Real Estate First Friday 04/04/2025

Alright. Good morning, and welcome to another Real Estate First Friday. My name is Matthew Hodge, executive vice president here at LPT Realty. I'm joined by Lewis Furman, my co VP. And if this is your first time joining Real Estate First Friday, we're excited to have you with us. Each week, we are going through actionable items on helping you grow and scale your business or make it more efficient. And, over the last couple of weeks, we've been bringing on guest speakers. And, and so we've had Angie Cole. We had Pamela Tucker. We had q two planning with, Shaina and both Christina. And so this week, we are excited to announce that we've got Suneet Agawal, who's joining us from California. And so we'll bring him on in just a second here. But before I do that, I wanna turn it over to you, Louis, get your initial thoughts. I haven't seen you all week, man. It's been such a blur, and, we got some exciting news today. So I just wanna, you know, say say what's up to you, brother. What's up, man? Things have been absolutely great. It's crazy because last week, we were locked up for a few days in in Montana. Like, we didn't leave. We were working hard wrapping up q one and entering into kinda q two planning. And this week's been great, man. I mean, today, we heard some really exciting news. There's so much exciting things in the horizon. I know we've been working really hard on this marathon that's about to hit here in April, which is gonna be very exciting. And, man, I don't know, man. Real Estate First Fridays have been very fun with, you know, the guest speakers and preparing with them and and hopping on and just pouring back to our brokerage. So it's it's it's a great time here, man. For sure. Yeah. And so, last week, we were, we had Robert Palmer on, founder and, of course, CEO, and we were joining from Montana Yellowstone Club. We were all there for, executive meetings and, probably one of the most beautiful places on the planet. And, we locked ourselves inside the four walls and just went to work for pretty much, you know, saving two hours. Looking out the windows like little kids, like, it looks so fun out there? But, anyways, let me go ahead and bring in Suneet. Suneet's gonna be talking to us. So if you're unfamiliar with him, he's had a long standing, career with inside of real estate. Tons of success. I think it's forty five hundred plus homes sold and, has had a ton of agents come through his ecosystem who've absolutely grown their business and their coaching platform to reside as well too. And so he's got this unique vantage point on seeing what works for agents and what does not. Like, what are the most successful agents doing in terms of time blocking, skills that they're acquiring, and systems that they're implementing. And so we thought it would be interesting to bring him on today and kinda talk us through some of that. So if we could bring him on, Dave, love to have, Sunit. Hey, Sunit. How are you? Good morning. I am great. Good morning, guys. I'm really, really excited to be here hanging out with you with you and giving back here on first on, Real Estate First Friday. Awesome, man. We appreciate you. We know your West Coast is a little bit earlier for you than it is for us here. Eleven East Central. Hours. Come on. Okay. Your early riser. Alright. Fantastic. Awesome. Alright. So we'll go ahead and let you jump right in. I know, again, like, you've had tremendous success in the in in the real estate career. If you could just give us a quick walk through through of a little bit of your background, and we'll we'll we'll jump into today's content. Sure. So, you know, I think I've been a realtor. I think my twelfth year anniversary was, like, last month. So, it's been a long time now. The crazy thing is, you know, I came in as a realtor and guys, you know, like, I was broke. I didn't even have clothes that fit. My car broke down at every showing. I would have to go sit in the Starbucks parking lot to poach their Internet. Right? Like, I was broke, And I was hungry, like, literally. I needed to sell to eat. So I worked my butt off that first year, was the top, was the rookie of the year on the West Coast for the brokerage that I was with at the time. And then six years later, something happened. My team became the number one team in the state of California. Mhmm. That's crazy. Right? And it was crazy. Like, I wasn't expecting it. Since then, you know, I was number one in Sacramento only by, like, four hundred percent over number two. And I was totally. And and I was the top guy in the MLS more than the cons the the new construction, Lennar, these big companies. I was number one in the MLS until I quit looking. Right? Like, I think it was, like, five years. And we really were able to leverage systems and processes and self development, which is a big thing for me, turn