Yeah. It's, high is fifty six today. Oh my goodness. For some reason, the the the win too, the Santa Ana winds are blowing quite a bit. Oh my goodness. Well, I, thanks for joining us here. I, I know we're gonna give it a few minutes for everyone to join. Can you tell everyone who you are? So, but I'm excited for this community for us to be able to answer each other's questions and really work and help each other as a community. This is this is going to be just mind blowing and really help the growth of everybody. So, Gina, you may be a little surprised. So All works together, but yeah. Got, Gina, thank you so much for being here. For those that don't know me, my name is Christina Griffin. I am, a one of the executive vice presidents with LPT. Part of my responsibilities is LPT plus, coaching training, gen circles, lead generation, and lots of things in between. So today, we wanna make sure that those that are taking the time, to be here and those that are listen on going to listen on the recording, that we're going to be able to give you actionable things, and we can truly share with you, Connect two point o and the things that we're here today, which is all things business generating. Should we start with anything prior to vision? Maybe their bio or anything in between? What what are your thoughts today? Yeah. That was needed. I I think that by now, hopefully, everybody's been in the the how to navigate, everywhere inside of the system. But just, I'm not sure if we even need to cover that. We could just go directly. I think kind of where you navigate from, like, when you first log in, you're still at that main landing page, and then how to get to the biz gen tools probably is it, and just kinda walk through those. Okay. I I I love it. Thanks for helping with the bio. I, Jill, are you referring to you want me to do that now, or you were on the LTT plus call when I did that? Just to make sure I understand. So let me go ahead and screen share. Alright. So I'm gonna go to main stage. That sound sound like a good part starting point, Gina? Okay. Gary marketing. Yeah. Alright. Main stage. Cleaned it up. Yes. Just got my cash offer box. Awesome. We got a lot of our LPT plus members here. Yeah. We do. I know just a lot of the names. So I I'd love to start first and foremost, Gina. I I just want to because I in all things realtor fashion, everyone is normally a few minutes late, and I wanna make sure that we, I'd say just a few small things as, maybe we give it another minute. So my favorite thing is the search bar here. And the the search bar, why it's my favorite as we dive into biz gen circles is every single one of you, and it it was pretty cool this morning. I do I think I'm at five miles, on cardio, and I saved on my, browser on my phone, connect. So I was able to go in and watch a video as I walk this morning. And and I say this to you guys, if you save on your browser and you're able to get in there at any time, it's gonna help you interact, especially in between, I call it app phase. Right? Robert said I know that's in the works. But right here, the search button because part of business generating is, let's just say, sphere. So if you want to get to I call it the quickest point to get to where you need, that keyword, you you pull up agents that have put in to their profile sphere. You put a you pull up the circle, which is part of our business generating today, and then you pull up content. So it truly is one of, in my mind, one of the most important places that you guys learn how to navigate. Any thoughts on that, Gina, before we move on? Yeah. I I just wanna kinda go over, like, the left hand panel because I think that this might have been some, just so people kinda understand. The articles, the way that we're kinda treating articles is what I like to call, like, hot news. Kind of like you're reading the paper, what's the freshest thing out of the box. Videos are just gonna be any of our videos that we've shared. But also in the wikis, that is where you're gonna find your consistent training materials, your content, that you can, that you can scroll through. And when we go into the to, like, lofty and Circles. Or the c arm circles, we can show them that. But just know that those three things are are there, the the three different types of content that are on the left hand hand? So I had a few messages around, how to get to main stage. So main stage, this is what it looks like when you log in, and this is what it normally look like prior to the Connect two point o. So right here on the top, you're gonna see main stage, and then you just click that button. Yeah. Definitely use the navigating tools, across the top to reach all of those. I love we have a few that said they, got their cash offer boxes as well. So Yeah. We'll talk about that at seven o'clock tonight. So, Gina, I, as we share and we go into these business generating circles and what they're for, I'd love to mention it because I I personally I like to lead by example, and I like to touch what you guys are touching. So this morning, it was on my phone. And some of the things that you guys are seeing on your browser, it shows up differently on your phone. So depending on you and depending on what your, phone software is, just keep that in mind that you may have to turn it sideways or scroll over when you're posting, but I I think that's important as well. So, alright. So let's go ahead and, dive in. I will say I I used the, the the new connect on the phone this morning, and I found that it's it's it's almost as good as if it was already in an app, which was pretty amazing. So it's it it's very clean, guys. It's it's just so just try it out for sure. I agree. For me, the only thing