We just finished our other Zoom, our just listed and just sold, Power Mail and digital marketing. And so sorry we got here just a a minute or two late. We also have a live studio audience today, which is fantastic to be part of this series. And, today, we're gonna be going through ShowingTime plus showcase, which is elevated services for listings. We briefly talked about some of those, additional things that it provides. If you could, what's the we got we got your name right there. Cool. Perfect. Okay. Alright. We are live if we could in the audience. So we are gonna be going through this. I'm gonna bring in Garrett who is gonna be joining us from showing time plus. So if Dave, you wanna bring him in here in studio. I'm not quite sure actually how we are gonna hear him, but I know you guys will hear him on the Zoom. He is going to be walking us through, the offering today. And, we are gonna be doing a raffling off of some showcase tokens, which you will have a total of six months to use. We're gonna announce those tomorrow morning at eleven? Yeah. Alright. Perfect. Perfect. Yeah. Excited about this. You know, we're today's topic really is about bringing maximum exposure to sellers, which is something we're passionate about here at LPT. It's listing power tools. It's the power packs. It's the the just listed and just sold direct mail we talked about. It's the our internal digital marketing products. And then, you know, the showcase product is your ability to boost that listing on the most visited website in real estate, Zillow. And And so I'm really excited to have Garrett joining us here today. Again, everything we're doing is all about agent choice, us giving you the products you need to bring maximum exposure, and you decide. You decide when it's the right listing to use that showcase product. You decide when it's the right listing to just use the interior or the internal LPT Realty tools. We're all about giving you the opportunity, you the choice, you the access to the tools so that your seller can have the absolute best experience possible at your crafting, at your decision as the trusted real estate agent they hired to list their home. So, Garrett, excited to have you joining us, excited to to be able to to offer the the amazing showcase product to our LPT agents. And with that, we're gonna turn it over to you. Alright. Thanks so much. Appreciate it. Yeah. Excited to be here. Excited to partner with you all. This is huge. It's a great tool to be able to, you know, elevate yourself and your listings. So, I'll go ahead and, share my screen here, and, we'll get started. Alright. So on my screen, you'll see, Zillow Showcase and the LPT logo. Just go through what we're gonna go over today. Right? An introduction, some product overview for those of you that know about Showcase. Great. But we're also gonna go over from those who don't know what showcase is. We're gonna go over, like, the program offer and what deal you're getting through LPT. And then we're actually gonna get into some tactical stuff because I know that everybody's asking for that. Like, how do I log in? How do I order? And then what, you know, resources do I have available? How do I get help if I need? So we'll get through that, and and we'll talk through all of those pieces. Before we get into the showcase overview, a little bit about me. My name is Garrett Mosgrove. I am the manager of enterprise customer success for Showcase. Previously, before taking this role, I worked at ShowingTime. So I know a lot of you probably use ShowingTime for your showings. I was the manager of customer success over there. And then prior to that, I was a listing manager transaction coordinator for a team that did about three hundred deals a year. So real estate's in the blood, and, I've been I've been in the real estate industry here and and around it for about almost ten years coming up. So, crazy to think about. So we'll go over what showcase is for those of you that may not know. Right? First of all, it's a, you know, a captivating new display. It's not enough anymore for you to be able to just capture people's attention. Right? Like, we're in TikTok. We're in Instagram. We're scrolling all the time. You can have somebody, like, see your listing and be like, oh, that's cool, but you wanna hold their attention. So So you wanna grab their attention, and then you wanna hold on to it, and that's what showcase can help you do. It also has a unique map icon called a sparkle and a little showcase tag. And you're like, okay, Garrett. I don't care about a sparkle. I don't care what that this looks like. But consumers love it. You know? They see a sparkle, and they're like, oh, what's different about that listing? And then what we're also letting you do is really harness the power of Zillow's database. So you're able to tap in to those people who have search parameters in Zillow. We know that we're the number one visited site and that consumers who are looking to buy a property and and are actually actively looking have search parameters set up. They wanna they know how many beds and baths they need. They know what price they can afford, typically. Sometimes people love to dream and shop, but, typically, when they're setting parameters, they think they know how much they can afford. And so if your listing fits within their search parameters, it's gonna be prioritized in the search results, and you get an email marketing piece. And I'll go into the email marketing piece here in a second. So what I did was I went and found a couple LPT showcase listings that I wanted to show you. And so I'll hop out of presentation mode here real quick, and I'll show you these listings and and and what they look like. So the first one I pulled