• Rate Fake: Robert kicked off this morning by commenting on the mortgage rates that crept back up and called it another head fake by the Fed. His advice remains the same: agents need to remain engaged and leverage the tools we offer so that you are top of mind when things shift. Do the work now, and be coiled and ready for the rebound!

• California Dreamin’ Tour: We have officially launched our California ICA’s and to help spread the word lpt is hosting the California Dreamin’ Tour.

  • From November 18-22 our executive team will be touring the state to share the lpt Realty Opportunity with agents, brokers and teams.

  • We have a sleek new promo video about our California launch, so check it out and share to help spread the word!

  • Robert also gave some tips on how to setup your recruiting site provided for you by lpt inside Connect to easily onboard new agents.

  • Check the slides for details about where the tour will be stopping and when, as well as how to register.

• Connect 2.0: Robert gave a quick update about the rollout, noting that he mistakenly swapped the dates for the Agent Surveys and the Profile Customization on last week’s Motivational Monday.

  • Agent surveys begin November 4

  • Agent Profiles begin November 11

  • Auto DA & Intake Wizard begin November 18

  • Mark your calendars for the Connect 2.0 Marathon happening December 2nd through the 13th

• IPO News: Robert took a moment to talk about the path to IPO and what it entails. He reminded everyone that there will come a time that discussions around the IPO will cease, as the FTC has rules around what can be said/shared and when. Please tune in to make sure you understand the nuances!

  • A private shareholder meeting will be held on Monday, December 16th in the evening.

  • Anyone with at least a single share can participate.

  • There will be a tile in Connect to join the meeting so keep your eye out for it on your Connect homepage.

• Announcing Our New CFO of lpt Holdings: Robert took us through the careful decision-making process behind selecting our newest executive hire, finally revealing his choice:

  • To fill this crucial role, Robert sought a candidate with both cloud brokerage experience and a proven track record in leading companies through IPOs—a rare combination that resulted in a very select list of potential candidates.

  • We're thrilled to announce that Robert found the ideal match in Jeff Whiteside, whose impressive background spans both the cloud brokerage industry and other prominent corporations.
