It's that hour of the day where you want a cup of cup of coffee, but you're not sure if you should be drinking a cup of coffee if you're forty years or older because it may or may not keep you up for the rest of the night. At least that's where I am. This is true. I almost went downstairs and did coffee, and I was like, maybe I'll do tea. Yeah. If you are joining us well, I know you are. Very cool. Texas, North Carolina, California. Love it. Yeah. So, aw, that's very nice, Leah. We're, we're gonna talk about state circles today. Actually, a lot of you may have gotten notifications today about your state circle too. I know we're in the middle of getting everyone added to those, so it's kinda new and up and coming for you to have visibility on that. So that's what we wanna talk through today on Connect two point o and how you can utilize that resource. So thank you guys for being here with Sarah and I. Hopefully, you are getting a lot of good content out of the Connect two point o webinars. I know I am. Every time I attend one, I feel like I learn something new too. There's a lot of information in there, and we're only going to be adding to that. So it's super exciting. Let's see here. I'm up. I connect, and we'll get screen share going with you guys. And I'm I, I am gonna kinda pick on myself today with our Florida circle. There are some brokers who have been going hard and have some crazy built out circles, so I'm gonna show you both. So, essentially yep. I haven't gotten there yet. So here's our our Florida circle. We do have a picture, but I need to change that out, so it's not showing here yet. Just to kind of show you guys the basics of what you have. So just to to clarify, because it can be a little bit confusing. You have your own personal circle, right, with your own personal wall and things that you can post there, people can recognize you, things like that. Then you have public circles, which is a lot of our networking circle, referral circle, our marketing circle, all of those things. And then we're gonna have state circles. So state circles are going to be access for you directly to your state broker team or your state broker. And we will have resources on here such as articles that you should read that pertain to the state compliance law and or a wall for you to post on. So, hopefully, we can make that transition from Facebook to using LPC Connect, because sometimes it's a more appropriate platform because it states specific for you, right, as opposed to being a national platform to ask your broker questions. So here you can see for Florida and, again, it's not as pretty yet. I know. We're gonna get there, but I will show you one. Patty, has hers built out. Very cool for South Carolina, so we're working on these for you all. Here we have our center, and then our circle stream is essentially where we just have the activity that's happening. Again, listed as people are posting. You can see I've been in here adding events. Joanne was posting some information, yesterday or or, actually, this is for a referral. And then Mickey Russo, one of our other Florida brokers, posting, a video regarding some contract training, so that's a great resource for you. So there's a lot of content in here. You're gonna see on the right hand side, the different people who are joining, the activity that's currently happening within this circle. You will also see and you can see the people who are in it. You're able to search the circle. Remember, this search bar is for the circle that you're in. So in this case, it would be Florida, while this search bar up here is for LPT Connect two point o as a whole. And then you have the calendar function. Here, you can see that we have added, a few things on the calendar. We have our we had our state meeting today and then our contracts and coffee class, and there's some things for January on there as well. When you click on these events, the cool thing is when you come into the calendar and click on an event, you can mark yourself as going. And when you do that, it's going to trans pose that reservation to your personal calendar on LPT Connect two point o. So you don't have to necessarily hustle and shuffle for links, you know, when you get to that meeting date like I do back in in my email sometimes or my calendar invites, you can just go to your calendar, your personal one, and you will see it transposed and recorded there for you as well when you mark yourself as going. There's a discussion board. There are videos. I actually almost got brave and posted something here today, but I didn't, where we can record this is this is great. I'm super excited about this because especially when it comes to forms and contracts and things of that nature, sometimes it can be a little time consuming to sit down and watch a training video for forty five minutes or or even thirty minutes. We really hope in this video section to roll out more content in the form of a real style where it's like a sixty second, to two minute video on a quick topic that we can give you direction on. So that is exciting. I have not done any for you yet here. But since we're talking about brokers and state circles let me see. Let's pull up South Carolina. So let me show you an example of Patty's who she's been working hard on hers. Look how pretty it looks. Here, you're gonna see, though, once we have it added in, there's the up upcoming trainings as well as your training resources. Patty has added her articles