Real Estate First Friday 04/18/2025- Ascend Spring Success Marathon

Okay. Good morning. Welcome to another Real Estate First Friday. My name is Matthew Hodge, executive vice president. I am joined by my co VP, Louis Fuhrman, and by Robert Palmer, founder and CEO. So real quick, if you could hear us okay, you can give us a quick thumbs up in the chat. Just wanna make sure that we are live in the okay. Fantastic. Okay. We are gonna jump right in. We've got prizes. We've got content. We've got a rundown of the schedule for the rest of the day. So where do you wanna start? Yes. Yes. Let's do it. Let's do it all, man. Jump right in. Alright. Yeah. I guess I can go ahead and knock out the prizes. Okay. So, we got a couple days where the prize is here to give away, which is really exciting. So first, we're gonna be giving away well, let's talk about this first because I did the three night stay. Right? We wanna kinda give people context, like, why we think that's a great prize because we're gonna be doing a lot of stuff coming up here at Ascend University. And my vision really is that we have agents coming to Lake Mary, you know, maybe as frequently as once a month for some type of a live event. You know? And I I I kinda envision it as, like, you come in on Monday, catch the live studio audience of Motivation Monday, and then the masterminds for that, you know, couple of days kick off at maybe one in the afternoon, and then we go go rest of that day, go the following full day, and then maybe one more half day of content, and then people can go back home. We it. Fly out. Orlando is easy to get in and out of. But, you know, we talked about this. The you know, we're having our first, conference at, like, a proper conference space, which is really expensive. I mean, you know, it's not cheap to go to proper convention space. We've talked about kinda why we had to make that move. And so part of our solution to be able to continue offering, you know, the most affordable options for agents to get together is gonna be to use Ascend University here. And so those three night stays are gonna come in really handy Yeah. For people to be able to come in on our dime if they won one of those prizes to come in and stay, here. Yeah. And so today, we're gonna be talking about masterminding. That's one of the main topics. Challenge you guys to create some of your own little masterminds around the Ascend Spring Challenge. Right? So we've got next week where we're gonna be with you twice a day like we have this week, but then there's one more week after that of the contest. Right? We're giving people three weeks to, you know, show the power pack to as many people as possible. Next week's challenges are all around emptying the box, getting out in the neighborhood, you know, how many people's hands can you put a nine critical questions in, you know, how many people's hands, maybe your Internet leads can you give a seven home buyer strategies magazine to or one of the flyers that's the precursor to the seven home buyer strategies magazine. That's what next week is all about. But there's one more week to actually complete those activities. And so what we wanna challenge you to do today is to put your own little mastermind groups together to keep each other motivated through those extra couple of weeks when we're not here with you twice a day. We wanna build those support systems inside of the brokerage. And on top of that, we're gonna be doing more and more in person masterminds as a part of, you know, LPT culture here at the Ascend University. And so, like, we've got a a team growth plus in person mastermind coming up, I think next month. And then we're gonna be putting together an LPT plus members in person mastermind at the nest the following month, you know, here at the Ascend University. And then we'll be doing some general masterminds and general stuff after that. And so the idea is there's just gonna be this rotating schedule of opportunities to come into Lake Mary and be a part of in person content. Because, again, we're really trying to bridge that gap of we're a cloud brokerage. We get together by Zoom a lot more than any other brokerage does. Right? Like, every other brokerage is not getting together every Monday and every Friday and then doing things like the Ascend Marathon. And that's great, but we also wanna start to do more and more of that in person. And so giving people the opportunity to to fly here, you can catch a cheap flight in Orlando. We got great hotel rates down the road. We're giving away the three night stays to help people, with that, and I'm just really excited about the the opportunity it creates inside the brokerage for us to spend more time together face to face here at the Ascend University. Yep. Yeah. And you and you nailed it with opportunity. I mean, that's what it's all about. Right? You know, having a situation in which we have these multiple opportunities where agents can plug in and be in community with one another. You know, what better way to learn and grow inside of this industry than to be face to face with other agents and learning from those experiences. And I know today, we're gonna be discussing a lot about the importance of masterminding, etcetera. But, yeah, I mean, this is something that if we do not have incorporated inside of our businesses, like, we definitely do because