that into a great coaching business, turn it into the reside platform, and it's been awesome. I've been able to impact and inspire agents and team leaders all over North America and get, you know, Like, I think you nailed it. I do have a unique vantage point because I still am in the trenches with my team, and I know the challenges people are having out there. And I've seen what works, and I've helped develop other teams into monsters, the top mega teams in the country. And and for some of our viewers that may not know, they see the hat, they hear you mentioned reside. What is the reside platform for the viewers that aren't aware of? So, you know, I I've been a coach for about five years with my partner and mentor, John Chieplak. People know that name, so I name dropping hard. Right? And we were we were in the one on one coaching, and it and it dawned on me, like, how do we go deeper and have more impact and able to help not only the team leader, because that was who our coaching audience was, but also the agents on their team, help them with their systems. So we developed a platform. Right? And it's kinda like consulting to where we coach the team leader, we coach the agents, we onboard the agents, we hook them up with the tech, best practices in tech, do the books, do the you know, help them with marketing, on and on and on. It's been become really it's a rewarding thing. Right? Awesome. And I can see the impact on people's growth. It's awesome. Awesome. It's so fulfilling. Like, you guys get it. Like, it's so fulfilling to see somebody just crush it. Right? Yeah. It truthfully is, mate. Yeah. We, we talk about all the time that the reasons that you do things are generally not self fulfilling. It's usually the highest level of satisfaction comes when you impact someone else's life. And that may be, hey. I got them the best deal on the home, or I sold their house for the highest price, or I help an agent accomplish their goal. It's always usually attached to to some so, you know, the help that you provide for someone else. So, definitely, that resonates with with us as well. So alright. We'll let you go ahead and jump right in. I know you've got a slide deck, so we'll screen share with you. We've got about thirty minutes. We may go over just a little bit, but we are excited to to digest, what what you've got for us today. Alright. So let me get my slide deck going. Made a new one for this last night. Alright. Alright. It's fresh. It's fresh. Yeah. It's fresh. It's it's eventually it's actually out of my head and onto the PowerPoint. So I better come prepared for Lewis and Matt and all the LGBT people. Alright. So here's the deal, and you guys just kinda mentioned it. Like, when we start and we're working, and at the end of the day, we're working nonstop. Right? Like, what the heck happened that day? Did I move the needle forward on things that needed to go? Right? And that was totally me. I was always working, always busy, family, business, but I was constantly reacting. You know? Like, it was always like fight or flight. I would set goals on New Year's Eve, and I forget about them by January seventh. Does that sound like does that sound like any of your That sounds about right. What I mean? But then, you know, like, even with the schedule. Right? Because I I I got taught early on the importance of a daily schedule. I didn't have direction. And, like, I would wake up this is, like, the worst thing I think for people. I would wake up and check my phone, check my text messages, check my email. Now I'm in fight or flight, and my brain is straight on work. Right? And then I you know, checking social media and comparing myself to some random who doesn't mean anything to my life. And it was just this camera this constant hamster wheel, fight or flight, no time for reflection, our thinking, our really being intentional on how I was gonna spend my day and what was important to me. And I know this happens to everybody. So it became really important for me to fix that because I wanted to be number one. I only wanted to be number one in my city. I ended up being number one in the state. So there you go. But it became really important for me to do the self reflecting and the planning on a daily, weekly basis so that I can keep on moving forward. Okay? And I heard about morning routines. You know, that book, Miracle Morning for Realtors. I read that book, and I listened to Tony Robbins. I was like, man, this sounds super cheesy. Like like, that ain't me. I'm a hustler. Like, I don't need this crap. Right? It sounded totally cheesy. But I but I decided to go for it. It was in a time of desperation. Right? Like, I'd become a realtor. A year later, met my wife. Really soon after that, she got pregnant. I was still trying to figure it out. Right? And I needed something to hold on to in those tough times, and I needed