14. Training Circles with Connect 2.0 12/12/24 9AM EST

Who has done all their shopping and is ready to go? Not me. It doesn't feel like Christmas this year. Oh, Clara. Nice job. Yeah. All done, Angie. Awesome. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for being here this morning. Hopefully, you guys have found some valuable content with our Connect two point o marathon. I know it helps it helps all of us to get so familiar with it and do it so much just like the BBA marathons. Good morning, Derek. Clara, you started yours early. You know what? I say that I'm going to start Christmas shopping early every single year, and I never do. Don't call me a procrastinator. Yes. I'm with you. It will be it will be eighty degrees for Christmas here in Florida. Yeah. That that might contribute to that. Good morning. Oh, hey, Laurie. Well, you know what? The good thing is, if you haven't been able to make these Connect two point o meetings and you need to revamp everything, why don't we start with that? Why don't I show you guys where to find those things, and then we're gonna jump into looking at some of our learning instructional circles and what is available for you. Let me share my screen. Alright. So here's my Connect two point o dashboard here. Just to point out a couple of things to Lori's point, maybe you haven't been able to make some of the meetings. Right? Notice the support tab over here. You can click on this and go to right now, we're building out all of our our circles. So everything's gonna be organized differently than it was in knowledge base one point o, but we still have this available. We're still cataloging cataloging things here, so you can keep tabs on everything. So if I write in or search rather marathon, you notice that I have the Connect two point o marathon. There's a week one and a week two. Here's the week one, and here are all the recordings for you guys. So it's in here for you. That way you can easily access it, and, make sure you watch those back. I'm I'm gonna watch them back myself, to be honest. They're great. They're very informative. We have all of our leaders on here contributing to it, And I love the fact that everybody approaches things from a different mindset or perspective, so that's the great part of a team. Okay. So the topic of this meeting today is looking at our learning circles. Like I said, we are building out, some of these circles still, or training circles. I guess I shouldn't say learning. Technically, it's training circles. Let me get it right. So you can see up here on your LPT Connect, you have these different tabs. Specifically, this morning, we're look at we're looking at the options we have for our training circles. Now as we keep moving through Connect two point o and setting up and building out these circles, they'll be a circle for our marathons, kind of like a BBA circle. Right? Maybe that's still a really important topic to you that you're still trying to reach your arms around and process. So there will be circles for different pertinent information regarding trainings. Right now, these are the ones we have, started for you all that are very informative. New agent training, for example. How do you access Connect two point o? So if you go into and you log in to Connect, it should direct direct you to Connect two point o. So your dashboard, just so everyone is on the same page, will look something like this, like it used to. Right? But now there's some new fun icons at the top. So when we talking about our training circles and main stage, think of main stage as like corporate center to disseminate information to you from corporate. Think of that as like main stage, classes, announcements, anything that centralized from us, and then the circles are gonna move out from main stage to then you also have state specific circles, so you will have one with your broker in your state, Florida, Texas, California. You'll be able to have a wall there you can chat with other agents and your broker with, and your broker can post specific content for your state. Then we're going to have specific, training circles like we're gonna talk about today. There's also networking too. So I can show you guys through some of that, but your dashboard should look like this. If it doesn't, please put in a ticket, to LPT Connect or call us at the eight hundred number so we can look into that for you. So we have the new agent training circle, for example, here. So if I'm bringing in a new agent to the company, I am making sure to connect them with this information. So here you can see on the right hand side, you're going to have articles and information as well as upcoming training dates. Now, then you can scroll through, and we can see the wall of the training circle. K? I do wanna point this out for anyone in Florida who is interested. Mike McGraw, who is, president of Florida Realtors, or or I should say past president of Florida Realtors, He is going to be teaching our accredited buyers represent representative class, your ABR class. This is typically, there's a charge for this. It's a few hundred dollars to take this class typically. We're going to be hosting it here at LPT next week, so Monday and Tuesday. Notice it is live in person, and it's nine to four PM, and this is available for free to LPT agents in Florida. We're going to be doing more of these types of trainings throughout the nation. This is just kind of a launching pad for us. Keep in mind it is busy busy season for a lot of us for a lot of reasons, but I wanna make sure everyone is aware of that. We also have our new agent boot camp next week. Next week, it's gonna be the eighteenth and the nineteenth and the twentieth because we're not gonna host