here, and then she has her walls as well. Notice there's a Wiki section here. This is going to be for content that is not meant to be interchanged necessarily all the time. So, like, on the Florida circle and on most of our state circles, you'll see things there like our state policies and procedures, administrative documents, and, like, your your broker's license number and the EIN for the company that you might need for paperwork for construction. All of those things that are more, what's the word I wanna use? Constant. Right? Not constantly changing, but constant and that they don't change a lot will be posted in the Wiki section here. So articles are more like, hey. Here's something we'd like to share for you with you about the market or upcoming planning or goals. She has some advisories in here, online courses, whereas, again, the Wiki is meant to be more of that. You can see here, licensing details, E and O policy. You can see it built out here, policies and procedures, office address requirements, broker information, all of this kind of administrative type, categorized articles and info. So let's see if there's anything else. I know Sarah has been working on Georgia too. Like I said, the dev team has been getting those invites out. If you have not received an invitation to your broker circle yet, please or your state circle. I shouldn't say your broker circle. Make sure that you're keeping an eye on your notifications because if you haven't gotten one yet, it will be going out to you today. So those have to be added. The cool thing is without being an admin, you will be able to see the state circles for the states that you are involved in. So it will be very targeted content, tailored toward you and things topics that are relevant to you and your state, which is very cool. And the other thing we were talking about on our state meeting this morning is that on the circle stream or or the center, I think either one, yeah, I can post here and talk about, you know, on the wall or ask a question. It's a great direct resource to your broker. I know with some of the Facebook page and and different things, we're excited to connect with people. But sometimes there's broker questions that are posted there, and truly, they should be directed towards the broker team and not not necessarily getting an opinion from everyone because that could potentially be problematic when people give your opinion on things that are not opinion based, such as state statues and whatnot. So it's a great resource for you to post your questions. Also, message your broker directly. It'll be another way you can contact us. You always have your support tab here as well where you can put in a physical new ticket, or you can call our one, eight seven seven number, and you can let them know, hey. I have an issue where I'd like to speak with a broker or a state specific question. I don't know if you know as well. Some people don't. You can't you can put a priority status on your ticket. So let's say that it's a Saturday and I have an urgent state broker question, I can let compliance or support sorry. Not compliance. Support know, hey. This is an urgent issue. I need to speak with someone immediately. They are able to mark that ticket as urgent in the system, and then they can ping out the broker team immediately and make sure we get you an immediate answer. So that option is available with you with support and with the ticket system as well. I just wanna make sure everyone is aware of that. I'm gonna move over to the chat and see if you guys have any specific questions. There's not a ton to have a question on. Sarah, is there anything you wanna add about these circles as well? No. The only thing I would add, I think Natalie kinda highlighted, is we are still in the process of building these out. This is the time your brokers have gotten access to them versus some of the others. So So just bear with us. You still can access, I think, the one point o knowledge base under that support tab that Natalie was just at. So we do have to carry the information over. So anything that you're still needing, you can access there. But no. I I mean, I think it's gonna be a great resource. It's gonna be evolving. Like she said, there's gonna be some of that static information that's gonna be there in the Wiki for everything you need using that search bar. I know I just tried that out typing in, like, w nine, and the w nine popped up really easily. So I think it's gonna be a really crucial resource, just giving it some time as we build it out. I think somebody asked if the lofty circle was out yet. I do believe it was out. I did a search earlier on that one. Let's take a look here. Search up at the top. K. So if you do a search at the top and you're not seeing the lofty circle, definitely put in a ticket so we can get that, looked at. As you can see here, they have upcoming trainings posted here for you. Yeah. The the lofty circle is up and running. So I know lofty is a big point of discussion, and and we do need a lot of support with this platform a lot of time. So make sure you're able to see that circle. And if you're not for some reason, please let us know. And, yeah, agents should be added to their state circle. But if they're not seeing it for whatever reason, again, submit a ticket to IT, and we can get that fixed. Yeah. If you don't, I would wait till end of day. Yep. But, yeah, for sure, we're sending those out today. So if you haven't