Hey. Good morning, everybody. I'm doing fantastic out here. It is very snowy. Yeah. I see that, man. Well, I see that you've honored, the commitment to taking the call back downstairs, so that we could, see the background. So it looks very white out there. Very cold. Yes. There's this massive pile of snow behind me on my little table on the porch. It's pretty interesting. Yeah. That's awesome. Well, I know that you had an opportunity this weekend to go skiing. How did that how did that work out for you? It was good. I'm so I'm gonna try to get a million feet of vertical, drop this, this season. So I I got about twenty thousand yesterday. So we're gonna Awesome. Yeah. That's good. Okay. Cool. Well, excited to be with you guys this morning. Last motivational Monday of the year. And, I can't believe that twenty twenty four has already, gone by. We're we're looking into twenty twenty five. It just seems like a couple of months ago, we, you know, we got on this journey and and time has just flown. So, but excited to to enter into twenty twenty five. So where where are we starting? Let me see. I think we're gonna kick it off with, I guess, let's just do a little bit of a year end recap. We've done some amazing things, and we're gonna jump into a couple upgrades we're making around recruit assist, which I'm excited about. Yeah. Look. We've had an amazing we've had an amazing year of growth. We've, I mean, I achieved everything I could have hoped we would have done this year. And now, really, twenty twenty five is is a big year for us because we're nationwide. I mean, you know, we've got a couple of states left. I think I think as of this morning, there's still, like, three licenses pending. So we're not gonna hit we're not gonna hit our fifty by twelve thirty. Well, we may. We got tomorrow. We'll see. But I doubt many of these, state regulators are issuing licenses on New Year's Eve, but we'll see what happens. But, you know, the big thing for us is now that we are able to, you know, grow the agent count, grow agents, grow production, grow volume in all fifty states, You know, twenty twenty five is is probably gonna be our biggest growth year ever, which is interesting to when you think about the fact that we've had such record growth in our our first two and a half years in existence. And, you know, this to me really is the big year because a lot of the I guess, a lot of the reasons not to join a lot of the barriers, hey. They're not in my state yet. Or, hey. I I do business in multiple states, or I have friends in other states that I don't wanna leave behind at my old brokerage. A lot of those a lot of those excuses or objections or barriers are gone. And so really excited about twenty twenty five. And so as a part of that, we've been working hard behind the scenes to, put some upgrades in place to our recruit assist program. And so maybe for those of you who don't know, when you have a closing, at LPT, we, we do our best to market on your behalf to the other agent on the other side of that transaction based on the data in Connect. And, you know, one of the things we found is in a lot of states, it's really hard to get agents' home addresses. Like in Florida, it's really easy. We have this thing called sunshine laws. And so the, basically, the the home address that you put on your license is really easy for us to get our hands on so we can then send direct mail and marketing to those agents. We've been working hard to find data sources and build out similar data in other states, and we've had some, really good breakthroughs right there in getting that done. The other thing is, we did ask that you guys try to find their addresses, which very, very few people did. If you did take the time to find the other agent's address and put it into Connect, then that helped us fulfill recruit assist in the cases where we couldn't find, addresses on our own. But we again, we've done a lot of work behind the scenes in getting, those addresses. There's a nice trifold mailer that goes out. But, anyway, we are upgrading that. And so now, starting in twenty twenty five, if we wanna throw this slide up, We can get that up, Dave. Oh, there we go. I guess the slide's up. Am I just up? I don't know what we're seeing here. Hopefully, you guys see the slide. There we go. So we're going to, a new upgraded version of recruit assist where we're basically gonna take the what we call the one sheet. So that's the program summary, the document that we update, every every month or so or every couple of months that shows all of the details of joining LPT Realty, and we're branding that to you guys. And then you'll see where there's that white, square there is where the other agent's address will go so that we can drop this into a a nine by twelve windowed envelope and mail it out on your behalf. Now, again, this is not a hundred percent thing. There are always gonna be agents that we can't find details for. There may be an agent who just had a closing with another LPT agent a week ago, and we're not gonna mail them twice in the same week. So, again, this is not something we're saying, hey. Every time you have a closing, we guarantee you we're gonna be able to send a piece of mail out, but we are we do our best. And we send out thousands and thousands of pieces of mail under this program. And now, with the upgrades, we're gonna be able to hit even more. We went back and pulled, like, the last, I wanna say across our last eight thousand transactions, we were able to find about six thousand addresses, fifty five hundred addresses. And so, again, this is something we're doing. If we go to the next slide, in addition to that, we're gonna be putting some of our collateral marketing in those envelopes with the one sheet. And so, basically, this is what they're gonna get. So