it's proven that this is probably the best way for your skill set to be impacted in a positive direction. Sure. You know, if we look down the list of the highest performing independent agents or teams, the majority of these individuals are plugged into some type of mastermind dynamic. You know, there's so many different ways of being able to be exposed to this, and it's really cool to be able to be here at a brokerage where we are here to help fuel that and and support that type of vision. Awesome. Awesome. Alright. I I love that you guys were just labeled the non twin twins in the chat, which I love. You know? Twin twins. Especially when we put you next to each other on a couch like that. It's like the and you're both wearing black hats, and you're sitting the same way with your legs. I guess we're all sitting the same way there. The non twin twins are crushing it today, guys. Alright. So we're gonna so with that context, let's talk about we're gonna give away these three night stays, at the hotel right here next to Ascend University. And so we hope that you will take advantage of that because now all you have to do, if I'm about to call your name out, is cover a flight down to, you know, to one of these upcoming events in Masterminds and come hang out and be in the live studio audience for Motivation Monday and hang out with your fellow agents. So, here we go. Linda Chestnut, d Norton. I guess I'll do city or state too. Linda Chestnut's out of Georgia. Dee Norton out of Tampa. Jeannie Hartman out of Texas. Kim Clayton out of Atlanta, Georgia. Patricia Patrick out of Merritt Island. Justin Rossi out of Texas. Lisa Lambes out of Cocoa, Theresa Moises out of Miami, Holly Bush out of, Bradenton, Ronald Collard out of The Villages, Julio Suarez from Miami, Carla Ochoa out of Dallas, and Joel Evora out of California all receive, the free three night package that they can use Congratulations. To come hang out with us here at the Ascend University. So that's a good one. And then, as I mentioned, one of those upcoming, one of those upcoming masterminds is gonna be for LPT plus members. So now we're gonna give away a bunch of LPT plus members Okay. Memberships, six months of LPT plus on us, which will allow you to come to that LPT plus mastermind coming up in two months. So, you didn't win the three free night stay, but you win the admission to the LPT plus mastermind as a part of your six months LPT, plus membership on us. And those go to, Skyler Murdoch out of Saint Pete, Renee Grossman out of Hollywood, Greg Hansen from Kentucky, Stephanie Tanner from Orlando, Jennifer Hubenak out of Texas, Nola Thornton out of South Carolina, Markisha Smith out of Minnesota, Leona Newell out of South Florida, Serena Klomp out of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, Bill Bambrick out of Northpointe, Tanya Thompson out of Virginia, Jared Martinez from Texas, Mary Colgan from Tampa. Alright. Graysh O'Farrah out of Florida, Sofila Grunham out of Texas, and that is our LPT plus member, six months free LPT plus. All that. I'll ask you to do those guys. Yep. Dave, we need some clap music y. What is it? The little clap sound effect. We don't have the studio audience. You're right. Yeah. Absolutely. Hit it on cue, Dave. Alright. And then finally, we have three, Team Growth Plus memberships we're giving away. So six months, of free Team Growth Plus, which means they'll be able to come to the Team Growth Plus mastermind that's gonna be happening next month. And those are going to, Leah King out of Tampa, Nicole Prince, who's on Jason Austin's, his co team leader there here in Orlando, and Heather Myers. Heather is out of Virginia. Alright. That is our team growth plus winner. Six months of free team growth plus there. So we are well on our way to our hundred thousand dollars in cash and prizes as we wrap up week one here of the Ascend Marathon. We appreciate you guys that have been sticking with us and hanging out with us here, through all of these. So congratulations to all of our winners. We are excited to see you in person because almost every prize we just gave away is in some way related to coming to an in person mastermind here at Ascend University, either by covering the hotel rooms or the memberships. You need to be a part of those first two masterminds. So excited for that. Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. Yeah. So So on that thread, man, let's get into it. Yeah. That's what it is. You know? And then we'll talk about today's schedule. But, like, we we've we talk about this a lot. I mean, we we mastermind a lot internally. You know, we spend time together. I have this Sprinter van, you know, maybe some of you have seen pictures on in social media. It's got two TVs in it. It's got the chairs and everything. And there are times when we will have these masterminds, like, maybe we're going to Miami and we take the Sprinter and those that four hour ride together in the car or whatever is a great time for us to just get together and collaborate, as a leadership team. You know, masterminding with our agents, before we started the construction project, we had a couple of great masterminds here, when when this building was known as the nest. You know, Larry Bird's nest before we got into the idea of Ascend Initiative University, AIU, here. And, and so now we're getting back to that. We're