need my PA MLS reinstatement ASAP.. Need PA broker to sign,,

EXP disconnected my account from MLS.  I just called the MLS and they sent a email to PA broker to sign a reinstate me in as a LPT agent. customer service said for broker to look for my ID 343072 .

please have it sign ASAP.  I'm in a listing presentation..  LMK... thanks
