Hey. Do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I Alright. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to today's, Ascend marathon session, our eleven AM class today. We're going through essential tools, that every agent needs. And I've got the amazing Christina Griffin with me, and we're gonna be going through this with you. Just kinda set the stage. Obviously, this week's big challenge is the show the power pack to sixty people. If you were not on yesterday's eleven AM call, make sure you check that out and connect. We're gonna be putting the score sheet back out here this morning. If you had if you've already had some successes, throw them in the chat. I I saw some folks really active yesterday on social media, going out there, making the presentations, getting out of their comfort zone. Remember, the big focus there is we're gonna show the box to sixty people who are not thinking about selling real estate right now, and then we're probably gonna be surprised that some of them probably end up do being actually in the market when they just didn't realize it or you didn't realize it. So if you've had some good, results so far, had some interesting conversations, throw those in the chat to help everybody else get motivated and pumped up. Today, we're talking about essential tools, you know, things that kinda every agent needs in their toolbox. A lot of those are things that we provide here at LPT, some of them through LPT plus, and then some are things you have to go out and get on your own. And so Christina is gonna take us through that list, take us through some of those tools. And then at the end, we're gonna kinda bring it back down to what are the tools on there that you can use right now as a part of this challenge. Right? Like, Zoom's one of the tools we're gonna be talking about and the ability to do that presentation of the box via Zoom. While not quite as powerful as doing it in person, it's still better than a phone call or better than nothing at all. And so we're gonna tie it back together by walking you through which of these tools we think are the most helpful as you have set off on this challenge to do the presentation listing power tools box to sixty people in either fourteen or twenty one days depending on how bold you're feeling. And then also we're gonna be drawing yesterday's door prize winners there at the end of the class as well. So you gotta stick around to the end. I did it first thing yesterday morning. Today, I'm gonna do it at the closing. We'll make sure everybody sticks around with us, to find out yesterday's door prize winners. And then, of course, for being there today. You're gonna be entered in the drawings that we're gonna do tomorrow. So, Christina, you're I guess, first, before we jump into the tools, your thoughts on the kinda challenge so far, I know you've been working on some additional scripts and things for the LPT plus folks, and hopefully, you'll share some of that with the broader group here today. But Absolutely. Give me your thoughts so far as we're getting into the, the Ascend Spring marathon here. I I love it. I love people getting out of their comfort zone. A lot of people right now getting into this quarter, it's trying to decide what you're doing to be able to achieve your goals. And what this is doing, it is giving them that jump start to stay focused. We talked about this morning with LPT plus habit stacking and being able to create that create that one habit to be able to start implementing what they're learning. So I'm loving what I'm hearing so far. I, it's almost like starting the year in in your, weight loss and you're getting in the gym. Yeah. Now it's like that, you know, spring kick start. So I'm loving what I'm hearing so far. Yeah. And I love that. So just so you guys know, you know, so Christina runs the LPT plus program Mhmm. In addition to running your support department and agent experience. And, you know, part of our stated benefits for LPT plus is is two masterminds a week. Well, Christina has decided to take that one step further, and she's now actually doing a fifteen minute kinda motivational power up every single morning Yeah. For LPT plus. I I love how much you pour into that group, and I I love the the ability you guys have to explore the tools together. You know, we we the the the basic idea behind LPT plus is we went out and got all of these tools that we can't give away for free. You know, things like Xudilio and Zoom and, you know, there's some, some telehealth and and prescription drug cards and things in there. Things that we can't give away for free, obviously. But we went out and we bought them, in bulk so so that we could then pass them on to you at a very affordable price at the monthly cost for LPT plus. And then we wanted to layer in the education on top of that because what I know from experience and we all know is the tools are only as good as your ability to use them and understand them and be educated on them and reminded of them. And so Christina took on that challenge of saying, okay. Twice a week and now every morning for fifteen minutes, I'm going to focus on making sure that the agents who have access to this set of tools that are making this little extra monthly investment in their