13. Biz Gen Circles 12/11/24 10PM EST

Alright. Alright, guys. It is ten o'clock, in Florida, so let's have some fun. Gina, how's it going? It is going good. Last night of vacation. Very excited. And you're hanging and you're hanging out with me. I'm so excited. Absolutely. Absolutely. And your hair looks completely on point, by the way. Oh, thank you. I actually did it today. It does. You look great. Thank you. Alright, guys. I wanna make, your time, the best possible. I know many of you are in different parts of, the world. If you guys can, I would love to know where you're from? Light up the chat. And, today, we're gonna talk, about, the business generating circles, and, we're going to discuss how those can impact your business. Alright. Gina, maybe we dive in. Yeah. I I just jump right in. Alright. Give me a minute. Let's go ahead and do that. Alright. So, this is webinar format. So, some of you that may have seen me teach, my name is Christina Griffin. I'm an executive vice president for LPT. Part of my responsibilities is our, Leads Connect program. I also run LPT plus, with Robert Palmer. Gina is our amazing rock star support, and she'll introduce you who she is, and, actually, so much more than support, but I'll let her tell you. And, in addition to that, coaching training, and, many of our lead generation levers as well as our lead generation circles. So our goal is, again to provide you what you need to help grow your business, so, let's have some fun. Gina, I know you are on vacation and you are a die hard and you're joining us today. Tell everyone who you are and what you and your title or your role. What? Yeah. My title is crazy. So what so, basically, I'm I I support Christina and the whole LPT plus, program, and all of the facets with that. I also, support all of the CRMs as well, in the platform the administration side as well as, teaching. So and we'll go over that in a little bit as well. So Awesome. Okay. Very broad. Gina, you your tech background and and just all things the way your brain thinks, I'm thankful to have you as, Thank you. As part of our team. So let's, okay. So let's go ahead and dive in. A lot of you are gonna watch this on on the recording, so I wanna make sure to go as slow as possible for those that are going to go back to it. So a few things, connect two point o is is amazing. I in my mind, it's like social media meets it's almost like Amazon with everything learning and everything brokerage wide into one. So so many of us, we have to go to twenty different systems to be able to get what we need, and, we are there's still, I call it just a few bugs, but everything, is it it's pretty cool, and I'm excited to share with you, just a framework of of what we're, covering here today. I do wanna start because I think it's super important, for you guys to understand, and, and and most of you should already know how to put in a ticket. But if you are, maybe you're struggling with how to find something, maybe somebody that you know says, hey. I saw all under BizGen. I saw all my circles, and I I see CRM, but maybe you don't see it. Please put in a ticket. This is the best place because our tech team is going to be able to review it. They're gonna be able to get everything needed for you in in in a quick manner. It's the best place when you have issues with the technology to please, please post it, or or sorry. Create a ticket or call, and then you're gonna have here on the top right, the new ticket and how to, create support. I also do wanna mention some of you, are, there are certain things that were because it is part of the old system, you're it's the navigation. So right here under support, you're gonna see the one point o, the knowledge base, your state circles, how to call support and things like that, and make sure to get your profile done. But let's go ahead and go to what we're here for today. And we have, a business generating, and we're gonna go through the circles and what those mean for your business. Now I do want to, first and foremost, start with main stage, and a lot of you, I spoke to an agent earlier. Hey, I can't find anything. Realize that they were doing it on their cell phone and you had to, they had to kinda turn their phone because sometimes depending on your phone browser, you you have to turn it a little bit to get because there's so much on the top to get what you need. So I highly recommend everybody save, and bookmark it on their phone, but what I'm gonna show you right here on the top right under the search, it's important that you I this is an amazing tool to live and use for anything I'm gonna show you here today. Now you're gonna see underneath here upcoming, trainings, all these amazing trainings for you to add to your calendar. But I I just wanna give you an example. LPT marketing. So I'm I'm just going to put here I'm gonna put marketing. Now maybe you're here today and you're having a hard time finding and locating things, or you just want to have that quick plug and play that you're gonna get there right away. When you look on the main stage and you search, for whatever keyword you would like, whether it's CRM, marketing, sphere, anything we're gonna cover today or anything else, please I I call it I'd like the quick get to it now, and and it will help you also learn how to navigate the circles. So I put in marketing, and you're gonna see here marketing circle, which is a public circle and digital marketing circle, and it will also bring up content as well. So I highly recommend you'd you to check that out. Learning new software is sometimes overwhelming, so on the very top, because I wanna show you how to get to it from the front page, and then click on LPT marketing. K. So this is gonna be built out, even more as time progresses. The more we use it, the more content, the more classes we have, the more that you're gonna see. So that's the beautiful thing around the circles. Now this is a public circle, and it's under business generating. Marketing is first. We have so many amazing marketing tools. If you're new with LPT, you're uncertain on on what we have, make