for you was just a beautiful listing by Mason in Virginia. So it's just a beautiful property. And when you start out, you can see here there's just a hero carousel of images. So you all have seen a regular listing on Zillow. You know what that looks like. It's just a static images that come over from the MLS. Right? But now it's this captivating display. Then as you scroll down, you can see that Mason's profile information are right here under the listing. So you know that screen appeal is the new curb appeal. Right? People are visiting properties online before they go visit them in person. They also wanna know about the agent before they go in person. So this allows you to brand yourself and have your own agent billboard on your listing. So you'll see here Mason has his bio. He has his name, his website, and his phone number. As you scroll down, you'll also see that the remarks come over directly from the MLS. This has been on the market for four days. It already has twenty nine hundred views, a hundred and fifty seven saves. We're saying it's likely to sell, faster than ninety nine percent of properties nearby. What we also see here is we overlay the floor plan on the map view. So as you scroll out, it gets a little tiny because the map, but we overlay it in re highly residential areas and everywhere so that you can see where is the living room or the primary bedroom. Does it face a road? And right now, it's just the first story, but we're looking to add few more stories in the future. We also then have this group by room functionality so that you as the agent can choose which rooms do you wanna highlight. So, again, as someone's scrolling on their phone, it looks just like this, like it does on the desktop view, and consumers are like, oh, I can envision myself in this kitchen, or I can envision myself in this family room or living room. So you have these photos, and then it shows you where it's at on the floor plan. And then, Mason made a really smart decision here. So, again, talking about how you can brand your properties and brand yourself differently, Mason's able to highlight exterior features of this room. Right? They have a great porch. They have a fire pit surrounded by woods. It looks great. So what are you doing to differently market your, sellers' homes? Then if you click on the actual, floor plan button, it'll take you into a floor plan. And if I click one of these little green dots here, it will actually take me in and show me exactly where the photographer was standing when they took this picture, and it shows a cone of how they took it. So you're able to really see and envision yourself in this home and view the different nooks and crannies and things that it has to offer, like a little, you know, wet bar or dry bar over here. You can also see that the agent is, still, prominently featured right here on the media. Yeah. I see a couple comments that I want this house and I want this house too. I can't afford the eight hundred and sixty five thousand dollar house, but it it's a beautiful, beautiful property. And then you'll notice as I was scrolling up and down that Mason stays with me right here. So up at the top, you'll see that there's a contact Mason button. And when you click on that and a consumer fills this out, that lead goes directly to Mason. So you'll notice that the phone number here ends in seven seven one five. And if I click his profile, it's the same phone number that's right here. The request a tour button does go to a premier agent. So one thing about showcase is it's not a lead generate. Right? This is not a lead generation tool in your, connect, agent intranet. You'll notice it's under marketing tools. It is a marketing and branding tool to elevate your seller's listing and elevate your brand. Right? So, you'll have that here. And, you you can customize this as much as you want. I pulled a couple other listings just that I wanna show really quickly. So Kristen has a great listing here. This is great to do on luxury listings, but you get the most, eyeballs on your listing. So you get the most eyeballs on your listing where? At your average price point in your market. So the average price point in your market is where the most buyers are. And so it's something you can offer that average price point buyer that you didn't have. Those luxury or those luxury sellers, they expect a luxury experience, and now you can offer. Right? But your average price point seller doesn't always expect their agent to, quote, unquote, go above and beyond. So what does it look like if you go to your listing presentation and say, because I'm with LPT, this is what I can offer you, and my listings get eighty percent more views, shares, and saves because I'm able to do this treatment to them. As you look, this property has been on the market for four days, has over thirty two hundred views and a hundred and seventy three saves. And then you can see again, here's where the floor plan is versus the street so you can kind of see where where things are. The other thing I wanna show you is what we're providing you on the back end. So what showcase also provides you is all of these performance statistics on the back end of the system. So you can see how many views, saves, shares the property has, how it compares to similar listings. And I'll zoom this in, make sure everybody can see it here. We also provide you a graph to show you how many views your listing is getting versus the average listing. So the average listings that this is compared to is forty, and day four views, she had eight hundred and one. We're gonna break these bar graphs down so they are a little bit more, you know, legible. So you'll have a page view as a saves and shares graph. You can also see