I know there's now the numbers are starting to climb. That sounds nice. I know it's kinda late in some areas. So it's nine o'clock here in Texas, and, I know on the East Coast when it's ten, and then where you're at, Jen, it's, what, seven? It's only seven. Seven? So it's not too too bad. No. Not too bad. But, you know, I think for anyone to come out this late at night is for once. Like, of all the trainings we do, this is probably the only training that is night for everyone. Yes. Which makes it nice because we have agents that that, you know, have, different schedules all over, and we wanna make sure that we're able to be able to, get to everybody. So they did this class earlier today, and so this is the evening session for those that may have had appointments or couldn't jump on. So that gives the opportunity for everybody to come in and and hear training from different instructors and get a different view from different people. And, we're always continuing to learn, even from one another. I've taken so many of these classes myself, and every time I take a class, I'm like, oh, that's pretty cool. I didn't know that was working, or this is this is on, or or you know? It's so it's just it's it's amazing all the different things that we have. With LPT. We're always learning, you know, even through leadership. We're constantly learning all of the new things. So I just appreciate everybody that's here coming in. Seven eastern. I work in all four time zones, so I always have to add up about my fingers. Yeah. It's hard. I always forget too. But, this is so nice to be able to do this and offer to so many people. So this is the last one for this week. Right? But next week, we're gonna have a whole new schedule, and we'll have more classes. We'll have, some amazing tools. I know this week was the the, you know, weeks turned on, and we're on day, what, four now or something like that of of connect two point o. And, a lot of the glitches, you know, started on day you know, the day one, we crashed the system, and then it started getting better and better and more things started coming back. And, unfortunately, there are some agents and, staff that still have some glitches in their systems. I'm one, so, bear with us. It's happening. But we're making sure that at least the agent sites are up and running, and that's most important. We wanna make sure that our agents are out there and doing what they need to do and have the tools that you need to be able to be successful and continue to go go through your day to day. So I'm just happy that the agent sites and everything seems to be working. If by chance you do have, some issues, you know, we wanna make sure that we will walk you through some of those ways to to, submit tickets and things so that you all, know how to get in touch with us and make sure that your your systems are up and running. But do you wanna go ahead wanna go ahead and get started? Alright. We're gonna go ahead and get started. For those of you who may not know us, I'm Kathy Trevino. I'm over industry relations, and I'm also going to be, starting opening up Oklahoma as the managing broker for Oklahoma. I was also on the broker team for Texas, for a short while, and, I've been in the industry for over twenty seven years. And so I know quite a few of you, but for those of you who do not know me, I am happy, to always help. You're always you're welcome to reach out to me. And we also have miss Jen McDonald. Do you wanna say a few words? Hi, everyone. If you don't know me, I think I recognize some people here. I'm vice president, Western operations. I've been with LPT since May of, twenty twenty three. When I started with the LPT, there was not much in the west. And since then, I think, with my team, we've opened anywhere from fifteen to twenty states. Currently see I oversee twenty states. Right now, I'm the broker of Nevada. I'm the broker of Colorado. And, I'm always willing and able to help anyone who has any questions at all. In fact, I'm gonna put my information in the chat because that's I don't care where you are in the country. If you need help and it's something I can do, I will help you. I love it. I'm gonna do the same, because I I same way. I mean, we're all here in leadership, and we're wanting to make sure that everyone gets the the information that they need and the help that they may need, whether you're in, the East Coast, the West Coast, or Central Texas, or Central States. But with that, I mean, I'm gonna go can I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna share my screen because we're gonna utilize my husband's agent website because mine is currently not working. All of the features online is not, are not totally up and running. So like I mentioned earlier, all of our agent sites are up and running. And so, we we wanna make sure that you all can, get in touch with us and that all of your systems are are are available for you. So as you can see, one of the things I know that we've touched it on on several of our training classes, but I wanna make sure that we are telling you today as well that right here in the support tab right here, if you if you if you click on the drop down menu, there is where you can go in and submit new tickets. So if you're having an issue in any part of Connect two point o or anything that you're working on, you can always come in and submit a ticket here. For those of you who also, may have issues if for some reason your connect two point o is not working or maybe there's something quirky in there going on and you wanna go back because you know exactly where to find it in knowledge base or something like that, We also have these tabs down here that are available for you for the just regular connect, the knowledge base, and community forums. So make sure those are those will be here for a little while. I don't know how how much longer, but we're gonna keep those around for a little while as we continue to, work through all the key through