Alright. Good morning. Welcome to another Real Estate First Friday. My name is Matthew Hodge, executive vice president here at LPT Realty. I am joining from my house today. My son is under the weather. He caught whatever nasty bug has been going around. So I see that we've got, Lewis Fuhrman, my co VP, and Robert Palmer, founder and CEO, in our real estate first Friday setup. Good morning, guys. How are you? Oh, no no sound. No audio, guys. No audio. Let's see. It wasn't me this time. I am free and clear. I have audio. Yeah. For the first time, I have audio and they do not. Yes. I have shifted the audio gremlin to the chair. I might be Lewis this time. He's in the he's in the chair that I normally sit in. So that's what's happening. So we'll give them a minute to to figure out what's going on there. But real quick, guys, wanted to to kinda get started with the concept. Today is, our closing ceremony for our two week connect marathon. And, you know, at the beginning of this and we are really just still at the inception of of connect two point o. But, really, as we we kind of approach this technology rollout, we wanted you guys to know, like, hey, guys. We're gonna roll this thing out. We're gonna find out what bugs exist, and we are going to fix it in real time. As you guys saw on day one, we had a lot of glitches and a lot of, you know, crashes. The servers were being overloaded. The dev team quickly worked that out. It's much, much faster reacting and working much better now. So, that was that. And then we kinda moved to the phase like, okay. Let's start organizing the information. Right? We're day one of the, you know, of this, I guess, concept, this this these pipes that we can put information on, to run through, and but no content in it. So let's see what you guys do with it. And so that was kinda like the first phase of it. And then we started taking suggestions on saying, hey. What type of circles do you guys wanna see? You know, how do we utilize this to create the type of networks that support your business or give you access to the information for the type of business that you want to run? And so that is really where we went. And so we are excited to kinda come to the to the end of this two week marathon where we're doing these daily trainings, walking you through how to get paid and marketing and all of those things. And, of course, we will continue along with the education. Hey, Aj. Can you hear me? Yes. We can hear you now. Alright. Alright. Check it out fast. Everything good on my end as well? Yes, sir. You guys sound amazing. We're back. You are back. Okay. You guys may not have been able to hear me. I was giving us a quick rundown over the last two weeks, but I'll turn it over to you guys. How, how you guys doing this morning? Yeah, man. Things are good. Yeah. And then I'm excited for Real Estate First Friday here. And, I had a little, breakfast at Reagan School this morning. The kids, you know, brought us parents' bagels and orange juice and stuff. It was pretty cool. Got a little teacher parent teacher time in there, but, yeah, yeah, it's good, man. And it's nice and brisk, chilly here in Florida. Weather's fantastic, but, things are good. I'm wearing a a little a light little sweater in my my house, so you know it's gotta be below, like, sixty. That's cold for us here in Florida. Awesome, man. Well, excited to kinda jump right into the content. Again, you know, we we went through the last two weeks at a schedule of five classes per day, teaching you how to get paid, how to kinda introduction to, Connect two point o in terms of circles and training and how to connect with content that you're interested in seeing, how to connect with other realtors who may be interested. We put out tips and tricks, like saying, hey. Let's make sure that your profile, it really represents a type of business that you wanna operate. So if you're a short term rental, you know, expert and you wanna have referrals, you know, people will search for that. Like, let's let's get those things buttoned up, and let's get familiar. Let let's start taking suggestions in terms of what connect two point o, what type of content we should really build around so that it's supporting your business at the highest level. And so, Robert, I know that that we've had first the two weeks and we've had some glitches in the very beginning. You know, how are you feeling about it now, and and what does the future hold for connect two point o with LPT Realty? Yeah. Like, I I think we're in a great spot. And as we've talked about, this really is the starting line. You know, the the framework, the beta, like, I'm really, really proud of where we are here. You know, two weeks into this launch, the sky is the limit for the future and for you know, we've already got amazing feature requests. You know, things like adding photos to to wall posts and comments and, you know, how we're gonna be releasing the agent content creation system. That was always kinda planned for phase two. But, yeah, we've got, amazing things on the road map to just continually improve. I I said this on a lot of the the calls throughout the week. You know, for folks who joined LPT very, very early, you know, prelaunch, pre August of twenty twenty