the the left slide the left image over there is the front of of the current, you know, one sheet plan. The second is a back sheet. We've had to go to two pages because of all the new stock programs and everything we've released, again, branded to you. And then we're also gonna throw a couple of pieces of collateral marketing into that envelope as well because we realize that's one of the big differentiators here. And And so you'll see on the active marketing plan, we put your face here because the idea is for the agent who's receiving it. We want them to see the type of collateral and marketing that that LPT agents have. And, again, home buyer workbooks. Again, these are just examples. Each pack will have a different amount of stuff in it. Some may get a noncritical question. Some may get a home buyer workbook. We're working on a formula behind the scenes depending on how much how much volume they've done. How likely we think they are to join LPT is really gonna just depend on how much collateral and how much stuff we put in there. But, this is something that we're gonna be doing behind the scenes, as a part of recruit assist, in order to help help you guys grow in twenty twenty five as well. We actually did have good success with the trifold mailers we were doing before. Let's see what we have in the chat here. So if an agent comes as it go so, again, your website is on there. The QR code goes to your joining link. So, again, we think that most agents who get this are going to go in your downline. At the end of the day, if they have a better relationship with somebody else, they're gonna put in there what they want to. It's it's agent choice of who they choose as their sponsor. This is for all agents, not just the eighty twenty agents. We wanna help our our business builders big build a big enough group that they upgrade to eighty twenty one day. So everybody gets to participate in this. Again, we're deciding behind the scenes what's going out. We send a ton of mail under this. We did a cool trifold before, so it was an eleven by seventeen trifold. And I have seen agents, you know, send me pictures or put them on the Facebook group where the other agent took a picture of the mailer because it had the agent's face on it and sent it to them. So we do know that we've had people join LPT because of this recruit assist program, and that's why we're investing in making it even better. So it'll be a mix of those trifolds. There's gonna be some postcards. There'll be these cool, nine by twelve packets that have the collateral in them. We're really doing a lot behind the scenes because we recognize that the best time for you to attract someone to LPT is when you've just had a transaction with them because hopefully you guys had a great relationship together. You worked together negotiating the deal. You worked together getting that seller to the finish line, getting that buyer to the finish line, and we know this is a very collaborative industry. And so we found success through the recruit assist kind of version one. And now we're upgrading that even further with recruit assist, version two. We have some other cool ideas on the horizon for this as well. Again, we didn't put a lot of focus on this because we were, you know, hitting all our growth goals where we weren't in all the states. We're really having problems with the data, but we've been working hard, and I think we've got most of that solved. So twenty twenty five is gonna be a big year of growth for LPT, and we wanna help you guys, win at the absolute highest level possible. And so in, in inside of Connect and we'll be able to do a training on this, Matt. We can get something on the books in in Connect two point o, a training on recruit assist. In the parties tab is where you wanna put those addresses. That's what we look at. So when you're entering the the cooperating agent and the parties, inside of Connect as you're putting your transaction, that's where we go to pull those addresses out. And so, again, we we do a lot of data analytics on the back end. We don't wanna send these to their brokerage office. We wanna get them to the agent's home address. We know if if these things go to brokerage offices, they're gonna end up in the trash can because they're obviously not wanting recruiting mail into most agents don't even go into their their offices anymore. So, again, something that we're really gonna put some focus on. We we've done this from day one. It was a a cool thing we a cool idea we launched. Weren't able to put a ton of focus on it. Now in twenty twenty five, it's gonna be something that we really put more and more resources behind, and and we'll make sure that includes training so everybody understands the best way, to get your agents in there to to receive those recruit assist mailings. The other thing is you can opt agents out. And that's interesting. We we probably had about, I don't know, maybe about fifteen or twenty percent of our transactions. Our agent clicks the opt out button to say, hey. I don't want you to to send recruit assist mail to this other agent. Maybe they weren't very friendly on the transaction, whatever it is. So, again, we'll do some trainings around that so everybody understands, but gonna be a bigger focus for us in twenty twenty five, as we use our resources in the print shop to help you guys, grow your business here at LPT Realty as well. Just not on the real estate side, but also on the recruiting side here with this, upgraded recruit assist. Any thoughts there, Raj? Yeah. Absolutely. I think, it's, you know, it's great to see this. You know, we always say, you know, we can't just, you know, sprinkle magic, you know, success, but, you know, dust on you and and it works. Right? You have to work in tandem, with the tools. But this is a