I, well, first and foremost, I just wanna thank everybody for being here on a Friday. It's, gosh. It's been a been a busy week. So, my name is Christina Griffin. I, lead LPT Plus. I have, been in the real estate industry for twenty plus years, and, part of some other amazing projects that we're gonna be launching soon, for the company. So I'm just thankful you guys are here. I see a lot of, hi, Stacy, and, quite a few others. So it it's just great to be here with everybody today. Alright. I, are we ready to have some fun? So first and foremost, I would love you guys to just tell us where you're from. And and and for me, Christina, I'd love to start with if they if you guys are here and you have any questions that are in, on your mind that you want to make sure that we answer around Connect two point o, as well as around this amazing topic, I would love you to be able to send, to the host and panelist a a message so we can make sure that you guys walk away today, and you and we answer all of your questions. So I I would love to, start first and foremost, and and I'm gonna share an agent view because I think that's important for you guys to see what you're seeing. But I I thought, Christina, I'd start, with I I call it some of my favorite places. Let me go ahead. Alright. So I'm logging in to my husband's account, because our admin account's a little bit different. So I am logging in to his because I thought it would be important for us to screen share what you guys see. K? And, I'm going to also share with you guys today, we have some resources. But, Christina, I'd love to start with I I call it the this page right here around, attracting talent and in our topic, but I'd I'd love to start with here. Any thoughts on this page or or for them the most important before we dive in? Well, for me, the most important is if you have not been in here yet and you are experiencing any kind of technical difficult difficulties like I have been, the top right button, your support button is a really great feature. Now, obviously, if you cannot get in, and you can't use this drop down button, we have the new ticket. We have a call support ticket. There's also links to the, legacy knowledge base. These are all great, for you if you can get in. But if you cannot get in, then just remember you can set it, send a ticket to two point o, at l p t realty dot com. And that's an email ticket, so you don't need to log in to to to connect two point o if you're having issues. You can just send that email. But if you can get in, this is my favorite button. Our IT, department and staff have been working tirelessly for us with all of any any little, hanks that have been coming up. What I have seen, Christina, is that, like you said, the agent view has been amazing. A lot of our agents are not, having any kind of the hiccups that that, some of our staff have been experiencing. So that's a great thing. Your site should be functioning pretty well. So if any issues, just click this button. Yeah. I the we got we definitely got all of our agents up and running first. So Right. So, alright. So support, again, please, I I'd say be patient. We have support. I I agree that is the most important to to keep in mind and remember. And and here's the other one. This beautiful search tab here. So our topic today is around recruiting. Right? Yes. This well, this beautiful tab right here, here is the biggest thing, everybody. I I've got for those of you that know my, I call it my teaching style, I we're gonna share a resource link with you guys when we're done here today on just some high points on what we're discussing. But I want everybody to make sure that you save your connect, on your phone, you bookmark it. In this beautiful search tab right here, you utilize it. Because if you wanna know how to, recruit talent, you wanna know about your profile, you know, you you have everything drops up here, so you're gonna have, the ability to search, and this is the main this is the main page. So this is super important for everybody, whether it's your state or whether you're looking to be able to to recruit and grow talent. Whatever you're looking for, I want you to really live in this this search tab on the front. The search tab here is is really powerful, and it's gonna give you the ability. So if an agent specializes in something, you're gonna see them here on the left, And then here on the right where it says all content results, so here, like, this says auto recruit. And, you know, if we're here and I, attract talent, right, everything is going to pop up here, and it's gonna live in this search space. Pretty awesome. Right, Christina? It's like it gives it to them right here at at their fingertips. Yes. And that's, I don't know. You're probably gonna go over it about filling out their bios and their profiles, but that's why that's so important. Yeah. And and so so I thought we'd we'd start with here. So just to remind them, and then you have that all content result. So if you guys are looking for something, I know new software is never fun. Us as agents, we've got we have we get so caught up in well, we wanna learn a new tool, but a lot of things we we get behind because we it's learning that new tool. This is your fast track to to learn the tool. So if you wanna find the place to get to everything, use that search button right here. K? Now, I'm gonna go here. My husband's beautiful face, he doesn't roll out of bed like that, but he, I'm very thankful. We're we're almost twenty years together. So, we're the top right, and why we're gonna talk about this right here is regardless of where you are in your business, attracting