business have the best opportunity to use those and win with those, and so I absolutely love it. You know? Well, we're going through Atomic Habits, and every single day, I we're unpacking one habit. And what I've noticed, the growth in agents, a lot of them have never experienced what it is to have a coach, what it is to be coached in the collaborative environment and the community we're creating is so powerful. I've coached thousands of agents at one on one and in group settings, and I just love to see their growth. Yeah. That's fantastic. Alright. Well, let's jump into today's topic. I'm gonna let Christina take the lead on this one. We've got a great slide deck that her and Matt Levy put together, and we're gonna take you through the top teams, or sorry, the top tools that every agent needs in their business today, and then we're gonna talk about how those tools can help you with the challenge. And I see a couple of folks putting great comments in the chat about, you know, showing the the presenting the box to someone, and they're gonna use them as their agent. They were blown away. I see some other folks talking about they're gonna be part of LBT plus in the future. We're gonna be giving away some LBT plus memberships as a part of those drawings today, so keep an eye out for that. But with that, let's kick off the deck and let you take it away, Christina. Awesome. I'm excited. Alright. Let's go ahead and get started. One thing I want you to think as we walk into learning about tools and resources and habit stacking and being able to understand that the tech tools you use, how they can implement and then work in your business. I have to start by saying, I need you to make a list of all of the tools that you currently use, all of the tools that you pay for that you don't use, and we're gonna talk about how to be able to implement them or you need to cut them. It's super important. Alright. Let's get started. Where's our slide deck? Alright. Can we move it there or no? Hold on one second, guys. Alright. Perfect. Alright. Alright. So let's let's get started, and let's have some fun. I I first and foremost, I want you as we walk through these, I want you to look at it with a lens on what you physically have and if you're maximizing the tools that you pay for. As an agent, you are a business owner, you are the CEO of your own business, and we need to start thinking like that. So that's a big important part on as we're growing and what we're doing together. So smartphone. A real estate agent's most irreplaceable tool is their phone. That is the heartbeat of what we're doing. Right? Daily prospecting, lead follow-up, relationship nurturing, appointment setting, and negotiations. But a lot of us do not use our phone to the capability that we could. Agents with LPT, we need to make sure that we have connect on our phone. We save our connect, program that we use each and every day. Your CRM, most of you have, and we'll talk through that. That is an app that is going to exist on your phone. You need to download the apps that are important, and you need to use it. A lot of you probably need screen time so you don't go on the apps that you shouldn't be using that reduces your productivity. So your smartphone, super important, and it will give you the ability to be able to achieve your goals. So that's the the foundation and the baseline. We can move to the next one. Alright. Real estate website and lead capture pages. Every single one of you needs a website in a lead capture page that you're going to you're going to use. So an agent's website is more than a digital placeholder. It's your online headquarter for lead capture, lead generation, and client conversion. So it could be kvCORE, Lofty, IDX integration, but these are lead magnets, and these are landing pages, and their automated routing will turn your website into the best place for visitors. So with your website, are you using it to the best of your capability? When is the last time you updated your profile on your website? Do you have a blog on your website? Blogs are one of the best organic captures to be able to grow leads and to be able to grow opportunity. All of the sites that we mentioned, they have free blog options. It could be as simple as creating content, throwing it into AI, and saying create an SEO optimized blog for a real estate agent with LPT and in talking through how to be able to build that content. I do go deep in LPT plus on how to build content, but every one of you need to start looking at your website as a lead capture magnet. Do you have sites build out that have the cities and the areas that you work? Do you update it? A lot of you have created your your site, and you have not probably gone back to update content since the last time you turned your website on. So that is something I want you to utilize, and I want you to think it about how can I use my website to be able to create more opportunity? This is a given. MLS access. Right? MLS access is a total nonnegotiable. It's the most essential data source for marketing activity, property listings, comps, and inventory shifts. A lot of us forget that our MLS has free options. Some of you may have Reminds. Some of you may have a CMA tool that we're gonna dive deep in. It depends