something just to win because now it wasn't just about me. Now I had to support a family. Right? And you guys know with kids that everything changes when those kids come in the world, and everything becomes much more important. And I wasn't gonna let the stuff I've been doing prior, just the randomness, push me into this new part of my life as being a father. Right? So what I'm gonna show you today, it totally changed my life and my business. It gave me clarity and control and momentum. And that's the hardest thing, like, getting to momentum and grasping onto it so it doesn't fade. And, you know, there's lots of fancy tools out there, and I am and I'm not gonna talk about a single one. Okay? You just need a little bit of discipline, some intention, and about twenty minutes a day. Right? Less time than you're currently scrolling on Facebook every day. I know what it's like to feel stuck. Right? I know what it's like to not have any kind of momentum, and I know that busyness doesn't equal progress. Guys, just because you're checking and replying to emails all day doesn't mean you're really working and doing anything. You're you're you're you're applying you're working off somebody else's checklist when you go through your emails. Mhmm. Okay? So for me, I needed a personal operating system because there was a limited amount of time. How am I more efficient? Right? I needed structure because motivation can fade. You ever get on a call with a hard client and it just ruins your whole day? Has that ever happened to you? Maybe you're trying to negotiate a two hundred dollar repair on a frigging AC unit, and the seller pushes back, and the whole deal is up in the air, and that deal is how you're making your mortgage payment. Right? So how do you keep yourself grounded and working? The personal operating system is that structure. It's how you stay grounded and execute. And for me, it has three main parts. Mindset, the integrity of your calendar, and the preparing for the next day. Right? Because I need to go to bed with a damn win. If I go to bed with a win, no matter how big or small, the next day, I'm gonna wake up, and I still have that win fresh in my memory. Right? And the next day, I'm gonna wake up, and I'm gonna have that momentum. And you guys know the little wins, they all stack up. Right? So what's the little win? Is a little win you being number one in your city? No. A little win can be just doing the things that you mark down to win the day. Okay? FYI, I kinda just jumped ahead mentally, but but we'll get back on track. Alright. All good. Got it got a little heated here. Right? So so, yeah. Ten minute morning routine, a calendar that reflects who I want to be by making sure I do the stuff that gets me there, and a end of day review that builds that momentum. I'm gonna say momentum a lot because I think it's everything. Okay? So every morning, wake up, get my water, not coffee. If you're waking up and drinking coffee right away, drink some water first, please. It'll it'll do a lot for you. Right? And I'm not some doctor, nor do I wanna be one, even though I'm Indian. But, but, water just helps first thing. Right? That hydration. So my day starts with ten minutes of journaling. And that ten minutes is worth more than any software app or hack I've ever tried. And here's my really simple structure. Gratitude, intentions, affirmations. If this sounds hokey, good. I want it to sound hokey. Visualize goals, not writing down the goals, visualize goals. Action items that I need to hit that day and kind of mantras or sayings that help me build that mental armor. All these things take me back to a place when I have a challenge. I've been doing this every day. I've been doing this every day. I know exactly who I wanna be. I know exactly how I need to show up for myself, for my family, for my clients, for my for my agents. Okay? It gives me clarity, and it grounds me in what really matters. So here so here's here's the structure. Right? I write down gratitude. In the gratitude, and you guys, like, take notes on this. In the gratitude, it's I think it's so important to start that way just to be appreciative of what you have. Just to remember the little things that make an impact. And when I first started doing gratitude, I would write the same thing every morning. I'm grateful for my family. I'm grateful for my business. I'm grateful for my health. Right? And that became just kinda robotic. So and I think I picked this up from Tony Robbins or some book or Jim Rohn or something. I write down three things different every day. So it's not the same thing as as yesterday. Like, for example, I'm so grateful that I sat down with my oldest daughter, and she agreed to watch all three of the original X Men movies. Right? Like, that made me grateful. Like, I'm so grateful that my that my dog quit peeing in the house. Right? It's like