If you do get new chats, if somebody sends you a chat, a little bubble will pop up here. If you have new notifications, you'll also get notifications here. So yesterday, we created a new circle called referrals, which all of you have been, added to. But anytime something's happening, you'll get little alerts here. And you'll have, like, a little icon here too with a a little number of circle, with with a number like two or however many. This is going to take you directly to your email, which I do not have set up for my account, but it's the same email as if you're clicking this email link here that you're used to. Okay. So here you can see my little notifications. So I've got little bells, and that's where it'll pop up and tell me. The calendar is gonna be your events, so specific to you. You can turn on as many calendars that you want. So you can see here all the circle calendars that I'm a part of. I can see all of these on one calendar. So if I wanted to, I could go in here and turn them on and off. So right now, I have kvCORE on just because I knew that had a lot of events, but I can turn on kvCORE. I can turn on lofty. I can turn on as many as I want on or off. So that way, I can see them right here, and I can join them directly from here. So if I wanted to join, let's see. I wanted to join kvCORE orientation, I can click in here to see the entire event, and then I can RSVP from there and just see all the details. There's a question in the chat, Kristen, about connecting their own calendars to this calendar. Is that a possibility? I don't think so. What we might, add in the future is a way to sync this calendar back to yours, to show those events on your calendar. That's something that we're looking at. But pushing your calendar to here is not something that, that we're looking at right now. Okay. Thank you. So here's the event view. You can get all the details. You can get the lofty link right here. You can RSVP, and you can vote. There's some other little things you can do, like, follow. You can invite your front your connections here. So back to the starting page, so back to the the dashboard, these are the circles. So these are gonna be the circles that are that are our social, aspect of the application. So we've got main stage, which is where you probably got to hear from. We've got my biz, which is going to be your things that we use, on the dashboard. So we've got add transaction, which is going to go to the place where you would typically already add your transaction. So you add your dot loop, and you select it, and then you import it from there. So I know there's a lot of trainings on this, import wizard, so I definitely recommend if you, want a deep dive on that. There's some of those set up on the calendar. Let's see. Back to oh, I'll go through the navigation. So add transaction. You got your transaction page, which is where I was just at. You can log in to your email from here. You can see your your revenue share. You can see your stock, and then you can get into Dotloop quickly from here. So this is all gonna be very familiar to you already. The my biz is going to be circle. So these are gonna be circles that are directly related to generation, lead generation, things that are access for your business. So marketing, spear of influence, personal branding, digital marketing, and then CRM. Let's start with CRM. So inside CRM, you are gonna see what we call subcircles. So you've got lofty, kvCORE, Follow-up Boss, and any other systems that we launched. Look. Tracy posted an article. So cute with her little images. I love them. But, you've got your sub circles here. So we've got a primary circle. Tracy put an article here about choosing them, which is a great topic for our parent circle. And then as you get into the sub circles, you will see content directly related to that circle. So we've got a lofty, digital resource guide. Gina has done a great job putting a lot of things in this circle. So you'll see some events, you'll see some content. And yeah. And so here you can see people, that are contributing. So they'll be posting things. You can post on the wall the wall here, And these will show up on the the feed. And then in in return, people can also comment. So this post will show up, and Tracy, for example, or any of you guys can go on here and comment, reply back to me on this post. So that's a way you can interact with the circle and with the people within inside the circle. So business generation, those are all pretty straightforward. The marketing is going to be something you're also pretty familiar with. It's going to have your, normal, Desi things in it as well over in the navigation, and then you've got some top training, some videos in here we've done, a lot of different the marketing is pretty full. You've got a lot of instructionals. You've got a lot of videos. There's a lot of, just topics that are really helpful to marketing. See what else we've got here. Alright. In training, we have new agent training. This is super helpful. Even if you've been here for a few weeks, this is something that you may wanna take a look at. It's going to be a circle that gives you a lot of information, how to get paid, how to use certain things that we use inside the system, that will help you be successful for, coming over to the brokerage. So even if you've been here for a few weeks, that might be something you wanna look at. Operational training is gonna be an overall guide. It's going to go into things, that are gonna be related to, operating with inside the platform, operating with inside the the brokerage, things like P and Ps or, guides, things like that about the business are gonna be there. I can actually click in and see. It's gonna have, like, do not call. So a lot of things that are related. So you've got some technology. You've got some restrictions on making sure that you guys are following laws on, dialers, things like that. So this is gonna be a really great place to look, to be able to find things that are related directly to policies in the brokerage. Kristen, can you move just a little bit slower? Yeah. Sure. You're not automatically added to, but it is our luxury collection. I'm sure most of you are familiar from motivational Monday. But