on your MLS. So when is the last time you looked in you went to your MLS, and you looked at what added what added tools do they give me for free that maybe I'm paying for somewhere else that I can shift over to what my MLS provides. Also, your MLS, I want you to look as an agent. Most of us forget that we add a bio, and our MLS will syndicate to other websites our information. When's the last time that you went to your MLS, you added the bio on your MLS because that needs to be updated, your phone number. Again, these are simple things, but our MLS, we need to use it to the best of our ability. K? Lockbox and and tool systems, that's a given. Every one of you need that to be able to do business, to be able to have the opportunity to go show property. So that's a given. Okay. Transaction management software. I love first and foremost, I love all the, comments in the chat. I love around, the different apps that you guys are sharing. And we are going to go deeper on lofty trainings inside of LPT plus as well. But I here's what I want you guys to look at is when you're here, I want you to look at a lens as I'm going through these slides, and I want you to write down the things that you're going to implement and the the things that you're gonna go back and and dig into to be able to impact it in your business. So I would love to know for each and every one of you, transaction management software. Who's using SkySlope? Who's using Dotloop? I I would love that that just, clarity or using something else. Perfect. Alright. I I love the chat, and I love, the comments. Thanks, guys, for for, having fun with me. So staying organized. Do you have a transaction coordinator? A lot of your transaction coordinators, they're gonna use transaction management software, software, but we need to, as an agent, we need to be able to use the software that we're we use each and every day. Have you downloaded the Dotloop, app? Most of the software programs have apps that you can do on your phone where where you can, on the fly, be able to make edits and changes and things things like that. You need to go all in and using one platform that you're gonna implement and use in your business. So it's gonna help you stay organized. It's the difference between thriving in business. So I need you to make sure to look at which one you're gonna use. Do you know how to use it to the best of its ability? And I want you to make sure to add training so you can go all in and being as efficient as possible with your transaction management software. K? Okay. This one I'm gonna spend some time on. What's the best CRM? It's the one we use. We run a business. A CRM is going to keep us organized. Most of them have front facing websites or connections like Follow-up Boss two, things like YLOPO, and other integrations for front facing websites. But we really need to go all in in utilizing our CRM. It's the place that we put who we meet every single day. It's the place that we put our sphere and our contacts, but we need to understand how to use it. Part of our learning and growing and part of growing as agents is the usage and the understanding of the platform we're going to go all in and use. So that's first and foremost. Your CRM is your mission control. It's the hub. It's the place that you're gonna go to each and every day. The people that you meet, you're gonna add to it. This isn't just a contact list. It's an it it's an organized automated system that tracks leads, conversations, follow-up task, and transaction stages. You need to be able to understand the automation. You need to be able to understand how you could use it to the best of your ability. Most of your CRMs are going to have training. They are going to have a I call it a fast track, that you need to understand. But this is something you really need to add to mastery because it is the opportunity to be able to change and impact your entire business. So follow-up task, things like that. So Follow-up Boss is one of my favorite with automation. It it is a super simple, easy, platform. We have our our corporate follow-up boss that is an option for you guys that I know Robert will go deeper in. It it has a ton of different automation and follow-up plans built out. I love Lofty. I know a lot of you use Lofty. Lofty is something you are going to have to commit to utilizing and getting it set up properly and going through the steps to be able to do it. So again, Lofty, is your profile up to date? Do you have your favorite smart plan saved? It is something that will change your business, but we have to be able to use it and we have to be able to understand it. BoldTrail, there are many Chime, kvCORE. It is going depend depend for you on what you need for your business, what your financial commitment is each and every month to your CRM. Here is what I'm going to recommend. If you're here today and you're not using one to the best of your ability, I want you to look at the CRM options that are available to you, and I want you to weigh what they do. Some websites, they have a plug and play option where it's super simple to set up a website and smart plans are built out. I would side by side what they offer, and then you need to decide what's best for your business. K? Alright. It's the backbone