those little things that I wanna focus on. And you notice as you and what you'll notice as you start to think about the gratitude is you actually feel something. You'll feel your body shift. Right? So gratitude. Then my intentions. Right? How do I intend to dominate the day? Write it out. I do affirmations every day, and my affirmations are who I choose to be. I choose to be a great father. I choose to be a great husband. I choose to be a great leader. I choose to be a great son. Right? I choose to be a great coach. Then visualize goals. So I have, I think, you know, four or five different businesses now. Shut down one as you guys know. So I have four or five different businesses now. And I have health goals. I have wealth goals. I have family goals and relationship goals. Right? And I write them every day in the present. For example, there's a number of money. There's a number of dollars I wanna have liquid in an account so I can, maybe take my foot off the gas sometimes. Right? I'm sure you guys got those numbers too. Right? That's that Of course. Number. I write that number down every single day, and I write it down as if I have it. And I write down oops. And I write down if I have a blank slide next, I wanna be bummed. But and then I then I write down, how I feel in the moment and what and how I'm gonna feel when I have that. Right? Like, for example, when I have that x amount of dollars in a in a liquid account, I have full freedom. I have full autonomy. I have the generational wealth for my children. Right? I have legacy. You talk about health. You know? I feel strong. I feel healthy. I'm doing the things to make sure I live a long life because that's important to us. Right? So I really visualize the goals. Then I go deeper, you know, and I manifest more words around it. Health, wealth, and family. That's what we're that's what we're doing everything for. Right? What are all the words you think about when you think about health? What are all the words you think about when you think about health, and what are all the words you think about when you have family? And by now, you're feeling really pretty good. Right? And I still haven't checked my email or social media. Our text message. Right? I have business partners on the East Coast, and they start texting me at one AM my time. So I I you know, it's everything I can do not to just get right into work. Happenings and action items. What happened yesterday? What was the win yesterday? We're gonna get more into that. Action items. What are nonnegotiable things I need to complete today? Not a showing with Sally at one two three Banana Street. But what are the things I need to get done today? Nonnegotiable. And then finally, sayings and reminders. So, I mean, you know, you guys read. You guys listen to podcasts. You ever hear something? Maybe it's on a Hermosy podcast or something. You read something in, like, a Jim Rohn book. Yo, man. That's that's good. That that that hits me. So I write it down. And I've come to about thirty sayings and reminders to guide me in my everyday life that I write down every day. You know, it's it's stuff from, like, uncle Grant Cardone. It's stuff from Jim Rohn. It's stuff from Marcus Aurelius. Right? It's stuff from Tony Robbins. And these sayings, I write down the same ones every day. They really get me grounded and give me so much direction. It just like, I know this can sound hokey. I say that a lot, but I am living proof of somebody who thought that this was all super hokey, did it begrudgingly at first, and it is opened up every opportunity I've ever wanted in my life and many I could have never have expected. Right? Straight up. You know, typically, when I do coaching, I'm talking about super tactical. You know, you get into the CRM and you hit this tag and you do this and you use this script. Or I try and do something that'll motivate people. But look. I'm not here to motivate anybody. I can't motivate anybody. You know how I how I get motivated? When I'm done writing this stuff down, I open up my frigging app for my checking account. You know the weird thing? There's never enough money in there. I don't look at my savings. That's in an account, not on my cell phone. Right? I I I look at my checking account. That gets me here. That that gets me fired up. I look at a picture of my kids. Right? That gets me fired up. Right? So I'm not here to motivate, and I don't think I can, but this should inspire. This is a simple process that's free. It just takes about ten, twenty minutes of your day, folks. It's a simple process that makes an impact. Let's move on. And and before we move on, I mean, there's something there too that I think is what's interesting is, like, that shift in structure. Right? Because I believe that maybe one of the more popular beliefs or the most popular habits is waking up and checking social media, text