that I saw that was a little bit is when you go into post, a post, and you have to hit the check check mark, you have to just scroll it to be able to see that. So and we can show them how to do that. So so right here, when it goes to business generating, this is why we're here today. So I I first and foremost, I wanna make sure that every one of you upload your bio and you you have that in your search to be able to make sure to have people see you. But right here, business generating, we're we're discussing marketing sphere of influence, personal branding, digital marketing, and CRMs. And the goal here today is to be able to advise you what that means and how it's gonna impact you for future. So I I'd like to log in to, first, marketing. And, guys, I want you to make sure that you post in the chat any questions you have, because I think it will make sure, it will allow us to be able to help you in the best way possible. So I feel losses are beginner of circle. I would say definitely. Just start in your main stage. That is if you can if you kinda consider a main stage as your main landing point kind of like I mean, I think we have a water cooler, but kind of like your water cooler, it's every all things everything LPT, that's just generally going on with LPT. When you dive into the circles, that's when you're gonna get into that specific, you know, content around whatever circle topic, and that you're in. So this is the place that I'd always go is the main stage, and you're in the marketing. But, yeah, always start in the main stage, scroll through there, interact on that, and then you can go into whatever circle, you're needing to go into, whether it's a CRM or for dot loop training or into any of your my business stuff, which they'll cover on a different, video. But, but just note that if you wanna always have a landing page, so to speak, I would just automatically go up and click. And maybe in the future, we can have it where it'll automatically arrange you there as an option. But for now, just always click that, and it goes directly into this main stage page. Yeah. I absolutely. And the the other thing I would say is, this search button here, like I showed initially, I I would live in that. So if you feel lost, save it on your phone in any keyword that you want to look because, you know, as an example, we're going into marketing, and we're going to go to that particular circle, next, make sure to use that top, on the main stage search, until you start to learn, so you don't feel lost. Make sure you you really truly anything that you want to check out on where you need to go, make sure to use that that main, dashboard, search bar. Alright. So let's go ahead and dive in, guys. So we're gonna go to here, LPT marketing. So here is the biggest thing I would say for you guys. You're gonna have public circles, and then you're going to have what's part of, like, the LPT plus, you're gonna have, luxury and other private circles that you're going to be able to be able to, be part of. So, if you're part of that membership. But the public circles are things that you can look at each and every day when you are diving into, what, Connect offers. Marketing is to me the first place that you start, but prior to starting there, you need to make sure that you go in and you edit your profile. And, if you're already ordering through Desi, you're already ordering your power tools boxes, the, the profile here will be up to date. But this is a really truly a first place that you start prior to going into the biz gen. Now marketing, part we have so many amazing tools and resources, and a lot of you may be here today, and you may be wondering how can I utilize all of the resources that I'm provided to be able to impact my business? Maybe I've never ordered a, listing power tools box. Maybe I've never emptied the box. So this is a really great place to get started. Now here's the biggest thing I want you to understand. You're gonna have help desk. So do you see at the top where you have here, if you have any connect two point o, questions, you go to two point o at you send a ticket to two point o at l p t realty dot com. Then you have here the call or text us at eight seven seven three six six two two one three. Now I want you if it's supporting the software, if it's, hey. I my friend has this feature. I don't have it. I want you to use our ticking ticketing system, and I want you to use support. K? Now what I am gonna show you, Gina, and and I know you can speak a lot to this as well, is I want you to imagine Facebook. Facebook, how you can post, hey. What's on your mind? Hey. I have a question. This is the place that you're you're gonna have public and private circles, referral circles, it's to create that sense of community. A sense of community is where you collaborate and people work together. So I want you to imagine here on what's on your mind. Maybe it's, LPT agents. Give me an idea on give me a, some ideas on how I can empty the box. Give me some ideas on how I can take the open house, power pack, and I can empty the box, if my house sells prior to the open house. This is the place that you create that sense of community that other agents can, post a message. Gina, any thoughts around, the marketing circle and, anything that I have or haven't covered. I think here the getting started's imported, but is there anything you wanna mention? No. I think you've covered it. Okay. So you're gonna have here there's instructional. So, again, guys, whatever you want to learn, this is the place. But it could be as simple as, fellow oops. Fellow Christina can't type. LPT agents, what are some of your ideas on how to empty the box. And then you go here and you just