of predictable income in real estate, so let's make sure we focus on being able to understand and use it. Alright. This is a given. I love Zoom. I use Zoom probably daily other than the times that I'm with my family, on the weekends. So Zoom has an incredible app. Zoom integrates with one of my favorite systems called Otter. Otter is one that it will transcribe, and it can connect to your calendar. Download Zoom. Do yourself a favor. It will make it so much easier on your phone accessing Zoom and accessing the, capabilities with it. A lot of us don't realize that Zoom keeps adding additional options inside of Zoom, but this to me, a paid version of Zoom Zoom is nonnegotiable as real estate agents because it's going to allow you to have meetings with your clients, allow you to record, allow you to keep track and do so much more. Weirdly, I love all the fun. I this morning, I did this and a a big, hand thumbprint came up. So it's fun and interactive. So, again, Zoom is is important. Zoom allows agents to expand their geographical reach, strengthen client relationships, and maintain efficiency. So make sure to dive into into Zoom if you haven't already. Okay. This is a nonnegotiable, in my opinion, moneymaker. I personally have closed thousands of cash transactions. Cash offer platforms are one of the biggest call to actions that can completely impact and change your business. So there are paid and there are free options. So regardless what your business is, and what price points you work, there are always going to be investors. There are always going to be cash offer options. So I'd love to know in the chat if you're using cash offers as a CTA, what you're using, what which company you're using, and any type of success that you're willing to share. Here is as I dive into these platforms, I want you to think about your lead generation. If you're door knocking a expired listing, if you have an open house and you are in your open house and you're you're dropping an open house box and you're emptying your power packs, it gives you that other layer of foot in the door. Instead of prospecting for expireds and you're approaching on, hey, I know your listing didn't sell. Why don't you give me an opportunity? Your agent had you know, the marketing wasn't great, you're going into the the dialogue around expireds, or you're farming or circle, you know, circle prospecting, things like that, cash offer gives you the foot in the door because you will very rarely ever have somebody that says, if I said, Greg, I am, I I have an open house in the area, and I wanted to invite you for a chance to meet your neighbors. But just curious, would you be interested in a cash offer on your home? I can give it to you quick and easy with no obligation. More than likely, Greg's gonna come back and say, yeah. What's the catch? There's no catch. Can I have just a few minutes to take a tour of your home, take some photos? And after my open house, I'll, drop off and let you know what cash offers are available to you and see if it's an option for you. Sellers usually will never turn it down. Now I go through conversations, dialogues. There's letters. I want you to imagine around a dear neighbor letter with our cash offer power packs. They're powerful. So in today's competitive market, speed and certainty often win the listing. Cash offer platforms such as Zuodelio empower agents to present instant investor back offers to sellers, creating solutions for homeowners who value convenience over traditional open marketing. So those of you that offer cash offer and con conventional listing options, I promise you you're gonna win more. Because I want you to imagine when you go in next time to a listing and you say, hey, let's see. Marilyn. Marilyn, I it's so great to meet with you. I I wanna be able to share with you Opendoor, Offerpad, ZooDelio, their multiple options, and this is what I could do for you on the open market. What works? When we look at it as even if the offers are low, when we look at it as the opportunity to get our foot in the door as a, conversation starter and presenting the option regardless on how much money the the, institutional investor or the iBuyer or traditional investor, charges upfront or not, it still is a vehicle in the most powerful call to action in real estate regardless if it's commercial or residential. Alright. Let's go on to the next one. K. Business cards, print marketing, despite the marketing towards digital, tangible materials such as business cards, door hangers, postcards, flyers, it is one of the most powerful that will set you apart. There are so many listings that I hear agents go in with our marketing materials. Imagine, our magazines or our power packs or our open house kits. Imagine going into a listing and you being the only seller the only face to face with that seller that brings tangible marketing material to show that seller then I'm not just going to be the agent that puts the house on the MLS, puts a sign in the yard, and hopes for the best. That it it's gonna set you apart. So listing power tools and, having print marketing is a proven formula for building trust and leaving lasting impressions regardless if it's buyers, sellers, your home service providers. It will impact your