sure to take a look at this LPT marketing catalog overview, and then, that that gives you a really good basis on what we have available. Now in order to use marketing, you have to make sure to set up your marketing profile. So that's a big part of going to the top right and filling out your profile because you have to have a full marketing profile to order quite a bit of these, amazing options, and utilize our DESI, designer. So here is an here is an example of what a built out circle looks like. You're gonna see and this is a public circle, so it's available to anybody. You're gonna see a lot of different instructional training, a lot of different training. You're gonna see here underneath, it's getting started with marketing. So you're gonna see I call it the top key points, the the the marketing catalog, the the listing power tools presentations, understanding free yard signs. These are things for you guys to learn and and and to do it in a quick manner. So it's all right here at your fingertips as well as top training videos. And then the other thing I'd like to mention, and then, I'll I'll open it up in case I forgot anything from Gina, is, is you're gonna see on every single circle, whether it's private or public, you're gonna see an activity feed. So I went in, earlier. Today, I wrote, quite a bit of content. So I I love to write, training content. I know, kinda dorky, but I love it. So I I posted in here, and I posted in all the circles that, publicly that I, handle and oversee. It just a an hopefully, an engaging post. Right? So as as we create the most impactful marketing calendar, training calendar for twenty twenty five, basically, it is we we want to be able to tailor it to what's most important to you. So I put in here drop comments, what you wanna learn, here's some ideas to consider to include, you know, our our power packs and billboard campaigns, marketing tools. And and the whole idea around these, these walls and activity is to engage with your peers. So if you're here and none of this is something you wanna learn, post something that you want. Maybe put, hey. I I do an open house, but when it goes under contract, I need to know how that big beautiful open house marketing kit, how to get out all of the material. We're going to, really have an incredible robust training calendar in all of these circles, but this is a great example of how to engage with with your peers. You've got here, another one that put who has created the best holiday schedule and and times to lead generate. So it it is it is a wall, and and the easiest thing to compare it to is our own private Facebook where we're not posting, hey. I have an issue with tech that goes to our help desk. It we're posting engaging things to be able to help grow relationships, have those, those deeper conversations, which are also gonna result in more business. Gina, did I miss anything on this? No. That was good. K. Alright. So so we've got we've got this that's gonna be within every circle. You've got here the main key points. You've got the pen to post that are here, in marketing. And then, you're gonna have here the calendar. Now the calendar is is important. The calendar inside this particular circle, is not built out yet, but it will be. So as we grow our, first quarter, training calendar, you're gonna see that inside the marketing circle calendar, and I'll give you other examples on what that looks like. So today, we're just focusing in the circles from for biz gen, so make sure to explore it. Anything you want to learn, that's where you go back and engage within it. So we have sphere of influence. Sphere of influence, you're gonna start to see a very robust training calendar. You're gonna start to see different trainings. There's quite a bit inside here that is already here that you can engage on. Here's another post that I put. Right? What are things you want to learn? Ideally, this is the place as more agents join, more agents realize this is a public circle to be able to post and engage. So I want you to think, and and I would love if everyone here today goes into these business generating circles and post something that you you want to learn or engage on these posts because it's gonna help you learn how to use the system. So leveraging your sphere for referrals, if you want to learn how to grow your home service providers, maybe your sphere that you haven't talked to in, I don't know, ten years, or online leads that you sold homes to that you stopped engaging with. Whatever that looks like, this is a place, as you can see here, that just post engage. It's gonna help you, learn how to use the system. Or maybe if there's something around sphere you wanna learn. Hey. How do you engage, with your sphere during the holidays? So, again, this is just like what I shared with you for the marketing circle, this is sphere of influence. So these are very big core pillars that we're gonna, again, have a lot of amazing training and resources, and this will be built out a heck of a lot more, in the next few weeks. So, again, please take a look at that. Same with personal branding. I you'll see here in personal branding, training resources here, personal branding worksheets, upcoming trainings that will show a very long post. I, probably overdid it on things to help you grow your personal branding. Again, engage, have fun, look for the calendar, and, and add those trainings to your calendar. Now it probably feels like I'm going a little fast because we have a lot to get through, but I my goal is to get to a circle that's fully built out so you can see the the upcoming trainings, see how to add those to, the calendar as well. So we have digital marketing that's next and what that looks like for your business. Another very long post from Christina with training resources and videos and and articles, for you to engage with. So you're gonna see at the top main stage, you're gonna see my business. Right? And everyone's is gonna be different based upon, the different things that they're part of. Those that are with LPT plus, you're gonna see under community circles, the