two, Connect one point o didn't look anything like it did, you know, two years later. And so one of the beautiful things is we just are continually iterating and improving. You know, the big thing we had to do was literally move to this new code base, and so that was the big lever we had to pull. Now that we're there making these incremental improvements and adding more features, it's just gonna happen. You know, every couple of weeks, you're gonna log in and see new functionality, new features. At the same time, we have amazing content being created corporately inside of Connect two point o. We've got plans to layer AI on top of everything we've built, like, just a lot of really exciting stuff planned for the future that's gonna take this brokerage to the next level. You know, we've we've grown an amazing pace to get to where we are today. We're just getting started. You know, we're we're heading toward this IPO event. We're almost at national expansion here in the next couple of weeks. We're pretty much coast to coast, got a few last states to button up, but the sky really is the limit for this little two and a half year old platform called LPT Realty. And I'm so proud of everyone who's a part of it and so proud of what we've been able to do in the last two weeks. Yeah. Totally. A lot of these improvements that you're hearing, referenced, you know, a lot of them are gonna stem from your guys' feedback. Like, please, I know we're in the process of exiting this marathon, but you continuously hear us say, this is the starting line. Right? Like, we are a family here at LPT Realty, and we, you know, love to be able to collaborate with you as we are working on different improvements that are gonna be arising with LPT Connect two point o and the future versions of LPT Connect. You know, as we've always indicated, like, this is going to be a massive shift in what I believe the industry with, you know, revolutionizing and disrupting the way that a brokerage interconnects with its members, in the cloud based era of real estate. You know, we are now able to have purposeful connections with our community, with our family members, all in one centralized locations where you're handling your DAs and obtaining knowledge, etcetera. It's all happening in one place. And, you know, again, guys, you know, as you're playing with the systems, as you're laying your your your fingerprints and the foundation of LPT Connect two point o, pour in the feedback. Over the last two weeks, we've obtained so much, you know, different inputs in terms of the system, and our whiteboard is flooding with different ideas. And a lot of these ideas, again, stem from the feedback that we've received from all of you guys. So it's just exciting to see where all of this is going to land, you know, a month from now, six months from now, a year from now. Yeah. It is interesting, Luis. Now we as we were looking at at at kind of the the last three or four months of getting Connect two point o production ready, there were discussions about, well, do we add this? Do we add that? And I was like, you know what? Let's get this in our agents' hands. You know, really, we're building this for our agents. I think of LPT Connect two point o as the campus. And now we're handing the brush to our agents to help us complete the masterpiece. And so we actually we held back some of this stuff to say, well, let's see how people actually use it. Like, let's not guess what we think the agents are gonna want, what our family's gonna want, how people are gonna communicate. Let's get it in their hands. Let's get it out there, and let's let's retain maximum flexibility so that we can make Connect exactly what it needs to be. Because that's what you lose with a with a Work Vivo through Zoom or a a workplace through Facebook. You you can't dial in those little nuances that make it a real estate first platform. And as we are a real estate first brokerage, we're we're sure gonna have a real estate first platform in Connect two point o. And, again, really proud of of all the interaction, really proud of the attendance. Like, so much of the brokerage has shown up over these last two weeks, caring about the technology, caring about the future, caring about the education, and and getting trained and understanding how to use this new tool to interact, and it it just sets us up for success. And we are we're all already gonna have an absolutely amazing twenty twenty five with all the states we've opened, with all the exciting stuff we have going on. We've got our first shareholder meeting coming up on Monday, which is gonna be fantastic. Just so much great stuff on the horizon, and I'm so glad that we were able to get Connect two point o pushed out into production, into the wild so that we're ready for this next phase of growth because it's gonna be a big one. Yep. I totally agree. And, you know, one of the suggestions that, I really like that came, I believe on a morning coffee, someone said, hey. We should do an inspirational circle where we can just go and kind of put inspirational thoughts. And I I love that because I've seen some people just putting on the madesage, which is fantastic, but I would love to see a dedicated area where people are just kind of, you