My name is Matthew Hodge, executive vice president here at LPT Realty. I'm joined by my co VP, Lewis Fuhrman. And, if this is your first time joining morning coffee, which is a very plausible chance because, we are growing so quickly. We literally have people joining every single day. Last week, we averaged almost about a hundred people, new per day joining the brokerage, maybe a little bit less, if you take in the full seven day cycle. But in terms of the business days when we were running the Zooms, about a hundred people per day new. So if you are just joining OPT, we're excited to have you along with the journey. Morning coffee is something that, was birthed basically when we started BBA, and it was just kind of like an open town hall, an opportunity for us just to kind of level set on mindsets in terms of when the the BBA transition was happening and to really look at the opportunity the right way. And so we've taken that same approach into Connect two point o, where we have just kind of an open forum to kinda say, hey, this as we transition into this new technology, we launched it about one week ago. Of course, we launched day one with the servers crashing and all kind of crazy things happening. And since then, have had the opportunity to really continue to refine the system. So it's working much better. We're not seeing those time out issues and all that. So that's been done. And now we've gone into we're starting to enable some functionalities, and we've been taking feedback to try to find out, you know, what you guys are enjoying, what you don't like, and maybe what we need to think about a little bit differently. And so we'll have an opportunity today if you wanna, you know, type type in the chat. We'll start off by getting your your your feedback in terms of what are you most excited about with, with Connect two point o. If you're just starting, you probably don't have a lot of feedback. If you've been with OPT for a little while and you've gone from the transition from one point o to now two point o, let us know what you are most excited about. And then we wanna get some feedback in terms of, we've been pulling around to try to find out what circles should be created. And a few of them popped up. We've heard that they want it to be a military network, which, we think is, which is fantastic. And, and so a couple other things with referral network, we're working on that, making that a little bit easier to dissect where we have it by state and city. So those are some of the recommendations we've received so far that are in the works. But let us know what you're excited about and maybe what you would want to see coming from, Connect two point o. Where's the best place to start? Okay. So if you are unfamiliar at all with Connect two point o, if you go inside of Connect, up at the top where it says Support, you're gonna see Knowledge Base one point o. When you go inside of there, look for a class called Connect two point o. You're gonna see a tons of classes, how to get paid, what circles are, networking, you know, all these different topics. And so you can kind of browse through that as what makes most sense, for you to get started. I would recommend getting paid and like Dotloop. I think those are probably some of the most important ones. We obviously want you to to understand that. And then look at some of those social components, which is how you connect with other realtors, how do you connect with content that you're interested in, how do you subscribe to boards? So as new content is information on a topic that you're interested in, you'll receive that notification, and then basically how to set your profile up so that people know how to find you based on your expertise and specialties inside of real estate. So if you wanna be known as, you know, waterfront luxury specialist, you're gonna make sure that that is in your profile. So when someone's searching for a referral, you pop up in that in that search. So some of those things. But yeah, love it. Connected to a few local agents and we're working on doing open houses together. I love that, Carla. I actually started my career, doing open houses. It's exactly what I would do. I would go around the office and anybody who would give up an open house or let me do an open house on their behalf, I would do that. There was someone in my office named George Philbeck. He was a big REO Property Specialist. And he was taking in, I don't know, twenty, thirty, forty listings a month. It was really, really big team at the time. And they were having trouble keeping up with, doing open houses. And what I loved about them, they were always vacant. So literally, as many days of the week I could fit into my schedule, I was doing open houses. That resulted in me selling almost sixty houses, within my second year of real estate. So it works. Sweat equity works. If you do not have the ability to, you know, spend dollars to start your business, doing Sweat Equity, Open Houses for me was fantastic. I'm a people person. I love getting, you know, in touch with face to face with someone and having a conversation with them. And, my conversion skills in that sense are very high. So I use my my abilities there. Yeah. Luis, we what do you think? Yeah. I mean, I'm thinking about, you know, how how important I can't hear you, Luis, for whatever reason. That's interesting. I mean, so what I was thinking is just the this this whole notion of being in community with one another. I mean, it's such an amazing, you know, point and an an amazing thing that we're able to create here with LPT Connect two point o. And what I really love is how we've birthed this concept of marathons from the BBA marathon that we did a few months ago. If you're new to LPT Realty, back when NAR had their settlement, we we made it a a a a duty to get in front of our our agent base and get in front of our family members to talk through different, you know, points as they were happening through, the NARS settlement. And we birthed this concept of a marathon where we devote our time for a two week period to be in community with each and every one of you guys, share experiences, collaborate together. And, you know, now that, you know, we launched our two point o, we entered into another marathon where we're releasing this new piece of technology. The feedback that we've received from all of you guys have been amazing. The ideas that are flowing from that feedback is is is is going pretty like, Robert has this whiteboard in his in his house, and that whiteboard is just filling up right now in real time with ideas. And it's all happening through the feedback that you guys are providing us with your experiences, you know, utilizing the system. So just knowing that we're able to get into community with one another. And then it's gonna happen more frequently now with two point o where it's gonna make it much more easier for agents to find each other, connect with