We're all over the place. Alright. We're gonna have some fun today. It's Friday. I know a lot of you are feeling overwhelmed. You're feeling, excited. A lot of mixed emotion. Today is Friday, and a lot of you are just ready for the weekend. I want to, first and foremost, say that I'm excited that you're here. I'm excited that you're here to be present with what I am, going to wrap up for you. Some of you may know me. Some of you may have never, heard my, coaching, and some of you may be part of multiple times a week for, quite a long time being in my world. So excited for you to be here. I do wanna give I I call it some housekeeping tips as we get started. I'm very interactive. I know we're in webinar format. If you have questions, I want you to do the question directly to the host. So when you are going into chat in webber webinar format, you're gonna have an ability to send a question directly to the host and panelist. So, make sure to send it directly to me. So I'm honored to be able to, handle the wrap up, handle the, last part of the Ascend Challenge with each and every one of you to be able to give you the action items items on what you need to do in your business. Part of my background, I am excited now to lead our amazing support and onboarding and agent experience. I have coached agents, for a very long time. I've had thousands of one on one coaching calls. I personally have sold thousands of, homes. And so I understand exactly what you're doing and exactly what you're going through. So just know that here to help you and going to provide as much as I can that you can walk away and go and implement. And, thanks for all the love in the chat and the private messages. So let's go ahead and get started. Okay. So here's our wrap up. As we go through challenges and as we go through, I I call it the the aspects of a contest. I I wanna first start with a preface for each and every one of you. I am proud of each and every one of you that you went through this challenge. Some of you may have already, gone all in, you're doing the prospecting, I want you to know that it's not too late. You have plenty of time to do the activity to be able to submit, but here's what I want you to understand. This is an identity shift. This is building habits, unlocking listings, maintaining momentum, and I want to welcome you to my momentum stage. Real estate doesn't reward the chaotic, it rewards consistency. You did not just complete a challenge, you triggered a shift. This wasn't a game. This wasn't just points. This this was the activation of a new professional identity, one built on habits, discipline, and belief. And I know a lot of you right now were at all different, aspects of our career, but I want you to be clear. You didn't just market, you prospected with purpose, you didn't just post, you position yourself as a community expert, you didn't just show the box, you showed up for your future, and this is your new starting line, not your finish. I want you to understand that. K? Now from information implementation, for two weeks, you downloaded strategy, systems, and tools. From power packs to cash offers, digital marketing, direct mail, open houses, buyer funnels, team leadership tools. But here's the truth, information is just potential. K? I want you to understand implementation is power. You now have the full playbook, and don't worry today, you may have not been able to do the twenty plus sessions, but don't worry, You will be provided with notes and a wrap up on every single one of those sessions to be able to help you move forward. But if you don't build it into your daily rhythm, it dies with the challenge. I was honored to lead a, power up every morning with LPT plus agents. We unpacked Atomic Habits. And on top Atomic Habits is one of my favorite books. And, one of my favorite quotes is every action you take is a vote for the type of person you want to become. And right now, what does that mean for you? Stop thinking in goals and start thinking in your identity. I don't want you to say I want five listings. I want you to say I'm the type of agent who creates the listing conversations every day. Don't say I want my business, to grow. Say I'm the type of agent who prospects with discipline before noon every single day. Don't say I hope this works. Say I'm the kind of agent who takes daily action regardless of the motivation. And, again, I wanna remind you, I'm gonna throw a lot at you in this hour. Don't worry. You're gonna have notes and action items by the time we're done here today. So I want to say identity is built on action. I want you to think about your favorite top producer. Are they successful because they're lucky? No. They're not. They they've installed habits that most people abandon. They don't wonder what to post. Procrastinate on follow-up. Avoid calling old leads. Wait for motivation. They act first. They plan second. They optimize third. They build momentum, and they protect it ruthlessly. And please don't worry. We're gonna give you the items and what you need to make that happen. K? Alright. Let me see real quick. Alright, guys. Because we're in webinar format, I looks like someone raised their hand. Just make sure to send the host a question if you have any questions, and I'll make sure to answer them, and I'll