LPT plus, will open up before the end of the week for you guys. There there there is going to be a lot that grows. Take some time to explore. If you guys time block for social media, time block for this to learn it, and and engage and get and get to know your peers. Now let's go into CRM. This is, this is I call it Gina's baby. Gina definitely built out lofty in so many, way to you guys see our LPT plus circle. She took I call it all the content that that I've written and and we've taught and put it into this, it like, I I don't know how you did it, Gina. Like, the vision I had here, somehow you made it this beautiful reality, and our circles are I I'm so proud of them. So, here again is a post or because, again, we we're a company of choice, and and I really wanna hear from you guys and what you wanna learn, and these are public circles. So this is CRM. This is our main CRM wall. In our main CRM wall, I I posted here what you wanna learn about CRMs. Right? How how to organize and tag, how to be able to integrate, your CRM with digital marketing, things like that. So anything that's burning, anything you want to learn, post it here and engage with your peers. But I'm gonna go to this beautiful subcircle, and there's three subcircles here. There's follow-up boss, kvCORE, and lofty. But I wanna go to lofty because, this is fully built out, and I think it's gonna be really great for you to see what a a fully built out public circle looks like for you to engage with. Gina, training resources, should we start there? Yeah. Yeah. Alright. Do you want do you want me to do you got it? Okay. Yeah. If if if, it's, I'm on my, I think, third wind for the day. So training resources. Now when when they go here, Gina, what what are for you the biggest thing that they need to to focus on? Is the understanding where the help, how they contact lofty support and what that's for, or or what are your thoughts on that? So, really, what the digital resource is is kind of like your one stop shop. It took a lot of their content from the help, from Lofty's help in order I kinda just put it pulled it all together and put it in an order in in which the way you build your CRM. Because their help their help center doesn't put it in the order that we, as agents, create our CRMs and to make sure that we're doing it in a specific order. So that's, you know, kind of how I curated this. But, as far as support for Lawthy, my suggestion is always use, the the chat feature is your number one friend, in that, and then I would then I would go to the email and then the phone, kind of maybe in that order. So but this just has a lot of it kinda just pulls it into one place. You could bookmark this. It's it's a flip book. You can have it on your browser at all times. These are all hyperlinked to to anything that you would need. This this is for the, you know, quick access to the specifics, and it's ever it should all be evergreen as well. So when when they reach out to lofty support, that is for the product itself. At what time Correct. They reach out to our lofty support that works with LPT? I mean, honestly, it it would be around billing for us. It's your billing. If you're wanting to, to get a team account or you have questions around how much does it cost to get a stand alone instance, even in the other, CRMs as well. But if it is a product specific question, issue inside the system, that is where you're gonna wanna reach out to Lofty specifically. Now with that said, though, if you don't get an answer in a timely amount, you know, in a timely period, then definitely put in a support ticket, and one of us will go the back direction, to to people, our representatives, that we can get access to to to hopefully fix it. A lot of times, it could just they're the fastest ones to be able to to to fix things for you. Perfect. And and so what I hear is on all of our CRMs as well as tools, I our these companies have their support, so I I would really recommend in exactly what Gina said is utilize their help, utilize their support. Now what we're here for is to to coach you, set you up for success and best practices. So you're going to learn with us, and, you know, that's part of as we build out our training calendar, and again, there's a really robust lofty training calendar in here, is, you know, it could be, a a mastermind around, how to be able to apply the most effective converting, nurture plan, how to be able to connect your lofty front facing site with your follow-up boss, things like that. So, again, this is your resource, but you're gonna have here in in the I call it the the chat feed, you're gonna have other agents that are curious, other agents that are asking about it. So this is a great place for you to connect with other agents. But let's go ahead and and show you how to be able to look at a robust built out training, circle. So you're gonna have here on the left. You're gonna have here calendar. Now lofty's training calendar is probably I call it one of the most robust filled out. All of the circles we've shared, some of the circles you're gonna look at, you may see one or two trainings. Just know lofty, is very, very built out. This is actually lofty training, and and they're gonna see more of our own training on here as well. Right. I wanna say that this is their live trainings that if you have lofty questions, this is where you wanna go. I mean, these are live interactive. You can ask questions, and and it covers a wide variety every week. And and then, like, you know, like Christina said was that that they're more of the mechanical side of how the how the functionality works. We're gonna help you implement. Mhmm. And how do you make it work for you, is what we'll be doing as part of our portion of it. And and in this beautiful training calendar, and and, again, you're gonna have the main stage training calendar, whatever private circle or public circle that you're interested in part of, I would take time once a week to look through the circles to see if there's something training basis that you would like to add to I call it your learning calendar for the week. So