how many emails were sent out on the property. So remember I told you about tapping into Zillow's database? Showcase automatically sends an email to everybody who has search parameters set up when your listing fits within it. It. And it's just about your property. Right? How many people probably sitting in that room, probably online, have seen a Zillow email where it's like, hey. Here's ten properties that just came active on the market that you'd like. We're entering a spring mark. Right? We directly email, just about your property and you as the agent to these people. And the listing is getting on average about fifty percent opens, so three hundred and two. What you also get to see is you click views by state. You can see where people are viewing. So Texas, California. So a lot of people we know are moving from California to Texas. So then you can say, where should I market myself as an agent if I know where potential buyers are coming from? So San Antonio, Austin, but you see LA, California, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, Houston. So you have all of that. Right? You can see where all the views are from. You can also share this report. So you can click share the report, and you can share it with your sellers. So this report really is a game changer. So I see a lot of questions coming in. Right? We aren't gonna have the ability to have people come off mute with their hand raised, but we if you are coming in late or you haven't joined, I will be looking at the chat and answering the questions as best I can. But just wanna let you know, we will go over pricing. We will show you how to log in. We will show you how to do all of those things. I will tell you what media you need to have a showcase listing. All of those things will be answered, but just sit tight. We're working on it. We're getting through. I just wanted to show you what showcase is and what it has to offer, and then we'll get to all those other pieces as well. So this is humongous, yeah, data to be able to share with your sellers. And then the other thing too that we have is we've built this one stop shop. So if you use showing time and you click here, in the future, you're gonna be able to see you have a photography appointment, but you'll also be able to see your showing time appointments right here. And so you can integrate it with showing time. So there's a lot of lot more features to come in the future. You can see the editor here and, performance. So you are able to edit any of your photos. You can edit your profile, and then you can edit any of the featured rooms as well. Okay. I'll jump back into the presentation. If that wasn't enough, I'll click slideshow. I have a QR code. You can look look at one of our demo listings so you can do that. And then, you know, we've gone over the benefits again and again, but that updated agent, Brandy. Right? Zillow, we know, is the number one US residential real estate app. Three times more active users than any others in our category, and we have two hundred and thirty one million average monthly unique users. So you wanna get your listing where the eyeballs are, and they're on Zillow. So what are we offering? Right? So Zillow showcase is four hundred dollars a listing with your LPT, package. Photography is a separate cost. You still have to pay for photography for the listing. Four hundred dollars is for the showcase treatment. But what you have is no contract, no minimum. If you went out and got this on your own, you would likely pay more, and you would have to have your own retail contract where you had to pay every month. With LPT, you can choose when you wanna use this, what listings you wanna use this on, and, four hundred dollars, per listing. So it's a super great price, but it also doesn't lock you into anything. And you can use it again, I'll repeat. You can use it whenever you want, on any listings that you So I know there have been a lot of FAQs. So this slide isn't the prettiest, but I wanted to make sure that we got all these out of the way before we even into the other. So here we go. How do I order? Right? First question. I will email all of this out. How do I order? You can log in to your connect dot l p t dot com. It's under marketing, property marketing, Zillow showcase. You order the listing. When can you log in? Once you order your first showcase listing, Britney and the marketing team will get your order. They will order your listing in the platform, and they will tell you to log in. Even before they order the listing, they will tell you to log in. So you'll receive an email at your preferred email or your LPT email. Once you get that email inviting you, you're gonna wanna log in, but you need to order first. You can still log in after ordering just showcase dot com. If you what if I already have an account? If you have a paid showcase account and you'd like to take advantage of LPT's deal, you can reach out to me. We can have a separate discussion about that. I've seen a couple of those in the chat. And so if LPT's deal is better than yours and you'd like to take advantage, you can certainly do that. We can have a separate conversation. And then what if you already have a login with a separate email address? Whatever email address you give to marketing when you order your showcase listing is the email you have to log in with to get the LPT deal, and we can help you with that as well. But, again, you have to order first. Couple questions. Can it be just on an existing listing? Absolutely. If you have a listing on the market right now that you wanna showcase, you can do that. What do you need, though? You have to have a Zillow three d tour, and I'll go over that in just a minute. But in order to showcase, you have to have