business, and it's the layer of the tools we went through with the print marketing that is the most powerful. Okay. Alright. We have CMA. A lot of you have different methods for going into a property and presenting the value to a seller. Being able to understand the pricing and how to price a property in this market to sell is super important. RPR and Cloud CMA are the two most plug and play powerful CMA tools that will help you price a property correctly, whether it sells, sits, or sparks a bidding war. Being able to understand how to present those options to a seller, you should be able to have the tools to be able to do that and do it effectively for you. I'd love to know you with you guys, in the chat, which CMA program are you using? So RPR and CloudCMA, they're great tools if you use it, but you need to use it correctly. And it's important when you go and sit down with a seller that you have enough comparables and you have enough options to be able to say, mister seller, here's my three pricing options. Here is the one that will it will sell. It may take about sixty days. It's gonna give you the option to be able to put it on the market, wait for the right price. This one is going to spark bidding wars. It's competitive. We need to be able to create the the interest and and spark. And I know, mister Seller, because you have to move in the next thirty days and move immediately that this is gonna help us sell it quickly. And then you can also always present the cash offer option. Yes. I know and I understand that the cash offer is a little bit lower, but the great thing about this is and you can show them cash offer comparables. So understanding how to present is gonna help you win and get more listings. Personalized greeting cards, client retention, how to get more referrals, create that authentic lasting relationship will help you. It it's a layer. I hope you you see that it's a layer of tech tools that is going to help you be an agent that creates a lasting impression and stays with that client long term. So Appreciation Marketing, the owner of SendOutCards, it's a great book that he wrote that really dives into what that looks like. I want you to be an agent that creates that impression with your clients. Birthdays, home anniversaries, buying milestones, life events, just because cards. I'm a big fan of a minimum of four cards a year, and then you have life events that you're gonna trigger with home anniversaries and birthdays. You want to be the agent that they remember. How many of you, and I I want you to self reflect, have tons of clients that you've sold homes to and you have not touched them once and you're afraid to go back? A card no one throws away. Re engage. It's been a while. Just wanted to connect with you. I a a a card creates that lasting impression. So what I love about SendOutCards and AM cards, I personally use AM cards. But what I love about AM cards, you can preschedule. A lot of us, we worry about forgetting. We worry about the, you know, I have so much on my plate to stop and send a card. It will be hard. So you get to preschedule. But I want you to imagine next time you leave a listing, next time you talk to a client, that if you took less than sixty seconds and you sent out a picture in front of their house of the property and sent a message to them, it was great meeting with you. I'm excited to help your family. It it it immediately goes out right away and creates that lasting impression. So, again, one of one of my favorite, and it will help you create more opportunity in the future. Nurture and collaboration tools. As we walk through these tools and resources and as you reevaluate what you pay for, what you don't use, I'm gonna encourage you to use the tools that actually work. Buyer nurture and collaboration tools are so powerful. We have an amazing agent that's in LPT Plus that after, I think she said it was twenty four months, she put her buyers that she hadn't heard from in a while. She's actually closing a lead, and it's been two years. And RealScout woke it up. So imagine having a tool, all the buyers that ghosted you, the sellers you haven't spoke to in a while, the the ones that maybe they bought from you and and they could be interested in again, being able to narrow down those clients and put it in a system that works, that's going to wake them up, that's going to allow opportunity to come quick quickly. And I will tell you, RealScout, it's amazing how the property alerts and how the way the algorithm goes to their email, it it will wake up and create opportunity for you. So most of you most of you all have leads. And if you don't have leads, we need to teach you how. And you need to do every activity in the next two weeks to be able to create opportunity. Most of you have people you haven't talked to in a long time, and and RealScout's the best for that. Professional photography tools and vendors. So as we get listings, and listings will lead to buyers and lead to so much opportunity, It's important to have photographers that we trust. It it's important to be able to have simplicity and be able to count on photographers. So Nextdoor photos and HomeJab are great companies that we use, in our done for you marketing and LPT plus. Listings with professional