Hi Chris, I work the Sebring and Polk County areas. Have been an agent with KW for 9 years just moved to LPT. Have experience selling in Sebring and I am a part of both MLS of Sebring and Stellar. I have extensive knowledge of buyer loan programs in FL (my brother is a lender) Love buyers and sellers. Comfortable with either. I also work Hillsborough, Pinellas, Osceola, Orange, Seminole and parts of Lake Counties. I have lived in all of those areas and was a Hight leve Pharma rep before RE so I have driven all of FL from Panhandle to Naples - excluding Miami and the Keys.