each other. You know, I'm excited to see what future marathons we put on as, you know, major shifts are happening in the industry, and it calls for these types of dynamics to ultimately be in community with each and every one of you guys, share these experiences. Because the reality is, I mean, we're all gonna grow stronger together. You know, we keep mentioning this. You know, we are a family here at LPT Realty, and a lot of that family dynamic was lost when the industry shifted from brick and mortar to cloud based. You know, when the industry made that shift, you know, everybody felt felt that much more isolated. You know, it was already an isolated industry where entrepreneurs, it's very lonely oftentimes to be an entrepreneur. And if you did not plug into a brick and mortar, you had this sense of loneliness that existed. And that is one of the challenges that we wanted to solve in in this cloud based era of real estate where how do we eliminate that level of loneliness? For those agents who are out there wanting to, you know, rest their heads on somebody else's shoulders who may be going through the same experiences, how do we create an avenue where that purposeful connection can ultimately take place? And that word is key, the word purposeful. Right? Like, we don't want just connections happening like any social media platform. That's the challenges that are experienced in Facebook and Instagram and and a lot of these platforms where you just shotgun everybody, and you don't know who's important, who's not, and it it it doesn't mean very much. Versus here, you know, you burn one of those tokens as Robert was talking about yesterday during motivational Monday. It's gonna create that dynamic where you're going to want to pour into that person who, you know, burn that token to build that relationship and to connect with you. So I I I'm excited to see how all of this, you know, grows, you know, as as we always say too. I mean, this is the starting place with LPT Connect two point o, and it's just the excitement to see where this is ultimately going to land is is is definitely high. That's right. Alright. Let me go so through some things. Lisa Spencer, I love that inspiration circle. I wrote that down. I've got it right here. I'm gonna show you for proof. I've got an inspiration circle. We're gonna write that down and I'm gonna bring that back to the team. I love that concept. Just as a great way for you to think about positive mindsets and, you know, how to continue to to force through your day. And, I a lot of my social feed is that. So I think that's a great idea. Shannon, you sent a message to us just to host and panelists so no one else can see that. But she asked, is there a luxury circle? Yes. There is a luxury preferred network circle, so there's actually two. There's a luxury collection, which is open to the entire brokerage, and then there's a luxury preferred network, which is launching next week. You probably saw it initially, and then they close the circle as they're working out some things. Inside of that is where you will find, the agents who are part of the luxury preferred network. Shannon, I know that you are as well too, and is having a a fantastic year. We actually saw your, video last night. We we were all thought it was, so amazing. What she's a she's been able to accomplish. Yeah. She she did a really great job. But anyways, so, yeah, it is available. There's actually a class tonight at seven PM Eastern Standard Time. It's called, LPT plus and LPN, and that goes over what is in the LPT plus circles and in the LPN circle and both of those are paid circles meaning that you have subscribed to an annual subscription of either I LPT plus or LPN and you'll find exclusive content inside of there. We have a monthly training with Mike Lafito who is the owner of the Luxe Designation. He teaches for LPN exclusively, and all those replays and all that information is inside the LPN circle. So, there are some specific things that just those paid members have. Of course, it is optional, but, it is cool, and that's just being built out. So you should have access to that by early next week, if not late this week. And that training is seven PM Eastern Standard tonight tonight. So let me work you through the schedule real quick just so you know what is happening today. I've seen a few questions around that. Today, we have BizGen Circles generating business. That's at four PM Eastern Standard Time. At seven PM, as I just discussed, we have the membership circles, and that is discussing LPT plus and LPN, luxury preferred network. And then at ten PM Eastern Standard Time, we have the networking circles, two point o style. If for whatever reason you're unable to make any of those trainings, it is posted in the knowledge base within pretty much twelve hours or so. So you can go back and watch it at your convenience. And then a full schedule I don't think it went out this morning. They might have missed it. But a full schedule goes out every morning at eight AM, that lets you know the class for the classes that are happening that day. So I'll make sure. I think I I think something happened this morning why it didn't go out. They must have been pushing an update. So, but we will ensure that tomorrow morning eight AM, you've got the class schedule. And if not, you can also reference your Sunday schedule that had the entire week, instead of just the the day breakdown. So, that is that is that. So let me go let her back over to the chat real quick. We provide you question in chat that came directly to us. What's the biggest shift between one point o and two point o? Well, how we like to describe it is one point o, it was important for us to quickly create that piece of technology that allowed us as a brokerage to connect with our agents. The theme of two point o is how do we now have agents interconnect with each other. In addition to those capabilities, there is a complete UI revamp in a in a in a in a in a total new look for the systems to increase those efficiencies. Now inside of one home, you're able to operate your business practices as existed with one point o with the added feature of this level of interconnection and community building within the entire, brokerage. If you are joining us new, I would highly recommend probably one of the first classes you're gonna wanna watch is how to get paid. Make sure that, you know, you understand, you know, how to utilize that widget and the commission intake, etcetera, ordering DAs if you're in a DA state. That's a very important class to ensure that you do not have any blips in your business when you do have closings happening. So I do strongly encourage you guys to go review that class if you are just tuning in. Also morning coffee is is more of a macro level conversational. It's organic. We're reviewing the chats. The other classes that are scheduled throughout the day, those are more mechanical where there is