great way to see the brokerage support your efforts. So, again, you can opt in and opt out in the event that you don't feel like the person's a right fit or maybe the transaction got a little sideways or whatever that looks like and, you know, it doesn't make sense for us to send it. But really do your part if you do think that they would be a good fit. You know, there's some little data that you can do on your end that really helps us support you in this process. Again, it's not us taking on the full responsibility or us leaving it totally on you. It's about understanding what that partnership looks like and the best way to support your growth effort. So excited to see another tool, on the growth side that helps our agents be be successful. Yeah. Couple of things we're working on behind the scenes as well is making an agent branded version of that program summary. So similar to the ones that we'll mail out, as a part of Recruit Assist, we're gonna make that downloadable for you guys as well. Desi will put your information on it. And, again, they won't have the mailing address spot. We're trying to figure out what to do with that box. We may make it to where you can put, like, a custom message like, hey. I'd love to grab coffee or call me anytime or request me on Facebook or whatever it is. So right now when you guys download those PDFs that have the details of the stock and the rev share and and the cost and all the benefits, it only has corporate branding on it. And, again, that's something that we recognize we wanna improve. We want it to be your website on there. We want it to be your face on there because we wanna drive agents back to have conversations with you. So we're working on a Desi version of that as well. That's a little more in-depth. We're trying to get that finalized here probably by February or March where you'll be able to download the PDF program summary branded to you that you can then use on your own. There's some other cool ideas we're playing with. Again, a lot a lot of cool stuff behind the scenes about how we can help support recruiting efforts for the agents who are interested in that, and recruit assist is just one of those those many things. So a lot of neat stuff happening there. And then two, for our real estate teams, we're working on plans to basically build similar systems to help the real estate teams attract agents to their their team. And so if a a real estate team wants to to be able to target agents, we're gonna provide them similar collateral where they can mail those out, download it, have the have the your face here basically, versions of the active marketing plans and noncritical questions instead of the ones that are branded to you. Lots of cool stuff happening behind the scenes as you know, we're always innovating something out here. And, this is a big push for us in twenty twenty five because what we recognize is, you know, now we've opened up all these new states, we have to help kinda plant those seeds. You know, if you look at our our mature markets, like, in our our oldest states, most people know who LPT Realty is. And so those recruiting conversations that our agents have are much different where, you know, someone who just opened up for us, in in certain states, like, you know, I know up in the northeast, we just opened a lot. Out west, we just opened a lot. California, we had a big pop because we had a lot of noise coming over, from the jump. But then if you jump up to, like, Oregon, not so much. If you go up to Washington, we're just getting started. And so we recognize our need to help everybody get going there. We know that our helping our teams grow by making sure local agents in the area are familiar with LPT and the LPT benefits, helping our solo agents who wanna attract and grow. Just a lot of benefit here, and and that's something we're now focused on because we have enough geography that that we can really start to do some of this stuff at scale, and really support you guys and grow. So twenty twenty five is gonna be a a fantastic year for us. Absolutely. Absolutely. Okay. Well, speaking of which, we've got some additional exciting things that are happening, some additional marketing packages and things like that. So, if we wanna go on to the next, topic, where where are we headed here? Let me see. Actually, we need we need to touch on the the new agent joining packages while we're talking about That's right. Yes. Attracting agents and recruiting agents. So we are making a change to, what I would call our new agent joining collateral. If you wanna throw this slide up. So, when you all joined, you were able to go in and claim a free power pack. You had this thing called agent essentials, which for free, you could get an active marketing plan, nine questions, seven home buyer strategies, business cards. You got some free yard signs or open house signs depending on the number of transactions you closed in the year before you joined LPT Realty. And then we did our special where we took those hundred ninety nine dollar buyer power packs, and we marked them down to ninety nine dollars, for all of our existing agents. So this was kind of the getting started collateral package, and most of this stuff was free. The only thing that you had to pay for was the buyer power packs of ninety nine bucks instead of one ninety nine. We're changing this up. And so if we wanna go to the next slide, we're no longer gonna be offering completely free collateral to new agents. If you look at where we sit competitively in the market, you know, we're the only brokerage that doesn't have a mandatory joining fee fee. You know, you go to join the other cloud brokerages. They're gonna hit you upfront for a hundred ninety nine bucks, hundred and fifty bucks, whatever it is. And and we were the