if you do have a listing that is over that seven hundred thousand price point, we have a special package with inside listing power tools, x that you can order specifically for those luxury listings. So if you have those, once you add them in as a property inside the marketing system, then that's where you would be able to, add your your specific luxury package. But this circle is going to have a lot of information about that program. I'm not gonna go into the actual programs too much. I'm really trying to just give an overview and then you guys, can deep dive into these circles, and there's a lot of really helpful information in these circles. Thank you, Kristen. Yeah. No problem. So dot loop, contract chaining, that one's gonna be a really great circle. Tons of stuff in here. Lot of videos, a lot of just helpful information on how, here I posted a wall yes, a couple of days ago. You guys can see that. But it's a really helpful circle for being able to, really learn about how we react to dot loop submitting your files, things like that. So this is a really great circle. I definitely recommend it. So you'll get notifications down here if you're on here in real time. And if you're not online at the time, you'll get them up at the little bell that I mentioned earlier. Let's see. It's some things like, negotiation strategies, things like that. We're still working on building out more circles. So things like that will have a home, but right now, we just wanna get all the content over so you guys have access to it, and we'll be moving them into, their homes as soon as we get everything worked out. This is where you're gonna have circles that are are really there for you guys to to connect with people. Innovation alley, that's going to be a circle where we're really talking about strategies and ways to innovate throughout the brokerage, throughout, the individuals, the, the real estate agents, all kinds of topics in there. Community circles. This is where you're gonna have access to all your circles. So I'll go there in just a few minutes. This is gonna show you a list of circles. Things like the luxury collection, you'll be able to join that from here. Agent circles, that's where all the people are gonna live. So that's a people directory. So that setting I showed you earlier that if you want it to be private. If you do a private, profile, you will not show up on this search. Otherwise if you let your profile be public, then you will show up on the search. So I'll show you these two in just a few. Water cooler is going to be a place where you say happy Friday or happy Easter. I hope everybody's having a great day. Or, hey. You know, I'm going to a event, tomorrow, lunch and learn if anybody wants to come. You know, just water water cooler chat. So, that will be a little fun place that you guys can connect with people. Yeah. AAC circles, we are still working on this one. So this is gonna be one that will probably come out next week. It's going to have the subcircles of the technology, the different depart the different segments of the AAC. So those will each have their own sub circle, and that will be a place that you can connect with those different, committees. My activity stream is gonna take you to your profile. So this is one that, I'll show you as well. So we'll go back to these three in just a few. If you are part of the luxury preferred network or LPT plus, you will find these circles underneath specialized disciplines. And as we roll out additional programs, those will also show up here. So in order to, to be part of these circles, these two here, you will have to be members of those. So if you wanna buy membership to those, you can do that from the dashboard. I believe you can also buy it from here, but this is something that, you guys can't see right this second. This is something that we're rolling out probably today or Monday. Okay. So that's the navigation for the most part. You do have support here. So you can create a new ticket directly from here. You can click to call if you're on your mobile from here. So under networking, let's go to community circles. So this is gonna be a list of all the circles. So you can see here, these are all my circles. You can join these circles if you see one that you're not part of. So for example, the, the luxury collection, that's gonna be one that you can click and join from here. These are gonna be list of all the circles, and you can join on here or you can click into them and join it that way. So here is, the knowledge base is one of the circles where we're starting to move over that one point o content. So going back to that, this is where you will see your circles and add additional circles that you want to join. So I'm I'm part of every circle. So you guys are gonna see a lot of things that, like luxury preferred network. This luxury collection, if you wanna join that, you would go, you find it here, and you can join it here. That's gonna be agent circles, so that's where you're gonna be able to go to. Okay. So, yeah, so that page will come out at some point today, but that's gonna be called agent circles. You can go there. That's gonna be a people directory. It's gonna show you a list of all the people that have chosen to share their profiles. You'll be able to go through different agents there. You'll be able to search. Some of the things you'll search by are gonna be state, city, and even MLS. So let's think about a case where you have a listing, or you have a referral in a different area. You can go in there and search by that city. You can go and search by that MLS and you'll be able to find agents that you'll be able to write on their wall and let them know you have a referral over in their area and see if they're interested, things like that. So there's a lot of connecting that you can do through that people page. Let's see. My activity stream. It's what I wanna show. That is going to be where your stuff lives. So you'll see things like your activity stream. Here you can see all the circles that I'm a part of. I have all of those activity showing up there. So I've got Michael, good morning from the Gulf Coast, Alabama, Florida, good morning from Houston, Born and raised in Texas. So this is our new referral