messages, and emails. And I love how Suni mentioned it. Like, shifting it to being more intentional and structural versus reactionary can really create a massive impact in your day. And you said something that resonated pretty heavily with me, like, emails is someone else's checklist. And I don't think we ever, like, think about it that way. Like, we don't understand, like, what emails are gonna come in at any given time, what text messages are gonna come in at any given time. And if we're trying to keep ourselves organized and structured inside of our days, if we allow those things to derail us, we will never complete our missions, and we will never get those wins that, you know, Sunita's mentioning. So that's that's resonated pretty heavily. I I would totally agree. And the kind of the way that I process that and the way that I I function is that you have to put things in their proper place. Right? If I move things out of order, then you're not gonna get the intended result. So for me, it's like if I look at my kinda, like, my top things, I would say it would be my faith, then my health, then my family, then, like, say, self development, then, like, work. If I put any of those things out of order, right, if I move, you know, work to the second position or it's a first position, it all kinda crumbles. I don't show up as the best version of myself. And so, you know, to me, that makes a lot of sense. Like, the way that you start the day is really what's most important to you. Grounding yourself in the things that are most important, getting your mental, you know, kinda game on, understanding what you're gonna do to move the needle forward and kinda using that as your launch point. And to your to your point, it's not something that you can say, hey. This is an actual item. Go click this thing. Do like, it's not like that. It's really kind of like I guess you could say it's kinda hoaxy if you will, but it's it really isn't. Right? It's preparing your mind and mentally conditioning yourself to go win the day. And as you start to do that more and more frequently, you will see life through that lens, and it starts to make a lot more sense. And your goals become a lot easier to understand how to achieve. Yes. So I I totally agree with you, Sunit. Yeah. I mean and, like, you know, the day can spiral out of control, dude, fast, if you let it. And doing this, like, I have so many examples of when I was in a situation that made me made me feel some kind of way, dealing with a client, dealing with anything. But if I didn't have this to lean back on on my intentions and on my mantras, I know how to I know how to be there. Right? And that's just so important, guys. I know how to be there. So really really like, the next thing, guys, Have a schedule. Good. Now that you have it, actually follow it. Okay? And I'm gonna show you how I do mine. I plan my entire week. Every Sunday, I color code it. I block everything I do. Eating, bathing, driving, time with the family, bedtime, reading, journaling, every meeting. Right? It's all super intentional. Okay? And that's how I live by design and not reaction. So this is my calendar. Right? This was this last week. And you'll see that everything I just said. I have working out. I eat at the same time every day. My my my family's going out of town on Friday, so I gave myself, you know, a little bit of time. But, and, you know, like, I get it. You know? Like, I'm a coach. I'm a CEO. I'm not really in production. But when I was in production, it was still the same thing. You all say that you wanna read more. Is it in your schedule? You all say that you wanna work out more. Is it in your schedule? Food is so important. When realtors and I know well, well, I gotta run out the door because I slept in. Right? I gotta run out the door, and I'll just eat at the office. I'll grab that bagel at the office, and then, oh, I'm in between showings. I'll go through the drive through. Right? No. No. Like, your energy will suffer. Your health will suffer. Crazy thing is, you know, in as part of my planning, all my meals are done for the week. So I know exactly what I'm doing. I'm eating the things that provide me the most energy and are good for my body and good for my energy. I don't wanna have a crash after lunch from going to sushi and eating an extra roll. Right? All those extra carbs at lunchtime. So, so it's super important that I maintain all these things. And this is nonnegotiable. If you call me at noon anytime, guaranteed I'm eating at twelve. If you call me at three, guaranteed I'm meeting. Right? So, just use this as inspiration, and we can go on. If you're a realtor, block this stuff out at minimum. You need three hours a day of working. Right? Prospecting, following up, working on deals. Just book it every day. Save one hour a day for content DMs and working on your brand and have a blocked