know, coaching mindset. And so, I thought that was impactful. But to your point, Lewis and RP, you know, the the thought process of what this will represent for real estate in terms of connecting your network in a purposeful way. I know that as I have, you know, changed parts of my career, as I've grown in my real estate career, there are things that I needed at different points. There was information I wanted to access, and there was networks of people who were running businesses or who had information that I wanted to constantly connect with to help me run my own and stabilize my own business. And so that was one of the things that I saw immediately is one of the most impactful things of connect two point o. It's not only can I connect with people who maybe had life interests of mine, you know, like, I had put it out there that, you know, my my daughter was is, going to college next year for the equine program? And someone was like, oh, I actually have that in my profile, equestrian. You know, I'm I set you know, they they specialize in equestrian farms. And so we had this connection on a personal piece. But then also if I was thinking about, hey. I, you know, I wanna run third party leads or I wanna be a door knocking expert or I wanna be an open whatever the subject matter you're searching for, you have the ability to connect with people who are, you know, experts in the field. And that's not something that's necessarily existed before. The type of communications that we had before were general real estate posts. Hey. I'm in a real estate form, all things real estate. I didn't have really a way to search for a network of people who were running and doing the type of functions that made sense for me. And so that's what I'm most excited about with Connect two point o. And then we talk about this all the time, Robert, in recognition. We never really had a great way to do recognition at the brokerage level. We know how do you recognize a solo agent when there's a team who does, you know, quadruple the the the the, the volume. Right? So there's just so many different categories. It wasn't there was never a great way to organize it. And I'm so excited that connect two point o gives us the opportunity to recognize by state and recognize by city and, you know, by team volume. And, you know, however we wanna dissect it, just just another great way. I'm I'm so excited to be part of this this journey with alongside my brothers here and, and, you know, and really continue to push the industry forward, Robert, as I know you set out to do, when you launched, LPT Realty. Yeah. And something that's important to understand is that the the majority of the growth that happens as an agent inside of this industry is through experience. And experience isn't necessarily the experience that you personally experience, but also the experience of others and being able to lean on their experiences to help you overcome challenges that may be arising when it's when when those challenges arise and figuring out what those solutions solutions look like. So now through this platform, you are able to now, you know, connect with somebody who may be experiencing these roadblocks that that you may be experiencing. Or maybe they just overcame these roadblocks that you are experiencing, and you can, you know, lay your head on their shoulders to figure out what is the most appropriate way or what are the ways that they may be, you know, implemented to ultimately overcome some of these challenges that they were, you know, facing at that particular moment in in their careers. Yep. Yes. I think some some big recaps, obviously, as we close this down. You know, if you all of the recordings from the the Connect two point o marathon are being put in the main stage circle. We're also gonna repurpose the ones that are more timely into their individual circle, but we want you to be able to find all of those recordings in one place. They're gonna live inside of main stage, which is kind of an an easy place to go get them and find them as we're getting going here. In addition to that, if you missed the the state circle classes, you know, make sure you get into that state circle. Make sure you understand how you can communicate with your broker in there, how you can find other folks in your same state. Again, we're trying to really be be thoughtful about how we create these these smaller communities wins with inside the larger LPT community inside of of Connect two point o, and that's gonna only get better and better and better. We have the states now. We're looking at adding board level communities, and then interest based communities. Just the sky is the limit, as we see how you all interact and engage and how you find each other and how you support each other. Getting paid with Connect two point o, if I had to pick, like, a top three or four classes, I guess, you know, getting paid with Connect two point o, marketing with Connect two point o, the state circles, that's probably the big three. And then from there, understanding the connections. How do you find each other? How do you search? How does the connection token process work? I talked about that a lot on motivation Monday this, this week. Just so much opportunity and