a Zillow three d tour. So if you wanna showcase a property that's currently on the market, you don't have the Zillow three d tour, you wanna go back out and have somebody capture that. Number two, how long does the showcase treatment last? It lasts for the life of the listing or as I like to say, the life of the listing agent. So if your sellers wanna take the listing off the market for thirty days because they're going on vacation or they're doing some remodeling and you put it back on the market, you're still the listing agent, it will remain showcased. You don't have to buy another credit. So it's one credit for the life of the listing or for the life of you as the listing agent on that property. So how are you gonna log in? Well, first, you're gonna order. Again, alright, we'll go back. You're gonna log in to connect dot l p t dot com. You will click marketing. You'll click property marketing. Then you'll click Zillow showcase. You'll order your listing. So you will order your listing through there. You'll put in your address. You'll put in the listing price. The marketing team will then receive that order, and they will do that. Once you've received an email for them, letting them know letting you know, hey. We've added you to our account. Then you're going to want to log in. You can go to zillow showcase dot com, enter your email, click continue. So, again, you have to have to have to make sure that they've invited you first. If you try to log in, it's gonna let you create an account, but you can't order a showcase from there. Once you do log in, you're gonna wanna do a couple things. Right? Just as you would with any other site. It's kind of like setting up your dating profile if you have one of those or you've experienced that. Right? You are, you know, putting yourself out there for potential other potential sellers and potential buyers. So you wanna make sure you have a headshot. You wanna make sure that you're connecting your Zillow agent profile if you have reviews and things you'd like to share, like Zillow reviews there. You can also put, a little bio. You can put your social media links. Anything that you wanna let, buyers or sellers know about you. So the team is going to connect or order your listing for you. So they're gonna say, hey. One two three Banana Street. Here you go. Here's how, here's your listing. When you log in, you'll then see a list of your properties that you have ordered, right, or that you've used showcase credits on. So, right now so you'll you'll order, and then those listings will appear. And then you'll be able to go in, and you'll be able to order media. Right? So you go in. You go into the listing. One two three Banana Street. You click get media. Everybody's question. What media do I need? How do I do the media? What am I supposed to do? Well, if you live in one of the areas that Zillow Media Experts covers, we've got you covered. You can order media through Zillow Media Experts. All of our packages include the Zillow three d tour so that you are able to have all the media you need to showcase. So sometimes, even if you think, hey. I'm not gonna showcase this property, still order the Zillow three d tour rather through us or your own photographer. And and then you'll have the media if you ever wanna take it showcase. If you have your own photographer, right, we can support that too. So we know photography is a relationship business. We know that you work with people that you know, you love, you trust them. And so we wanna make sure we can support you. Right? We wanna make sure that those people that know how you like your photos taken are the people who can do it so we can help get them set up to capture the Zillow three d two. It's very simple. They are a lot of them already have the camera they need. It's very, cost effective if they need to purchase a camera, anything like that. We have a whole resources page for your photographers. If you're like, hey. I don't want to go through that. Right? We have, I I just threw out an example slide, right, where we picked a listing. And when you go to order media, it's gonna if Zillow Media Experts is available, it's gonna have Zillow media experts right there at the top. Then any other photo companies that are equipped to capture showcase will appear here as well. So you have, like, a boulevard real estate media. It's just an example of a of a company that captures, images that's there that showcase select. Right? So what we call showcase select are companies that service that area that your listing is in that can get you the media. Or you can click invite your own photographer. Click invite your photographer, and you're ready to go. Now if you book through the system through either showcase select or Zillow media experts, it's gonna take you to an order form. You're gonna choose the date and time just like you always would, and it's gonna confirm your order for your showcase listing. For your own photographer, you'll put in their information. They will get an email invitation to upload the media to our system. So there's two things that you should know if you want to showcase a property. Number one is you have to have a Zillow three d tour. And number two is that the media has to be uploaded into our system where they order the listing in order for it to be showcased. You can't order the showcase, but still have a three d tour and have everything on the MLS and have it showcased. We have to have the photos uploaded into our system to be able to do those hero carousel images and the panoramas and everything like that. So once you've ordered media, you'll get it back. It'll be uploaded into the system. Then you can rearrange your media. You can download it. This is just like a media