pause throughout. So, you didn't finish the challenge. You became the kind of agent who doesn't quit on the on themselves. So here's what I want you to understand. That's your power, that's your edge, that's your identity now. We're just getting started. Some of you may have fully immersed yourself into this challenge. Some of you may have just attended a few webinars. But I want you to know that you now have the blueprint to get started regardless on what phase you are in it and you still have time. I'm gonna give you some highlights on the things that I heard through the challenge. I'm gonna give you, I'd say some of my takeaways, and then we're gonna wrap up, and then you're gonna have some notes here today and next steps for getting started. So prospecting power pack. So what I feel and and what I heard is that is the tool that opens doors and starts conversations. You don't need a listing. I want you to hear me. You do not need a listing. Reason to connect. Most agents wait for listings to market. Top agents create listing energy before they even take a listing. Our prospecting power pack is your solution to that question. What do I say to people when I don't have anything to promote? I want you to to hear that. A lot of you could be a brand new agent. You may not have a lot of listings going on right now, but what we unpacked is our tools and resources through this challenge that will give you the tool that you're a professional, visual, and confidence building reason to reach out to neighbors, past clients, vendor partners, a lot of you do not have a home service provider list. You have vendors, people that cut your grass, that take care of your pool, that you do not stay in touch with, vendor partners, open house visitors, people in your phone you've been avoiding. Yes, I said people in your phone that you've been avoiding. A few years ago, I downloaded my entire address book in my phone and sent every person, the forty five hundred people, a message to reengage with them. Yes. People that you've been avoiding because of those difficult conversations. I'm not sure if you remember when Robert Palmer, our amazing CEO said, do the things that make you uncomfortable first. That is a powerful activity. It removes the pressure of pitching and replaces it with curiosity and conversation with our tools and resources. The fourteen day show the box challenge. You don't need sixty sales, you need sixty conversations. So the goal with that, show the power pack to fourteen people in fourteen days. You still have time to be able to do that. Why? It builds momentum and creates warm opportunities through visibility. The method is any channel. It's in person. It's online. It's phone. It's video. It's social. We have had so many of you that went and got your hair done. In getting your hair done, you showed the power pack. If it's not tracked, it didn't count. If it did not get posted, it does not inspire others. K? I will Danielle, I'm gonna be sharing reengage text before we're done, and you're gonna be able to get a an entire, I've already prepared a ton of them for you. So where do you find these conversations? We are all in a situation that we have plenty of opportunity to create conversations. A lot of times, we're uncertain where to get started. So your cell phone, the last fifty text messages, that was something that was shared during our challenge. So the last fifty people regardless, I had an agent that tell me told me that the investors that text them the, hey. Do you have an off market property? The the people that engage with them saying, hey, do you wanna buy health insurance? They sent messages to the last fifty without overthinking it and got engagement from people in their cell phone, your Facebook and Instagram DMs. I personally, and those of you that have been part of my coaching know, one of my favorite things is your birthday messages in Facebook. Every one of you that have social media, please follow me if you would like. I do have an open profile. Inside of social, you're gonna have people's birthdays. Instead of just posting on their wall, it's as simple as sending them a private message a private message and saying happy birthday, how are you? When they respond, then you ask them if they would be interested in connecting for a few minutes, and that's where you can set up an opportunity with them. Open house sign on sheets, your local service providers. This is every single person that you do business with or you refer your clients. Your neighbors, past leads, older leads could be in your database that have opted in TCPA compliant, thousands of them, some of you have, that you haven't reengaged. Your database, you already know more people than you think. You just need a reason to reach out, and now you have it. Our tools and resources give you that reason. K? Now this is one of my favorite. I have done thousands and thousands of cash offer transactions. So this is your lead conversion superpower. So I the cash offer pack is only available to people in the LPT plus, but any of you can use the cash offer call to action if you know how to create investor relationships. Every seller wants options, give them a reason to say yes. People don't want a for sale sign, some of them don't. They want a solution. Be the agent