So welcome welcome everyone for being here this morning early. We're happy to be here. And, this is our last Our final day of the marathon. Day. So we made it. We have two we had two wonderful weeks of, Connect two point o and training, these last couple of weeks. Good goodness. We probably did close to a hundred classes, in the last two weeks and just really trained up our agents. So if you know, we just this is going to be the last one, and this is all about meeting your broker and, finding find knowing how to find us and all of that today. So, hopefully, by the end of of this afternoon or this morning, you will be able to be a pro on this. And if you're not just like us, we're still constantly learning. We're always bringing out new tools. I definitely wanna encourage y'all to just get in there, play around with it, and, and just enjoy all the amazing tools that we have, rolled out for you these last couple of weeks. So this this connect, two point o has been truly amazing, and it's gonna take us to new heights. Absolutely. So let's go ahead and get started. Alright. I'm going to share my screen. And I just wanna do a little plug for anybody who needs some assistance using the intake wizard. We are going to be doing, we're splitting up our dot loop class. It's gonna be getting paid part one. It's gonna be dot loop every week at eleven like always, and then we're also going to do another session at eleven thirty, getting paid part two, which will be how to use the intake wizard. We're also going to be doing an afternoon session for our folks out in the West Coast, at three and three thirty. So that will be, weekly. It'll start next week, and then we'll skip Christmas week and New Year's week, and then we'll, start back up after that. Alrighty. So I also just wanna mention that right now, not everyone has access to their state circles yet. So if you can't find it, it is okay. We have we're on the broker level, we're still building it out. So you'll see the the one that I'm going to show today is one of my states, and it's not incredibly built out yet, but we we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to get this all set up for you. So within the next couple weeks, you should have access to them. So you see your connect dashboard, looks pretty similar to what it did before, obviously, with our new, connect two point o goods at the top. So you'll just come to this search bar, and you will put in your state. I am going to do my little roadie, And then you will see your state circle come up in the middle. So you'll click that. I apologize. My computer is a little slow this morning. Alright. So then you will have your center of your loop. So, for Rhode Island, we have our FAQ page. We have our our compliance checklist, our policies, and procedures. And then on the left hand side, you will see all the different tabs that you can visit. And the right hand side, you'll see the most active users. So first, we'll go to our circle stream. And bear with me while my computer tries to wake up this morning. So circle stream is also very similar to the center where it'll just have all of the, new posts, and you have your people. So this is where you can search the agents in your state. K. So if you click into the agent, You will see their wall. You'll see their email. You should see their profile. So this agent in particular hasn't created their profile yet, but you'll see all their information there, where they serve, what areas they serve rather. Then you have the search bar. So if you need to search something inside of you of the Rhode Island Circle or whatever state circle you're a part of, you would click that. And then we have our articles. So our articles is more fluid content, and then we have our videos and our Wiki, which I'll I'll go over the difference, between those. In addition, you have your calendar. So all of your state related meetings will be posted on this calendar. Or if maybe there's some networking events in your area or, some fun education in person events, you can always add them here. Discussions is going to look like basically your Facebook wall. So you can talk with your the other members, of your circle. So maybe you're looking for a referral. Yesterday, I received an email from an agent in Massachusetts looking for a referral for a staging company. This is they, obviously, they don't have access to the circle yet, but when they did when they do get it, they can come in here and they can start a discussion asking for referral or, maybe you need coverage for a showing, things like that. Videos. So this is where you will find your state meeting replays, any contract training videos, any videos really that your your broker wants you to take a look at. And, again, we don't have anything added yet. We're still in the process of building it, but they would all show here. And then lastly is our wikis. So this is, like, our policies and procedures, compliance checklist, things like that that won't really change. Whoops. This is making me. Let's see. Oh, here we go. So they'll mostly PDFs attachments that you can download. Okay? And then lastly, if you don't want to get activity, emailed to you, you can click stop activity email. Or if, let's say, you decide you're you know, maybe you're licensed in multiple states and you are going to let your Rhode Island license go, you wanna leave this circle, you can just click leave circle. Any questions as far as the state search goes? Can you go ahead and and just show the agent? We had a question in there on how to get to this page as, you know, when they're searching for their state. Can you go ahead and Absolutely. Yep. So we will go back to the main stage, and I'll show you how to get there again. One second. And if you missed, the very beginning, most people do not have access to their state circles yet. So if you can't find it right now, that's totally normal. We are still building them out at the on the broker level, so they will be released within the next couple weeks. But when you're on your dashboard, you would come to the search bar up in the top right corner. You would type in your state, and then under circles, your state would show up, and you would just click that. But, again, you most likely do not have access to your state yet. Right now, we are still working off of our old knowledge base until all of these are built out. K. I think All of our questions have perhaps been you've done all of our questions have been answered. We are so thankful to have them, and you are in amazing hands as they build out your state circles and get them all ready for launch. I just wanna add. I mean, that list that you just read off, I mean, like, wow. What it's just such amazing talent that has been brought to LPT Realty in such a short time. Goodness. You know? This is just what a not even a three year old company, and we have those names and those amazing people and those amazing leaders that are here. It's just truly amazing. I am I am just stoked to see how the growth has has developed, and and just to see the list of brokers that have come through, it's it's truly amazing. So, you know, all all the agents, I just want y'all to know that, you know, the brokers are are working. We're all working behind the scenes very, very diligently to make sure that you have what you need, you get your questions answered, that things are running as smooth as we possibly can, make them work for you. I mean, the the coolest thing about having a new tool is that you can get in there and start playing around with it and just saying, hey. What does this do? What does this do? But the most important thing that you you definitely wanna do is go in and fill out your profile. Make sure that your bio is complete because the, on your bio, we're a you know, when you use key tag words in your bio, that's how, when people go in and search for maybe a commercial agent that they're looking or maybe they need to find somebody who works a specialty with, international, whatever it may be, and you have CIPS, you wanna put those type of designations and titles and and, into your bio. So when they search for those type of, I guess I guess they're called wikis or I don't know what the then your name will come up. And, it's amazing because this is all about connecting. And and, we wanna make sure that we're connecting the right agents across, states to states so that you can you can get those referrals and build those referral bases and, make sure you're you're, continue to grow your business. So be sure to go in there and fill out your profile and have all of those, check all the boxes. That's gonna be the the the hardest but easiest thing to do, because it will definitely be able to open up a lot more doors out there for you. So thank you.