potential here. And it it's cool because while this week it was the focus, going forward it's just part of who we are. You know, like like next week it's not like, hey, these two weeks were dedicated to Connect two point o. Now it's just everything we do as a brokerage now happens naturally inside of Connect two point o. Yeah. LPT Plus has its Connect two point o circle, which, you know, again, recreates another sub community inside of the broader community. All these things are just so amazing, and and I think we don't even fully understand what this is gonna look like six months from now, a year from now, two years from now, and that's the really exciting part to me. This is a living, breathing community, and and again, the piece of software is just the empowerment. Right? The software is worthless without all of you in there engaging and interacting and without our amazing, you know, people teaching classes and the trainings and sharing knowledge. Like, that's what makes this special. We just had to build the pipes to let that knowledge move around and flow. And and I talked about this at Grand Prix. If you think about in most of the legacy franchise brokerages, that knowledge is kinda locked up in individual offices. Keller Williams calls it market centers. You know, REMAX calls it offices, whatever it is, because most of their training and knowledge sharing doesn't shift across those lines. And then as you get into the first iterations of the cloud brokerage, a lot of that information got trapped in individual downlines. Yep. You know, they took this attitude and said, well, we're only gonna share knowledge with people that are in our same downline. We're only gonna share knowledge here. And it was important to me at LPT that we blew that out. And for the first time ever, you really had this opportunity for knowledge to travel across the entire ecosystem because as we get to scale and have a hundred and fifty thousand agents across the country and across the globe all sharing information with each other, that was exciting to me. But then the next problem we saw was the technology wasn't there to support that. You know? So we had we have the agents. We have the culture. We have the community. We have people wanting to share, but then we didn't have the actual technology mechanism to allow that sharing, to allow those interactions, to allow those connections. And that's what led to this project of building Connect two point o because trust me, building you know, turning Connect two point o into this type of social software, you know, Internet software was never on the road map when we launched this brokerage back in twenty twenty two. But I saw it was something that was necessary, and it's just again, it's very fulfilling to be sitting here, you know, about a year after we really started dreaming this project up or getting serious about it, and and have it in in our agents' hands and already seeing amazing connections, interactions happening. And what is the infancy? I mean, this connection when I was a toddler right now who just learned to roll over. Right? Like Yeah. We're not even crawling or walking, and we're for sure not running yet, And we're already seeing amazing impact, and that's just really exciting to me. I think I think I would call it an infant. It just got born. Yeah. But he was just born, not even a toddler yet. But, yeah. I mean, it's as as Robert mentioned, I mean, information and connections were stuck between the walls of market centers, offices, downlines historically. Now for the first time, all of that is blown open. You know, another thing I would highly recommend that we immediately, you know, do is go in there and update your profiles and make sure you take time and have a purposeful approach to what your description is going to be inside of your profile because that's how people are going to find you. You know, the search feature inside of Connect is so powerful that, you know, it's gonna search for keywords. You know, yesterday during morning coffee, we played with the idea of searching just the term basketball, something unrelated to real estate. And we had agents pop up. We clicked one inside of that profile. You know, we had an agent who indicated he was a basketball coach. He loved basketball, etcetera, etcetera. That's a great person for me to connect with as I love basketball. And you being able to break that ice on a subject matter that has nothing to do with real estate. You know, now I have found somebody who's a like minded individual to me. You know? And now I can break that ice, have conversations with him, and easily then transition into the real estate topics that, you know, we may ultimately land at. Yeah. It really is exciting. I saw a couple of questions in the chat. One about phone app. I see that's the most recent. We'll get there. You know, one of the things is and I I talked about this at Grand Prix. The the the pace at which we're gonna push updates, like, we're gonna be dropping new features and updates in the connect probably weekly, if not more often than weekly for the next probably six months. And once you go to a phone app, it slows down that development cycle because what happens is you have to go through App Store approval