Recent Industry Awards:
Today's meeting began as Robert and Matt reflected upon the last calendar year, that lpt Realty has been recognized by the industry’s leading publications for Leadership, Innovation and most recently for Training. Robert Palmer, The Swanepoel Power 200 for Leadership This award recognizes the most powerful and influential people in the residential real estate industry and it couldn’t be more well-deserved! Next was a throwback to the Inman Innovators Awards where lpt Realty took home the Most Innovative Brokerage Award for 2024. After previously being nominated in 2023, we were able to secure the win in 2024! Now, we are excited to announce that we have been awarded the 2025 Winner of the Apex Award for Training! Training Magazine recognizes excellence in training and development programs. We submitted our two-week intensive BBA Marathon that ran back in August ahead of the NAR settlement changes for consideration and emerged the winner! Due to the success of our BBA Marathon and it’s format, we are hosting a Connect 2.0 Launch Marathon from December 2-13 to unveil the new Connect platform and all it’s bells & whistles so be sure to tune in!

Technical Tips:
Camera setup: Shoot horizontally (landscape mode) for a better video format. Selfie-style is okay, but it’s even better if someone else can hold the phone. Clean audio: Avoid background noise and echoes. Carpeted rooms or outdoor settings work well. Natural light is best: Try to shoot near a window, outside, or in a well-lit room to avoid shadows.