who brings options. The cash offer power pack is more than a flyer. It's more than a pitch. It's a movement strategy designed to unlock listings, shorten timelines, and position you as a trusted solution in a trusted solution based expert. So, again, a lot of you are in situations that you're trying to reignite old leads. Expired. A lot of expires in your area go expired, but they never get back on the market and they they sell before they go back on the market because a lot of it is off market transactions. I coach on this heavily inside of LPT plus with the tools and resources. But imagine with an expired, reaching out to them, having one of your cash offer power packs or your dear neighbor letters are our tools and resources, and having a different way to engage with them. Offering relief to pre foreclosures, they are increasing. You guys heard Mark King, he he was yesterday. His presentation was fantastic around data. Black Knight is something I personally look at multiple times a week. Offering relief to pre foreclosures and people that are, I call it errors, seniors, tired landlords, different aspects, people that have to sell. Not people that they're they're just curious, it's the have to sell. So the cash offer power pack is a branded suite of marketing and scripting tools. It's designed to spark real conversation, speed, privacy, simplicity, certainty, it feels like a pitch, but when you offer options instead of pressure, it becomes a service. And I coach on this on a high level with LPT plus. We have Zudilio. Zudilio is an amazing vehicle, but I want you you to understand there were many other options. The seller psychology of who this is for, it is a system that if they're afraid of open houses or buyers in their home, facing financial hardship or foreclosure, they've inherited a property and they don't wanna manage, maybe they're just tired of being a landlord, they had an expired listing, or they just want privacy, relocation, divorce, and life events, that's where cash offers are super powerful, and they create a lot of opportunity. So those were two aspects that really resonated with me in our challenge. The other is what every one of you have access to. When you get a listing, we have our just listed power pack. Guys, it's not just a postcard. It it's not just a flyer. It is a full marketing strategy built for geographical saturation, brand awareness, and local conversion. Top agents don't just list, they leverage every listing into future ones by dominating mailbox, social feeds, doorsteps, community conversations, and this is how you become the name they remember when they're ready to sell. A lot of you right now, you could be in situations that your neighborhood does not allow door drops. But maybe, like Robert referred to, maybe the one across the street does. Every single listing that you have requesting that just listed power pack and being able to even use it to go and share and display it, whether it's a community event or a a client that you're interviewing for, it's powerful. And when we empty the box and it becomes part of a habit when we get a new listing, whether we do it or we leverage it, it will create massive opportunity. Now I'm a big fan of our buyer power pack. I the these amazing home buyer workbooks are so powerful. I've been an agent for our license for twenty plus years, and I will tell you this allows you to convert and close with confidence, every buyer, every time. Confidence comes from structure, not just scripts. When you when your process feels seamless, your clients feel safe, and your safety sells, the buyer power pack isn't just about brochures. It's a system designed to build trust, guide the journey, and help any agent, newer season, deliver an elevated, repeatable experience. So I again, I want you to understand, this pack helps you overcome fear, simplify their path, present your process as a guided journey. You don't need to just weigh it anymore. You just need to walk them through the system. Structure builds trust, trust closes deals, repeat that process, and you'll never run out of clients. So I I I love all the interaction in the chat. And here here's what I want you guys to be able to I call it here, is we have processes. We have systems. We have tools. We have resources. We have marketing. And when you are prepared and I I will tell you, I've been an agent for as long prior to LPT being born, I purchased Listing Power Tools. Prior to it being born, I just like every single appointment, I would have from listings to I the contracts. Yes, guys. Contracts preprinted in my trunk. All of you should have all of our marketing material. You should have your cash offer power packs in in a nice simple door hanger bag with a dear neighbor letter that is inside your trunk ready to go that if your client cancels or is running late on an appointment, you can go drop five houses to the right, five houses to the left, and five across the street. These tools allow us to not wing it anymore. We just need to follow the system. Now I love I love love me some Shaina Moats. I've known Shaina for such a long time. I love that she shared how she closed fifty five units through open houses. Open houses are not dead. They're your secret lead lever regardless of how long you've been in the