every time you make any type of substantial update to the code. And so, basically, we would stay in a perpetual state of having to go through App Store approved, which would slow down our development. And so the way we're approaching this is for the next probably six months, we're gonna focus on the web app, which again works on mobile, works on your phone, but allows us to make code updates as frequently as we need to, roll out new features as frequently as we need to. And then as the system starts to get hardened and we see a less frequent need for new features and new updates, that's when we'll pivot and roll out the the the app. It'll actually be in the Android App Store, the iPhone App Store, absolutely on our road map. It's just everything has a level of pacing, and we really wanna get this right. You know, that's important to me. I think a lot of companies botch this. They maybe have a good idea like this. Implementation isn't handled correctly. You know, they don't do five classes a day for two weeks straight to make sure that everybody understands and can get bought in and get excited about the move or the technology doesn't quite achieve what it was supposed to. And so we're very focused now on these next few months of making sure that we got it right because we probably are gonna find some things we got wrong. You know? It was funny. I saw some people joking, like, I'm I'm a rookie on my stars. Like, when do I stop being a rookie? We may have the threshold wrong for rookie. Right? Like, these are the little things we're gonna tweak. Like, if it takes people months to get out of rookie status, that's too much. Something to tweak. You know? And so these are the types of things that we're watching behind the scenes to make these types of decisions. Like, okay. We got that scale wrong. We need to tweak that down. Let's move it around. Let's add some new labels. Like, all this is gonna be so exciting because we are going to figure it out together as a family here at LPT Realty so we can get it right because that's how we all win together. Because, look, once we get there, once we get to the hundred and fifty thousand agents, trying to do something like this then is almost impossible. I mean, trying to pivot into a piece of software like this north of sixty thousand agents, eighty thousand agents, a hundred thousand agents is almost impossible because those connections and those pathways are already ingrained in who you are. We had to tackle this early. We had to tackle this when we did in our arc, and I'm so proud of the fact that it's out here. And now we just get to focus on making it better and better and better. That's right. Hey. There was a question in terms of how to find the content in chronological order. It actually is in chronological order in Connect one point o. So if you are looking at, if you're if you log in to Connect, up at the top right, you're going to see support. When you click on that, it's gonna give you a drop down menu. You'll see Connect one point o inside of there. And then from there, you'll just go to the tab that says, Connect two point o marathon, and you'll see all the classes in chronological order in week one. And then you'll see another tab that says week two, and then all the classes in in order right there. So if you wanna go back and find anything or you just wanna watch it in progression, you can you can do that through Connect one point o. It is also available in Connect two point o on the main stage by clicking videos. But, again, that is not necessarily, in order, that was just in, you know, with multiple OBLADs going online. So whichever one kind of went in first. So that's it. So two different ways to find the information. Connect one point o through the knowledge base. Simply just go and connect, connect marathon two point o. You'll see everything right there from all the classes week one and two. And then inside of connect two point o on main stage, you'll click videos on the left hand side, and it will take you to all the most recently uploaded videos, and that would be all the connect marathon videos. So, that is that. So, Hajj, what, what's your view? What were some of your favorite or highlights of this two week marathon? You know, and you've you've really, I would say, embrace Connect two point o. I love it. You're in there a lot. You know, you've given out the awards and communicating and commenting. I've been in there a lot. But what were some of your highlights and favorite classes from the last two weeks of the marathon here? I think one of the most important ones, of course, is getting paid because, right, we all need to get paid. I think that's, that's super important. And I like that it's on the dot loop page. You know? So you go there where you're already gonna be doing some functions, and you can see tips and tricks on how to use the dot loop. So that was really exciting to me. This the training circles was really cool to me because, again, it just organizes the way that you're looking for information. And I know for me, if I'm looking for information, sometimes it can be overwhelming if I'm not necessarily finding the exact place. And then I may may be searching for another article. And before you know it, you're down