hit post. So this is a place that you can go to be able to collaborate with, everybody that you are, that that our entire company on these public circles. So everything marketing will live in marketing. So just make sure to take a look at this. Now here's one of the things I'm excited to show you, which will be, I'd say, probably another week or so on some of these circles that we're gonna show you. There's gonna be calendars inside of each circle. Right now, as an example marketing, you may not see any, topics that are going to show, but there will be topics. There will be classes on how do you empty the box, mastermind on how to be able to maximize this tool. So inside of every circle under, everything that we have, including the main stage, there's going to be a calendar available for for you to be able to sign up. Alright. I don't see any questions, so I'm gonna just move on. We're we're living in the business generating. So where do you find the social media from LPT to use? I that's gonna be under inside marketing. That's gonna be inside of Desi. Gina, can you share that while I pull something up or or, some tips on how to find that, maybe a link? Well, it's still on the main calendar, hoping to not have to check the calendar when each within each circle. So, Shelly, I I'm so glad you're on here. So great question. So I, we're gonna have to check on that because what I do know What what you do is when you're checking the other calendars and you see something that you want to attend, once you switch to you click on going, it will add that to your personal calendar. Now your personal calendar is the one at that top little upper left hand where it has the bell, the the email, and then the calendar. That is your personal calendar, guys. Not the not to be confused with a calendar inside of a circle that's on the left hand corner. So once you agree once you sign up for a class and you click on going, it'll add it to that to that one up at the top. Christina, if you wanna point at it, it's right up there to the far left. Right there. That's the personal calendar, guys. So I think what she was referring to is do I have to go inside every circle to make sure to see everything regardless if I signed up or not? I think that's Because that's yes. That you're gonna have to go into a circle to see I mean, if you're looking for specific training on a topic and it lives the topic lives under that circle, yet that's where you're gonna see all the trainings in their calendar. There's not gonna be that would be a ginormous calendar to put the entire LPT company on one big calendar with every meeting we have. So I'm gonna show you an example of what that looks like inside of LPT Plus, and then I'm gonna go back to my calendar. Right now, the business generating circles are not gonna have some of them are not yes, sir. If you use the lofty one, it may it's really built out. If you wanna go to lofty. So I'm gonna go to lofty. And this is just an example. So, Shelley, if you wanted to learn about lofty, so that should be a time block that once a month or maybe twice a month, you go to the calendar, and and you go here to the physical calendar on the left hand side, and you're able to see okay. I'm gonna log scroll down, and I really truly need to learn how to get started. So you would find the date that you're available. K. Hold on. The the date that you're available. What a loved one. Uh-oh. Let me go here. Computers seem silly. The date that you're available, and you'd hit going, and then it would add it to your calendar. And then it would if you go to No. Yeah. Click on your calendar. Right. Your personal calendar. Then it would show that I accepted lofty. So I ideally, for those of you that are here, looks like I accepted all of them. Beautiful. So this will show you how you can add yourself to way too many calendars. But before when I clicked on it before, it showed no lofty training. Now it shows that Christina's going to lofty training every single day. Now, Christina, on the right hand, click on circle. So if you belong to a circle already, if you click on that no. The one below that, the circle calendars. Nope. Down. Down. Down. Oh, where it says there you go. So if you belong to a circle, you can see the circle calendars on this left hand on the main calendar or in your calendar, and you can turn them on and off and then access to go, if that makes sense. And and this is private circles, not public circles. Right? It's it it's any circle that you are a member of. K. So so, Shelly, as an example, here's LPT plus. The LPT plus highlights in blue so that immediately soon as I accepted it, it shows it as part of my calendar. Let's make sure. Do I have have we answered all the questions so far? I think so. Okay. Well, one of the questions was, that Tony asked, was, connecting your calendars directly in here, that's in the that they're working on that Okay. Of connecting your your personal calendar with, the circles. The big thing I would say to each and every one of you is put this as a time block every day. If you have a certain amount of time that you have coffee in the morning, and you're looking at social media, save this on your phone and book and interact with the different circles, and then go to the calendar on each of the circles that you want to learn. So there is a sphere of influence. Can you hear me okay, Gina? It was breaking up a little, but yeah. Gotta love Internet especially But I wasn't sure if it was me or you. So You know? Yeah. So so Hold on. Here here are some examples for your firm influence. Now you guys yes. This is a public circle. So for each and every one of you, you're gonna start to see calendar, topics built out. You're