business. Most agents hold open houses for the seller. Top agents hold them to build a pipeline. That's something I want you to hear. They they hold them to build a pipeline, it is not a system. They do not just wait for a house to go on the market, put a house on the MLS. Right? Maybe put one open house sign out and hope for the best. It's about deliberate preparation, appointment setting, local lead attraction. Shane emotes use the system to close fifty five units in a single year all from one strategy executed consistently. I believe in you. You can do it too. Every open house is a lead magnet. If you treat it like a marketing campaign, not a favor to the seller, you're not just promoting the house, you're promoting yourself as the neighborhood expert. Would you be open to a quick strategy session so I can show you other properties that match what you're looking for is a great dialogue. Inside of LPT plus, I teach a a robust system around as simple as door dropping the expireds and pre foreclosures prior to an open house to also create additional listing opportunities. So I I hope you're hearing the the the I I'd say my personal takeaways. There is so much opportunity. Our tools and resources, if we follow them and they become part of our lead generation levers, they are a system. This isn't about signs and snacks with an open house. This is about building authority, community visibility, and lead velocity. I want you to treat every open house like a campaign launch. Use every tool in the box, do the one like Robert says, the one you think is weird and different and you don't know why it's in there, put that out first, track every lead, follow-up with every guest, yes, I said guest, ask for every appointment, and this is how you get to fifty five deals a year. I'd love to see in the chat. I'm sure every one of you would love to sell fifty five homes next year. So if you would, I would love you to say yes. If you wouldn't, I I that's probably gonna need to be a personal conversation. You guys are awesome. Alright. So listen. When an open house isn't just about an open house. It's when your network sees you in action in the community, helping homeowners, engaging buyers, they start to believe you're the go to real estate professional. You become top of mind not by shouting, but just by showing up consistently. So the story in now my next takeaway, I want every single one of you that are participating in this challenge on our score sheets, there is one that you scan to be able to submit your story. I do not want you to overthink it. I want you to share. The story is the sale. Numbers are impressive, but stories are what move people. That's why we ask for your story submission. The client you helped, the obstacle you overcame, the appointment you booked, the fear you push through, we want to hear it. Now on this section, it it's in two of your sheets. What format? I'm recommending that you do a story on what you were afraid to do before the challenge, but you overcame it. What specific action you took, box demo, open house, and the outcome. What result it led to, appointment, lead con lead conversation, how it made you feel, and what you'll keep doing next. People relate to the struggle more than the success. Share both. Sometimes we don't realize who we're inspiring, but I promise you, you are. You just have to share. And when we make progress public, your audience can't refer you if they don't remember you. Let me repeat that. Your audience can't refer you if they don't remember you, and they won't remember you if they've never seen you. Your job now is to keep tracking your actions, keep sharing your stories, keep posting your wins, and keep showing your systems. The work builds your business, but the visibility builds your brand. And we're so thankful that you're with us. You don't need a massive team. You could be a brand new agent to run impactful events. You just need a purpose, a plan, and people. Events are are ultimate tools for database engagement, lead reactivation, agent recruiting, community positioning, and market authority. Barry Blake who is, out of Mount Dora is part of LPT plus, and I love how he shares about how he is fully involved in his community, the events that he, is part of, the, amazing takeaway bags with his branding and information. You can do an event even if it's for a small buy in, or just by being there with an l having an LPT shirt and a name badge on and just showing up. So one of my takeaways as you can tell is events. And here's what I personally recommend for types of events from what I heard that generate growth. Client events, they build loyalty, trust, get referrals, and create emotional connection. VIP or invite only, they deepen relationships with your top twenty percent. I work with an agent that just did a painting with a twist, night, and the painting with a twist benefited a charity, and they fully sold out. And all of their past clients and VIPs, they showed up, and their vendors help sponsor it. Community pop ups, these I love. Where I live, I'm a big fan of the farmers markets and in the events that they do in my community, this gives you the ability to grow your brand and local recognition. Educational events, those that follow me when it comes to coaching and teaching, you know I love