talent, we gotta share the story, right, on on who we are. We're all different. So right here, this edit profile and view profile, it is gonna be super important. So we view our profile, and this is a great demo because most of you are probably like this. He is twenty five percent complete, so I he's gonna go and time out later today, as the example. So I'm gonna show you mine, and and we'll show you know, Christina, we could look at yours too, but here's the thing for each and every one of you, right, is this is gonna give you the ability on how to how to share your story, so we gotta complete our profile. So I would really recommend everybody to work to go through your profile. If you're if you are if you specialize in certain content, if you are part of relocation or you love, you know, you've got a real estate team, whatever that looks like, make sure to put that in your bio here. Let's make sure we got all alright. How do we know, how do we know when the coop agent has been contacted through our recruit? We'll definitely go through it. When do we find out how many tokens we have to connect to? Agents. K. Alright. So we'll definitely touch on those, and whatever we don't have questions for, we'll make sure to get to you. So, here it here's a great, on what most of your bios probably look like. And if you don't have it filled out, make sure to go through to get it filled out because it's gonna help with the front facing, websites that we're gonna show you, it's gonna help you to be able to share your story and to be able to to share, you know, the different things, that you, want the recruits and the people you're attracting talent to. So, Christina, I'm gonna look up my name just so the agents can see here, and then we can we can also, look up, yours if you would like. But I wanna Yeah. I think I have that I think I have at least a profile filled out. Okay. Alright. Well, my my, I'm in the agent profile, so I wanted them to see, but my husband wasn't a great example. So here guys, on the left hand side, you're gonna see people. So I here is mine, my, profile for the our executive team. So you'll you'll see my profile here. Now here's something I want you guys to to think of. I want you to think of, and this comes around attracting talent. So you can see I have institutional investors here. When you are looking to grow that story, you're looking to grow who you are, and you're looking to attract talent, whether it's to your real estate team that's in the brokerage or out of the brokerage, we've gotta tell a story. So even if you just go to chat GBT, right, and and you, on chat GBT, do a bio, you gotta tell your story. So you'll see here, I I'm just looking up institutional investors, and here I'm the first person that comes up. That's how powerful this search can you see that, Christina, where I'm doing the drop down with people? So you can I just pulled a key point from my bio, so guys if you're if you're from Tampa or Miami or a little suburb in a small one of our smaller states, make sure to add that to your bio, and and mine's mine's robust? It has a lot of things in it, my personal and others, but make sure to add that to your bio so you you have the ability to to attract talent inside as well as outside. K? And, Christine, there's a question as far as where that bio is. Rose was saying she can't figure out where to update it. It does take you to the marketing profile. That that is where you would go ahead and go through those steps, Rose. You're you're in the right place. That's where you go, and it there there's a function that says next step, and you'll be able to update there. So on the top right, when you see you should see your photo if not. But, yes, it's it's definitely it it you can see here he doesn't have a bio. Yeah. That's where you put that bio inside there. But it it's through your marketing profile, that what Christina said, that will allow you. So my bio is not my bio is not showing up on in my profile. So that more than likely is because it's not fully complete. If you have any issues where you go through all the steps so you'll see here, this shows short bio. K? And I'm gonna just put it in in a test, and I'm gonna I'm gonna hit that here for him. K? And I'm gonna go to next steps. There there's a credit card. K? And so it's here. Now on the left hand side, if you wanna see how other agents see you, you go on the left hand side to people, and I'm gonna type in his name. K. Well and you'll see here test. K. I hope that makes sense, guys. Any any thoughts around marketing profiles before we move on? And I was gonna talk about connection tokens and, any, thoughts on your end, my dear? Just for Danielle, I would go ahead and and and submit a ticket for that. She said she's gone through all the steps, so that might just be one of those hiccups. So, yeah. And this is a great live example of where it should be working. And if it's not, then then we submit those tickets. Hey. There we go. So, now on people so I showed you guys an example of how I search institutional investors on the main stage and how it came up. So that's why it's gonna be so important for you guys. And if it it I'm a big fan of ChatGVT. If you don't know how to write a bio, talk to it, let it write a bio, tell tell you about, you know, your areas and things like that. I am just gonna go to my area so you can see, because I wanna do connections. So we're gonna have our our profile, and I don't have I I've got where I where I'm from, things like that. You guys as agents, you really need to be able to put, like, all of your coverage areas and things, but you can see the profile space. What