Follow Up Boss
Follow up Boss (FUB) is the internal CRM we utilize to manage agent's profiles pre connect and how staff communicates to agents. Onboarding process lives in FUB. (Intake Application, Revisions, Contract Signed, Activation, and Systems and Tech Plan Sent)

Admin Connect
The Onboarding team utilizes Admin Connect to set up systems for each agent, which occurs during the system setup process (Activation stage). Onboarding utilizes Connect to view users, integrations, payment profiles, comp plans, and license info.

Connect 2.0
Connect 2.0 is an enhanced version of LPT Realty's proprietary platform, lptConnect, designed to streamline and optimize various aspects of real estate transactions and agent support.
Key features of Connect 2.0 include:
- Knowledge Circle: A centralized repository for educational resources and industry insights, facilitating continuous learning and professional development for agents.
- Agent Circle: A community-driven space that fosters collaboration and communication among agents, promoting the sharing of best practices and networking opportunities.
- Marketing Circle: A suite of marketing tools and resources aimed at enhancing agents' promotional efforts, including customizable materials and strategies to effectively reach potential clients.
Comp Plans, ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement)

Business Builder
- $500 per transaction
- $5,000 Annual Cap
- Commercial Risk Fee: .3%
- All transactions have a $195 transaction fee charged
- All Agents are charged a $500 annual fee from the first deal annually for technology and E&O.
Brokerage Partner/Revshare Partner
- 80/20 Split
- 15,000k cap
- Commercial Risk Fee: .1%
- All transactions have a $195 transaction fee charged
- All Agents are charged a $500 annual fee from the first deal annually for technology and E&O.
Additional Info:
- Personal transactions have a flat $250 risk fee & $195 transaction fee
- Low Commission Exception Request (Low GCI) -If the agent selects this, the agent would be charged a flat 20% risk fee, no transaction fee, & it would not count towards cap
- BPO (Broker Pricing Opinion) is a Flat $10 Risk Fee
- Seat Share is when 2 agents decide to join as 1 seat (they share all company fees and all deals are an automatic 50/50 split unless otherwise notated on the intake form) **they do EACH have a $500 annual fee