opposite. We were charging nothing, and we were giving all of this free print collateral away. And that was great to get us here. But, again, now that we're more stable, we're bigger, we're in all fifty states, we're gonna make a change around this. And so starting for agents who join, LPT here in the future, instead of all that free stuff that you guys got, they're gonna have to pay ninety nine dollars plus shipping to get what we call a sign up success pack. And the sign up success pack is gonna get them the sample power pack, a a light version of the home buyer power pack. It's gonna be much smaller. It's more of like a sample kit of the home buyer power pack, some active marketing plans, nine crew questions, bifold flyers, the business cards. And then in instead of the free yard signs based on production, we're gonna do, marketing bonus bucks based on production. And so there'll be a grid we put out where depending on what their production was the twelve months before they joined, LPT, they'll get some some dollars they can use in the LPT store to buy those yard signs or whatever. So, again, it's it's somewhat similar to what you guys are able to receive. The biggest difference being, you all got it for free. The new people joining are paying ninety nine dollars. I think it is still very fair. You know, it's a lot of stuff for the value. You know, this is, like, five hundred dollars worth of marketing collateral for ninety nine bucks, but we do want people to start putting skin in the game. We think we're kind of crossing that point of, like, joining LPT is not a risk anymore. We're not the unknown anymore. This isn't some new idea, and so we want agents to have a little bit of skin in the game. And then with the marketing bucks, they decide. Because what we find is some agents don't necessarily need the yard signs. They're more buyer focused, and so that wasn't a benefit to them. And so this way, people can really decide how they wanna use, that. But, again, they have to spend the the ninety nine dollars. The way this is gonna work is they'll buy the success pack, for ninety nine dollars. We'll ship it to them. Inside of there will be a certificate they fill out based on their prior production. They also have to watch one Motivation Monday before they can claim those marketing bonus bucks because we wanna force people to, to get in here and and watch Motivation Monday and plug into the culture and understand what we're doing. And so they they have to write down the Motivation Monday that they they watch so we can go check. They tell us what their production is. They sign that little certificate, and they submit that to support. And then support will issue them back those marketing bonus bucks, and then they could use to buy yard signs or more of the different magazines or whatever. But this is the system we're moving to, starting later this week, for people who join after, I guess, kinda January second since we're not gonna be around on January first. So, again, this is the new sign up success pack. So, again, changes we're making to help us with growth, help us with the national scaling, really trying to make sure we put the right tools in agents' hands as they do join. But, again, having to take away some of the free, free, free, now that we continue to scale and get bigger and bigger and bigger, you know, with with over a thousand agents. You know, I think we had, like, right at a thousand agents join, last month or something like that. So all of that free collateral, at least here, we're gonna get the money back so we can break even on all the stuff that we were giving away for free. So you guys got it for free. The next batch is gonna pay ninety nine dollars. Still cheaper than what they would pay to a competing cloud brokerages for a joining fee to not get any of this amazing marketing stuff. Absolutely, man. And, you know, again, as we continue to grow and like you said, there was some reward when we were brand new and maybe there was some level of risk to join, you know, LPT. And now that we're established and basically in all fifty states, that is not as big as a concern. And so part of that is saying, hey. Let's continue to walk together. And I get it. We are still considering less. There's no joining fee. Or if you consider this a joining fee, at least it comes with something. It's not just, hey, you know, requires me money to get, you know, to to come in and it's optional. It's optional. And it's optional. That's absolutely correct. Yeah. And again, anybody who joined before one one, you know, you've got the free agent essentials inside of Connect. You've got the free power pack, like, all most of that stuff that they're getting for ninety nine dollars, you got for free or getting for free. And if you didn't go in and claim your free agent essentials, go grab it. It's inside of Connect, you know, all that stuff is in there. But you had to anybody who joined before one one has the old free stuff through the vouchers and connect. The people who join after are gonna pay the ninety nine dollars. I saw someone put in the chat. I joined on twelve twenty seven. Is it free? Like, you are covered. You made it with three days to spare. He thinks Dave Bowen thinks he paid for it. Dave put in a ticket, you know, if there was a bug in the system or maybe I don't know if maybe you didn't buy the right thing. What what you get for free is the the agent essentials, which is, you know, the kind of starter the old version starter kit. You get one free sample power pack. And, again, if you didn't get that, submit a ticket. I mean, we've, the systems have been in there. That's one of the things we've been doing from day one. So definitely check on that, guys. Everybody should have had access to that free power pack, that free agent