this. I love to be able to teach and train and position yourself as the expert, attract agents and clients, events make people feel something, and people don't refer based on facts, they read they refer based on feelings, most of them. So here's what I want you to think of as you're going into your action items, as you're going into what you need to do and how you need to plan for the coming quarters, pick an event a quarter that you can be part of. Pick a theme or a hook, whether it's a home ownership workshop, a sip and see, a pet photo day, a home value review night, build a short list. Whether it's your neighbors or a target list or fifty past clients, send handwritten invites or text, personal touches equal higher attendance. You can go big like Barry Blake and have a huge a huge event in Mount Dora community that you buy bags and and you're everywhere, it really is gonna depend on you and your budget and the events, in my mind, they should be ran with purpose. Branded signage, buyer and seller power packs at your table, sign in sheets, you post photos, you tag for social proof, and you follow-up with everyone within seventy two hours. I remember personally, I did years ago, several years ago, a bridal show. Hundreds of potential first time homebuyers came through that bridal show. They all registered because they registered to be part of a drawing. So, again, based upon what you do and what your state allows, there are so many great opportunities for events and a lot of them that were shared during our challenge. Now next, using these events for recruiting attraction production, not just people. Matt Meeale, he shared, we don't recruit agents, we recruit units to host value based events, invite people into your world. So I want you to imagine everyone that's with LPT plus, everyone that uses the cash offer call to action, you can invite local agents in your area to a it could be a lunch. Lunches get expensive, you need a sponsor for that, but you it could be just a a Zoom or a a an event, an investor workshop, whatever that looks like to just share, hey, here's my cash offer call to action. This is what I'm doing. It attracts people because when they see our tools and resources, their first thought is how can I get them? Open house power pack workshop, other agents. You can share. Look what I do for an open house. Most agents, the financial cost to recreate what is in our boxes and what we provide will create a lot of outward cost that most of them will never do, and it's just easier for them to join us than do it themselves. So I want you to finish strong. I want you to keep going. This was never just a challenge. It was the beginning of your next chapter. So what you've built in these last two weeks, now I need you to make it permanent. If you haven't started yet, you've got time. You've got a week like Robert said. You're gonna send, those, those that are here that are not with LPT plus, you're going to send your score sheets into our support. Our support is going to tally them and be able to get those to Robert for the decision on who wins the contest. But here's what I want you to know is regardless of where you are in this challenge, you still have time to get started. Momentum is a decision, it's not something that finds you, it's something you create. So it's a choice for each and every one of you. I love Robert's principle on do the hardest thing first. Whatever you're avoiding is usually the thing that will move your business forward the fastest. After the challenge, the temptation will be to coast, some of you, but success doesn't live there. I those of you that have been in real estate a while, you you're like, right? We go like this when it comes to our production. We we get busy with transactions, and then we aren't prospecting, and then it it's it's just a roller coaster. But I want you to understand that success lives in the early morning call blocks, in the follow-up that feels awkward, in the messages you've been putting off, in the stories you haven't posted, in the thing you least want to do. So now I want you to think what's your next hardest thing. Do it first. The real win wasn't the point, it was the pattern. The challenge gave you a reason to prospect, a rhythm to follow, a marketing system that works, scripts that open doors, tools that back you up with confidence, community that inspired your commitment, and now all of that all and now all of that is available to you every day, not just during the challenge. K? Lots of words. So I want you to know, I don't want you to let the fire die. I want you to protect what you built. Your news new habits right now. These could be new habits, or these could be habits that you're revisiting, but I want you to understand that they are powerful. I want you to keep texting TCPA compliant. I want you to keep posting. Keep showing the box. Keep, keep booking appointments. Keep offering options. Keep tracking your numbers, and keep sharing your stories. Because every time you show up, you remind your network and yourself you are becoming extraordinary results created by one big moment. They're built through the small habits you repeat every day, and you did it. Two weeks of straight showing up. Even if you just showed up to webinars and you haven't done the