getting back to our roots with these masterminds, with these opportunities. And I know, again, I know you guys understand the importance of it, and I think it's a really exciting thing that while we've done a lot of this over Zoom, now bringing the in person mastermind component to the cloud brokerage. Yeah. And I I think what I love about masterminds, it gives you the ability to be around people who either facing the same challenges that you are or have previously faced them and overcome them. And you have the ability to just tap into that resource and say, hey. I don't need to necessarily reinvent the wheel. What you did to solve this obstacle seems like it fits my playbook, and you leapfrog that obstacle. And so that just happens on so many different levels. And so you've got that aspect of it, and then you've got the mindset, the the side of it where it helps you reason through the business. You wanna see it through the right lens. And the more people that you have that are high level thinkers, that are in the same industry as you, that are, you know, running the same teams or maybe have the same aspirations of you, again, there's that compounding effect where you get to start to absorb the positive things from from that environment. And so I think it is incredibly useful. It is something that, like like Robert said, we do here internally as a team all the time, and it shapes the way that we think about things. I think it elevates our skill set. It allows us to truthfully see the playing field a little bit differently than just looking at it through your own lens, and I think that is absolutely invaluable. So excited to jump in today and and kind of talk about the ways to leverage that to help grow your business and how to then pull things away from that to make it actual items. And and masterminds have been proven to work. I mean, we can go back, you know, centuries ago when philosophers would sit around and mastermind together and figure out, you know, a shared vision and a goal and figuring out how to problem solve circumstances. And we are in an entrepreneurship type of business. You know, there's not a textbook that we can go to to the bookstore and figure out how to solve, you know, just do this. You know? And that's why in these types of businesses, masterminding is so important because as you said, you can align yourself and surround yourself with like minded individuals who are sharing a specific goal, who are maybe sharing the challenges that they're experiencing inside of their businesses, and you are able to now grow from different levels. You know, you're gonna be in these mastermind groups where there's going to be issues that arise that maybe these are challenges that you've already overcome. Right? So these are challenges from the past. But by talking through them again, you're sharpening your skills and you're sharpening your tools. Then there are the challenges that you are experiencing today in your business. You know, maybe there's these glass ceilings that you are trying to figure out how to overcome and you're surrounded by individuals who have maybe already overcome those challenges that now you can go in there and tackle the immediate issue. And then there's the future challenges that arise. Right? That maybe you're not in a place in your businesses in which you have not yet experienced them. But by talking through these in a mastermind, when those instances happen, you are now going to be able to overcome those challenges much easier because you're gonna be equipped with the knowledge to overcome it and look around the corner before they even arise. So just the power of masterminding and incorporating inside of your growth and your agent development is massive, guys. Right. Yeah. And you never hit a place where it's like, hey. I've gotten all that I need, and I'm just my business is good. You know, as you solve one obstacle and you elevate your business to the next step, the next obstacle will present itself, and that is the process of of entrepreneurship and growing. Like, you always be overcoming something. You'll get that stable, and then the next problem presents itself. And so maybe it's like, hey. We need to do more transactions, and then you do the more transactions. And it's like, well, hey. We need more people, and then so you gotta solve that. You go now that you got more people, then the next thing presents itself. How do we get everyone on the same page? How do we get the training or the same vernacular? You know? Like, the next thing keeps presenting itself, and so masterminds should be a part of your daily and weekly routine. You know, maybe not daily. That might be a little too frequent. But you know what I'm saying? Yeah. You should be part of your routine in general to stay tapped into the source. And you really gotta work with people who are like minded, who who match your style. Right? And maybe someone who's a little bit different because they're gonna help you see things differently. And so I purposely always try to connect with someone who doesn't really see things the same way that I do. I don't necessarily vibe with at that level. And then someone who's very much like you and I, my unofficial twin, you know, who thinks a lot along along the lines that I do. And so I'd strengthen these things that I'm good at, but then I also have exposure to