essentials, to get you started along the way. And two Fantastic. Last last chance to grab those half off buyer power packs. So, you know, the buyer power packs are gonna be going to full price. You know, we we launched those at one ninety nine. We made them available to all of our current agents at ninety nine. That's gonna be sunsetting as well. So last chance to buy a buyer power pack for half price. One change we are making is we're gonna be adding a buyer power pack lite. So if you do want a smaller version of that, that's gonna be cheaper, and so it'll have less version less of the magazine in it. I think it's not gonna have the seven home buyer strategies in it. It won't have the flyers, but you'll get the checklist and you'll get the home buyer workbooks, and that's gonna be cheaper. So that's gonna be coming out as well. So as we as we take the full home buyer power pack up to full price as that special ends, we're gonna be adding a home buyer power pack lite to bring that price back down for people who wanna have a little bit smaller version of that. So, again, we're always trying to innovate for you guys. Always, you know, we we listen to your feedback. We try to make the changes. We can't always, can't always honor everything. Like, there are some things that that maybe don't make sense from a business standpoint, but where we can, we definitely try to make changes along the way and and improve our products for you guys and and really fit how you're using the tools out there and how you're winning with the the LBT tools. That's right. That's right, man. Yeah. And like you said, you know, we're constantly listening to feedback. We're looking at market conditions. We're figuring out what we can do proactively to support your business and then also listening to you in terms of things that you need to help you grow or maintain your business. And so that is something that, is really the kind of the ethos of of LPT, which is how do we continue to support our real estate entrepreneurs, do more. And with that, so we've got some exciting collections that are going to be, coming soon, Robert. So I'll allow you to, give us a preview what that's like. Yeah. So we've, you know, we've had a lot of success with our luxury collections product. We we teased the ranch and land and the waterfront collections, which are finally finished and about ready to go into production. And so we're gonna be making some changes around that. Our goal is to officially launch the collections updates, on March first. And so if we wanna throw up the slide, some of the changes are gonna be happening around collections, for you guys. So, one, the new ranch and land and waterfront collections, are gonna be finally launching, which is exciting. Remember, this is when you have, for luxury collections, it's when you have properties over seven hundred thousand dollars. Now when you have a a piece of of land or a ranch or something that fits that criteria, you're gonna be able to put it in that collection. And then waterfront is special branding, and marketing that we have for waterfront properties. And, again, there's a ton of information on this in the knowledge base. There's three different package tiers. We have the opal, the diamond, and the diamond black. You make a small deposit upfront, and then the rest is paid out of the closing. So we take that risk with you. We've had great reviews from agents who have been using this on the luxury side that they're picking up new listings. You know, they're they're winning more luxury business because of the quality of the marketing being noticed by, you know, nearby homeowners. We're sending direct mail. We're doing digital billboards. You know, we're doing a higher level of digital marketing. Just a lot of really exciting stuff that we're now bringing to ranch and land as well. And then we're also going to be launching a version of collections for, everyday price point properties. We're gonna call that property collections. I don't know if we have a slide for that one or not, Dave. We do. Yep. Yep. So property collections. And so similar to where we have the luxury collections, the ranch and land, the waterfront, we're gonna be doing the property collections as well because maybe you do have a a property that's in a neighborhood that you really want to win in. It's not over that seven hundred thousand dollar price point, so it's not eligible for our luxury collections. But we're gonna be launching these property collections as well because, again, we've we've heard your feedback. There are some folks that wanted to be able to do similar marketing, you know, the digital billboards, the upgraded direct mail, the upgraded, collateral. And so, again, sometimes the the free power pack just isn't enough, even at a lower price point. And so, again, we listen to your guys' feedback. We hear you, and we're making these changes. So expect in the near future here, again, I'd say, like, you know, mid February, beginning of March, we're gonna be rolling all this out. We always like to give you guys the preview of what's coming, so you know what's happening. And so this is some upgrades and updates to our collections to expand that to be able to fit more properties in. Taj, what how much I know you guys do training on this, what, twice, once a week, twice a month. What's the training right now on the collections that people can go check out inside of Connect two point o, and where would they find that? Yeah. So right now, we have it at once a month, for the LC collections. You can find the previous ones inside of the knowledge base. So if there's things that you wanna go back and kinda catalog, look to the catalog, you can see that there. But it's once per month. Our next one will actually be taught next week on Monday at twelve