Fed Update:

• Robert started today’s meeting with a reminder that the Fed will be meeting tomorrow and on Wednesday will making their announcement regarding rates

• RP dove into the strategy behind how mortgage brokers set rates and what the Fed’s announcement means for consumers

• Though lenders have already started to adjust their rates on the heels of last week’s announcements, the media will be the strongest influence of consumer confidence when they cover the meeting and announcements coming Wednesday

• RP has already started airing new commercials for RP Funding in anticipation of consumer activity ramping up and gave us all a preview

• Robert provided a detailed analysis of the mortgage industry, clarifying the distinctions between a refinance-focused business model (like RP Funding) and a purchase-oriented mortgage business. This comprehensive overview clarifies a complex differentiation and underscores the strategic advantage LPT Realty gains under Robert’s leadership.

Company Updates:

• Robert announced that Curtis Lewsey, the author of Appreciation Marketing and founder of AMCards, will be the featured inverview for today’s LPT Plus Mastermind.