things that maybe, you know, allow me to think more diversely. Yeah. Absolutely, man. It is like you two are looking in a mirror at each other today. I know. I see you looking this way. You're like, wait a minute. It's a little what's happening over there? The little love seat is is cool that you guys are hanging out on. This is technically a love seat. It is. So you guys are on a love seat. Yeah. Look. I and I think the cool thing with the mastermind is because there's a lot of different ways to get education. Right? There's the idea of, like, hey. Motivation Monday, real estate first Friday. You know, we come on. Maybe we have a special guest, and we're we're educating. Like, we're passing information down, where the mastermind is really more about the collective. Right? It's the collective sharing of ideas. And there's a couple of really cool, I think, effective ways to do that. I think a big panel is useful, like, having the the big panel and then audience participation. You can go kinda round table style where it really is, like, everybody just kind of helping each other. Hot seats are really cool in mastermind where, like, you bring somebody up and they talk about their business, then everybody can kinda give advice or pour into it. But I think there's something really powerful, especially, again, we're we're all entrepreneurs here. We got into this industry as entrepreneurs. You know, we set our own schedules. We have our own definition of success, and we all have something to offer. We've all had challenges we've overcome. We've all had strategies we've tried, that we've succeeded with, that we failed with. Those are the learnings. And then the willingness and the ability to pass that on to each other to to share as a collective is really, I think, where the mastermind is so great. And because, again, we we do a lot of education. Right? We've Ascend University is all about, like, you know, the the multiple classes we're running a week, the amount we pour into the agents, and now this next level and this next layer of really leaning heavy into the mastermind, which is all about agents pouring into each other. And I I again, well, I think the for very small masterminds, I think Zoom can work. But the problem is as it gets bigger and bigger, Zoom gets tough. Like, having a fifty person mastermind over Zoom can start to really get difficult, you know, where you put fifty people in a room together and you can and you can you can achieve at a different level. And then the idea that we have all these different rooms. So over a a three day mastermind event here at Ascend University, you're gonna be in different rooms with different people, different topics, you know. Hey. We've got the and we're gonna do the tour of all the labs on Monday. But we've got the door knocking lab. We've got the community event lab. You know? We've got the the open house lab where we have the living room and the kitchen set up inside one of the classrooms. And so being able to mastermind in that setting. Right? Like, hey. We're gonna put forty agents together in the open house lab where they're sitting in the living room, they're sitting at the kitchen table, and they're masterminding about how to set up for the perfect open house, or we're masterminding about how to deliver the perfect listing presentation, and we're emerging ourself into that experience, which is one of the beautiful things about how we have designed the Ascend Initiative University here, you know, AIU in Lake Mary, is these different rooms. Like, we're gonna have a door knocking mastermind, and there's three front doors right there. So as we're demonstrating, as we're practicing, as we're role playing together, as we're sharing best practices in the mastermind, the doors are right there. We can go knock on them. We can we can try these things out. We can put them into play, and it I I just know how impactful that is. When you take the immersive experience and then we just have some good old fashioned classrooms. Right? Chairs, get in there, talk through a topic, sit around a table. But I think that the immersive labs we've built here, which, again, we're gonna show videos of on Motivation Monday, folks who came in for last week's studio audience got to see a sneak preview of the the labs we've built here. But having those immersive labs, I'm in the event space. There's a ten by ten tent with a power pack on it, and it's set up with my LPT tablecloth. And I can put myself in that position to say, hey. If I went to the local farmer's market or the local chili cook off or whatever it is with this setup, I can practice that. I can get immersed in it, and I have a mastermind of of other agents around me giving me feedback and ideas and pushing me. Like, this concept of the immersive lab and the mastermind at the Ascend Initiative University is just I'm telling you, man, it's gonna be a complete game changer, and I'm really excited over the next couple of months as we start to put all this into practice. And, again, we're never getting away from our roots. The ability for us to touch I mean, we've probably touched fifteen thousand agents, seventeen, twenty thousand agents over the last week. You know, when you look at the attendance between Motivation Monday and all of the classes we've done, we're never gonna lose our roots of that that Zoom connection