photography, they're gonna generate more interest. So I do not want you to be the real estate agent that takes pictures with your phone. I want you to be the real estate agent that is going to present an amazing house and an incredible, visualization of the property, So you will never lose one to bad photography. So again, photography is key and vendors that service your listings and help set you apart is very important. Email marketing platforms. Some of you may or may not use these. There are a lot of different uses. It could be if you're teaching a class. It could be your, monthly newsletter that you email to your clients. What I love about Mailchimp and Constant Contact, it gives you the ability to be able to see who opened an email and who didn't. Your CRMs also have the ability, if if this isn't a cost you want to add, that you can build out in your CRMs follow-up plans as well to be able to engage with your clients. So email is one of the highest converting. However, you have to have content that is lasting of value. You don't want to just continue to send a bunch of noise. It needs to be something that they want to open and they want to engage with. So I know a lot of agents will use Mailchimp or Constant Contact even just to preschedule birthday emails to their clients as soon as they put them in to their CRM. So, again, email is amazing. If you haven't done it in a while, I want you to look at your emails that you're you're sending out, and I want you to see how many bounce backs. I want you to see how many open. And it's a great opportunity on the bounce backs or the emails that are not working for you to pick up the phone and call your client and say, I I I'm just checking in. I I tried to send an email and it didn't work. It's just gonna give an ability and a reason for you to reengage. But, again, we're business owners, so you we need to hold accountable the things that we do. So open those alerts and and open and see what, the, response rate and what the engagement is, and it's gonna help, you track and measure if what you're doing is working. Alright. Fantastic. What an amazing list. And, again, I I know a lot of those tools are things that either we offer. Included here at LPT Realty, a lot of them are included in LPT Plus. It's really the whole point of LPT Plus was us going out and getting the tools that we believed in. Christina and I worked together on this, and we've got a couple new ones coming. You might see a new CMA product, being added into LPT Plus here in the near future. But, again, wanna make sure you have those tools. And so, Christina, at this point, let's kinda turn it around and some of the tools that you think are best suited to help agents. Right? We're on this challenge right now. Everyone inside of LPT is focused on showing their power pack Mhmm. To sixty folks who are not in the market, not thinking about buying and selling real estate so they can have those presentations and understand the activity that spurs on, the referrals it creates, the opportunities maybe with someone who didn't think they were in the market, who actually is in the market to potentially sell their home or buy another home. And it all starts with those conversations, and it starts with that presentation. So I mentioned when we first started, like, Zoom is a great one. You know, I'm a big fan of Zoom. I think, you know, Zoom has done wonders for the brokerage. You know, we run Motivation Monday off of Zoom. We're running this meeting on Zoom right now. The ability to start having Zooms with your clients, even to do things like monthly market update check ins via Zoom. Like, there's so much opportunity, and this is one of the reasons why we made Zoom a part of LPC plus because the the free version of Zoom is great, but, you know, it's limited to twenty minutes or whatever. And sometimes you just need a little more control. And so I think if you really are gonna make it a cornerstone of your business, having that paid version of Zoom, which you can go buy on your own or it's something you can get as a part of LPT plus, with us. And then two, you get the Zoom scheduler, which is a pretty cool version of Calendly. That's one of my favorites. And, again, I think it's one that right now in this in this, contest, in this challenge to have those Zoom presentations with the listing power pack. Well, not quite as powerful. I would still go for the in person where you can get it. But, hey, you may have a great aunt or a friend or a cousin or whoever that's out of state, and you can still do that presentation of the power pack to them, via Zoom. Right? And so that's one I love. What what's a tool you think is super helpful right now? I I love the notes function as well. So when you download the app, you can actually see because a lot of us forget the the conversation. It gives you great opportunity to follow-up. So our phone, our CRM Yeah. And cash offer platform. It is the best call to action. So during the challenge, a lot of us need to really look at who's in our phone, who we haven't talked to in a while. It's a great opportunity to reengage. Our CRM, the amount of people that we have in our CRM we haven't touched in a really long time Yeah. Is super important. And the cash offer call to action will