Alright. Hey, guys. How are you? Happy Thursday night. Alright. Let's go ahead and just let's have some fun. Alright. Where's everyone from tonight? Alright. Alright. It is seven o'clock at night, so you guys can't could be tired. But I would love you to share where you're from. My name is Christina Griffin. I am, an executive vice president with LPT. Part of my roles and responsibilities are all of the business generating circles inside of Connect LPT plus, our leads connect program, and, coaching and training around lead generation. So I just I appreciate you being here. So I'm here to be able to help you and support you around, today, our topic is around the CRM side of Connect two point o. I am very interactive, if you guys choose for me to be. If not, I'll go ahead and just do a demo and walk through things. But, feel free to post and share any questions that you have, that you want to make sure I cover or anything that you would like to make sure that I review with here with you here tonight. Hopefully, everyone has filled out their profile and their InsideConnect two point o. I wanted to just give a few best practices, for each and every one of you. K. I am going to just give a few best practices. So your your cell phone. Many of you are, I call it struggling with keeping up because you want to make sure that you are I I call it have this on the go. I, I'm gonna dive into CRMs, but I just wanted to give you a tip that's really helped me inter interact is it is completely oh, you can't even see it. It's completely cell phone friendly where you can add it as a bookmark. And when I do my morning walk, I'm able to look at all the circles, see when anyone's posting, and it's a really great place to get started, around your time block with Learning Connect two point o. Okay? Alright. Let's go ahead and have some fun. Let me screen share. Alright. Okay. So good evening, everybody, and thank you so much for spending time with me tonight. I truly value your time. And I, in this format, it it's hard to sometimes have the interaction, but I wanna make sure that you're here and I can answer questions for you. So feel free to post whatever you would like. Now today, we're, our topic is around CRM and CRM resources. I always say the best CRM you use is the is the one you use. So it it doesn't matter which one it is. It's the one you use. The cool thing about being at LPT is we have options. So let's go ahead and dive into what those options are and what it looks like for each and every one of you if you haven't, dove into it yet. Alright. So we'll go we'll talk about profile and other things, but I I wanted to just touch. This is the the page that most of you are used to prior to connect two point o starting, where it has a lot of the same tiles that you're used to. Now when you are up here on the top, you're gonna have main stage. And keep in mind, the beautiful thing around connect is I I want you to to look at you've got connect two point o. K? And then and then, I I want you to, I'd say, look at connect two point o. Oh, look. There's my profile. It just flipped. Connect two point o, and then then you have meets social media platforms. So interaction, being able to really get to have those deeper conversations and connections. A lot of it lives right here at this main stage. So here you're gonna see this main stage where you're gonna have a lot of the videos posted. You're gonna see the agents interacting here. So, again, many of us have different, processes or what we do around social media. I would definitely time block to learn the system. And the more you interact with your fellow peers, the better it's going to help you be able to I I call it be set up for success, when you are, learning and diving into connect. Now I I do like to share this. I recently just did a class around, growing your bio and growing your marketing profile. So before we're done here today, I'll make sure to just give you a quick guide for those that would like it, because ideally, the more that we can do that and we we have our bio and we have everything set up correctly, we're gonna make more connections. But let's go ahead and go back to connect because I want to make sure to cover for everybody that was here today around CRM and CRM resources. I wanna make sure to cover today what that looks like for you, and then, I'll dive into questions and things like that. So we're gonna have here main stage, my biz, business generating, training, and networking. So today, we're gonna live inside biz gen. Now you're gonna have LPT marketing circle. You're gonna have spirit of influence, personal branding, digital marketing, and CRM. So I'm gonna post here on CRM so you can see what this looks like and open it. And here's here's what I want you to see. We've got a it looks similar, right, to a social media platform, to a wall that people are interacting on. What is your CRM choice, and why do you prefer it over other CRMs? You're gonna see here Terry posted that post. The whole idea around these posts and interaction is to be able to collaborate and learn from your peers. Now CRM is a public circle. You're gonna see here public circle, manage circle. Right? It right here. But it it is a complete public circle. K? What does that mean for you? LPT plus is an example. That is not