and that teaching from us as leaders and and from the corporate side. But getting you all together in a room and immersed to mastermind together is that next step because we wanna have it all. Yeah. We wanna have that agent choice where you can decide, hey. This is how I get engaged. This is how I learn. This is how I grow. This is how I develop, and it's all available to me at LPT. Yeah. And and you'll start feeling it where your confidences will start increasing. I mean, this is the closest way for you to practice your presentation. Yep. And the reality is, you know, we don't oftentimes have a lot of opportunities to really practice with customers our presentation. Right? Where we're dropping certain, you know, ideas, you know, the sixty challenge, etcetera, where you can go out there and practice your presentation. But what better way to do it with surrounded by your peers who are able to see it through a different type of lens? You know, there's a very big difference between preparing and presenting. Right? Yeah. Preparing is, you know, sketching it out and maybe going in the mirror and working through it, but you still don't you you you're you're you're unable to handle certain obstacles that could exist when you're not in person with an audience. Correct. Right? And in these dynamics, you are putting yourself in a position where you are gonna get the feedback, and people are in there to help each other grow. We're all here to help each other grow in person, and the energy is truly different. You know, the energy that you'll be surrounded by is really gonna help you propel at a very different degree. And by you constantly practicing your presentation, you're gonna build the habit. And when the habit is built, then you receive the confidences. And then when you're put in those situations where you are working with your con your customers, you are gonna notice a massive difference in your ability to communicate to your customers because you've put in the time to put in that practice to your presentation. That's right. Okay. So we've got about ten minutes left. I wanna ask a couple of questions and then break down, the rest of this today's schedule. So thinking about masterminds. Okay. So I say, hey. Listen. That sounds like a good idea. I'm gonna start surrounding myself with these people. What is the best way to then leverage that mastermind? Do you want to then say, hey. I want to make that about a topic. Do I wanna make it about a peep group of people who are maybe running same size businesses as me? Like, what's the best way to kind of organize that if I'm saying, hey. I wanna start setting this up in my own local sphere. Yeah. So I think there's a couple different ways to approach it. I think, you know, obviously, the the local mastermind is great. You know? And and I think we we see a lot of success there by going cross brokerage. Right? Like, there's there are areas where we don't have a ton of LBT agents yet. We're newer, and I think it is a great way to to collaborate across the industry. And so I think, you know, setting up that kinda open brokerage agnostic local mastermind, you know, in your community, in your market where you can meet on some type of regular cadence. I think topics change. Right? I think topics move around. Like, right now, you'd be masterminding about, private listing networks and, you know, delayed listings and Zillow and all these things happening there. You know, we would have been masterminding about the BBA when that was happening. You know? Then I think there's kinda just general topics, and I think piggybacking off of things we're doing. Right? Like, taking pieces from the Ascend Marathon and masterminding with local agents who maybe aren't at LPT who can still benefit from a lot of these principles and things that we're doing. I think there's a lot of opportunity there. I think we could probably look at maybe having, like, a schedule of mastermind topics that we push out. Right? Like, maybe we say, hey. We're gonna help guide some of that. We're gonna put out a calendar. We're gonna put out some ideas for agents who do wanna run those local masterminds in their own market. Then on top of that, I think there's an ability to create the networks with inside of LPT. Right? And this is I think what's important here is meeting people that you don't already know, like, getting out of your comfort zone. Right. And so a big vision I have is, you know, when we have like, we have the upcoming, you know, LPT plus, you know, mastermind we're gonna do here at the live event. You're gonna meet people there. And so I think one of the goals there is, like, leave with a leave with some decisions about, like, hey, these are five people I met when I went to Ascend University. I went to AIU for those three days. I met these people, and we're gonna continue to meet once a month over Zoom. And And then we're gonna get back together at another AIU event a year from now in person. We're all gonna come to the same one, the same week, whatever. Like, I just I think there's so much opportunity to create both the local network, which can span brokerages, But there are some limitations there. Right? You can't get quite as deep in a power pack because the other brokerages don't have it. You know, the nine critical questions and some of those things don't work as well because they