connect two point o just to make sure that all of our agents still know how to get through and maneuver through everything, and then those will eventually go away. But, hopefully, you're all looking at your new beautiful connect two point o screens, and they look very similar to this now. I think it's a beautiful layout. They've done an amazing job, and we're gonna continue to make it even better every single day. The another really cool feature that I wanna make sure that everybody is aware of is this search tab in here. This is a really cool feature where you can go in and you can type up pretty much anything that you're wanting to search. So if you're wanting to look at training look up some training classes, you can go in, and then here are all of our training classes that are gonna be coming up. There's some information here where you can, you know, the dates and time and make reservations for that. If you're looking for, recruiting, we're gonna talk a little bit about recruiting tonight. You can type come in and type recruit, or recruiting. Hopefully, this will work today and all my systems are working. It seems like it's going really, really slow. But all then you'll the new, you know, new things will come up about recruiting and and, all of these things are available for you. But just know that whatever you're looking for, you can go up here, and this is a a real quick way for you to do a a search through Connect and search for pretty much anything that you need that's happening within the company or that's available for the company. Well, you know, and one thing I'd like, you know, because our topic tonight is attracting top talent. Right? So as you're attracting other agents to the company, what I really like about two point o is that we've kept the tiles the same. So for anyone who's been with Connect one point o, who's been with LPT for a even a short amount of time, it's still familiar to you minus the top parts. Right? So it's easy I feel like it's very easy to attract agents when you already have all of those tiles, and you've already been looking in them. You've been in knowledge base. You've been in marketing. You've been in transactions. Right? You know how to look up your rev share. So I think from an attraction standpoint, having some familiarity with the tiles will really make things a lot better. Something else that I kinda looked at, last night when we were doing the connecting with people and how to look at circles. You know, in the previous connect version, you it was really hard to find who your leadership was or how to connect with them. But here, you can you can do it all. You can look at your business. If you're an l LPT plus member, you can look at that. Like, there's so many more functions. It's so much more of a of a community than it was before. And, you know, I I worked at that brand x, if you will, before I came here, for several years. And this just feels more so much more like a community, like a one stop shop. It really does. And every that and I think that's what's what we all love about it so much is that I think all of us are really feeling that. So with that, we're gonna go I'm gonna go through just a few more things, and then I'm gonna, we'll dive into, the agent sites and things like that. But just just so if you'd if you have not done this already, you definitely wanna go here and you want to click on your your name and edit your profile. This right here will give you the ability to come in and, just make sure that everything is is, you know, in there. You have your your well, it didn't do it earlier. I already I had put his bio and everything in there, and it's not in there. But you wanna make sure that your bio is is in here. You wanna go through and do all of the little steps here so that that way all of your marking and everything will, be up to date. You could also, view your profile. This right here, will this is where how other agents in our community, the will be able to see you. This is really cool. So you if you have mentions, if you have any notifications, things like that, you can come back in and take a look at those. And and these are really cool. All in here, you wanna make sure that you're looking at that. You can also edit your profile here. But if you what I what I found out today is if you actually go in and you click your name here, this will actually tell you how many tokens you have so that that way you can you can go in and start friending or, you know, what do you what what do we call it that friending? But I guess sending requests so that that way you can connect with other other agents within LPT, which is really neat. And, if you're looking for somebody, let's just say you're wanting to look for like I mentioned in the search over here, if you're looking or wanting to find somebody in a different state, you can go in and you can type in, like, let's just say Texas, Spanish speaking agents, and it will come back in and it will pull up on this side the people that are in those, states that speak Spanish. So if you have something and the way they're pulling it is through your bio. So your tag you know, certain words and things that are in your bio will be tagged towards you so agents can find you. So make sure that you go in and you update your bio and put those keywords of what you're wanting people to know about you. Of course, your bio should tell a story and making sure that they know that whether you speak a certain language, whether you work with investors or commercial properties, whatever it may be, you make sure that those are in your bio so that when when agents are wanting to connect with you within the connect pro, platform, they can find you. That was kinda cool. I found that out today as a matter of fact. Yeah. There's another really cool search, in two point o, and I think this really does go back to networking and attracting agents, is that you can search agents through, their specific MLS. Mhmm. So instead