it week of Christmas. Right? That can be attended live here at headquarters as well or on Zoom. So if that's something you're interested in signing up for, there is a registration link for it here so you can sign up to attend that. If you've never attended boot camp and you're a new agent, I highly, highly recommend that. We go over things like how to host a open house. We go over DISC personality profiles. We go over some of the new buyer power tools. There's a lot of information jam packed in there for you. And if you can't make it to one day, you can come to the subsequent day. You can break it up if if you can't make it to all three. So, highly recommend engaging with that if you are new agents to the industry and or LPT. So two big events there for next week that I wanna point out. Here is just a memo explaining all the different tools. If you're new, notice you can click on it, and it gives you, hey. Here's how you access motivational Monday. Here's how the we have leads for LPT plus and different just informational. There's so much that LPT offers. Sometimes it's hard to articulate it. Like, it's a lot. So we're looking at adding this information as much as possible we can to support you all, and explain what we have here and offer you education around how to run your business as a new agent. So here I am again in the new agent circle. This is what we're looking at today. Notice Robert posted here on the wall. We do have classes in here. Say I wanna look at this circle and just look at the videos that are available in the new agent circle. I would come over here to this video tab, click this, and then I can actively see it's thinking. Here are the training videos in the new agent training circle. So CMA and proper pricing. Great great video to engage with. Right? Building a real estate team, using a CRM, listing power tools. There's so much information here. We're only going to be adding more, as time goes on. So these are all great classes that you can engage with on demand within our new agent circle. Alright. So I am going to show you a different circle here. Operational training. So this would be things for our company, like, company wow. I need more coffee this morning. Like, legal updates, that apply nationwide. Right? Operations wise, things that we need to maybe refine much like the telemarketing rules, the can spam rules in regards to texting and emailing. You know, there are different regulations around that. You can't just spam, a bunch of people with, hey, you know, from your CRM about purchasing a property. There are rules that has that has to fall within, like, the do not call list. So these types of articles are recorded here for you to engage with. There is a new third party lead generation rule being implemented in twenty twenty five, so if you do use CRMs, and third party platforms, lead generation platforms to contact leads, it's important that you're aware of those regulations and you stay up to date. We have some classes for how to get paid, our new commission intake wizard. We've had specific classes on that. We've added more. So as you can see here, again, you have the opportunity to look through the wall and see what things have posted. You have upcoming events on the right hand side and then any new articles and or videos that have been posted, and you can access those individually as well on the left hand side because this is the circle center control center, if you will, on how to navigate around this specific operational circle. Moving on to look at we have a luxury collection training circle. If luxury is your jam, this would be a great person or person place for you to come and collaborate with other luxury agents. You can see see we're still in the process of building that out, but you will see videos and all articles, other agents who are engaging with that. It will be posted here for you to have as a resource. A big one will be dot loop and contract training. I know that not everyone loves dot loop. Right? We all have that third party contracts, esigning software that we love, whether it be FormSimplicity or SkySlope, DotLoop, whichever one is your cup of tea. But here, you can see different, videos and articles on how DotLoop works, trainings, as well as our JPMorgan access app, which is now available for everyone, company wide. So if you're interested in signing up for that app where you can take a picture of your check from the title company or the closing attorney and get those funds to us immediately, it's a very, smooth process, very fast. Make sure that you read these articles. You can opt into it through user, or actually not user preferences, but commission concierge, tile, and connect. So these are articles for you here, how to create your first loop, different checklist, how we have the document templates you can build out and customize your dot loop even more. Again and when we see events over here, this one, for example, getting paid part one in dot loop. Let's say I click on this event and I want to attend it. If I click on it in the right hand side and I check myself off as going, and then it will give you the option. Do you wanna go to all of the classes pertaining to this? This instance and all and all instances forward or this instant only? You get to check. Once you select one, notice that it sends a RSVP for me through Connect. And then when I go to my own calendar in Connect now got a lot of tabs open here. Now that I checked myself as going, notice how it now shows up on my LPT calendar. So that's how you can make reservations company wide for upcoming classes you see. When I go to and let me just show you one other example of that going to main stage. When I go to MainStage and I go to