center when you get anything downloaded or, uploaded for your media for any other Steam. So then you'll have this. So you can edit your showcase listing. You can download your media, upload your media to the MLS, and then you can paste the MLS friendly three d tour as a fail safe into your MLS. And then you can, make your listing active in the MLS. So the easiest path to do this is as soon as you get a listing agreement signed, you sign that listing agreement. You're like, I'm gonna showcase this property. You order your showcase and you pay for it, and then you go ahead and, start building your listing in the MLS. You get photos scheduled. You edit. You get the photos back. You edit your showcase listing. You upload your media to the MLS. You take your listing active, and then it is automatically showcased. I already jumped the gun a little bit here with the view shares and saves, but I just wanna talk to you about how are you positioning this in your business. Right? And there's two ways that you can go about. Right? If you're sitting in the in the audience today listening to this and you're thinking to yourself, I'm gonna wait for the perfect listing to come along until I showcase. Right? You're going to be sitting there three months from now. We're gonna be talking in November. We'll talk in December. And you'll still be waiting to showcase. Right? So instead of waiting for the perfect listing, instead, put yourself into a different mindset and go win the perfect listing. Right? So use this not only as a marketing branding tool for existing listings, but if you wanna increase your listing business or go get listings, market yourself as a showcase agent. Right? And say, hey. I'm gonna go win the perfect listing, or I'm gonna go sit down at, the listing presentation with my sellers and say, this is something that differentiates me, and this is something I can do for you. You. And if you start to build it as a piece of your brand standard, how does that look as well? Right? So I know there's a lot of chatter about leads in the chat. I just wanna remind everyone, not a lead generation tool. It's a marketing branding tool. So how are we talking about people getting new leads? Right? How are we talk why are we even talking about that? Well, it's not the people that click the button that say, hey. I wanna talk to Sally about buying or selling this listing. Right? It's about the neighbors who are the looky loos, who look at their neighbor's property that's for sale and say, hey. When I list my property in six months to a year, I want it to look like that. It's the family and friends who are like, hey. When you listed your property, how did you get it to look like that? Or how did people, you know, do that? Right? It's it's about, you know, hey. Can't come to the open house? Post your own open house. Right? Here's a QR code. Scan this and view my listing, and and do the three d tour. Right? So so definitely about that. Right? The other thing, right, and and we know this is a a leads driven business, right, is that what we're seeing on the listings currently between contact agent and request to tour is about fifty fifty. Fifty percent of the time people click contact agent. Fifty percent of the time people click request a tour. You know, people people ask why why do you do that? Right? Why do you have both? Well, there's two reasons. One, we are contractually obligated, right, to have the requested tour button with our premier agents, with our our agents that pay for leads. And number two, we also want consumers to have choice. Right? So we don't want to have to force anybody into a dual agency situation. And so, you know, we allow consumers to have different options or different different choices. Again, just wanna highlight it because I know I didn't share the report or export it, but you can go ahead and export this report. And it is branded to you, and you can give that to your sellers as well. You know, thinking about I was just talking about ways to leverage, you know, showcase. And it's it's more than just like, hey. Going to the listing presentation, but it's also marketing yourself elsewhere of, hey. This is what I can do. Right? I'm a professional. I have this level of photography. I have this level of listing, and here's what I can do as an agent for you. Come talk to me about showcase. Now maybe showcase isn't the right fit for them. Maybe they are a hoarder, but they reach out to you and then you can do that. You know, print something new. We also have postcards and marketing materials. We have a whole suite of things that are cobranded for you that are free, that are in your marketing hub that you can use. Free designs, but you do have to pay to obviously print the postcards and and mail them, but but free designs that that can be used. Right? I have a I I I wanna call out something real quick. I there was a great chat in here that's, hey. I wanna chain I wanna showcase my listing, but I don't wanna change the pictures. If you have high resolution quality images from a photographer, All you need is the Zillow three d tour, and you can add that, and then you can make it showcased. You don't have to redo the photos. You just need the Zillow three d. Right? So that's a great a great piece to know. What is also great to know is that iPhone photos, photos that your seller took, photos that your sellers like, I want this panorama view. Right? I want this on the hero carousel, but I took it with my cell phone. That's not gonna be high resolution quality enough. Great question of how do you get the three d tool? Well, Zillow media experts, if we're available in your area, we sell that a la carte. And then, also, you could talk to your photographer you know, love, and