seen your state State Circle invite yet, I cannot talk today for whatever reason. You will be getting one by the end of the day. If you don't, I would pop that ticket into support tonight. That way we can get that syndicated to you because we do have to add you to that. For compliance reasons, we wanna make sure that you're getting to your state circle and not necessarily everybody else's, so we're assigning those, and they're working on that for us. Any other questions? Only last thing, Natalie, and correct me if I'm wrong. Yeah. You are added to your state circle, but you does not mean you are connected to your broker, but you can search for your broker using that circle bar. Yes. And I do like kind of to run through this too. You can use your tokens to connect with your state broker, right, directly where you can message them directly. That is an option for you. I'll show you here, for instance, if I click on my profile picture in the top right, I go to view my profile. This is my specific profile and stream. So I can see everything from MainStage that's being uploaded here, but, also, the way I can look at my items is to click on whoop. Yeah. View profile here. Okay. And then here, you can see my wall in particular where you're able to see yours. Now I have not been doing a good job of using my tokens yet, but I have sent out looks like one. So you will see your tokens for the week here where you connect with people. Again, the idea behind that, I personally think is genius. We don't wanna create a community or environment where everybody's just spamming each other. Kind of like on Facebook, you have probably you know, I think I have twenty five hundred friends maybe, but a lot of them I don't personally know. So this is to create more of that scarcity around, hey. Let me be intentional with the people that I'm connecting with, and let it be something of value when I connect with someone. So that is the idea behind the tokens. Everyone starts with thirty, I'm pretty sure, and then you will get five a week as well. And those people you're able to message privately and directly as opposed to just right on their wall. So it's a little bit different of a connection there. Let's say and I think I go here. I'm gonna have to remember where it is. Oh, I can just go to people. Let's say I search someone. For instance, Sarah, I don't think we've connected yet, have we? No. I think so. There you are. Sarah. Okay. And maybe we have. Maybe I'm wrong. K. Right here, you'll see on Sarah's profile, because I looked her up, I wanna connect with her. I can choose to recognize Sarah and give her an award. I can choose to connect with her by using one of my tokens, and I can send her a message and say, like, hey. It was, you know, nice to meet you at the, Women's Council of Realtors gala last week or something of that nature and send a message. Or if you just wanna send the token, you don't have to fill a message out. You can just click send. And now it has sent a request to Sarah for us to personally connect. So that's pretty cool. I will see here when she accepts that request. But in case you're wondering, the way you get to that is by going to view your profile, which I clicked on, and then clicking on your name here with the underline request. And see, Sarah accepted my request. I don't know if you saw it. Thank you, Sarah. Yeah. So this is kind of the idea. There's, again, personal agent circles where you can connect and use those tokens to connect with your state broker one on one, other agents one on one, but you also will always be a part of your state circle with your brokers to have a contact with them that way. And then you will be a part of all of our public circles as well, which you can find here in these tabs, like our training circles, new agent training, luxury collection, dot looping contracts, and then we have networking, water cooler, AAC circles. You know, this is just great opportunity for you to connect in a certain subject matter here. Main stage is always going to be like the main corporate circle where you can find out what is happening, the announcements specific announce announcements, you do wanna access your state circle specifically just to add that clarity there. Alright. You search for can you search for people to connect with based on criteria such as women council realtors, and members? Great question. Great question. Yeah. Let's try it out real time and see if we're successful because I would think that it would need to be in their profile. Okay. So right here, somebody posted. So you can see that it does bring up subject matter about Women's Council of Realtors agents that are holding positions currently. So there has been discussion there. As far as being able to pull what agents are involved with, Women's Council of Realtors, It pulled some info here, but I might have to dig a little bit more. Great question, though. I'll have to ask how that may or may not work with tags because I'm not entirely sure about tags yet. That's That's exactly what I was thinking. I wonder if there would be a tag. Yeah. Shelly said she thought it pulled people on the left, and I did see that it pulled people. Yeah. I'll have to look into that more. I am not on that level just yet, but that is a fantastic question. I do know that that's Robert's intent. Again, to be able to connect around specific content. So I'm gonna write that down so I don't forget because that's a that's a fantastic question.
