10. CRM Resources 2.0 Style 12/11/24 4PM EST

Thank you for being here. Gina, how are you doing today? I am doing fabulous. In Vegas, listening to the machines go crazy, but but doing good. Wish it was my machine going crazy, but it was definitely has not been a winning week. Okay. Well, hopefully, you win you win some to bring it home. So alright, guys. Thank you everybody for being here. Hi, Stacy. Hi, everybody. For those of you that do not, know who I am, my name is Christina Griffin. I am an executive vice president with LPT. I part of my responsibilities have to do a coaching, training, lead generation, circle, LPT plus, and our, leads connect program. So lots of fun. Those of you that know me, I, you see me a lot when it comes to coaching and training. We're here today around, CRMs. I know some of you may see two Christina Griffins, but we're, Gina, go ahead and introduce, who you are for everybody. Hello, everybody. Gina Bothwell. I work with Christina LPP Plus, and I also do the platform administration for the CRMs as well. Alright. Gina, thank you so much for taking the time to be here today. So everybody that's here, I want you to make sure that any questions that you have around our CRMs that you you put those questions in the chat. This is a webinar format. So ideally, the goal that I love to have when we train and coach or or or really just walk through processes that you have something actionable that brought you here today. So you may be here and you're just curious, but whatever it is that is it makes you, or brought you here today, I'd love you to post in the chat to make sure that we answer that question for you, today. So, Gina, I think we should probably just dive right in. What are your thoughts? Let's do it. I'm just talking to myself here. Just jump right in and and take a look at the CRM circle. Okay. Alright. So you should have, at this point in time, you guys should have your profile up to date. You should hopefully have a lot of the framework around connect, and, feel free if you guys have any questions around anything you don't have clarity on to please post in the chat. But I wanna make sure to dive in to answer those questions around CRM. So under biz gen, you're gonna see CRM. K? Now we have three different CRMs that are inside of what is called a subcircles. So we have lofty, kvCORE, and follow-up boss. But here and you guys may not have access to the subcircles yet, but I I wanna first explain for those of you that have not been into, Connect or maybe seen Circles. I want to explain the I call it the headers and and the way, what you see here now. First and foremost, you're gonna see two point o at l b t realty dot com for your ticket if you have any issues. And then if you need help, a call or text. So our help and our support and our ticket system is absolutely phenomenal, and I want you to make sure that you understand that if you have a question or you maybe don't see certain things, that you're able to be able to, at your fingertips, reach out to our support as well as here under the support with calling support or a new new ticket. Keep in mind that we work during business hours, but, live within that, which will be super helpful for you. Alright. So CRM. As we grow the communities and we grow I call these communities. These circles are a way for everybody to collaborate, work together, and be able to really share best practices. So we have inside of, this particular circle, which we're here today, is CRM. This is where I want you to collaborate with the fellow agents that are part of LPT. So you're gonna see here how do you like, Lofty first first time trying it. That some agents are already asking questions, but as we start to build out and collaborate, it could be what what is your favorite revive text to wake up your database? So we all have different needs, but, ideally, our our our needs are to to I call it love on our database, nurture our everyone in our CRM to be able to write, grow our sales and, create deeper contacts. This is the place. I want you to think of this circle as your Facebook almost. Right? But the this becomes our own private where you can ask, hey, guys in Lofty. What, what campaign are you using to revive or love on your buyers? The this is that, I call it that housing place. Gina, any thoughts around, I call it this place before we dive into the subcircles or anything else? I think that the the the main page, like you said, is is really for communication on really something that could go across any CRM. You know, your how you know, your special landing pages, how you like to to retouch any of those past leads, how are you addressing your sphere and so forth. So I think the main circle can be really reused for that. And then for really hyper specific, lofty questions and lofty, you know, communication on how do you use that inside of the CRM specifically, that's kind of what the subcircles were kind of, designed for or that thought in in mind. I I love that explanation. So what I'm hearing from you, and I will tell you, you wanna talk about experts of CRMs. I'll I I call it I'll be the coach and trainer on on how to implement. Gina, the technical side, she's a wiz. So so this main CRM circle, it's it's the communication on things CRM related, best practices, what works best, what people are doing to use their CRM to stay on top of their database, but then we're gonna have the subcircles here. So I think lofty is probably gonna be the best one to go to first because lofty is something that most of you do have. And I I have to I call it brag on Gina. She created all of this. I this right here under training resources, this lofty digital resource guide, it it's live. It's beautiful. It's amazing. If you have any questions around lofty, this is a great place for you to live within. You click on this lofty digital resource guide, and take a look at this. It's all of these amazing trainings or I call it quick links if you have a question around calendar. They're all there at your fingertips, as well as support options and questions. But this is a really, really great place for you to live within is this digital resource guide. K? Let me go back. And, Gina, you stop me whenever, I I know lofty is your baby. So lofty digital resource guide. Again, you'll see here some agents, this one, so, Kristen posted lofty is the best. You know, now as more agents are