trust if they're gonna start doing this. This would be a great one for them to start out on. They don't have to, thing. All pricing is on the website as well. We also have VIP support available to you. So while I'm one person and I support your account, I meet with leadership, and I'm here to talk to you about how exciting, you know, showcase is. You know, I'm not gonna be available for all the calls and emails about, hey. I'm having trouble logging in or, hey. I got to this step. Right? And so we wanna make sure you have that available. So we do have, support available to you via a phone number, and then we also have an email. And then we also have, photographer support as well. So if you have a photographer that you're using that needs assistance, we have a direction for them to go. With that, I'm I'm getting close to the end, but I wanna, you know, circle back to some of the things in the chat. So great question from two different people just came up at the same time. Can you use a Matterport tour? No. It has to be the Zillow three d tour. You can't use a Matterport to make the property showcased. So it has to be the Zillow three d tour. Right? So log in to connect dot l p t dot com. Click marketing, property marketing, click Zillow showcase, order the listing. Is reporting only available with showcase? Yes. So you only get that enhanced listing reporting with showcase. And it can serve as one of two ways. It can serve to say, hey. Look how great your listing is performing, Or it can be like, hey. It's time to have a data driven conversation about what we need to do for your listing. There's three things. There's updates, there's location, and there's price. If you already thought about and priced in updates or lack thereof, If it's a good location or not such a good location, you've probably already factored that in. So the only other conversation really you have is price, and so do we need to have a pricing conversation? This is available in all areas. It's available across the country. You just have to have be able to get media with the Zillow three d tour. So it's in LPT Connect as of today. Click property mark under property marketing, click Zillow or ShowingTime Plus Showcase, and it will take you there. And then should we order showcase before we have a listing go live in the MLS? Yes. So you can you can use them on a listing that's live now, but the easiest flow is if you start from the listing agreement. So once you get a listing agreement signed, you order your showcase, you order your media, and then you're good to go. And it just flows from there. I'm going through the chat now to see if there are, any other questions. But if you have some and maybe we didn't get to them, there's been a lot going on in the chat, so you can put them back in. Great question about if you wanna purchase multiple credits, can you submit a ticket? If you wanna purchase multiple credits or tokens, can you do that? Yes. If you wanna purchase multiple showcase credits or tokens, you can put in a ticket to marketing, and they can assist with ordering and tracking those if you have a bunch that you know you want to. Currently, right now, there isn't, a photography discount because it's very choose your own. Right? Again, we talked at the very beginning about choice and how we wanna give you all choice of who you wanna use for photography, who you know, if you wanna showcase your properties or not. And so we really wanted to have that conversation about, you know, you choose who's best for you, and we didn't want you to feel like you had to had to use someone. Great question here. If you have to cancel your listing and add it again to the MLS if it's existing and you wanna showcase it. No. If your listing's already live on the MLS, you get a Zillow three d tour. You have all the media. You upload it into our system. We can transform an existing listing into showcase so you don't have to take it down. We have a a couple a couple questions here. I'm trying to scroll back. I'm going as quickly as I can. I don't I don't see Zillow showcase on my LPT Connect. So, again, it's connect dot l p t, click marketing, property marketing, Zillow showcase, then you can order. Number for third party photography support. I'll go back to that slide in just a second. What exactly is Zillow three d? So a Zillow three d tour is just that. It's a three d tour proprietary technology where we also create your floor plan as well. So if I click in here to the floor plan and I click three d home, it's gonna start me in the foyer of the home. I can go into the living room, and I'm able to look around and see all of the rooms of the home. I'm able to see the go into the office, look into the office. I can go here and walk into the hallway towards the kitchen so I can see it. So it is a tour of the home, and then you can see here the cone, and you can jump to the different spots. So you can spin around and see, okay. Here's the kitchen. So that's a Zelle three d home tour. I try not to do it too much because it really lags me on here because it, takes a lot of a lot of effort. It's telling me my connection's unstable because I'm on the three d tour I'm trying to present to you all. Can you show support number? Yep. Yeah. I'll show the support number as well again. No. You cannot. Do you have stats on views using showcase versus standard still photos? So yes. So showcase listings get on average eighty percent more views, shares, and saves than traditional listings. Can we showcase an international property? Great question. Only if it is on Zillow, I believe. So, typically, Zillow is in the United States, where we get data feeds from MLSs. So Puerto Rico, United States, only typically right now. Great question.