a public circle. That is a a private circle. This one is available for everyone in the company. So I posted yesterday here, some ideas around training and education so you guys can collaborate, because we're building out these amazing training calendars that I'm gonna make sure to show you. But you're gonna see here we're creating a high impact CRM training calendar for twenty twenty five, and we need your input. Your CRM is one of the most powerful tools in business. It helps you organize follow-up and convert leads with ease. So I gave just some ideas here, and some ideas available for you to be able to have your training and education. Alright. Give me two seconds. I'm Alright. So we're gonna have here the, the different ideas and the different, I call it, training topics that I gave. But here here's a great concept around what Connect two point o is, and a good concept of what our CRM, wall, our main wall is. You're gonna see here there's two agents that have posted, what they want to be trained on, top picks using smart smart plans, building, customized smart plans to engage. And then we have another agent that posted around kvCORE. Now the more we use Connect two point o, the more, it content that it's going it is going to be there. So I would highly encourage everybody to take a look at the the different walls every day just like you would any CRM or sorry, any social media that you use, have that time block that you open it up, take a look, and you interact to a post, and it's gonna give you a chance to get to know your peers. K? Let me just see. Everyone's quiet tonight, so let me see if there's any questions. Alright. So you've got your main, your main wall within the CRM here. This is where you're gonna see, people that are going to post. They're gonna ask their questions. It's all gonna live right here within this this, portion. Now I wanna point out a few things. So this is where you're gonna ask questions to collaborate or respond to other people, that are, going to be here and post and interact. So this is not where you put a help desk ticket. This is not where you deal with, I call it, maybe technical issues or, hey. How can I upgrade to a team instance? That is where you're gonna see across this. You're gonna see two point o at l b t realty dot com, and then need help, call or text with a phone number. Please use our support for that. This is for the interaction and growth inside the wall. Then you're gonna have on the top right, you're gonna have here a new ticket or call for support. That all lives here just like normal, but I I just wanna make sure you guys understand the difference that this isn't where I'd say you post the, hey. I I have an issue or I I have a problem, this is where you you, you would, on, on the this particular wall, you would post the interaction and then you'd go to support. Alright. So here is one thing that I I want to show you, which is pretty cool. Inside of the different circles, this is a good example. LBT plus has the same thing. We've got a main circle wall, and then we have subcircles. So you're gonna see here the CRM main wall, and on the left hand side, you're gonna see a calendar. Now every circle, unfortunately and fortunately, has its own training calendar. Now why am I saying this to you? When you go to main stage, you're gonna see the topics that are gonna display on main stage. You're gonna see the training that we're doing for the whole brokerage. We're you're gonna see motivational Monday. You're gonna see, our our Friday calls. But the specific topic trainings, you have to go inside the circle and add it to your calendar. So I'm gonna highly encourage everybody, explore the calendars inside of the different circles. So, again, we've got BizGen. Now I handle LPT marketing, sphere of influence, personal branding, digital marketing, and CRM to include LPT plus. Just know that the content is going to be built out very robust, and and the calendars are gonna adapt and grow in the next few coming weeks. So I just wanted to set you guys up for success. Most of you, it should look the same, but you again, you may have to put in a ticket. But just know we're working out all the kinks, but I'm really, really excited about what this does and how how it helps you guys as agents. So in here, you're gonna see subcircle list, lofty, kvCORE, and follow-up boss. Now I'm gonna go to lofty because that's what most of you have. And lofty is an amazing resource, but I wanna show you, what I mean by lofty and how you're going to be able to, navigate all the different circles. When you open the circle, you're gonna see training resources, and you'll see here a digital resource guide for lofty. Now this is robust. The links are live. And if you've got questions and maybe hey. I I'm struggling with how to create smart plans inside Lofty. Maybe I I need to understand how to do transaction management. All of these links are live, and they're gonna be very helpful to get you the info you need. But one thing I wanna say tell you about the CRMs. Every CRM you use is going to have its own support line and own help desk. Our support is gonna help you with implementation, and I call more product specific upgrades, But our lofty support, kvCORE, and Follow-up Boss, they have a very robust support that you can