are gonna start being added to these circles, you're gonna see more interaction. Now keep in mind that one to one training, if you're like, hey. I'm having an issue with this. I'm having a problem. That goes to support. You reach out to lofty support or or if it's I call it a specific LPT, issue with your CRM or, hey. I need to be added, then you reach out to us and follow that ticket process. But right through here, you're gonna see support at Lofty and and Lofty support. I love when when companies offer such robust support and training as Lofty. When you need the support piece, reach out to Lofty. But what this amazing circle is for you here is to collaborate with other people using Lofty around best practices. And again, here's your Lofty wall. But I wanna show you this amazing thing here. It's Hey, Christina. Yes, sir. Real quick before you jump to the calendar, I wanna make a note on the the lofty support. Now I know some people have had issues with their support and and timing and stuff, but I will tell you the fastest way to get them is the chat. So the chat feature when you are on the main screen inside of Lottie, that is, that is where you probably will wanna go first. You'll get the most response from that. So if you've had not as much success through email or a phone call and a callback, which can happen, they are building out their support team, with more, people, but definitely use the chat feature. Okay. So everyone there's a few people that are sending, messages around, hey. I I already have lost me, but how the heck are you where you are? So we are on connect two point o, and this is the the main stage here. Now I I wanna show you two two functions, but I'm gonna show you how to get where we were. But I I want you guys right here, this search tab, this is going to help you on the main stage, page. A lot of it is friendly on your phone, I if you haven't done it already, save it on your browser and save it on your phone because if you are say you're out and about or you have a question, your your connect two point o, lives here. And when you're you're out and about, you can listen to videos, but save it at, on your phone, as one of your bookmarks. So you can go here to search, and you can type in lofty, in case you can't figure out where you need to go. Now it's gonna pop up agents that put lofty in their profile. You're gonna, the circle comes here, or you're gonna have the content here that that, pops up. So I'm gonna go right here, you have circle. Now maybe you just wanna know how to set up Lofty. You can go straight to the specific, document, but let me show you how to get here from the main main page if you don't wanna just do the search. You go here to BizGen. So can everybody drop a a a one in if you see where Christina's at right there? Just that far. If you see go to BizGen, and do you see the the word CRM or give me thumbs ups or something? Okay. I just wanna make sure that it is showing for people. Sorry. I just wanna make that really sure. And listen, if it if it's not, that's where you put in a ticket to to let them specifically look at yours. Okay. So I see a no. So on a and it may not on your phone, that may be where you need to search, but on your computer browser, you should see here BizGen. And then you drop it down, you're gonna see LPT marketing, sphere of influence. And I think at ten o'clock tonight, we're diving into this a little further. Right, Gina? Yes. Yes. I keep meeting. And then, we're gonna go so you're under vision, you go to CRM. Now, again, if you can't find that, I want you go to the search and see if you find it there. K? So I'm gonna go here to CRM. K? Now, Carla, if you're on your phone or a not a full browser, check that main stage search button to see if you're able to pull it up there. And, Raymond, thank you. Yes. I'm inside connect two point o. I'm not inside of lofty. This is this is your place. I again, that's why I refer to Facebook. This is your place where you're gonna be able to go at your fingertips to collaborate with agents that are all lead generating, learning, and working on the same tool and resource that you guys are. K? Alright. So we this is the main. We went to lofty. So lofty has a lot of, amazing trainings, a lot of incredible videos, but you're gonna see here on the left hand side, I I wanna go here because I want you guys to see inside every circle, there is gonna be a training calendar. Lofty has one of the most robust built out CRM training calendars. You're gonna see that in all the other circles. You're gonna see that if you subscribe to kvCORE or Follow-up Boss or if you're part of LPT plus, things like that. But maybe you're here today and you you are a law an agent with Lofty and you want to learn how to be able to do Lofty website training. Then then what you do is you log and you you add yourself to these trainings. So you'll see smart plan admin. You'll see going. Right? You can add a reminder. There are different, different options, but, ideally, I I went here to going. And if I wanted a reminder, I could. Or you you go here to view the full event, and you add it to your calendar. So right here, you're gonna see, hey. Going. K? Now I know a lot of you wanna make sure it syncs to your calendar. I'm a big fan of of adding and then also checking your calendar to make sure it comes through correctly so you get the right reminders. But, Gina, is there anything around calendars or anything I didn't cover you wanna add? Let me see. Calendar panel on the left. K. Alright. So we've got the calendars. So inside every circle that you want to learn, make sure to go in. And if you want to learn and and be part of any of the trainings, again, lofty is the most build out. In the next week or two or three, you're gonna see all of these different circles have more training and resources available. So, right here under biz gen, for us, you will see it in the next week or two tons of additional trainings, resources, things added as we build all of these out. But definitely look in in, and and check these out. But, again, look at it with lofty. Anything you need, anything you need help with, again, this is here for you. I I do want to, show you guys that there are other, circles available if you, have kvCORE, and that is an added cost. If you are part of the new Follow-up Boss launch, which is forty nine dollars per agent, with that will have a