these rabbit holes and you're not really finding what you want. So the concept of the training circles where, hey. If I'm interested in lofty information, I can go into the lofty circle and find content specifically about that. That to me was was super exciting. And then the last thing, the recognition piece. I was sending out so much recognition as I was seeing people, you know, put great, you know, content inside the chat. So they were putting information out there, and I see Terry Trexler is always on the main stage answering questions. You know? Things like that is so exciting to me. And so I've been doing a lot of recognition and just, you know, connecting with people in ways that I didn't have the opportunity to do, in the past. So that is what I've been most excited about for the next for the last two weeks, but excited to see what this platform goes. Because like you said, Robert, I don't think we are even fully thinking about all the benefits that this will bring six months from now. I know as we continue to interact with it, we're gonna get more and more ideas, and our brilliant agents will come up with better and better suggestions on what's, you know, most useful. And, I'm just excited to watch this evolve. Yeah. I do wanna say this. I mean, as we're concluding this marathon, one thing I can I wanna say is, you know, these marathons are an absolute joy and fun to to go through with our agents? You know, we had our first one with the whole NARS settlement, and it kind of birthed this idea of of marathons inside of our brokerage. And, you know, fast forward a few months later, we're having this LPT Connect marathon. I look forward to see what the future holds with, you know, marathons inside of our egos. You know, this is an amazing way for our community to just get together. Everyone's thinking of the same subject matter, same topic simultaneously. We're all working together and collaborating together. Like, it's it's really a special moment and kind of experiencing it from our chairs where we're just having our phones and our messages, you know, flooded by our agents with, you know, the things that we're thinking about in real time is just a cool way to, like, just interconnect with our brokerage. So, you know, as different things happen in the industry, I'm excited to see other marathons that, you know, may pop up in the in the future. Yeah. I think it really is a great example of of adapting for the scale. Right? You think about, like, go back fifteen, twenty years in real estate when everything was based around these little franchise offices. Well, you could have a single sales meeting, and everybody was gonna be there and cover the topic and know who was there and who wasn't. We're now you know, we're spanning almost fifty states every time zone, about to be multiple countries, you know, tens of thousands of people across the country. And and one meeting is not gonna get that done. Yeah. And and I think this approach we have figured out, which again came from necessity during the BBA. It's been amazing here with the Connect two point o marathon. I think this is an amazing way, and I think it is the future of real estate education of this idea that when something important is happening that we all need to get in line on, that this is the this is the method. Five classes a day, two weeks straight, senior leadership engagement, live Zooms, chats, interactive, putting the recordings into Connect two point o. Like, it just you think about our unique ecosystem and our ability to do that, but it is so critical as as things get more detached. But then it's a way to bring them back together. And, I just I again, I I love that we're we're we're pushing industry forward in these little ways that we never would have thought about. You know? Like, when when we had this idea, I mean, we were sitting around and it was like, look. People are not ready for this changeover with NAR. A lot of confusion, a lot of misinformation. What do we do? And I think this this idea of, like, well, hey. Let's let's do five classes a day for two weeks straight. It sounded almost nonsense at the time, but after doing it, now doing it twice, I absolutely agree with you, Louis. This this is the future. This is another way that LPT is revolutionizing real estate, is pushing the model forward just in the way we engage and we say, yep. This is the thing right now. We're all gonna aim our collective consciousness at this, and we're gonna show up five times a day with all of our amazing agents, and we're gonna get the comfort and the knowledge shared. And it just it's it's such an amazing thing to now have watched it twice. Yep. And, yeah, I I I'm I'm, again, with you excited. What's next? What's what's the next thing that's gonna be thrown at us that we get to do another one of these marathons, because the the future is bright. And and, look, and we know that the one constant, we know about this industry is it is ever changing, you know, and it will continue to change. And LPT is gonna be right there on the forefront of change with our agents. You know, one one of the things I I I mentioned this on Motivation Monday. I'll say it again here. And and I was talking to an agent. They're like, hey. You know? Got