time in the, you know, afternoons for showings, coaching, and self development. Block every part of your day. Okay? And I know what you're gonna say. Well, what if a client has something at nine AM, and that's my time for prospecting? I've heard it a hundred times. Okay. Well, you have the afternoon blocked. You move that block for your prospecting to a time you have for showing. Right? When a when a client says, can I go do this? Say, I have an appointment at that time. I could meet you right after. Who's the appointment with? The most important person, you. Right? So, like, this is like discipline, guys. Discipline will equal freedom. The more disciplined I am, the more stuff I can get done. Now what about the end of the day? And this is a little gimmicky, but I like it too. End of the day routine. The last thing I do before I get in bed is a ten minute end of day review. I have a habit tracker that I made with six things. It includes working out, journaling, putting my phone down when I'm hanging around the kids, reading, sticking to macros, working on recruiting, working on new business, and I put a habit tracker. But then I took it a step further, and I'm getting excited because I think it's neat. And I made an accountability and performance custom GPT and chat GPT. Nice. So and I told it to have a one eighty IQ and to be completely brutal and not let me, you know, have any I'm trying not to cuss. But, you know, to be mean. Right? Be harsh. So I enter my end of day stuff, my end of day tracker into the custom GPT. And then, you know, did I win the day? What moved forward? What slowed me down? What's tomorrow's first move, and how did I do? And if I can go to bed right after that, I'll go to bed. Right? If I can go to bed without win, you guys the momentum is there the next day. And here's the payoff. Business growth amongst all my different businesses. Mental clarity throughout the day. I know how to freaking represent myself. There's never any question in any kind of situation. Right? I'm in pretty damn good shape. If you guys look at my pictures, like, from ten years ago, I think I've lost, like, I don't know, fifty pounds. Right? I have more time and freedom. I get to do everything I want, and I hit my goals faster. Okay? So if you're watching this and you tuned in and you were hoping for maybe some script or text template or something instead, this is way better. Start planning your week. Find some kind of journaling gratitude exercise. I don't care what it is. Find something that resonates with you. Like, with with me, I picked on pieces from Miracle Morning, from Tony Robbins, from all these different places, and I found something for myself. Right? And then the magic part of it, I stuck to it. It takes me twenty minutes a day, and it works. Alright. That's the end of my deck. Awesome. Yeah. So I I love that. There's so much of that that makes sense. There's so much of that we talk about all the time, which is an organized approach, time blocking. And the thing is is that if you say, hey. This is what a successful day looks like, and this is five hours worth of work that I need to get done, you know, you're gonna have things that are gonna come in that you you you can't plan for. Right? Like, so that like you said, Denise, someone's gonna call and say, hey, man. I've got a quick, you know, break at work. I really wanna go see this house. I really want you know, I'm ready to write an offer. Let's go. Right? And you're gonna have to shift things around. But what we see most often is that people then will say, well, hey. I was supposed to be prospecting, but this is better than prospecting because now I'm gonna be making money. So I'm gonna go do that, and I'm not gonna do the prospecting that I was supposed to be doing. They don't reorder it. They replace it, and that is the purpose of time blocking is it ensures that you have the amount of the amount of time that you needed towards each particular task so that, like you said, you can win the day and start to build that momentum. And just kind of one thing that I will say, we, we just received today that we were in real trends, the top ten brokerage in the nation, like, the first Yeah. History. Yeah. We're so we're super excited about that, and all of our LPT agents should be super proud of that. But the first brokerage in history to do it, you become a national top ten brokerage within three years. And so that wasn't because we had this big goal. That is a byproduct of us putting the right things in the right places and having the small wins every single day. And so it works at every level of your life. It works at every scale, and it sounds like it's not impactful. But I promise you, if you will start to make this the rhythm of your life, you will see an increase. I don't care where you are today. If you're not doing this, you will see an increase