don't have it. But then to have your your internal LPT mastermind that you build by connecting with people, by coming to our events, you know, by by showing up, by making those connections, and then keeping them going, by having the Zoom. Right? One of the things with LPT plus is we give everyone that that Zoom license. Right? They can run longer than the free versions, twenty minutes, and have bigger audiences and all of that. And so we know, like, our LPT plus members are set to host these masterminds over Zoom. So as long as you got one LPT plus member in the group, they can be kind of the team captain because they got that that Zoom license, and and you guys get together, and and you you hold each other accountable, and and you continue to mastermind together, and you build out that support group, and it starts with coming to one of these live events and meeting some new people. And we'll probably start having that where, hey. First couple minutes of the live event, stand up. Go meet four or five people you don't know. Give them your contact information. Send them a connection request inside of Connect two point o. Link up and then stay committed to each other. Exchange contact information. Put yourselves on a group text, a WhatsApp group, whatever you're gonna do, and then follow through and have those monthly Zooms together where you can mastermind together and you can talk about, hey. This is what we're doing out in Phoenix that's working with the power packs. Well, here's what we're doing in Miami. You know? Here's what we're doing over in California. Here's what we're doing in Michigan. Here's what we're doing in Maryland. Like, having all those different geographies to come together under the flag inside of your own groups. Like, that's the vision. That's this is the next evolution of our culture. This is the next evolution of that single connected community that I talk about so much. And we realized that as great as our technology and everything can be, there has to be that human component of it, and that's why we converted this building back into a university because it's a way to bring people together to form those connections. And once you form them, then you can take them back, and they they can live over Zoom. They can live through connect. They can live, through the technology, but finding each other. Right? That's the thing we've been trying to solve for in the cloud. Right. And Ascend University is one more step in that direction for folks who are most comfortable making those connections in person. So there's hey. I know that every month there's a chance for me to go down to AIU, and I'm gonna pick the month that I wanna go, and I'm gonna pick the the three nights I'm gonna go down there, and I'm gonna come away with a new network of people that I'm getting then gonna stay committed to. That's awesome, man. I I love that concept. I love the the peer to peer accountability. You know, we all need that at some degree. Even if you are a self motivated person, you still need that peer to peer accountability. It just hits differently. You will see a better performance out of you out of whatever you're doing with with someone else who's cheering you on and then also making sure you're just staying accountable to the things that you may start to backslide on or, you know, that you don't wanna do. Okay. Well, we're gonna go ahead and end it there. If you're cool with that. Yeah. I wanna go through, today's schedule. We've got Michael Helixson today. What time is that at today, Tracy? Is that one o'clock? Okay. So one o'clock, and it's just about an hour or hour and a half from now, we got Michael Helixson. I think his son is he's an OPT agent, isn't he? Yeah. So, you know, I I met Michael, hey. I met Michael about a year ago. I went to one of his events in, in Texas. It was in the Woodlands. He put me on a on stage with Chris Heller. Okay. That's right. So Chris Heller and I, you know, did a did a great talk together and, you know, he has an amazing group of Club Wealth, you know, agents that that coach with him. And, yeah, his son recently came over as an LPT agent, excited to welcome him in. So he's at one o'clock today. Really fascinating. A lot of his marketing concepts, a lot of his ideas, a lot of the way he approaches marketing is something that really clicks with our tools and how we think about things at LPT. And so that's gonna be a great one today at one o'clock. We had John Cheplak yesterday. I had another coach and, you know, mentor that I really connect with that, again, their ideas around marketing and and putting in the work and, like, getting back to basics are very much in alignment with LPT. And then next week, we have an absolute packed lineup, with amazing amazing coaches and industry experts coming in to teach alongside us. So, really, the the, the Ascend initiative spring conference is off to an absolute banging start. That's right. And, and again, it's exciting to be here at the Ascend Initiative University and where we're taking that and the opportunities for that in person connection we're gonna be able to create, which again just haven't haven't existed inside of the cloud. And we talked a lot about this, and we looked at, you know, hey. Do we do we try to travel around and do regional events? And we we looked at that, and logistics can be tough. And in most