circle. So people are already connecting in there. Main stage is a YouTube link. That's a great way to use this system if you have videos hosted on another platform, for some Jotloop training or something like that that you wanna contribute, you can also give people badges. I'll I'll show you guys that in a second. You'll be able to give your friends badges, great jobs, your connections, sorry, your connections, badges, things like that. So you can see here this, was awarded great job, leadership was awarded. You can see your notifications in one place. So that's gonna show you anything that's, been related to you. So you can see I have a like. You can see all these people join. They're requesting to join circles. You guys won't see the request to join circles because that's just because I'm an admin. But any activity directly related, to you guys is going to be, there in the notification notifications. Alright. So then I'm gonna have my mentions here. This is going to be things where obviously, this one is a test, but if somebody mentions you, they can tag you. Let's say there's an event they think you should attend. There's an article they think you should read. You can do a mention there. I'll show you guys that in a second. But this is where all your mentions will show up. If you have required reading, so let's say somebody, Gina, she's running some of those lofty circles. Let's say she thinks an article is super important. She is going to tag it as a required reading And if she did, you would have those here, and you will show that you you would read it and it would show your progress, and she'd be able to see it there. It's the same calendar I showed you guys earlier, so I won't dive into that, but you can turn your circles on and off here. Let me go back. You can have bookmarks. So any articles that you wanna bookmark, they could be here. I don't have any bookmarks, but you you can bookmark them on the article page. They'll show up here. This real quick is going to be your connection page. So this is where you have people that you are directly related to. You can message those people, you can remove them, and if you have any connection requests you would see those here. Recognition is going to be a page where if I did have badges, which we are issuing badges also for, for your white badges, your gold badges, your black badges. So any of your badges will be there, and those badges will not be visible unless you are a connection. Alright. So any quick questions? And Tracy just said we have one minute. That's a brief overview. There's a lot of deep dives on all of these things. If you look on the calendar, you'll be able to see those. So I definitely recommend going into some of those deep dives. How do you send a connection request? On that person's page, when you're on their page, at the top, you'll be able to see a request at the very top. It would be here. It would say recognize, and there's also a connection here. So you'd be able to do that directly from their page. I'm for some reason, that page is not loading for me, but this is what it looks like. It just has two additional buttons here. Let's see if it's working. Yep. Alright. So recognize here and connect here. So if I connect, I can send a message. They're asking about what rookie feature status means? What what? Sorry. Rookie. It says rookie. Yeah. So those are things that we are gonna to massage out. So what they mean right now is that you're interacting. So you're interacting with people, you're interacting with the circles, you're commenting, you're liking, you're applying. Each time you do any sort of activity inside the circles or inside your connections, you get points for that. So those are where those stars are coming from. We we are gonna, like I said, massage them out. But right now and in the future as well, those are what they mean. You get them for activities. Okay. Thank you. Ashley's saying, so you can only find agents to connect with if they post. No. That's where that people page, that's gonna be this agent circles, which let's see if it loads for me. It was not loading. Okay. There you go. I did message my team in the middle of this. That's where I was kinda quiet for a second. But so this is the, under networking, you'll see this agent circles. So under agent circles, that's this page. Anybody that has a public profile by that setting I showed you guys, under user preferences, they'll show up here. So you'll see their location, their image, their name. And if I wanna connect with any of these people, I just click their profile like I just showed you guys and send a connection request. Here's that thing the search I was talking about earlier where you can search by name, you can search by state, you can search by city. So here's all my Alabama people. Awesome. Type in a city there. You can also type in a, MLS to see if there's anybody in an MLS that you're interested in. Like I mentioned, maybe sending over referrals, something like that. So I've got Amber here over in the Baldwin Realtors Association. So these are really helpful tools in connecting with people, finding people for referrals, finding people to have meet and greets, connecting with your community. Awesome. How many tokens do they start with? You get five a week, and they do not roll over. So if you get five, they are issued every Sunday night at midnight, and you'll have those five, and then you can connect with those five people. People can also connect with you. When they ask to be your connection, that does not use on one of your token. It uses up one of theirs, but you get five each, week. And like I said, they do not roll over. There will be additional things that, we look at. Maybe we think about, if you get a a gold badge or something like that that we issue additional tokens or, you know, you you've posted so much that you're in this crazy status of, professional or whatever it is. Those are things that we may look into adding additional badges, but the weekly standard, tokens are going to be the five a week every Sunday at midnight. And if they're on Teams, Teams will load it be loaded into their own connections because they're a team. Correct? They won't be using tokens for their own teams. Yep. Yep. Hey. Great.