in whatever you're doing. You'll be more focused. You'll have more energy. You'll have better clarity. And more importantly, you'll have control over your schedule because you think that you don't you think being free and open gives you control over your schedule. It really doesn't. It makes you a slave to it. But when you time block things, that is when you start to be intentional. That is when you have control over it. And I just can't say how much that really resonates with me because I truthfully live by that as a source of my truth. I mean, Sydney hit the nail on the head. Right? Like, discipline gives you freedom. Freedom does not give you discipline. That's right. And, oftentimes, we always place our wins on, like, the ultimate win. Right? Like, for real estate, the ultimate win is what? Like, having a real estate closing. Right? Right. But there's so many wins in between that we've got if if you accomplish those little wins, they start through the totality of those wins, move needles in a direction that you are desiring and seeking. But here's the thing, if you don't identify what those wins are, you won't know whether or not you won or not. Correct. You know, you have to be able to identify what are your missions, what are you looking to accomplish, create that structure in your day to day. Because if not, you're just gonna be running around not knowing what to accomplish. You're gonna get to the end of the day, say, man, it felt good. I accomplished the day, but you really didn't accomplish anything. Correct. You're just happy that you crossed the finish line, then you're able to drink a bottle of water at the end of it, and you're just exhausted. And then it becomes that rinse, wash, repeat. And and it Yes. Find yourself in that conch that constant and vicious cycle. Yeah. And nothing's moving forward. Nothing's moving in a direction that you're looking to move, and it either creates stagnant stagnance or no progression or or or whatever the case may be or seasonally or going backwards. Going backwards, and you start riding those roller coasters. But being disciplined, being organized, having that purposeful and organized approach, I love that nugget of being intentional very first thing that you do versus reactionary. Yep. I can almost guarantee that a lot of us, you know, do it the other way around. And it really can derail your day. Yep. You know, and and just I love the journaling aspect and and understanding some of the ways that you ultimately journal because it really does put you in that mindset. It will put you in a place to help you go out there and win as things are flying off as the day goes on and the spontaneity of real estate hits you, which is going to hit you, you know, you're gonna be able to be in a much better mental space to be able to accomplish that ultimate mission. Yeah. And things will push against it. I'll kinda leave it with this. So I, like everyone, have the urge to wake up and check my phone, check my text messages, emails, social me whatever. We all have the urge likely because it's built into our our day to day function. And I remember, like, I would I would wake up. I usually get up a little bit before my wife, and I was using my phone as a flashlight to kinda read my my devotion first thing in the morning. And so what I would notice is I would, like, see something on my thing real quick, and then I would kinda, like, look at it. Before I know it, I would be, like, five minutes into this path I didn't wanna go to. And then I would start getting kind of and so I actually had to keep a little flashlight next to my debt next to my bedside table and utilize that instead so I wouldn't be distracted by grabbing my phone. And so it creeps in you when you least expect it. But, again, understanding the things that are gonna push against you and understanding how to, you know, keep yourself focused on the right things. As you start to do it, you can't go tomorrow and completely transform your life. Right? It's not gonna happen. Pick one or two things that you wanna start. Hey. I'm gonna make time for this every single day. Hey. I've been wanting to learn more. I've been wanting to do more self development. The people who are on this call are taking thirty minutes out of their Friday to to learn something and to hear something that can help better their career and and hone in on their craft. But do that every single day. Hey. I'm gonna take thirty minutes to do x, and then maybe the next week is, hey. I'm gonna take thirty minutes to do this, and I'm gonna do thirty minutes of x. Like, you solely build into this process to become this, I guess, refined version of who you who you wanna be. And I think Suneet said it so so eloquently by saying, like, you have to be intentional and not reactionary. Yeah. Awesome. Okay. Well, Suneet, we thank you so much for coming on today.
