I have multiple clients looking up to $2,000,000 for fixer or value add Multi-Family and Multi-Family Commercial / Hospitality businesses.

I also have multiple clients looking up to $1,000,000 for fixer or value add Single Family / up to 4 Unit Residential.

Base criteria must be acquisition at 65% of After Repair Value.

Example: If property can sell for $1,000,000 repaired, purchase price must be at or below $650,000 before repairs.