of having to post on the Facebook page, I need an agent for, you know, this specific market area, you can go into LPT Connect. You can search an agent by MLS. And I think that is, you know, for everyone, like, it's time saver, and I think it would help with networking amongst all of our agents because we're in the thousands right now. Yes. It's and it's amazing. I mean, referrals is a is a big business out there. And how how great is that to be able to have and be a with a company that's in basically fifty states, you know, will will be by the end of the year. And and to be able to have those connections. And so and knowing that you're gonna be able to get connect your connect your referral, client to a very professional agent that's LPT that you know that they have the tools and the services that they're gonna be able to assist that client. And so the this is just truly amazing, an amazing platform. So make sure you're going in there. I I believe there's a a full class on just the marketing, and, so make sure that you take that. We will we will most likely offer that again next week, so keep an eye out for that. But with that, I want to, go back into talk about since we're talking about agent attraction, you know, this is something that we wanna make sure that you all know, that you have websites. So each agent does have their own agent attraction website. And so if you're not aware, it is your first name dot last name dot l p t realty. When you type that, it will take you to your website. And let's just pray this all works tonight because earlier, some of it was It will. Yeah. So this is this is Rick's, LPT, agent website, and yours will look very, very similar to this. But what's so cool about it is that when you're talking and you and you're in front of, a recruit, a friend, another agent, just just talking about LPT, and they they're asking, why did you join? This is an amazing site that you can go in and refer them to. It's it's branded with your your information right down there so that that way it looks it it's coming from you directly. So if you're wanting to, or if you're speaking to an agent and wanting to recruit them to your team or just just to come on, a board with LPT to build your downline, this is an amazing, tool for you to be able to use. I would strongly recommend you go go through it. So there's a lot of information in here. It tells you about the LPT mission and our model and our tools, everything explained. It has the videos of Robert talking about who we are as a company, how was the company formed, and, who we're what we are all about. It goes into great depth. And, you know, I just mentioned that we're we're opening up. We'll be in thirty eight We're in thirty eight states now, but we'll be opening up in the majority of of the states by the end of the year. And, also, you know, Canada. So we are going glow we're going global. International company, these are things that we're working on on the back end. So make sure that you go in, take a look at it. You may not even know that we're open in one or already in one of these states. So, there's a lot of work that's going on in the back end with our leadership team. We're all working really hard to make sure that these things are up and running for you. There it goes and talks about our marketing, technology, all of the education, and our compensation packages that are available so that you don't have to remember everything. If you forget something, you can always go back and refresh your memory. You know, it happens to all of us. Who's LPT and the founder? You know? Who is RP? And learn more about him. You may not know all of his history, and so you it's just this is good for you to go back and refresh your memory and know who exactly your CEO is and and why you're working here and and, and get to know him better as well. The journey from listing power tools to LPT Realty, if you do not know the story, you definitely wanna go back and see what our origin is all about. So when like I mentioned earlier, when people ask you, why did you join LPT, and why are you here, and what is LPT all about? You can explain it. So these are all videos, and available all of this is available for you at your fingertips. It's branded with you, you know, with you. This is your agent website. And then then it goes in and talks a little bit more about how to run your business from the palm of your hand. All of this is, mobile friendly. Our tools like lofty, dot loop, our CRMs, our marketing and agent branding, all of these things. And, of course, these are all, you can go in and you you know, they have additional information in here if you click on these. So I would strongly recommend you go through and and read them, click everything, make sure that you understand it because a lot of our agents don't even know that this is available for them. So there's Well, and you and agents can join in in your organization through this website. Exactly. And and I'll show you here in a minute where to go to do that if you're not aware. There's the the, the, commercial, as well if you wanna look at that. It's a funny commercial. And then we have testimonials, for agents on why they joined. So and then a cult our cult talks about our culture and then our, agent choice and what what we're all about in our in our in our different plans that we have to offer here. So when you go in at the bottom, it ends up with your information. If you're talking to an agent, if you wanna, you know or if you want to, you know, direct them to a corporate so they can schedule an appointment with one of our recruiters to come in and talk to me about information, you can they can do that as well. But, what I think what I love about it is when you scroll up all the way to the top, it actually has this feature right here that says join now. So if you've already gone through this whole presentation and and they're they're hooked, they're they wanna sign, they're ready to roll, all