I had a trouble ticket open because the title company accidentally sent me all the moneys. I contacted compliance through the support ticket. I asked if there was a way to wire the moneys. They said no. Title would not take the money back because the account was closed. I ended up paying to send the moneys that still hasn't been. Received yet. I hope all of the compliance team knows this because I was told I can NOT send money this way.

The options provided above are intended for agents to deposit their funds when the title company and other parties make the payment payable to LPT Realty. We then transfer the funds to agents via ACH (Direct Deposit). If you are in a state where you need to verify the availability of wiring information for the title, please submit a ticket to our compliance department, and they will be happy to assist you.

I thought he said there was a way to deposit from an app on our phones? Is that the case? I have chase as a bank so when I go on the app it shows my accounts. I wasn't sure how to deposit and choose the account number listed on the document in the link. Or at this time is it to go to the ATM or teller the only two options? The document doesn't specify.

You will need to register for the Chase Mobile Deposit app from your Commission Concierge button on your lpt Connect Dashboard. Once registered, you will receive instructions on how to set it up.