gonna see a how can I how as an example, potentially, I'd like to have a bridal, participate in a bridal show? How can I grow my, referrals with that? It's Christmas time. What are ideas for you to connect with your sphere? So there will be topics in calendars that you're gonna start to see, but if you're curious on how do you touch your sphere during the holidays, you post it here. If you're curious on, hey. I have not ever, since I've been a real estate agent, interacted or sent holiday messages to my sphere. What are some ideas to revive that? That's part of what's on your mind. And then, as you can see here, there there are videos that are posted, and there are wikis. So because I'm an admin, it shows here click here to add a wiki, but you're gonna see inside the circle Gina, I have no clue why it didn't pull them up. That was silly. But you're gonna see here the different articles that were posted by other people, to be able to interact with, like converting your sphere into active clients. I'm gonna click on this here. Not. So They may not have wikis on this one, Christina. Okay. So we I know we will, and the a lot of this is part of being built out. So anything you'd like to learn or, hey. I would love to be able to learn this about sphere of influence. I'm gonna challenge everybody to go in and and post and interact and post messages, and we will build out training and education based on, the the different circles. So let's go ahead and no circle calendar is working to give dates. So, we'll make sure to check on that. I I want you to know that envisioning, like I showed with LPT plus, every circle under, that you guys are interacting with. So you've got biz gen, you've got training, you've got networking. Ideally, the the vision is you're gonna have calendars with, trainings and education. You're gonna have resources that are gonna easily be at your fingertips. So we went through marketing sphere of influence. There is personal branding here as well as an example. So, again, this is where we're going to be posting ideas, and we're gonna be posting different things that each and every one of you can learn and grow. So I the the purpose today is to show you what these business generating circles are, but every one of your businesses are different. Every one of your businesses are in need of different I call it different aspects to grow. So I really want you to look at the search bar, and if you're you are sphere or networking, search because that's gonna also bring you back to the the different circles. Now I I do wanna show you these subcircles because these subcircles are so incredibly powerful. In the the subcircles list, under CRMs, you're gonna see here lofty, kvCORE, and FUB. So for each and every one of you, I I do want you to know we are a hundred percent committed to be able to give you the most amount of resources to have a a simple plug and play with your CRMs. Lofty is the most build out, so I'm gonna show you that in a minute. Please don't post on the what's on your mind. Hey. I'm having this issue. Send that to support. If you're a hey. What what, campaign are you using in lofty that creates the most results? That is the best thing to post on what's on your mind. But let me show you here the let me click on Lofty subcircled. Gina, is there anything Billy's missing the the subcircled list on CRMs. I'm thinking probably needs to create a I I put in a ticket. I I dropped in the link. Either that or go, I hate to say this, but log out and log back in. Or you can also Okay. If you're opening it in a standard browser, you can always switch over to an incognito window and see if that, works. And she doesn't like when I share this one. You can clear your history, but you're gonna have to re sign in to everything, and your history will help. But I will definitely, hundred percent recommend you guys, putting it on your phone. But this lofty circle is so powerful. It has all these amazing upcoming trainings, the digital resource guide, and then it has a ton of videos. Gina, is there anywhere I you'd like me to go here since I know you've worked really hard on building this out for our agents? Well, you could look at the digital resource that I wrote. Basically, I kind of went in and compiled, like, a one stop shop. You can save this. You can bookmark it. It's a PDF, link as well that, you know, kinda gives you it it flows better than their help, section because I did it by kind of, like, how as an agent would you build out your law fee and what would you be needing. So the and it's all hyperlinked, so this should be something that should be I I would say that I mean, I would use it. The links are are hyperlinked to the point where if they update it, it will always be the most current information. So I did make it static, so it's all live, live when it's inside of there. So if you you can just have this sitting on your desktop. Sometimes it's faster, than going through their help center. You you know what I love about this? This this shows you probably could be the lofty expert and work for lofty. That's how how well that you know lofty. So, each and every one of you, part of this resource, this is, to me, a phenomenal example of what Connect two point o and our circles and our resources are. This is having the resources at your fingertips so you don't have to dig. So as an example, here here's her here's lofty. This was a resource guide that was shared. You click on this, and you see everything here. Maybe, hey. I have to set up my email. How do I integrate my calendar? I'm gonna go here to how do I integrate my calendar? It's right here. Now if you don't see something on how you can do it based on the resource guide share, that's