cases, somebody still has to travel. And so at the end of the day, the I the strategy that kinda became the cleanest and the clearest and the easiest to execute and the best for our agents is let's let's give them a clear path to come here. Hey. Flights to Orlando were good. We set up this great deal with the hotel down the street. We've got the college campus here, and and let's use that. And now we just need to create the momentum and the events to get people in here, and they can feel that energy and feel that buzz and get connected with their fellow LPT agent in a different way. Awesome. Awesome. Okay. Alright. So we're gonna cut there. Guys, just let you know. A quick yeah. I see a question. Mike Lafito's schedule is absolutely being rescheduled. So we're putting him at the eleven o'clock slot on Thursday. Correct. Yes. So, again, we we bumped one of our eleven o'clock classes to make room for Michael. Absolutely amazing content. Zoo yeah. We I think he's so good, we crashed Zoom. Zoom was not ready for Michael Lofito at four o'clock, last week. So we slid him in at eleven. We've got Shane emotes coming on eleven as well next week. Monday and Tuesday, really heavy into the tools. Right? I'm gonna be doing the nine critical questions prospecting Monday at eleven. We're gonna do the open house power pack at three. We're doing the just the power pack empty the box at, eleven o'clock on Tuesday. And then you can see there all that blue amazing coaches, amazing industry experts coming in and teaching alongside us, and then we're gonna close it out on Real Estate First Friday next week, at with a challenge check-in, coffee with RP. And that's really gonna be about setting you up for that last week when we're not with you every day, when you can't plug in with us twice a day, three times a day to stay focused and stay motivated. And, also, we will have some additional bonus classes that are in Spanish, on Tuesday and Thursday. It's not reflected on that schedule, but it will come out on the Sunday schedule. And so, again, you'll get this full schedule. What's that? Ten AM and two PM. And so you'll get the full schedule on Sunday, and then you'll get your daily, email every morning reminding you of what classes are are happening in that day. So we hope you guys continue to plug in. How are we doing live audience for Monday on Motivation? I think we should. Yeah. I see a couple people asking. So, Monday motivation, yes, we'll do a live class. We'll get an Eventbrite link out. Tracy will take care of that. The rest of the same classes right now are just, just remote. Again, the goal is to change that starting in next month's cycle with AIU. The idea is that we will have live live classes going on during the three days, four days of those events. But, this next week, it'll just be Monday for the live audience. But if you do wanna come in and be a part of a live Motivation Monday, I think we should get the DJ in here again. Brad did a fantastic job. Make sure we get the vibe cooking. So if you wanna come in for Motivation Monday look. If you just want one one of those, three nights hotel stays and you wanna use one of your nights on Sunday night, you know, move fast, get that ticket booked. Tracy can get you coordinated, and we'll reimburse you. We'll cover the hotel room. However, we're gonna do that. Come on down for Motivation Monday live in person. Yeah. Awesome, man. Awesome. Well, I hope you guys have a blessed and prosperous weekend. We are looking forward to a little rest this weekend. It's been a busy, busy week, but excited to jump back in next week on the second half of this. We hope that you guys are getting a ton of value, and you're plugging in. Like, don't just listen to the information and then let it go. Figure out you you can't implement everything all at the same time. Everything that you're hearing, tons of great content. But pick that one or two things that can make an impact to your business, work that in consistently, and then move on to the next thing. So excited for you guys to continue to plug in, and looking forward to, seeing you on Monday. Yeah. So a couple things. Davey, leave, leave the chat. Like, you can kill us and go to music, but leave the chat open. So if some people wanna coordinate with Tracy on, motivation Monday or whatever, need to get her contact information, we can do that. And then also at three o'clock today, Shana and Christina Griffin are gonna be teaching the, buyer power pack. Yep. Forteens. Again, great content today at three o'clock. So one o'clock, Michael Hellickson, three o'clock, Shana and Christina with the buyer power pack. Great action packed afternoon with that. We're gonna fade out here, play some music, but we are gonna leave the chat open. And so if you wanna, reserve a spot for that live motivation Monday, just let us know in the chat there. Make, wait till the people who leave, leave so the chat's not going wild. So Tracy can keep up with it and make sure we we'll make sure we get you registered. I will give this class first shot at those Monday motivation live seats. So with that, David, you can kick us to music. And if you wanna if you wanna coordinate that spot, hang out. If not, go ahead and log off the Zoom, and we'll leave the we'll leave the chat open for the next, like, five or ten minutes. Listen, baby. Ain't no mountain high.