PM Eastern Standard Time. So, I think it was originally scheduled for this week, but due to the holiday, we moved it to the following week just to give everybody some flexibility. We know that it's a busy time per year. So, that will be next week, Monday. The next time you will have a luxury collection, training, and that is for available for all agents next week, twelve PM Eastern Standard Time. So excited for that. Cool. Alright. And I think that wraps us up for today. Next week, we're gonna talk a little bit more about, some stuff around our luxury networks. We're gonna be making some changes there as well. We're gonna hold that and talk about it next week. But, again, expanding that out. We've listened to you guys again. One of the, you know, some of the big requests we've had about how to make those programs better, how to make some of the things more accessible. So, again, just a lot of stuff that we're always upgrading and updating here behind the scenes for you guys. But as we as we end out kind of wrap up what's been an amazing twenty twenty five, we wanted to highlight some of these changes, the places where we think we really can have a big impact on your business. You know, upgrading recruit assist to help you get the word out to agents you do business with about LPT Realty to help you build that organization here, you know, to help you with your your listing marketing, your property marketing, to make sure we're setting new agents up with the right amount of tools and success while also getting, the right amount of money that we need to to do that sustainably, providing you guys with the deseed version of the the one sheet, again, the program summary. So just a lot of cool things that we're always doing here. We want to cap off twenty twenty five with some innovation. Obviously, Connect two point o is out in the wild here. Things are going well. Remember, that is a work in progress. We will continue to upgrade and update and make improvements as we go. I'm I'm actually pretty impressed with for such a major technology up update here in kind of phase one in the beta of Connect two point o that we we didn't break more things than we thought we would. And, again, guys, it's this is it. You know, this is the last Motivation Monday, the last time we're gonna see you in twenty twenty four. We're gonna be back here in twenty twenty five, swinging harder than ever. You know, I just I I love the family we build here. I love the culture we build here together, the community. I love seeing the way that that LPT agents support each other. I love the fact that that we're able to attract agents to a cloud brokerage without overcharging them, you know, without having to try to convince people to pay too much and more than than what's fair. And by giving agents choices and by giving agents some aging tools, it really has been great and fulfilling for me to see what we could all build here together and how much we can change the real estate industry. And and we are just getting started. You know, two and a half year old company, we've made such waves across the industry. You know, when when Real Trends comes out this year, our ranking as a as a brokerage is gonna be up their top ten. It looks like we're gonna be the the number two, privately held independent brokerage in the country, which is pretty crazy, and just our, you know, second full year in business. A lot of our amazing teams and agents qualifying for Realtrends as well. Just so much growth. We're gonna be putting out volume numbers and all kind of stuff. There's gonna be a lot for us to celebrate in q one as we continue to just march forward and build this amazing business. But, yeah, I say this a lot. I I don't think I could ever say it enough. We're nothing without you guys. You know? This is just this would just be a cool idea, you know, and a a a nice little, circle logo and a bunch of marketing tools without all of you. And so, again, I just wanna thank everybody for for their faith and their belief in being a part of this amazing business with you with us. I mean, we I think we I think we came into twenty twenty four with only nine states opened, and then we opened a we opened a handful in q one before Grand Prix. But, you know, you gotta think the fact the fact that we we opened up so much of the country, this year, a lot of resources were dedicated to that. A lot of resources were dedicated to getting Connect two point o out of the ground in addition to getting listing power tools rewritten into listing power tools x. So now this year, we've got a lot more bandwidth and just focused on one thing, helping you close more deals, helping you sell more real estate, helping you utilize these tools so that your consumers can have the absolute best possible experience in working with you because that's how we went as a brokerage. And so twenty twenty five is gonna be amazing year. I'm gonna ring in the new year out here in Montana, so I'll be a couple hours behind my my East Coast friends, an hour ahead of our our West Coast agents. But, everybody have a safe New Year's. Get those New Year's resolutions figured out. Set that that business plan and get those goals in place, and let's hit January first running hard. Alright? Let's show the world, like, people think what LPT did in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty three and twenty twenty four was amazing. Like, they haven't seen anything yet. We are going to absolutely blow the doors off of this industry in twenty twenty five. We're in all major markets now. We have all of these things in place. We've got the infrastructure here. We're growing like crazy. Twenty twenty five is gonna be the year that we really show the industry what this amazing group of agents coming together under this LBT flag can do.