I love is is so large. Right? And it's searchable. So I want you to think about everything personally and professionally you want somebody to know about you. When you're attracting talent, they need to know who you are, and you have to tell a story, and and that's super important. But I someone asked about connections, tokens, Christina. So I I'm going to, Oh, yes. I found them. You found them? Yes. So if you go to your profile, just like your view, go to are you on your profile? I'm on my I'm in my husband's account, so I was gonna actually connect to him. And I was just going to say, be my friend. Not spelling right. Request has been sent. One token used. Mhmm. So if you view the profile, like like, your own profile, or you see another one, Sandra pointed out, you can see on your husband's profile that he has forty tokens. I was able to sign into mine, and I can see that I have thirty tokens. So it's it's on your main profile where you can see those connections and make like, just like Christina showed you, you hit the connect button. That's where you would make those connections. So I'm gonna In addition, I'm gonna give myself an award. So, you you were the best from my husband. Is that bad? Right? So I so there in here, you have also the recognize button. So, you said you go here to, View my profile. K. And then click on his on the left, right above where it says edit profile. It's another link that actually takes you to your profile wall right on his name. Go to the left on the blue side. Yep. And don't click edit profile. Right above it is his Yeah. His name, is actually linked as well. That takes you to your main wall on your profile. Okay. So when you go to the main wall, that's kind of what we've we've got. Nine tokens. There you go. Yep. And that's that's the view your view. That's where you can post as agents. That's where you can see, your wall. I, so tokens. Right? That that should be people that you're you really truly thoughtfully want to connect with. Right. Perfect. These are people you wanna build relationships with or you have relationships with. So, just, you know, make sure that you understand the importance of tokens. Right? It's it's it's not the same strategy that we use on Facebook or any other sites. It is it's it's connection and and just like your bio links you and provides information of people who want to meet up with you, these are the types of connections you you would use them for. And and what I love about about that, you know, as we attract talent, everyone wants a community that they wanna be part of. Right? And and that's to me the the important and beautiful thing around Connect two point o. So I I think we should probably go into the ICA wizard and, and some of the resources we're gonna share. I am going to, in just a minute, share a link with you guys, but, does everyone know hopefully, everyone knows about their website and, the the website around attracting talent. And the website around attracting talent is your first name dot last first name dot last name at l p t dot com, and there's two of them. So I am going to, share this with you right now, because we're here for Connect, but I think the big thing about, right, attracting talent is knowing our resources. So I wanted to make sure, Christina and I, that you guys knew that you guys had a site available. Some of you may or may not know, but I wanted to make sure that you were aware of that. K? Christina, do you wanna explain the tokens as I pull open the, ICA wizard? Sure. And can I check with our, attendees? How is your view looking? Are you able to see our screens on both Christina and I? My view is kind of wonky, and I'm trying to mess with it. Okay. Perfect. Yay. So as far as tokens, these are the ways if, as far connecting. Remember, we're saying we want authentic connections. We want, people that you are going to build relationships with through connect. So these connection tokens, they are limited. Right? So you're not gonna get a thousand of them. You do have a certain number of them. There are ways to earn on their their time frames to earn them. But these connection tokens allow you to connect with someone else on connect two point o. The benefit of that is that you can direct message each other. It's not just wall post. It's not just, liking a status. So this allows you just an extra level of, well, an extra level or to that to that person, right, to that agent. Yeah. So it it allows communication. As far as if the connection is not accepted, Robert actually did, go over that a a couple days ago because we didn't you know, when as he was creating it, they're didn't think about this happening. But what if you send a connection and nobody accepts it? I'm I'm already out that connection. Right? I've lost that token. So, what they are going to implement, they're they're looking at that is maybe a time frame. So if you send a connection and maybe within a week somebody doesn't accept it, then they can refund that token back to you instead of just leaving it out in the air and you losing a connection because someone didn't accept. So looking into that, aspect of it, but, yes, it's a good it was a that's a great point. We don't want you to lose And, guys, the connections are so you don't spam. So, ideally, a lot of you are gonna look to potentially grow your team inside the brokerage and outside in attracting talent. Utilize that front search to figure out if maybe somebody specializes in something you you do. So to do your, to the connections, I Christina, can you explain, for Tim how to get there again, and then I'm gonna open the ICA wizard. Yep. Working on that