always be able to get your foot in the door at with a really incredible value proposition. And then accompanying with RealScout and Scout and your CRM, it's gonna help you wake up more people so you can present, the our, things in the town. Yeah. So can we get the Tracy, can we get the PDF link thrown in the chat there? And then, also, you can find the PDF for the scorecard inside of LPT Connect as well. So so for the for the challenge, I want you guys to print the scorecard, and I want you to look at the amount of people that you need to speak to each and every day. And where are those people? Your phone, your CRM. Yep. Yeah. We're using your your, social media chat history. You know, a lot of great ones in there, people you've talked to via social media chat, email history. Again, really making sure that you've got all that. Tracy, just do the scorecard in there. Dave, we can throw the scorecard up on the screen as well. So, again, it's all about getting you guys fired up, taking that purposeful action, making sure we're getting out there, you know, into our communities, into our phones. Yeah. We've got the so a lot of this is geared toward people you know. Right? The the sending a video text, the social media message, the sending an email, the text exchange, those are people you know. And then the event based demos, the door knocking based demos, this is great ways to get into folks that aren't necessarily in your sphere. And so remember, you get the most points for the first of each of those actions you do because I want you to get out of your comfort zone. I want you to actually try every one of those because I promise you there's one on there that you hate. Right? And that's the frog I want you to eat first. If you're saying, hey. I don't wanna make a video and send it out as a text message to my, you know, great grandmother telling her I wanna show her the the challenge box. And that's what I want you to do. If you say, hey. I don't wanna go door knocking and take the power pack with me and see if a seller will let you know, A homeowner will let me demo the box to them. Maybe I'm door knocking a FSBO or an expired, whatever that looks like. I want you to take whichever one of those you like the least, and I want you to make sure that that's two hundred points that you have on your score sheet when the challenge ends. And then at the bottom, we're taking massive action. Right? How many people can we text? How many people can we meet at events? How many people can we present to via Zoom? So it's all about getting fired up. I know we had a lot of activity yesterday. A lot of people were excited, and a lot of people surprised by the reaction or the results. Right? Like, we kinda take the tools for granted. Like, we we see it every day. We understand the business may be a little too much. And when you you go meet with someone for the first time and you show them the power pack and you see their reaction and you see their impression, like, wait a minute. Wait. Wait. You're gonna print that of my house? Like, every time someone lists their home with you, you do all of these things for them? Like because, again, the the public perception is that our industry doesn't do much, you know, and it's wrong, but it's the public perception. Oh, they just throw the home in the MLS. Well, the power pack breaks through that misconception, and the power pack positions you. So in a way, we're actually taking that public misconception, and we're making it a positive. You know, we're we're turning it around and saying, well, we have other agents may only do that, but let me show you everything I do. And and I what I love is as agents are are going through this challenge, and they're getting that reaction from someone in their sphere, again, someone who maybe didn't think they were thinking about buying or selling, it really lays the foundation for you to have that that better twenty twenty five for you to push the needle forward. And and there is no replacement for showing the power pack to sixty people, and that is what we are focused on for the next twenty one days. I I have two agents I spoke to this morning, and, one got two appointments to show the power pack. They were door dropping because they do weekly. They're prospecting leads and they do the five to the right, five to to the left, and five across the street. And two of the ones that were not the leads they were going out there for intentionally Yep. They ended up being expired one expired and one just a normal homeowner, and they're they're going to show both of those. The other agents, I spoke to one that had multiple engagements. I'm a big fan, and I always teach to Facebook. And on your Facebook, you have all of the birthdays on Facebook. And instead of just posting on the wall, you send them a private message, happy birthday, Robert. How are you? How's your family? And then when they engage back, they they use the message that we gave them, and they're they're presenting to two of them. Awesome. Fantastic. Well, look. I know we're I'm excited about this. I know a lot of our agents are, and we're here with you every day. Right? Every day for the next every business day. Right? Monday through Friday for these two weeks, we're taking this weekend off.