they have to do is click this button right here, and it hits hits join now. I'm gonna try to see when I tried to do it early, it worked, but I don't know. There it goes. So now it says you're ready to join. Let's get started. This is something that you will send directly to your recruit. They can go in, start filling it out, get started, and then they fill out all their information. Just make sure that, you know, you you tell them to put you down as their sponsor and whatever plan you're in and all of those things they know. And then when they're going through all of these at the end, everything will be sent to our onboarding team. They take it from there, and then it's seamless. It's it's totally hands off. Like, I mean, how great is that? I mean, you can get out there. You're not having to do all the paperwork and all the signing and all the all that stuff anymore. It goes straight to our onboarding team. It goes to the people that are that are processing the ICAs, and they take care of it for you. If by chance, you know, you haven't heard anything and you wanna get feedback, you can always submit a ticket and check up on that agent and say, hey. Has Edna signed on? I you know, she she was supposed to go in there and submit everything. Three days ago. I haven't heard anything. They'll check on it, and they can give you a status and say, yes. Aetna, I'm waiting on something for Aetna to sign. And now you can pick up the phone and say, hey, Aetna. You know, did you get that document? You know, you need to make sure that you do this. And because sometimes it it it just you gotta push them sometimes. That all that also happens. So make sure that you tell your recruit to check their emails because every all the correspondence will go back to their email, and you wanna make sure that they're they're responding back to it if there's something that they need. Maybe they forgot to fill out or didn't fill out correctly, whatever it may be. But this is just truly amazing. Jen, do you have anything to add? You know, just I was a beta tester on the wizard, ICA wizard, me and my onboarding team. And I really think that it would be, like, just based on this last few minutes that I would love to do, a class on that the wizard. If if any agents are interested, I think that would be, great to go over, like, how the link is sent, what the agencies on their end, like, how how it's processed through corporate and then through state admins. So I I'm gonna suggest that that, that and I'm gonna say me because I've been a beta tester from the beginning. I'll be your beta tester. Thank you. Okay. Noah, like, I think an IC wizard class and exactly how it looks like for agents makes a ton of sense, and I'm gonna recommend that, like, actually right now on my iPad. So if anyone's interested if you would put it in the chat, if if seeing how the IC wizard looks like, what it works, And if you're interested in the class, just please put it in the chat. That would really help my cause because I think that would be amazing for agents to see what it looks like from a corporate standpoint. I love it. It's a great ask. Me too. Yes. I love it. I mean, we're all we we're here because, you know, we love a LPT. We we were we were, almost likely at another brokerage and wherever we were at, But because we heard such a of why it's such an amazing company, we're here. You know? We need to get that same message out to people that we know we can help because there's a lot of agents out there that truly, truly can utilize LPT, and they and LPT can continue to help their business just continue to grow. And that's what we want. We wanna help other agents and and, you know, grow and continue to give back to our real estate community so that that way we all rise. And so and I love that that is doing what we're doing because I don't know of another brokerage that is, and and this is why we are here. So it's just truly amazing. But this tool is is, one of the best tools, I think, that we we have to offer. I do wanna share this too because Christina Griffin actually shared this in the earlier class, and and what it was, it talks about the agent websites. So I'm going to put this link in the in the chat, and, and that way, you guys all have it. But it talks about your agent website. It says, you know, that all of our agents are equipped with two, vanity websites and additional tools for personalizing, lead generation and and, recruiting and all of these things. And then it tells you, you know, your first name, your dot last name, how to how to find your your your your site, all of those things. There was a lot of great information on this particular sheet that she shared with us earlier today that I'm gonna go ahead and put in this chat so that you all can have it as well. So the benefits of the ICA wizard and then the enhancement with the connect two point o recruitment. So a lot of really good information. And, if there's anything else, Jen, that you want me to share on Connect or on the website with our teams? You know, not for this training. I will say I'm gonna go. I'm gonna request that I do an ICA wizard training. I definitely think that's important for agents attracting to see what, what is happening on the back end and what they can expect. And then, again, I put my contact information in the chat. You know, I've I wouldn't say I've been here from the beginning, but I've been here for, I don't know, year and a half, and there's much I can't figure out or answer. Here's how you do this and that and all the links. And then, by the way, here's your recruiting website. Because the domain is the same. Mhmm. Right? Just based on your name. So, I'm gonna write that one down too. So there's as we continue to, teach and and hear things from different agents and and get different perspective, That's how we continue to build our sites and, the connect two point o, and that's where why it got to where it is today because it's all of your feedback.