reach out to at any time. Clara, I would say I'd love to know why you're struggling. That's part of why I'm here. Because here is the biggest thing. Some many lofty is not the plug and play simple. It has an incredible robust front facing website. There are things that have to be built out that is a learning curve inside Lofty. A lot of agents are getting our add on follow-up boss to connect it with the front facing Lofty, but that does cost an additional forty nine dollars a month. So here is a great example. She says I yes. They are they are recorded. Lofty is the future. I cannot wait till I understand it. I I I love that. So here's what I would recommend, and here's the beautiful thing around the circles. So, Clara, you said you're struggling, and I love the transparency. So I I I hear, do you do you use Lofty with Follow-up Boss? You can have Follow-up Boss as your your back end. If you're if, say, you don't want Lofty, you can have it as your back end and then connect you can connect it where you can use the website for your future, for the the front facing site. But that's what we're here for to help you with that. So I wanna give you a perfect example. Claire said I'm struggling. So that's what the the connect is for. So you post on the the lofty or the CRM, wall, and you say, I'm struggling with lofty because I have a hard time understanding how to do x, or I'm struggling with Lofty because I just don't know what smart plan I need to use. So if you post here and you put what's on your mind, or, hey, lofty, I'm having a struggle with this. What do you recommend, or what are you doing differently? That's where us as agents, everyone collaborates, and that's what we're here for. We'll be building specific trainings to every CRM as well as CRM specific trainings for what is needed and what's what's needed the most. So, again, please use this as as a way that, hey. I'm struggling, or, oh, I wanna better understand it. I would just say, what do you want to better understand? Post it on the wall like it's a Facebook page. Right? And and that's where we're gonna all collaborate and help you understand, and we're gonna have trainings and resources available for you. So I'm gonna give you an example, for those that, would like let's just say learn more about lofty. Inside of the Lofty circle, you're gonna have training and resources. Now on the left hand side, you're gonna have calendar. The Lofty training calendar is very robust and very built out because Lofty has a super amazing hands on support, and this is Lofty training. You're gonna have training from me as the coach, our our support team now that we have connect two point o. But maybe you're here, and maybe you're just I don't know. Maybe you're wondering, I need to understand how to set up my lofty admin or or join us for basic website. And all you do is you go to the calendar, you hit going, and then that adds and populates to your connect calendar. So please take a look at these calendars. Know that they're going to bill be built out, and they're gonna be much more robust on all circles here in the next few weeks. But this is, again, a really great example on what that calendar looks like. Now you're gonna wanna add the calendar to your main calendar so things don't slip through the cracks. We're working on integrations and seamless integrations to your main calendar, But as you add and you, put yourself on these trainings, it's gonna show up on your connect calendar, but it doesn't fully go to your your your main calendar. I know I know you may be saying, Christina, that's one more step. But please that it will help set you up for success if when you add yourself to a training, just make best practices for now to add it to your main calendar. You guys are gonna be trained in, in collaboration more than you know what to do with. I would just get super clear on what it is you need the most help with so you can use the lofty, the kvCORE, the follow-up boss circle, the sphere training circle. All of these things are gonna help be another tool in your tool belt, but I I again, I would get super clear on what it is that you feel like you need the most help with. Let me, check the messages. K. Okay. So bio. Since we have a few questions about bio, I'm gonna go ahead for those that are on a computer. I I'm gonna go ahead and share this for you guys. And and here is why this is gonna be I call it beautiful regardless of what circle you're in, is ideally the biggest thing that connect is going to provide you is resources all in one, in a one stop shop, but it's also gonna provide you training and coaching and collaboration and friendship and, people that you are going to be able to create an amazing relationship with, that will potentially result in referrals and opportunity for you. So when you do that, having your bio set up in the best way possible is gonna be helpful for you. So I just pasted a quick guide that I, taught last week. Actually, Monday to LPT plus. It's a little bit of I call it my my coaching style, so you'll see for those that would like it. It's gonna walk through, the questions you need to ask yourself when you're doing a bio. And because every there's people having problems, I'll show you guys real quick that bio piece. But here's what I would say to you. The beautiful