activity, you showed up. You leaned in and you became stronger. Now is the time you just you may have learned a few new techniques. You shifted your identity, you rewired the way you thought, moved, and let inside your business. Now I want you to really truly take some time to think about what you accomplished. You stopped waiting for perfect timing and started taking consistent action. You replaced hesitation with prospecting, posting, and structured follow-up. And if you didn't, I I want you to really understand you still have time to get started. We have a week. You built something far more valuable than a pipeline. You built self trust. You moved beyond trying to figure it out and became the agent who gets it done. You activated your brand, launched your power pack marketing, and followed up with clarity and confidence, not fear. And I will tell you, a lot of you probably had fear, but these wins aren't minor. They are the foundation of a scalable business. They're the blueprint of a dominant brand. They are the legacy building moves that compound over months and years. And here's the most important part. I need you to hear this. This is not the finish line. This is a starting block. This isn't the moment where you coast and catch your breath. Where you coach where you coast and catch your breath. This is the moment where you step on the gas. Everything you want is now closer than it's ever been because you've proven you can build one habit, one day, one decision at a time. K? So this isn't a sales pitch for LBT plus. Here's what I want you to understand. Coaching, training, and accountability and having and being part of a community of people that are all growing, people that are all doing the same activity and working together creates collaboration, it creates referrals, and it creates growth. I coach and train LPT plus twice a week. As you can tell, I'm very passionate. Where where momentum becomes mastery, I want you to understand that success loves structure, growth loves accountability, and greatness grows in your community. You have just experienced what happened when you get it clear on your plan, stay consistent, plug into a community that supports you. But here's what I want you to understand. A lot of you right now, you may not be clear. Maybe you feel like you're alone. Maybe you feel like you're in a situation that you're not maybe you're not being supported, maybe it's just you and you don't know anyone in your area. That is the beautiful thing about LPT plus and what we are, what we have built with five hundred plus amazing agents across the country, an amazing coaching community around people using tools that are all focused on pro productivity and helping each other grow. So I I want to say, if you want to stay consistent beyond the hype, value discipline and structure, want a system not just motivation, you want to build a business that scales with with pre with predictability, you want to lead your yourself and maybe a team into greater impact, the challenge ends, but the work starts now. Massive results don't come from motivation, they come from small actions. Repeated with purpose, now is your moment to decide, will this be a season of effort or will this be a permanent start in a new standard? So here's what I want you to hear. The last two weeks have been a lot. A lot of you have been overwhelmed trying to keep up with the activity, do the webinars, and what you need to do to be able to stay and be consistent. But I am gonna I want to invite every one of you, if you wanna protect your habits, scale your conversations, structure your day, build consistent closings, and never go back to waiting for business again, join us with LBT plus. We believe in you, now is the time Now is the time you believe in what's possible when you don't stop. I need you to do and sit this weekend, whether it's today, tomorrow morning, I those of you that know, I get up at four thirty every morning. It didn't happen overnight. Personally have lost ninety plus pounds in the last year, working out and taking care of myself. I used to be three hundred and eighty five pounds, but consistency happens one step at a time. It did not happen overnight for me. Four years ago, I made the decision to make the change, and every single day, it it happened. Four years ago, I got up at seven thirty in the morning. Now when my coffee smell goes off in my house, I don't even need an alarm, I get up and I go into my morning routine. My husband and I walk around our neighborhood and get to actually connect in the morning, we work out together. I cook a hot breakfast in the morning before I start the day. Why I'm sharing this with you is regardless of where you're at in your business, consistency it it sometimes gets overwhelming. But when it happens, and and it happens where every day you're just getting one percent better. I had a coach that used to drive me that every week I wanted to do more. And every week, I would show up and he'd say, what do you think you need to do? Okay. I gotta get up earlier. So it went from seven thirty to four thirty, and now it's just consistent habits, being able to be there and take care of my family. Regardless of what you're going through, sometimes we just have to eat the frog, we have to do the hardest thing first.