now. So, Tim, when you go into your, profile, and I don't have mine up. But Actually, I'll I'll screen share as you do that. Okay. Perfect. Thank you. K. So this is my husband's profile. Yep. Perfect. Thanks. Okay. So on the left, Tim, where it says profile, you can click that, and and it'll give you two options. It'll say Sean Griffin or your name. Mhmm. Oh, you're already on it. It'll give you before this step, it'll say your name or edit my profile. Click on your name. Your name is is this linked to this page. This is where it shows on the right where your tokens the that you have or any that are remaining. So right there, Sean Griffin is a link, and edit profile is a link. Oh, look. He's a he's a rookie. I love that. Yes. And and then we click on it, and then we have thirty nine tokens, on the right hand side. And, guys, these should be people you wanna make you you've maybe had a conversation with. Keep in mind, if if I didn't know him or, you know, I am I I see, an amazing hold on. I'm gonna go to main stage here. Right? I'm gonna go to people, and I see Shelly here. K. So she's gonna get and then we have an agent with a sideways photo. I, so I'm gonna just post on here, Shelley, my wife says you're amazing. Don't be as dorky as me, but, you know, it it's but, hey, you guys get the concept is you find the agent, you connect. You've got an email here, but don't don't use your tokens to somebody that maybe you haven't had a conversation with. It should be your inside crew. Does that make sense? K. Alright. Hopefully, that does that make sense, Christina? Yeah. Yeah. Socialize on their walls. Right? And those connections are for when you wanna have that that true, partnership relationship. Alright. So I don't wanna run out of time. We've got so this is your your attraction website. So you have two different ones. Kinda gave the flow for those that aren't aware of it. So I I have here christina dot griffin dot l p t realty dot com. So you're gonna have your website here. If you haven't been through this, I really recommend to you you to really dive into this, so you know what you're you're attracting and and you know, really what is out there when you share it with the agents. It is such a powerful website, so here's your site. Now say you spoke to an agent, you're sitting in front of them, and you wanna talk to the agent, you hit join now, and here is your ICA wizard. K? So I've already started. Get started now, and then it goes through the step by step for that agent. So immediately, you can sit with that agent or that agent has the ability to fill out everything here. Right? Do we have any questions around that? Any questions on the link? Christina did share the the the Google Doc with with the process, but any questions on, yes, the ICA link. Yeah. So it's it's all connected to your basically, your recruiting website. And it's really a streamlined process. They go through and fill this out. They'll sign an ICA. It it it's just really streamlined. And I I'd say the last thing when it comes to attracting talent, we need to learn how to attract talent. So I would encourage you guys to be able to share your story on who you are and who the company is. But in here, I we we went ahead and put some notes together, for you to review, but I also but, we included these two articles that I that were when you search, they came up inside of Connect. So if you want to understand maybe some of the resources that we have on attracting talent, or your recruiting websites, review those because they're really, really great. K? There are also some conversation dialogues here in case you'd like to text letting people know about our new technology on attracting talent, sharing connect, as well as emails. So take a look at that and dive into it, but ideally, our, our system's pretty awesome, and I'm so excited about the community and, the resources being at our fingertips all in one place. Yep. I just wanted to go back since we did, actually show the the intake wizard. There was a question about how do we know if the agent has been contacted when they complete this out? You can always give us a call or, submit a support ticket. What we'll do is we'll go on the back end and see where they are in the process of onboarding. But this intake wizard is their onboard. It's a start of their onboarding process. So, essentially, they're going through. They've decided they're gonna join. They're going to fill out, an ICA. They're going to name their sponsor. They're going to give us all the information that we need to to get started, and let our broker admin team, you know, get their MLS information, their association information. So this really is the the entire process that we before was kinda segmented and bits and pieces in different departments. This intake wizard brings it all together, gets it to the the right departments behind the scene. We have onboarding and your broker admins. So if there's ever, hey. So and so filled out the intake wizard, just wanna, you know, form. Just wanna know where they are. Just give us a call or, submit a ticket, and that way we can have it all prepared for you. Like, look up their their process and and have it all prepared for you to to reach out to the agent. I I love that we started on support, the most important, and end on support as really truly, this is such a great place. Not Facebook. So just, as far as the LPT and the recruiting site, we get two of those. But remember, you also get the lofty where you can connect, for your business. So I think if you save this document, that Christina created for us and, just go through it, again, it has the the talking points.