the calendar, I'm able to see all the classes. You guys probably found links here for our marathon that are happening right now company wide. I can click on those, and I can RSVP for those by clicking on them and then saying that I'm going, which I think my button is hiding because of my screen down here. But, yeah, you get the idea. It's it's very much streamlines the process. I know we have so much going on, and it really helps to be able to have this calendar centralized. I know it's something we all asked for for quite a while, so I'm super excited about it. Kinda got off base there, but moving back to training circles. Here is another place you can access the Connect one point o knowledge base as well. So you can access it from this training circle tile or from the support tile tile here as well. Oh my goodness. So like I said, as we're moving forward in the future and we are building out different content, Mentorship, for example, will have its own circle. Coach Dean will have a circle for his coaching classes that are available to you. The idea is to have all of this information centralized so that you can attend the most trainings possible and be very targeted about it too. I do wanna point out here in case maybe some of you don't know, this search bar here on the right hand top, this is gonna be for Connect two point o in its entirety. It's going to search the whole system. As opposed to this search bar here on the left, this is going to search the circle that you are currently in. So that's just a tip there. So in this instance, let's say I wanted to go to the marketing circle. When I start typing it in on the top right bar, it's going to give me multiple options. And, hopefully, you have visited the marketing tile too. Again, it goes through all of our options, how to set up your marketing profile. There's videos and trainings in here for you on that. So if I go to the video section, again, just wanting to show you where as much information is as possible. Luckner, are you, I saw you just sent me a question. With LPT, what state are you in? So for contract classes, just to make it clear, those are going to happen within your state circles. They will be scheduled. And or, your state broker will generally send out emails about upcoming meetings that you can attend and receive contract training and coaching on too. So that would be an option for you there. Florida. Okay. So lucky for you, Florida has a state meeting at ten o'clock. So you can join that one with us at ten o'clock this morning. I will be on there. So are other three brokers. You can actually find that, and I love that we're talking about this now in real time. So we have our Florida circle here, and you can see that our state meeting and Zoom link is right here for you to access. Awesome. Great question. Does anyone have any other specific questions? So if you're not seeing your your state circle, then, no, it must not be active for agents yet. I know we are still building a lot a lot of content, the brokers are. So maybe they're waiting till the very end to release those. So, again, use your calendars to be able to access things in the walls, and thank you guys for being patient with us as we're getting this information built out. To pull it all over, to connect two point o can be quite a task. Would it be Shelley, are you talking about the recruiting site you're looking for? So state circle. So if you are added to your state circle, you would type it in up here in the main search bar. And if it is open for you, you will see it here in your circle. Great question now. When we do release and get everyone added to the state circles, the cool thing is that when you come, let's say, I'll use Florida as example, there will be certain articles that will be marked as required reading as well. So certain announcements that need to be made from the brokers compliance wise, forms wise, meetings, those will be marked as required reading so that those pop up for you when you log in to connect, and we can make sure everyone gets the information and it's correct. Okay. So, Jill, I just posted the link above for the Florida State meeting this morning. It's also in your email, so nobody panic. I'll post it on Facebook too. So, yes, I apologize if I misunderstood that state circles were alive. It doesn't seem like they're live for you guys yet, so I apologize for that. That's my fault for that oversight. So, again, make sure you're taking advantage of the training circles here and getting the information that you need. Also taking advantage of the calendar, right, to access the trainings that are happening. I hope a lot of you are using utilizing the commission intake wizard as well. That's another class we have. If you haven't been able to log on that to that class, make sure that you watch it back on Connect one point o here in the marathon knowledge base, because that is important as we're moving forward and transitioning from the commission intake form over to the intake wizard, which is going to make things way faster and efficient. Yep. The intake form will still be in, the dot loop loops. We have not made a hard cutoff on that yet, so we're not pushing people over the edge and saying, hey. You can't use that anymore. However, it's important that you do play with it and utilize and kind of get used to changing over. So take a chance. Watch my video. Try it out. It is a fast process. Keep in mind you can't really mess it up, because you're just entering the basic information, and then our DA team is taking a look at it as well. You're able to put notes in there just like you were on the commission intake form. So that's my little plug for that. Awesome. I'm glad you're you're loving it.