where I want you to put in a ticket to us. That is a in Ed or Gmail I'm I'm gonna I I'm gonna say instead of doing that because Reach out to Locky. I I will no. I would go to their Locky support. If you go into when you go into Locky and your where your bubble is your your little icon for your, where your picture is and you click on help center, their help center is amazing. It's all in there. And and so I would start there and just type in what you're looking for, and it will be it will bring you up a whole list of things that you, can choose from. So, definitely, there some people aren't seeing the lumpy circle. Yeah. It's a sub circle. So it's under CRM skies, and then it's the sub circles are on the right hand panel. So we'll put we'll put in a ticket, and if you guys don't see it, you can as well. Please know that these things will be fixed, and and they will be fixed soon. But, Gina, let's go ahead and add so we have training resources, lofty digital guy. Let's add, like, their help desk if that so the agents don't have to dig. I I think on They don't they don't need to dig. They're in lofty. They just click help center. Okay. Yes. If you'll go over and look at the wikis, that is where, I built out, additional content on if you like, how to sign up for a lofty. So if you click on each one of those under pages, if you click on the down arrow, not yeah. If you click on the down arrow, I've got all of the content. Like, if you're just interested in LOPP, you can go in and see what the costs are. So we're on the POC live chat right here. Yep. Yep. So and then if you down click the down arrow on CRM. So so here here's the biggest thing I've had all of the the additional content. So everybody, I like, I know this is overwhelming, but I I've gotta take it back to this to simplify it for you guys. I want you to dive in to your circles. I want you to dive in the lead gen. I want you to learn the system. The subcircles, we we will look into why those aren't displaying, and we'll put a ticket. But I I I want you to, you know, this main search, right, lofty help, I just put in lofty help. Right here at the top, it says lofty help, lofty support options, how to sign up for lofty. So I know that many of you wanna master everything, but this front page, I want you to go into the circles. I want you to learn. I want you to interconnect. But if you there is something you want to learn, like, I'll give you an example. A lot of you and and, I I'm hoping we have it. A lot of you have reached out. Hey. What is, what is the, for lofty on how to be able to set up c r your your campaigns or support or anything to that nature? It's going to get you directly to where you need to be including the circle. So I would really recommend everybody live within that, and it will be helpful as well as the other CRM circles. So, Gina, we're at time. We're a few minutes over. Here here is the biggest thing I hope each and every one of you learned today, is there's a lot of content. A lot. There are a lot of resources for you. If you want to learn something specific, go to that search. Explore the different circles. If you want to connect with other agents on best practices, like, hey. How do you use k b corp to be able to do this? Post it on the the feed inside of the circle, and that's really gonna help, each and every one of you connect on a higher level. The more we use it, the more content that is going to be there. In the next, I call it week or two, you're gonna also start seeing more live calendars. I searched for lofty. I clicked on calendar event. They came up in search, and it gave me the option to join the lofty circle. Perfect, Dana. Thank you so much for saying that. So for everybody, if you would like and it doesn't show that, then you go because I'm an admin, it automatically shows up. But you go and you search Lofty. Right? You're gonna see circle. You see the lofty circle. Now you should be able under biz gen to see the different options, under here business generating. So you have CRMs, digital marketing, personal branding, sphere of influence, and LPT marketing under business generating circles. So, again, please explore. Please add things to your calendar. Please know that we are going to everything's gonna continue to build out and grow, and we're just excited to help you and be a resource. Gina, any parting words? I know we went a little bit over. Those that know my teaching style, we can probably be here all night talking about these things. But is there anything else, parting words you'd like to say? Other than just go in there and just search around. The quickest way you're gonna get familiar with the the layout is go to as many circles, look through the content, look at the articles. You know, you can follow articles. You can, you know, bookmark them. So just just go through and just explore as much as you can so you get a good feel of it. And so then when we really do start launching more and more content in circles, you know, it'll notify you, and you'll be able to to just jump in and hit the ground running with them. Perfect. Yeah. The search bar, Dana, is your best friend all day long. A hundred percent. So bio, save on your phone, and search bar. Live in that. If you guys have social media goals where you go into, like, say, LPT or other agent groups or your main page and you post each and every day, like, hey. I'm gonna like five, five different people's posts. I'm gonna post, you know, one interactive thing. Add, Connect two point o into your social media focus and goals because if you do and you use it, and you become it becomes a habit, right, it's going to help you grow and help you create more referrals and help you learn more as well.
