Well, so today, we're gonna talk about networking circles. Okay? I'm so excited about this because this means that you get to connect with each other. And, when you first log in to connect, just in case, for those of you that might be brand new, maybe this is your first training. This is what your main screen looks like. And we're going to spend the the majority of our time right here in our networking circle. You can see there are several options in the drop down menu. But first, I wanna do a little housekeeping. Okay? So I want to show you this is very important to y'all. I cannot tell you how many times I went to Tracy last week, and I was like, Tracy, all of my calendar meetings are off, And I don't know why. The time zone is showing up like I live in Iceland. I'm like, you gotta fix that. So you click click on your profile up in the right corner. You're gonna click preferences, And you can see here, I'm central time, so my time zone is set here. Make sure that this is set correctly for your time zone. And then another quick tidbit, this is where you can control your notifications and whether you want digest emails. I actually do want a weekly new content digest email so that I can keep up to date on my email just in case I miss anything. And then I don't want email notifications every day, or I do want email notifications. So I've updated my preferences there, and I do want to share my profile so that it is public. So when you click on view my profile, there's some pretty cool things that you can do. It's something that Tracy and I figured out this morning that is a surprise to us. Now it's interesting that Tracy and I figured out this morning, which I thought was really cool, is so when I go to Tracy's profile and I'm wanting to connect with Tracy, maybe we're friends already or maybe I'm wanting to make friends with her. There's a new button here that says message. And when I click on that button, I can actually message back and forth with Tracy. And isn't that just amazing? It is just amazing. You can see she has a SEO optimized profile, bio, which is awesome because that's gonna help people find her when they search. And then I'm gonna click recognize, and I can recognize her right there. So I think, Tracy, was there anything else that we wanted to show them in the profile area that I missed? No. I think you're doing great. Thank you. And we're about to head into the fun networking section, so I'm excited. Thank you for the thank you for the great work. So up at the top, you can see different drop downs. And this is our categories for everything that can be accessed because there is so much valuable content on connect. We wanna make sure that you can easily access it. So networking is all about connecting with other people. I think that the community that we have here at LPT is vitally important to what we do. I know that as a real estate agent for the last twelve years, my community around me at real estate agents was vital in my growth, my business trajectory, all of it. And it it was part of the reason that I spent so much time networking with my other people, with other people in my whether it's in a different state or whether it's in my community, it's very important. And so I think that the first place that we should go is why don't we go to agent circles? And this is where you can search for any agent by state. So let's say I wanted to find people in Texas that are in my neck of the woods. Well, these are all of our agents that are ready to go. See how important it is? I I need to email Robert and say, Robert, get your profile picture in there. Right? We want professional profile picture. Let's look at Jason. Hey, Jason. Look at him. He's got his profile up to date. I love it. I'm gonna connect with him. His time zone is a good one too. Hey, Jason. Would love to connect with you. Okay. So I just requested, to connect with Jason. And as you can see, I still have twenty eight tokens remaining. The whole reason that we're using tokens, as RP would describe, constantly? I can save you money on health care. Shwanda asked, how did you get to the agent circles? So you go to networking. We're in the networking tab. It's hard to see her cursor. So the networking tab, and it's the third option down, Shwanda, agent circles. So the networking tab has all of the connecting with other agents, other people, other staff members. You can get to all of these, networking through the networking tab. That's cool. So we know how annoying it is to get that type of spam every single day by us. That is not what connect is about. Connect is about building real relationships and real community. So you don't go out there and just spam a bunch of people. Really commit the time and the effort and the energy to building relationships using this platform. And I'm getting a couple of questions about where to see how many tokens you have. I know. So when you go up to the right and you click view my profile let's see here. And then I'm gonna click on my name. I'm still a rookie, Tracy. I only have one star. I really gotta work with I'm I'm still a rookie too because they changed my profile name after all the work I did. You can see right here on the right, I have twenty eight tokens remaining. So I can see how how many I have left. Okay. Oh, go ahead. Go ahead, Tracy. Yep. So you click up at the top where you see Shana's picture, and then you go to the left toolbar and click on your name. So this is share your story testimonials, was a really interesting, beautiful idea that came up not very long ago. And I think it's super innovative for us to pull people in, ask them to tell their story so that we can make it beautiful and help them get it out to the world. And so you'll see lots of training resources here. Once we have upcoming trainings, which I don't know that there will be a ton in Innovation Alley, but we'll see. Once we have upcoming trainings, they'll be here. You can see our most active users. Tracy's lovely posting articles. Lots of comments on this. Like, because this is where you can really connect with other people and access, training and education on specific things. For merging your personal calendars into, the Connect two point o features, that that feature is not yet available. This is your work calendars. You can add items to this calendar, though, and will show up on your personal calendar inside of Connect two point o. However, we do not have a merge calendar features feature just yet. You can add your own calendar events, to your calendar so people see