this friend, and they're they're going to what they would consider, like, a legacy cloud brokerage. Like, one of the older cloud brokerages. They're not really growing anymore. They're actually shrinking. Haven't seen a lot of innovation out of them. You know? Whatever. And they're going there and, like, man, I feel like they are a decade late going to that company. And I said, you know, I said, they probably are. I said, but what what I wanna commit to you and promise you about LPT is that when they wake up to LPT ten years from now, it will not be too late. It will never be too late because we will never stop innovating. We will never stop pushing the industry forward. We will never get stale. We're gonna continue to innovate and grow and make sure that we don't get out LPT'd by a new LPT ten years from now. But that's really the most important commitment because, look, brokerage for life doesn't work if ten years from now we've fallen asleep at the wheel and some new fast growing startup comes along with better marketing, better compensation plans, better technology, better community, better leadership the way we're doing to the rest of the industry. If if we allow someone to do that to us in ten years, then brokerage for life was a lie. Yeah. And I can promise you brokerage for life is not a lie. Yeah. And this is so refreshing. I mean, that's how the industry has been historically. Like, imagine and and if we look at other industries, it would never fly. Right? Like, imagine if Apple released the iPhone in o five. Oh, we did it. We're done. We're done. We solved the phone business. Like, we've innovated. We're all good. They would be obsolete today, but their brokerage industry, that's how it's been. You release a model, you hit play, and you forget about it unless a competitor is breathing down your throat. And I know that's one of the commitments you've, you know, have always indicated to our to our family is that we're gonna constantly innovate. We're gonna constantly arm our members with new tools to have that competitive advantage in the real estate space. You know, if we even look back at our, you know, history for the last thirty plus month long. We've Our long thirty month history. History. You know, we've innovated, like, three, four, five new things. Like, every month, there's something new coming out of the pipeline. And, you know, that's our commitment. As you said, we can't be LPT by the next LPT. Like, that's I love that that that quote. That's awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Alright, guys. Well, we are just about at time. I wanna give a quick, preview into next week. Robert, I know we've got the shareholder meeting on Monday at four PM. So we'll do motivational Monday, of course, at eleven AM. I know we have agents coming in to do their story, throughout, Monday day. And then four PM, we've got the shareholder meeting, Eastern Standard Time, of course, that way everyone will have access to. And then the following week, we're gonna be doing the business planning workshops. And so I know that there's been a lot of people asking about that and requesting about that. So, no, that is just right around the corner. We'll take Monday to really kind of focus on the shareholder meeting, and then we'll get into our business planning for the second half of the week. And I believe that you and I will be covering that on the following, motivational Monday. So with that being said, anything that we should be thinking about, or anything you kinda want us to know as we're we're thinking about the content for next week and and closing out this week? Yeah. So I I do wanna make one kinda exciting announcement here as we wrap up Real Estate First Friday. I actually just posted this on my Facebook. I wanted to do it live while we were here. We're doing a a fireside chat Monday night at eight PM, eastern time, five PM Pacific time. I'm proud to announce that we're being joined by an amazing group of individuals from the state of California. Sam Khurramanian and the amazing agents of Big Block are becoming Big Block LPT Realty. Big Block was the thirty sixth largest independent brokerage, in the country last year. According to Real Trends, they did forty eight hundred transactions over twelve hundred agents, and, we've been welcoming them here to the LPT family behind the scenes. And, excited to make that announcement today. And I'm gonna be sitting down with Sam on Monday at eight PM to talk about why an amazing entrepreneur like himself who built this fantastic business in Big Block Realty, made the decision to bring his family, over to LPT and and to partner with us and become Big Block LPT Realty. Again, they they built an amazing business. Again, the top top fifty independent brokers, the number thirty six independent brokerage in the country. I think they're the number five independent brokerage in California, and, really excited to have them joining us. So I just do that up on my Facebook there with some of their amazing stats. And Sam and I are gonna be sitting down together, on Monday at eight PM. That'll be, live streamed on l p t main stage dot com. If you go to l p t main stage dot com, you can either register for the Zoom to join us and be in the