full robust training, coaching, and, and different, options for you guys' agents, that will all be built out within the circle. So we're still building out a lot of, I call it kvCORE or or the follow-up boss. But, again, just know in the next week or two, it's all going to be here. And if there's something you specifically need, you you can absolutely either submit a ticket or just post, hey. I'd love to learn more about how, what, auto, plans or what best practices are around maybe, engaging with my sphere. Whatever that looks like, we're here to help and support and build out the right training for you guys. K? Gina, would you mind talking through costs? Are you in a are you in a area that, works so the agents understand that? Yeah. Did you say cost? Yes. So one of our agents Oh, okay. Yeah. I see. I was just about to answer back. So so if you are are brand new to LPT, you do get an enterprise account. And on the lobby, it's a it's an enterprise seat. But there is a ninety nine dollar activation fee for getting that completely set up. If you're you can always expand past the enterprise version. It's forty nine dollars a month. Or if you have a team that is I wanna say it's one ninety nine a month for the team, unlimited seats. You can also if you prefer to have a follow-up boss that you need the website, which is where lofty comes in your free account on that. There's a onetime ninety nine dollar activation fee and then forty nine dollars a month for follow-up boss. So it just really kinda depends on how you want to to put your, some people lean more and and and like the follow-up loss better. But at least because they don't offer the IBX website, you can get that, sit, directly into the the Lawfy account. Well, in the in the view LPT plus, it hold on real quick. So so the so the CRMs and the access is not included in your LPT plus membership. So that is an additional if you want to add Follow-up Boss, the forty nine dollars or just ninety nine dollars to get it set up. So, oh, enterprise is just it it's just basically, you have lim more limited functionality. As far as you can't create your own pipelines, we have a set pipelines. We have, you can create your tags and some other things in there. You have smart plans. It it's just means that you don't have full admin control over your account. If you want that, then you have to pay the forty nine dollars a month for what we call the standalone, instance of of Lofty. I hope Raymond did that answer your question. What I what I love about the lofty IDX accompanied with the follow-up boss, the forty nine dollars, it all works hand in hand, and and the agents have the all of the smart plans that were built out. So you don't have to to worry about what smart plans, what I have to send to my sphere, what smart plans I have to send to expireds, whatever that looks like. They're all built out in Follow-up Boss. There are also smart plans and lofty, so it's gotta be what works best for you. And, guys, the biggest thing I would say for each and every one of you is the best CRM is the one you use. So if if you use it and you are able to, really work to adapt to, a the your CRM and and really just use it, we're gonna work on strategies. So not just the inside of connect and inside of what we're sharing here. Right? Inside of this gen circles under CRM, you're gonna have different trainings around strategies on how to use it. So it again, if there are certain things that you'd like to learn, I I would encourage you guys to to post and interact with each other because we will be watching the feeds, and we will be creating training calendars around what, each is going to be the most, I call it topic and the most, hottest thing for the for the market. It's December. One of the biggest things we use CRMs for is, I call it in December as holidays. So one of my favorite is it's called the whole wake up to your database around Christmas. Hey. Happy holidays. How's it going? Everyone loves holidays. So I online leads, your sphere, anything, CRMs are beautiful for that. So we're gonna help you with strategies. Who is my administrator if Lofty is telling me to contact my administrator? So You just need to put in a ticket if you want or, actually, you don't even do that. You can go into your profile on the main page of two point o, and at the very bottom and I'm freezing. You should be able to, sign up for, lofty there. And if and if for some reason you guys have any issues with that, feel free to put in a, a ticket, and and put in a ticket to the, to the connect, and and we it will get to our lofty bucket and we will handle it. So, Raymond, I love the fact you said I've been using it over a year, and, I and I I've been using it a year, and I still don't feel like I know it. One of our amazing trainers and and part of our team, Ed Peterson, is here as well. If there's things that you don't know, I would encourage you to reach out. Use your circle to interact so we can make sure that those trainings are there. Everyone learns differently. You may be someone that interacts via video. It may be a step by step SOP. So I again, we're here. I am passionate about coaching, training, creating the right systems available to each and every one of you. And again, as the best CRM is the CRM you use. So Lofty, again, Lofty is amazing. You've got the front facing, website. You've got your back in. But if you want to maximize the things that you like, you wanna do an add on with follow-up boss, they all interconnect. And if you wanna figure out what the heck I'm talking about, you just need clarity or questions, put in a ticket. And, again, if you don't know how to do a ticket, you'll see at the top here. I just need some, I need to get directly to where I want to to go, and I don't want to learn how to navigate all of this right away, then you just type in lofty at the front page, and okay, how to sign up for lofty. Some of you are sending messages right now on how the heck do I sign up for Lofty. The beautiful thing this right here will tell you exactly what you need, and if you need some help around it, then that's where you you reach out and you put a ticket, and our, amazing support team will reach out to you. So just start getting comfortable with their help system and and how it works, and then we can answer the more questions on the application of lofty in your business. So I'm done. Absolutely.