an agenda. There are certain things that we are looking to showcase and show, screen sharing, etcetera. So if you're looking for those mechanical classes, please, guys, attend those. Business generations, what we talked about earlier, there's another class in Spanish at five PM, and then the LPN member circle. So if I click on this right now, it automatically defaults to say that you're no that you are not going. You're going to click going, and then now you are registered for that class. So that is right inside of the calendar. This is a full week schedule that you can see of the b of the BB. I almost said BB. Classes. Of the, Connect two point o classes. And so, again, I'm gonna walk you through that one more time on how to get there. So when you first walk into Connect two point o, you're gonna click main stage up at the top. You're then going to click this calendar at the left hand side right here. Once you click that calendar, you're going to see, the weekly schedule. And so for today, to you'll see the the plus five. That means that there's five additional classes that aren't available in just this view because there's more. And if you look at Friday, there's only two here, so you can see them both here. On the days where you see five more, three more, or two more, you'll need to, click on that so that you can see the full schedule. So I'm gonna click here, and then it shows me the membership class right here. I'm gonna click here, and this one already is I'm already going to it. So it's in there. If I wasn't, then it would just be no. But I'm gonna hit going. And there you go. And then if you wanna see the graphic for the class and that that's there. So that is, inside your calendar. Now aside from that, you will receive an email every morning at eight AM Eastern Standard Time that gives you a full schedule and the links for the day, that are included for that. It goes out Sunday for the entire week, but on a daily basis, you'll receive just that class schedule every morning at eight AM during our marathon. And so question from Shelley regarding her time zones being off in the calendar. Go to your profile and double check that your time zone is set correctly in your profile. That may be the trigger. You're going to at the top right, you're going to hit view your profile. That's going to take you to this page where you can see where people are posting on your wall, all the activity that you've done, everything that you've done here. And then you are going to click your name up at the top left. Once you click that, it will take you to your internal profile page, and that's where you can see your tokens right here. So when you go into your profile, you hit edit profile, you're gonna see that long list of things on the left hand side where it says update your payment, make sure your headshot is there, have a backdrop banner, you know, select your images for your magazines, like your colors, things like that. In order to watch the recordings for marketing with two point o marathon, it requires a passcode. What is that? What? What'd you ask me? Mia asked a question in the chat that it's asking her to put in a passcode when she's clicking on the prerecorded classes. Passcode prerecorded. If she's doing that through Zoom so what happened is on Zoom, there there is an automatic because it's on demand, meaning that Zoom will make the recording available to you. If you look in the body of the email, it will give you the passcode. So right when you register for a class, it's gonna give you the confirmation. Hey. Here's the link to register. Here's the, you know, the link or the calendar invite to to put it on your calendar to register for the class. As soon as the class completes, it sends you an email that says, hey. This class just completed. Here's a recording for it. In that body of the email is the Zoom password. Now if you type that password in and it says it doesn't work, it's because you are not signed in to Zoom. You can't do it as a guest account. You actually have to be signed in to Zoom. If for whatever reason you don't feel like messing around with that, all that is also recorded and put into knowledge base one point o. So you can just physically go inside of knowledge base one point o under the connect two point o marathon, select the day in the class that you're looking for, and the recording is there. There was one before where it was in the calendar, and there was one under your preference. The calendar one was when you were creating an event, you could create it in different time zones, but that wasn't where your calendar would would, I guess, translate to. Your preferences would say, hey. If I'm in eastern and I put something in specific, it's automatically gonna show up on my calendar under the time zone that I have designated for myself. So those two different things. So before I confirm that that's where it has all moved to, I just wanna make sure that's the right information so we're not kind of spreading it around. But it was under preferences. It could be that they are doing an update because we saw those new tabs in there. Anytime they're doing new updates, they turn off some of the current things, they load the updates, and then they put it all back together. So that could be the issue that you're having. I have user, preference and preferences. If you go to preference and that changes. Okay. Yeah. We do their preferences. Okay. Yeah. So it sounds like the I may be looking at a different version based on, I based on my my actual profile because I don't have what you what you're saying there. So, anyways, alright, guys. So as you know, we are still, of course, rolling these features out. We will continue to roll these out over the course of the next week. So if you're not seeing some of the functionality and things that we're talking about or even if your screen looks a little bit different than what you're seeing on mine, I do have an admin account. So we are one or two steps ahead of you guys where it basically comes to us. We are testing through it. We give our feedback, and then it goes to the to the that's kind of the next group, as we release it out. So we systematically release things in that order to make sure that they are less buggy by the time that it hits you. And then, of course, we are continuing to look at the, tickets and your feedback to ensure that we're finding kind of all the bugs as we continue to perfect the system. So, and again, if you are feeling overwhelmed, if you are unsure how to do things, you still have access to connect one point o by simply hitting the support up at the top right and hitting the knowledge base or, the community forms or one point o news. That will bring you back to the legacy system so you do not have to use the new system. If for whatever reason some functionality is not working, you don't feel like kind of fumbling around with it, and you just need to get something done very quickly.