what you're up to, but there's not a merge yet. Theresa asked about where to find training for lofty. So there's several Mhmm. That people search up here. Lofty. And we can see the lofty circle. Sorry. My, Okay. Lofty. You can see the circle. So I'm gonna click on the lofty circle, and you can see every all of the training, all of the written resources, upcoming trainings on lofty, who's our most active users, any, any documents that have been created. Everything is gonna be existing right here for Lofty. And where do I find training for Lofty on the calendar? So if you click on calendar in any circle, it's going to show you the trainings for that specific thing. As you can see, we have a lot of training around LockDown. So lots of options for you to choose from to reach them. Mhmm. Amazing. Wow. Get in there. Let's talk about water cooler a little bit. So I went back to networking, and we're headed down onto the fourth option from the top, which is water cooler. Tracy, what would you okay. Theresa says I didn't I do not find it in my calendar. Theresa, you wanna make sure that you're a part of the lofty circle. You have to select the lofty circle in order to see lofty content. It has to be something that's interesting to you. That's what's fun about agent choice here at LPT Realty. The circles on the right hand side, or where she's typing in the search bar right here to look for lofty. So So you go to lofty right there where Shana is on her screen, and, you can choose lofty to follow them or follow lofty as a part of your circle, and you'll be able to see the content. And AAC, Stephanie, is the agent advisory council agent advisory council, and I guess we're skipping water cooler to go there for you next. Sounds great. The agent advisory council, James Lloyd posted. He's the, community council at the AAC to highlight the good works done throughout the LPT agent community. I guess you would say it's kind of our, charity community and giving back council chair. And as our AAC, gets really going, we should actually add all of them to this circle so that you can all communicate with all the members of the AAC. Yeah. I I can't wait for this to be built out. You know, we're just getting started with everything that Connect can do. And, I Tracy, I know you're super passionate about giving back and generosity, and, I think that this is going to be an amazing circle for people to get involved in that also share that similar, passion and desire to give back since we've been blessed so much. Yes, ma'am. So I'm excited to see this built out. Shelley, is on one of the AAC committees, and you love it. That's awesome to hear. I think you should encourage your group to get on here and add some interesting things and see what we can do with it. We have the culture the culture committee, the technology committee, education committee. The AAC president is Rhondra Bolden, if you'd like to connect with her. The advocacy, which is kind of the voice of the agent. All of these are the voice of the agents though in the community, like, charity committee. So all of these chairs actually, I'm gonna put it in the chat for you guys while Shana keeps going. I love that. Yeah. This is so if you're looking for a way to get more involved in LPT, this Tracy, don't you think this would be a great way for them to do it? Definitely. Yeah. For sure. Reaching out to your AAC chairs is definitely a great way to do it. Mhmm. I love that. So, let's see here. Let's go back to community circles. I just wanna touch on a couple of things really quickly. I I've already joined all of the community circles, but, like, we like we showed earlier, you'll you'll want to go through and find ones that are interesting to you and join them. I this is really where you're going to find, things that are important to you and your business as well as community. So you'll see you know, if you're a member of, for example, LPT plus, you'll see that this is where the LPT plus circle is, and you can access the community, the content, all of the activity here. You can also access the calendar to see all of the, planned trainings or, the sessions that are going on. As you can see, the masterminds are right here. The one thing that might be confusing about this one is the reason you're able to see it, Shaina, is because you are staff. But unless you're a member of LPT plus, you will not be able to see this circle. So you have to be a member of LPT plus. And joining LPT plus, you can do up at the top. And where you just were so you can join to become a member of LPT plus and all the benefits they're in. Yes. So, and I don't think circle up. Uh-oh. We don't want that. Oh, we don't want a four zero four. And no. It is not up yet. Sorry. I LPT plus was a bad example because it's only live for me because I have a different, it is up. It's just they have to be, they actually have to be a member of l p LPT plus to see the circle. Yeah. That's part of the issue. You won't see it unless you remember is what I mean. Yes. Correct. K. Carol says where can you show where the people tab is again? Carol, there's a couple different places to search for people. The easiest way is if you click on networking and you go down to the third option, you have agent circles. And this is where you can see all of the agents in our community, and you can search by name, by state, by city. You also can say show only my connections. And if you do that, that's just like, I just wanna see my friends. You can do that too. Awesome. I'm wondering, Tracy, if Mhmm. Is people are saying that they are members of Plus, but they don't have access to LTP Plus. I wonder if it's maybe it's not yet. I am a member of plus, and it's not in my circle. Okay. So right now, what I have found is viewing it from your laptop or your personal computers is the, best place to go while we're rolling out Connect two point o, but it is definitely accessible from your mobile phone. The features mobile y, they're tweaking a few of the things so that, you when you're looking at it mobile y, how you're looking at it like this or you're looking at it sideways, you might have to turn it sideways to view some of the features right now until, everything is streamlined in Connect two point o. I would say, your laptop is the best viewing option right now. Yeah. It it takes a little while to get everything correct. Okay. Ray said, is there a way to upload images or graphics with our post? I'm not not seeing one. So you can you cannot upload pictures right now. You can upload. You can add a link.
