Leadership Expansion:

• Robert kicked off Motivation Monday by welcoming Norkis Fernandez to the lpt Family as our VP of Agent Culture & Branding.

• Prior to joining us, Norkis served as a Broker managing over 400 agents, demonstrating exemplary leadership and a steadfast commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.

• She has also held influential roles as a director for both the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

Two Week BBA Marathon:

• Robert & Matt announced that lpt will be taken over by a BBA Marathon for the next two weeks!

• As we all prepare for August 17th, Robert and the entire leadership team, are going to be on-hand for multiple LIVE trainings to ensure everyone is ready!

• This comprehensive event will feature BBA-focused content with multiple sessions daily, and just like the Olympics, comes complete with opening and closing ceremonies. Suit up, schedule your sessions, and gear up to master the new regulations effectively.

• In addition to providing BBA-specific trainings, all existing classes and zooms will also include some form of instruction surrounding the Buyer Broker Agreements so this is a FULL takeover!
