New Agent Mentorship - LPT

Hello!

I’m in the Jax area and a new agent. I’m looking for a mentor/shadow to show me the ropes and help me if they can. Willing to do help and do “dirty work” to learn by doing. Wanting to hit the ground running but don’t feel comfortable on my own yet.

Hi Kevin , Thank you for your input and request ! we have a mentor program that allows agent to have a mentor along side them for guidance and assistance. i will create a ticket on your behalf over to our mentorship dept and have a mentor reach out to you for further clarification and help!