thing around our connect bio is the more info you put in it, the easier you're gonna be able to be found by your peers due to the search criteria. So these are all the questions you really need to ask. So I wanted to do it in a way that anybody can do it simple and easy where you don't overthink it. So I want you to imagine, I use this app called Otter, o t t e r, and that's in here for those that would like it. It's free. And, all you do is you voice record yourself, and you go through and you answer these questions. They can be in short sentences. You can elaborate. It you don't have to overthink it. Then you go through all of the questions and answer them. And then you download the free version of Otter, answer all the questions. And here's a pro tip so you don't have to overthink it. Not all of this is accurate, but I did it just to show you how simple it's gonna be for you to create a powerful profile to get the most amount of referrals possible. Is you download the free Otter app. You answer all the questions. Here's a made up example. I even have here to remove Otter AI at the bottom. You take all of this. You can see kinda gobbly goop here because it was my voice recording. You throw it in chat GBT, and then I have a prompt here. Create a SEO optimized bio for Christina Griffin, real estate agent for LPT Realty Tampa, Florida. So all of this, you'll see here my counties, ZIP code coverage area, personal information, that becomes your bio that you put on all your sites, but you put it inside connect. Now why oops. Why is that important for you guys when you're connecting with people? Here is the main connect stage. K? Now here's a great example, and someone may have seen me do this already. I've got three golden retrievers. So just to show you how robust the bios are, I put golden retrievers in my profile, and here we are. I'm the third person that has golden retrievers in my profile. So I click on it. This is my executive profile, but the hopefully, this gives you the right concept that as you're growing and and you wanna interact on our CRM resources or any other resources, when your profile is robust, it will help you where other agents will be able to connect with you, and you'll be able to be found and create massive referrals and and connections. So try it, take a look at it, go through the process, and keep in mind that this bio here on the top left under edit profile, that's your marketing profile. So, you can have a very robust large profile, and I would recommend it because it's gonna give the agents the ability to search for all of your areas and all of your coverage areas. And it's gonna set you up for success at when you're on connect and connecting. So here's the biggest thing I would say to each and every one of you. Learn, time block to interact just like you would social media. Click on different post, respond, have questions, ask questions, about whatever interests you. I love, and one of my favorite places, is the search on the main stage. There are different parts of the platform the search works in, but this one is is my favorite. So you put here let's just say actually, I'll put in lofty. Maybe you forgot. Maybe you're in your car. Maybe you don't know where to find the circle. You go into the search. You put in whatever you want to search, and then it pulls it up here. So you're gonna have here two agents that have lofty in their profile. You're gonna have lofty circle, and then you're gonna have all the content that pops up that's gonna be your quick and fast way to be able to get wherever you like. Now if you here's an example. I'm just putting in cash offer as an example. K? Now you'll see here Zudelio deep dive. I we have that inside of LPT plus as an example. Anything that you want to learn, KB core. K? Here, kvCORE support, kvCORE sub circle. So really, I call it love and enjoy and use that search button and get your profile set up, save it on your phone, bookmark it on your phone. And I want you to think about this is the most robust at your fingertips that's gonna give you your training, your education. I love to walk. You guys as agents are in cars all the time. Save it on your phone and listen to a training video while you drive. So again, this should be the plug and play for each and every one of you, and and just the more you learn, post on the circles, send a message if you wanna learn something specific, and I will do my best to get it on our training calendar. So I've got here the login, the username and password. You put in your password, and most of your phones have the ability to where it saves, and you don't have to re input it. So I I I've got an iPhone, and that does it. And then you can, bookmark it, or if you're saving your password, it's gonna come up for you. So I would just you can add to bookmarks, add to reading lists, but I would really recommend until we get the app, This is gonna be a great place for you to play with things. Use the search button, look at the different circles. This morning, I interacted with, like, ten different posts when I did a quick walk. So really truly, I would use this and and and try and live within that. I hope you got some value here today. I know, again, these webinars aren't super interactive. My goal is to provide you the simplicity and the overview.
