Hurricane Relief:
Robert and Matt Hodge kicked off today’s Motivation with an update on existing storm relief efforts, as well as information on Hurricane Milton which is expected to hit Florida this week:
Robert informed everyone that the collection efforts that have been going on since the landfall of Hurricane Helene will continue as weather permits.
Efforts will resume in areas that are bracing for Hurricane Milton once Milton passes and we can assess damages and areas of need.
Our Lake Mary print shop will likely need to close for the duration of the storm, but any updates regarding closure will be communicated once those decisions have been made.
As a cloud brokerage, most of our company can maintain operations so those of you not in the path of a current storm should be able to continue business as usual, with the only potential delays being related to print shop orders.
Robert touched on how to approach your business after a catastrophic event like a hurricane, where you or your clients may have to “start over”
Agents have been sharing what’s worked for them in the wake of a natural disaster and how they have rebuilt their business and ways to keep in touch with your sphere. Check out the thread over on our Facebook page, and in the future look out for a circle in Connect2.0 dedicated to this topic.