chat and everything, or people can just anonymously watch the live stream feed right there on LBT main, main stage. We'll be webcasting it out, on, on Monday at eight PM. So really exciting stuff as we continue to grow and scale. You know, one of the big things that that we were facing is because we weren't nationwide, there were so many opportunities that would come across our desk that we couldn't take advantage of. People who wanted to become part of LPT family, but we weren't in their state yet. Or, you know, maybe they were in multiple states, and we were in one of their states, but not all of their states. And so I think one of the things I'm very excited about, you know, everything lining up. Right? Connect two point o is now in the wild to make it easier for us to build these relationships. We're gonna have all fifty states open here imminently. You know? We've got Canadian provinces opening up here imminently. And and all of those barriers are being torn down now so that the amazing entrepreneurs across the country who want to partner with LPT Realty, we're taking those barriers away. And and it's just been really amazing to see the engagement and the interaction. And as we get into this time of year when a lot of people do make a decision to change brokerages, we're expecting a just a flood of movement to LPT as we saw last year going into this, like, January, February, March window. So, again, make sure you join us for that eight PM on Monday. We've got shareholder meeting, four PM. So Monday, we Monday, we've got motivation Monday at eleven. We've got LPT plus at noon for our LPT plus members. We've got the shareholder meeting at four, then we're gonna roll into this fireside chat with myself and Sam to talk about big block at eight PM. It's gonna be a jam packed day on Monday. So get get your Zooms lined up, get into Connect two point o, and get everything on the schedule there. And, excited to do that. Lewis, Hodge, any thoughts on on Sam and Big Block? Oh, man. This is gonna be so exciting. I've had the honor of working with Sam and Big Block for the last few months, and it's very exciting. They're amazing group of individuals. Their agents are very excited. You know, I know we're already talking about different ways that we can, you know, come up with, you know, these new ideas and innovative concepts through this, you know, through this relationship with them. So just super excited and, you know, just another another, you know, example of a point of every time we turn a corner, you know, it's a new starting line, and I don't think the industry is ready for us. They're definitely not ready, Louis. They haven't been ready for us for a long time. Yeah. No. Excited, Louis. You've done a lot of heavy lifting to help that team, that brokerage come over, and, you do such a wonderful job of of that transition. And, so I'm excited what the what the future holds. Definitely excited to hear, you know, why someone who's got such a large accomplished business thinks that LPT is the future and what he sees on the horizon as to why he thinks it makes sense to grow his business, through LPT. So super excited to hear that directly from his mouth. Mouth. So eight PM Eastern Standard Time, I will definitely be tuning in for that as well. So with that being said, I'll turn it over to you, Robert, for final words. Yeah. No. Appreciate everybody joining us here for this, special real estate first Friday as we close out the two week, connect two point o marathon. Again, really excited to be in business with each and every one of you as we reimagine real estate as we build this amazing brokerage for life, and just continue to innovate and push LPT Realty in the entire industry forward. We are just getting started. We are a less than three year old company. We're still private. You know, it's interesting as I was looking at, you know, where Big Block Realty ranked, we're most likely gonna be the second largest privately held, brokerage in the country on real trends this year. I mean, and there's really not anybody that can, like that's a pretty big gap. Right? So all of the all of the independent brokerages that are bigger than us except for one are publicly traded, and that big one is like a hundred year old luxury brand, you know. And so you just think about what we're accomplishing in such a short period of time, and then we'll have one year under under that honor, and then we're gonna be having our own trip to the public market. So just a lot of really exciting stuff happening. Proud to be in business with all you guys. I appreciate you taking the time to to join us on this journey. Yeah. We know you have a busy schedule. We know there's a lot going on this time of year. A lot going on in your real estate businesses. And so I wanna say thank you for all of you participating in this Connect two point o marathon. It's how we make dreams like this and how we make technology like this a reality and to drive this business forward and drive this brokerage forward. So thank you for that. We continue to win and grow together. We'll see you guys, Monday, for a full packed day of Zooms. You're probably gonna be sick of us on Monday, but we hope to see you on all of them. Make it a great weekend.