I'm gonna just pull up one. Here's December twelfth, a lofty, and I'm gonna just go to smart plans here, smart plan admin. And and right here, I'm gonna change it to ongoing. K? So that will show up on my calendar, but what you need to do is you need to make sure it shows up on your calendar, or if it doesn't integrate, copy and paste it and add it to your calendar. So this is a really great place for you to see the training, see it in one place, and, be able to, attend, learn, and grow. You're gonna see articles that are posted in inside of lofty. Here's the digital resource guide. You're gonna see videos. And, again, this is a very robust built out, circle. You're gonna see profiles set up, overview, workspaces, things to that nature. So dive in, have fun with these circles. The more that you use them, the more content, the more training we have, they're gonna be so built out that at your fingertips, you save it and bookmark it on your phone. At your fingertips, you're gonna be able to go there at any time to be able to help you grow. If you copy and paste, you get the training link. Inside of inside of, two point o, you shouldn't need to be pasting anything anywhere. Once you go in and say you're going, it should it will actually it's it's not that it should. It does. It adds it to your calendar inside of two point o. Now, Theresa, if you're asking, does it so the integration between two point o calendar and an external calendar, I know they're working on that. So at some point, you'll be able to sync those the two of those. But for right now, you would just, go inside, you know, the actual, event. Either keep it and monitor it in two point o or you can copy and paste it over into your to your personal calendar. Personally, I would just let it live in two point o and just build that habit of going in and making that your content, that your calendar in there for now and and not trying to do a bunch of moving because it it could get very easily out of sync, and that's a lot of time spent. And for me, I I'm a big fan of of personal calendars, and business calendars. You don't have to fully copy and paste it. Just put, hey. I I I'm going to a lofty training, and that's your trigger to open your browser and click on the link inside of your your two point o. Just know that, again, we are, what, two weeks in. There is going to be so many, robust integrations that are gonna continue to grow, and, we're a company that wants to hear from you. So you guys, I most there's so many after every training, that have reached out to give feedback, things to that nature. That's why I decided today to ask everybody's feedback. Wanna hear what you wanna learn, wanna hear what you feel is gonna help you grow on the circles that we handle, just to be able to really truly help set you up for success and help you have the best twenty twenty five ever. Well and I so we have a few messages around building out your profile and if that's gonna get you more interaction. I'll I'll post a quick link for those of you that are on a computer in case you wanna grab. I did just recently teach around how to grow your your profile, and and how to be able to do it on inside of Connect. So take a look at, what I'm gonna share with you. This is just an example of, I call it some of the amazing trainings that we do inside of LPT plus. And, but for those of you that are here, it will definitely be something that will help you, grow and and grow the, the interactions. So follow the questions. I have a you you answer the q and a. You throw it in. You you voice record it. It's super simple. I give you an an example, kind of a make believe one of of me answering the questions, throwing it in the chat GBT, and what it would look like to put it inside your profile. And and here here's the bizarre thing. I'm gonna show you guys this real quick, which is pretty cool. So, ideally, when you we grow referrals and we grow connections and we grow those deeper connections, which we'll be teaching quite a bit of, it it's a matter of everyone has different needs or or people they wanna connect with. So I put in my profile, I have three beautiful golden retrievers. So I'm here on the front page, the search, and I'm putting in golden retriever. Now I'm gonna start You can be anywhere and use the search, guys. I just wanna make sure you I have that. I always like going back to the front. I know you do. But but I I put in here golden retriever, and and number three came up. So I'm not the only person that loves them some golden retrievers, and my profile popped up. So what I would say to you guys, take a look at the agent profile I created with the questions. Go through that journey of answering those questions. I if you don't use AI, utilize that so you can be able to when people go and they search you, and maybe they just wanna know, who is in a a certain area that they they live in or or, sorry, their client is referring a a property to, or a referral, it will help you come up. So I I have here just something random, property tax exemptions, and it it will when you put those keywords or you put the areas that you're in, regardless of what it is, it's gonna help you create those deeper connections and stand out to people that maybe you have certain things in common with, and maybe so here's one of the things I've learned is you don't put the full thing in search, but, again, there's many agents that put property tax exemption, so it came up. So but if I go here to all people results, then then it will show up with the other agents. So take a look at it. That bio is so important when it comes to marketing. Update your bio, connect, grow, and and really truly, make those connections so you can get, you know, more referrals. If referrals for agents is not a big part of your business, it really should you know, I always say agents need three to five levers of business, which will will be coaching and providing you resources for. Referrals should be one of those, and we're gonna help you with how to be able to do that. So alright, guys. We're gonna sign off. Look forward to seeing you soon.
